I gave it a chance under the premise of receiving a $25 gift card for listening to the demonstration
I gave it a chance under the premise of receiving a $25 gift card for listening to the demonstration. Received nothing for my time, as was stated in scheduling the appointment. The sales person was very unprofessional and dishonest as well.

It's a great experience with how this company is doing business, trustworthy, and Mr. Jonathan is quick to respond to my questions and concerns. He is very friendly and his customer service is second to none. If you are looking for cleaned tasty water, I highly recommend the Nuvia water filtration system. My kids no longer have dry skin and we use less soap to do dishwashing or showering.
To start, the concern for their advertising as a postal package is spot on. They start with deception right out the gate. Here are my additional concerns. We are in San Diego and Mike was the sales rep that showed up to my home. Almost everything that he told us was false or inconsistent. Let's go down the list. - Was told we would get a dummy cartridge for the fridge - FALSE - Was told that the unit would fit in the space that we walked in the garage - FALSE - Was told that he would come back 3 days after install - FALSE. He never came back or called. - Hid the other options that were available to us and up-sold us on a unit that was unnecessarily larger than what we needed. - Told us that he would give us a check for a $500 rebate, 3 days after install- FALSE. He never showed up and check was received weeks later after multiple contacts to the company. - Told us he would give us gift cards for his visit - FALSE. He gave cards equivalent to coupons for restaurants not located nearby. Threw them away as they are garbage. - He told us that the pure and gentle products would come with additional bottles to cover our large family - FALSE. - Told us stories about maintenance that were disputed by the installation tech. Also, Mike was inconsistent, "yearly but really every other year, but just make sure you do not exceed 6 years..." - Mike told us things he thought we wanted to hear. He is very good at this. Felt very comfortable talking with him but discovered many things after the fact. He even claimed he was in the military which I believed up front but now consider it may be false in order to connect with my family. - We do not even know how the system performs, as NUVIA failed to return to test. Installation guy, Ben, showed up without the full system to install. I called Mike and he never called me back. His lack of follow-up very much supports the concept that Mike got his sale and couldn't care less about the customer. Ben was a true professional and one of the few reasons that Nuvia does not get a 1 star. BEN IS A BRIGHT STAR IN ALL THIS. He installed the downgraded system after an hour of waiting for Nuvia to contact me for the order mess up. Nuvia provided no additional documentation on the warranty, provided no documentation on service guidance and could care less now that they have my money. Bill from Nuvia contacted me and told me he would make it right but did nothing. The water "feels" different, similar to water softeners I have used in the past, so that is an indication that it is working. Also, the pure and gentle products seem to work well and were delivered within a few weeks of order. Between this and Ben, I have marked Nuvia UP from 1 star. I would not recommend and if you decide to go ahead with the purchase anyway, they have A LOT of room to come down on their price. $10k for the top unit was down to $7k and I found out after the fact that I could have gotten them lower. I think they COULD be a good company but Mike is a used car salesman and their customer relations are absolute garbage. Very disappointed.
Charlatans
Charlatans. I received a "FINAL NOTICE" postcard that claimed I had a "parcel on hold." It was even designed to mimic a USPS notice card. I called the number and the guy wanted me to schedule a water testing appointment. There was no actual parcel to pick up, he said the "parcel" was a free Amazon gift card I'd get when they came out to do the water test. I asked if they were calling on behalf of my water provider and he dodged the question.
We received a post card in the mail claiming "notice of parcel on hold" and "final notice" with a number to call to schedule delivery. We thought it was strange because we hadn't received any previous notices and weren't expecting anything. We assumed it was from the post office so we called the number to ask. The woman we spoke with asked if we were new to the area and we said yes, so she said she was "with the local water district" and they wanted to "send a welcome package including a gift card and water test". We are first time homeowners so we just kinda took them at their word and set up a visit for the next day. About 5 minutes after ending the call, we started to feel unsure so we googled the number and saw it was connected to this company, which is obviously not our local water district. We called back immediately and told them "DO NOT send ANYONE to our home. We are NOT INTERESTED." The woman apologized for misleading us (so clearly it's intentional and they know what they are doing) and said she canceled the appointment. Well, the next day, we had someone knock on our door. We knew immediately it must be someone from the company, so we ignored it. But he knocked again. And then again. And then he walked to our side yard, back to our front door, and knocked again. Finally, my husband went down and talked to him through the door. He said he was from Nuvia and my husband told him we weren't interested, that we had canceled our appointment, and that we would like him to leave. The man started asking us about our Ring doorbell, saying there was a card behind it and asking my husband to open the door. My husband said he would not open the door and asked the man to leave. Then the man made a remark about our batteries in the doorbell being low and my husband again told him to leave. The man went to his car which was parked in front of our house and proceeded to sit for a few minutes before taking pictures of our house with his cell phone. We immediately called Nuvia and told them if they didn't have this man leave, we'd be calling the police. They asked for my husband's name, which he provided, and they said they had no record of him canceling the appointment, which is just not true. He again told them if the man didn't leave we'd be calling police. After another couple of minutes, the man drove up the street a couple hundred feet, sat for another few minutes, and then finally left. In my opinion, this company's advertising practices are DECEPTIVE and PREDATORY. Their remarks when we called to cancel the appointment show that they know exactly what they are doing. I don't appreciate being misled, then having strangers sent to my house taking pictures and inspecting my doorbell. Sadly, we might actually need some of the services they provide, but we absolutely will not be looking to this company to meet our needs. And if they send ANYONE to our property again, we'll have that person arrested for trespassing.
They have provided a first class product and exceptional service. Highest quality system i have come a cross. Definitely recommend them.
Adrion provided great knowledge, guidance and fun personality. We were looking to solve sudden issues with our skin condition and allergic like symptoms for the entire family upon moving in San Antonio. oh boy the water down here is so awful in many ways but thanks to the Nuvia pro system we fell better then normal and I m now able to stop taking my daily allergy pills. I highly recommend this system to all to protect your health but it also comes with many advantages as well. Thanks again.

Team Nuvia did an amazing job installing my alkaline drinking water filtration system in my home. They were professional, courteous and easy to work with. The customer service is also top tier! I HIGHLY recommend Nuvia Water to anyone who is in the market for a quality drinking water system. +J.S

Extremely overpriced and the salesman lied saying the first 8 years of filters would be included. The four ro filters are rated with a 6 month life, and cost around $150 to replace yourself. After speaking to them on the phone I'm led to believe it could be more. So not only am I paying over double what I should have for equipment, there's another $500 a year I'll be paying because the filters are overpriced compared with competitors. Free filters on schedule was the only reason I went with this product. I would like to return this system and prorate the year I had it, but have not received any response to my inquiries.
I do not appreciate Nuvia using a postcard disguised as a reminder from USPS that a 'parcel' is waiting, especially during this time of the year
I do not appreciate Nuvia using a postcard disguised as a reminder from USPS that a 'parcel' is waiting, especially during this time of the year. I called since I AM awaiting a package only to find out that this is a 'welcome' package from a water testing company that is being offered at no charge, and they'll even throw in a gift card for any restaurant. Very deceptive and when I tried telling the person answering the call that they may want to rethink their marketing campaign, she hung up on me mid sentence! Even if I was interested, now I know I would never use this company!

This company is sending out cards that claim you have a parcel they are trying to deliver
This company is sending out cards that claim you have a parcel they are trying to deliver. What they are really doing is trying to do is set up an appointment to sell you a water treatment system. I'm sure that will be a fun low pressure experience (dripping with sarcasm). I called the company to see where/who my package was from and arrange pick up. It immediately turned into an appointment setting call. Just a scam. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they hung up. For those who are thinking of using this company all I can say is GOOD LUCK! I have never had a good outcome from a company that has to lie just to get an appointment. How about selling a quality product at a reasonable price instead!

We get a little card staying a parcel to be delivered at the address
We get a little card staying a parcel to be delivered at the address. We acted on the proposal for a visit. It turns out to be about installation of a purification water system. We installed. No longer concerned about water contamination. Save on buying bottled water which in itself is not clean based on the test done on a bottled water. So we have un-contaminated water drinking, bathing with, washing our hands and hair with. No chlorine build-up in our pipes and around our faucets. So no need to worry about repairs to our plumbing system based on chlorine build-up. Nuvia water treatment system is the best investment when it comes to plumbing fixtures repairs as well as my family health. Glad the day it was installed!

To begin with, the shady tactic of using a final notice form in the mailbox was a red flag, but I went against my better judgment and decided to go through with the testing anyway. They offered a $50 Visa gift card to come by and talk about their product. They guy came and he was alright at this point. He tested the water it obviously showed it was hard and yadayada... so he was explaining the price of the product would be around $7-9k for a 7 year loan. I explained that I don't do loans and that if I were to buy, I would purchase straight up. Well, when I said that, he told me the system would only be $2500. That was another red flag. They either charge an insane amount of interest on the product or throw in extra "fees." So being the gullible guy I am, I said yes, and set an install date. BTW, this guy did not bring the promised $50 Visa card and said he would have it on install day... So between then and the install day I started researching water systems and reading reviews on this company. Turns out I can get a high end system for less than $1500. When I was on the nuvia website I saw the product that the guy showed me and it was the "lower tier" and they don't show product prices on the website, which was another red flag. The reviews on ComplaintsBoard.com about the customer service was not good at all from what I was reading. So install date comes and I tell the guy that I need more time to further look into prices and what I really need (I did not have this guys contact info otherwise I would've called ahead). He obviously starts to get frustrated and tries to talk me into buying, saying that they already bought parts for this "custom" job. I tell him again I need more time, and at this point he attempts to coerce me into buying saying that there is a cancellation fee and I have to pay for hundreds of dollars worth of purchased parts. That was the final push, I was not having any of that, and I said to send me the bill and I will bring it up with the company. He got pissed and turned away cussing. I went inside and her must've left the $50 Visa at the door because my wife found out after he left. BUT he came back shortly after saying that he needs the $50 Visa back and gave my two $25 gift cards to some restaurant. So all in all, very shady and unprofessional. Luckily my security system has the whole thing recorded.

We had a water softener system with an alkaline system put in. After day 1 the alkaline system smelled and tasted of sulfur. We have called several times and they scheduled 2 appointments with us. One on may 14th and another on may 16th and nobody showed up or even contacted us about not coming for the appointment.

A sales rep came out to test our water and we purchased a system from him. He seemed like a nice guy, he spent the three hours he was at our house talking about himself and how smart he was. He failed to go over quite a lot of details that we were not aware of. I want to point out he had told us_ 'if we were unhappy with the product at all within the 90 days they would remove it at no cost to us.' Meaning we would not have to pay for the company to come out and remove the item... Well, that was a lie. When he came back he said that I did not understand him, and that I may have not paid attention because he is very thorough when he talks to customers. However this was not the case, he did not even go over the install process. I wanted the unit places in the garage, he strongly deterred me from going with the garage placement making me feel like it was either not able to happen or not a good idea. Feeling pressured we went along with the side of the house where he said it would need to be placed. Okay, well he did not tell us a hole would be drilled through the house to the inside and a large plug on one of the outlets (when we asked he said it didn't run off of electricity, and we never had one so we had absolutely no idea) he also did not tell us the unit would be drilled into the house in multiple areas. Along with all of this misinformation we turned out sprinklers back on about a week or so after the install to find out the sprinkler line was severed and it floods where the installer dug a trench by the main water was in the front of the house. So we did in fact call to have the unit removed a day or two after the install because we simply felt scamed and completely lied to and misled about everything. The salesman was not quick to help us. He dragged it out, until finally I called. Well the salesman finally came back out to speak with us, but it of my husband was home. He would not come out back to our home unless my husband was home, which I found odd, however I made sure my husband took off from work so he would be present. The salesman comes and he is so rude and disrespectful while he was in our home. He ended up storming off because I was defending myself on my own home. I ended up calling to speak with a manager because the salesman said he would get back to us, and never did. The manager was very nice however he seemed to make excuses for the salesman's actions. He mentioned the salesman is dealing with things in their personal life etc. However that is no excuse for misleading and lying to the customer. The salesman said he gets no commission or anything out of a sale, however the manager said he does. Then when I mentioned how the salesman said he doesn't get commission, the manager seemed to lie to cover that up and make something up. We feel completely taken advantage of and so disrespected by the salesman and now the entire company. They don't seem willing to work with us in removing the unit after everything we have been through. My husband has card and left multiple messages with he manager and has not gotten a call back either. We want the unit removed and cut ties with this company that has lost our trust and faith, I'm so upset with how we have been treated and how Nuvia treats their customers
I contacted Nuvia about a Service I needed
I contacted Nuvia about a Service I needed. They stated that I owed them money. Nuvia has always collected payment at the time of service before they leave the premises. I asked them to prove that I owe them because they always collect payment before leaving. I never got a call back and they were unable to articulate how I owe them from a previous service. They never reached out in a full year asking for payment and never bothered informing me of a payment.

I would like to thank Frankie, Bryan, Dylan, David and Ester at Nuvia, they are all fantastic and very hard working really great people. I also want to say a very big and huge thank you to them as well. i had some issues with my soft water system that needed some immediate attention, and when i called to get it taken care of, they got on it right away, due to the circumstances of this virus it took a brief period of time to get ahold of both bryan and frankie but they did get back to me ASAP along with also leaving messages with ester as well she was instrumental, when it came to getting a call back from frankie and bryan. They are a great crew of people and i really appreciate everything they did for my family and i. Everything that needed to be fixed was done very quickly and i really appreciated it a lot. I am very thankful, grateful and very appreciative to have had such a great crew of people to speak to and take care of everything that needed to be done. I would defiantly recommend Nuvia if you are in need of a water softening system. Once again a big huge thank you to frankie, bryan, dylan, david and ester. Excellent company to use.
I love my Nuvia Water technology system the water taste so good. Taking a shower with Nuvia has made the skin around my elbows sooo soft as well as my feet. And my kitties drink more water too.
This company is sending out cards with a huge "FINAL NOTICE' stamp on them, claiming you have a parcel they are trying to deliver. This is ILLEGAL and the should be STOPPED. What a SCAM!
