I have been emailing the team sinceMay/ June. At last count 66 emails that go round in endless maddening circles. Before I get my lawyer involved I hope someone will listen to me.
A box of products of considerable value has been lost back in May. I have supplied letters from my manufacturer confirming cost price, electronic payment receipt with all details from the online purchase and everything that is needed for compensation, but I’m getting no where. The postage alone was $497. I’ve lost over $1000 but I’ve spent around $15,000 in international postage over the last 18 months.
There has been no continuity. Endless delays and completely ignored correspondence. The postage was purchased online and the labels printed out and put on the box and it was dropped off to the post office. So there is no consignment note. I have tried to print them out again but the link no longer works. I have supplied all other documents and proof but how can I supply a consignment note that was never supplied?
The team have been dismissive, and completely disinterested in resolving this matter. It’s clear they don’t want to be responsible. 66 emails there have been since May.
They are now wiping their hands of it after 6 months of endless delays and frustration saying I’m not getting a thing!
I am beside myself with frustration. It’s just not acceptable. It’s so much money and it’s not my fault!
I have spent so much money with NZ post. If I could avoid ever using them again I would. A bunch of crooks!
