On May 15, 2017 my party of 40 people attended the Olive Garden establishment located at 2508 W. New Haven Ave. Melbourne Fl. We made prior reservations at this establishment 2 weeks in advance to let them know we were having a wedding party of 40 people. I called again a week prior to date to reconfirm. Then on the night of the wedding and dinner, I called the Olive Garden establishment at 630 pm and let them know we would be arriving at 730 and to ensure the tables were ready and again to re confirm. Everything was fine when I spoke to the lady on the phone who claimed to be the manager. Once my party arrived, the tables were not ready, the staff and management was extremely rude and rolling their eyes when I was speaking to them about the situation. They claimed no ine had re confirmed the reservations. We ended up finally being seated at 830 pm, which is an hour later than our planned reservation of 730. I would have liked an apology and someone who was not so rude and acted in a more professional manner. This was my wedding day and my wedding dinner and I planned to enjoy my dinner at this establishment.

I emailed as a wait list over an hour ahead and expected to be seated by the time I got to the restaurant. When I got there Dana said there was an 45 minutes to 50 minute wait with the wait list because of the overflow. I hadn't been here in a while and unfortunately won't be back. This restaurant has very poor planning. I hope others are not as misfortunate as we were.

I had an interview & had gotten hired at the Cherryhill, NJ location. When I first went for my scheduled interview I was told to come back some hours later by Dave, which I did. After getting hired there was a group orientation. In that group orientation Dave, the server manager, told us our schedule would be Monday -Thursday 8:30am-2:00pm. That Tuesday the trainer, Laura/Lauren, never showed after Andrew tried reaching out to her via phone. We waited two hours until Andrew realized she was not showing up. The next day we were told to be there at 9:30 (Laura/Lauren) shows up, but she was "off" and blamed it on a migraine and left the training early.
Thursday (5/11) Joshua is our trainer and Shamea, the manager, is there. While talking, she mentioned how she would have never made us come in at 8:30 am because it’s too early. During this, Shamea doesn't know what have been going on, as far as, training and paperwork and needed to call Dave for information. I had informed her that our original time was 8:30-2:00 and I could not stay pass that time because of other obligations I made surrounding the original time.
When 2:00pm came around I asked Joshua could we leave and he informed the group that Shamea said "it was not even 2:30, I can't let them leave". At this point the situation is unprofessional and mind boggling. Not only because of all the mishaps that kept occurring but because they wanted us to "follow" people on Mother's Day, which I and another trainee could not attend. Instead of Shamea asking me if I could come in the Saturday before she dictated that's the day I was coming in, but had she and Dave spoken, she would have known that wasn't going to work because I had given my previous job a two week notice and was working through the two weeks.
That Saturday (5/13/17) I received a call from another trainee that I had been fired by Dave, which was appalling and troublesome being that a manager told an employee that and I have yet to get a call from Dave, Shamea or Andrew. The reason for this action was because I told Shamea about our original scheduled time and which staying pass two was not talked about. While, all the commotion and disorderly training is going on Dave is nowhere to be found or did he try to reach out to us explaining why the training was dysfunctional. Not only that, but when I looked at my time card I noticed that it was only for Weds and Thursday, not all the training days.

To whom it mat cocern, me and 3 friends went to your olive garden in waterbury ct.What a disappointment.Lets start with they sat us in the bar area have no idea why they would of done that considering there were plenty of tables in dinning area when 2 of us asked waitress about the new pesto sauce we asked if it was greasy she said no we even said are you sure she said yes and by the wat she never even introduced herself just said hi would you like a sample of wine so cant tell you her name probly was on check but to upset didnt even look ok so we got our 2 meals i had shrimp added to mine other person didnt needless to sat pasta was soaked in grease and the shrimp the 3 that were with the pasta were the size of a dime and looked terrible we both sent back i cancelled the shrimp and got just sauce other person got the asiago sauce i had to ask for more bread sticks she nevered offered us any more salad or breadstics got 4 i guess cause only 4 of us funny when i go with my family of 3 they always bring us 2 each never came back to ask how the new meals were pretty much a joke i tried to call there to ask for corp phone # the girl who answered said she doesnt no it so i asked for manager was put on hold for 4 min then she said can i call back in 10 min so i did but was more like 30 min again said managers not avail can i call back in 10 min i said you told me that 30 min ago so i said no you cab have her call me and i gave my name and number managers name is kaitlin thats what i was told its now 749 pm so almost 2 hours and nothing so i decided to look online myself very dissapointing for the four of us poor food poor customer service

As every week end for the past 15 years, me and my family like to go for diner and Olive Garden had always been one of our top list to go to.
We went for dinner and ordered chicken scampi. Not only we got the Alfredo sauce so late to dip the bread with but also I got a raw chicken for dinner . I shows the waiter and she right alway took it to the manger . Few minutes after the manager came to apologies and gave me 20$ gift card to come back again.
I ate only bread and soup for dinner . That s not the dinner I dream of to have a good week end.
I feel sick with nausea since, I doubt I will go again to your restaurant .

On May 5 2017 my family and I went to Olive Garden in Edmonton it is the Olive Garden where Red Lobster is located. We arrived at the restaurant on May 5 at 15:30 knowing it was Friday and we would be ahead of the busy supper hour. When we arrived we had a 20 minute wait for a table. Not because it was busy but because they did not have enough servers. This is not acceptable why do they not book enough servers if it is not busy they can send the servers home after 4 hours if there is not enough work. I ordered a Bud Light Draft and when the waitress came back I was informed that they ran out of bud light. While I was sitting at my table I was listening to another couple ordering and she named the drafts on tap and she offered him a bud light He ordered a bud light and received it. I was sober and had not been drinking so this was not the issue. Our salad arrived with hot bowls I have been to Olive Garden numerous times and every time my salad bowl is served chilled. The bread sticks were stale and not warm. My supper was luke warm. I was very disappointed with the service and the quality of food. I will not be back to an Olive Garden in Canada for this reason. The table was small, overcrowded, we did not have enough room for everything on the table. I am very disappointed.
The bill was 123. and change. It was not worth any of it. As I said I visit the Olive Garden frequently when I go to Traverse City Michigan or Saginaw Michigan and I never complain I enjoy the food but will not go to another Olive Garden in Canada.

Been to Olive Garden numerous times. This visit in Clarksville TN was by far the worst food we have ever eaten. The soup was overcooked. The Rotelli was so overcooked it fell apart and there was water at the bottom of the plate. The server Karen was excellent but the chef needs to learn al dente. The restaurant was clean and the staff was polite and courteous.

I am a disabled veteran and my family and i have never eaten here. All i ask is that my food be on time, and the way i asked for it. Simple. When i went up to the location to pick up my online order, the server at the online orders booth (yes the booth says online to go orders) tells me that my order was not ready and never seen. I showed her the confirmation email. She told me her restaurant does not do online orders and my best bet would be to call it in next time.
I promise you, word of mouth and customer satisfaction is everything when managing a business. I can't believe they thought anyone would accept that as a viable complaint. I asked for the managers phone number, and drove home empty handed to my hungry family. Its a school night. So much for trusting my online order would be fulfilled and picked up prior to my kids going to bed. I will never order from this establishment again.

I visited our local restaurant (near penn square in Oklahoma City) 02 May, I ordered chicken Parmesan. The chicken was cooked hard and tasted burnt. I told my server food was over cooked, and he didn't seem concerned, said he would let the kitchen staff know, however he made no effort to replace the entree. I felt that was inadequate. My family and I eat at this late cation often and food is generally pretty good until now.

Me and my daughter came in for a good dinner. Olive Garden is one of her favorite place and she keeps pushing us to visit this place in Boise, Idaho. We ordered five cheese zitte and Alfredo pasta. After multiple time calling out that the food needs to be vegetarian they ended up having meat in the food this is second time in last 5. Never going to try again. Bad quality!

I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo and the waitress asked if I wanted chicken or shrimp. I'm a vegetarian so I said no thank you, to which she said she could "throw in" some veggies for me. That sounded great so I said sure. It was a bunch of broccoli and some mushrooms, not what I pictured, but I just picked out the broccoli and ate what I wanted. When the check came I realized she charged me extra for the broccoli and mushrooms. I thought it was a mistake so I questioned her about it. She gave me an incredulous look and said that extra toppings cost extra. Well I didn't order extra toppings, she offered to "throw in" some veggies. The look she gave me was like I was some kind of idiot. I really felt like I was taken advantage of tonight. If I had known it was going to be some steamed broccoli and mushrooms then I definitely wouldn't have asked for them. That and her attitude put a really bad taste in my mouth about the restaurant. I mean I eat at Olive Garden all the time and I have never had this happen so I'm pretty disappointment.

My family and I were sitting in the waiting area at the Olive Garden Secaucus, NJ restaurant. I watched one of the seaters grab utensils for a group to be seated, grabbed one too many sets, drop the napkin on the ground, with the utensils touching the dirty floor, and put it back into the basket for other seaters to use! I asked to speak to the manager, Roberto, who apologized and had the basket removed. As we were being seated, Roberto and I were speaking and OUR SEATER dropped one of OUR set of napkins with utensils, picked it up and went to place it on our table! Roberto rectified the issue immediately and said something to the seater but really? What the heck people! That is disgusting! We didn't even get a mint for all that we had witnessed and we stayed for the sake of feeding our starved children after waiting almost 45 minutes!

I went to the Olive Garden in Montebello, California a few times within 2 months. Every time I was there, I got the worst service. I would wait at least 15 minutes at the table to get service. Hispanic customers come in after me would get their drinks before me. The whole staffs are Hispanic. The manager and supervisor do not care for my complaints. This is discrimination against Asian people.

Last night 4/24/17 my husband & son arrived around 8:40pm. We were given the server Martha I think that's her name, she is an older white lady. Being that I used to work at Olive Garden I know how it is. She walked past us multiple times & didn't not acknowledge us. I had to find a host & ask if whoever was serving us knew that she had us as a table. The lady went to find her turns out she was our server. When she came to great us she didn't apologize for the wait or anything & she was dry. I just hope she was just having a bad night & is not like this all of the time.

I was traveling with a church youth group of 10 children (ages 9-13) and 3 adults. We stopped at the Rocky Mount, NC location because it wasn't very busy (about 7:30pm) and we wanted to treat the children before they went back home. We had been on the road for approximately 8 hours and the children were excited to go to Olive Garden. When we went in they said it would be a 15-20 minute wait. I took the children back to the bathroom while they began setting up a table. After everyone had a chance to use the bathroom we began walking back to the front and notice two whole sections that were open. So, when I got back to the front I inquired why we couldn't sit back in the empty sections since we were in a hurry and it was already set up. The manager said she had let some of the serving staff go since it was slow and didn't want one of her other servers "walking all the way back there". So she had us waiting for a table to leave and would set it back up for us. By this time we had been there about 10 minutes and they hadn't begun setting up a table for our group and wouldn't entertain the idea of setting us in the back. So, I explained if they couldn't seat us in the next few minutes we would have to leave. The manager replied with, "well I understand". We waited for about 5 more minutes and when we saw they were not going to accommodate us, we left and ate next door at Applebee's. I was extremely disappointed as were the children. Their attitude and customer service was very unprofessional and not accommodating!

We went to olive garden and had the worst experience ever. I've been to many olive gardens, but this one was definitely not up to scale. We came in, we got our seats, our server gave us the menu, and gave us a couple of minutes to order. So she came back to take our drink orders and main course meal. Ms. Jamie asked if we would like breadsticks and salad. So we said yes. So we got our breadsticks, salad, and drinks. We were sitting there eating, and ms. Jamie never came back to us while all the other servers were attending to their customers. One of the other servers asked if everything was okay, and asked if we needed anything. So we asked for sauce for our breadstick, because the breadsticks were dry and we needed dipping sauce. So finally we got our sauce, and were almost empty of our drinks, salad, and breadsticks. Eventually, ms. Jamie came back after the 15-20 minutes we were sitting. She informed me that one of the meals we ordered was on the menu, but has been discontinued and that they didn't have the right ingredients to make the meal. So I had to re-order the shrimp scampi. We gave it some thought and said this is not right, because before we even get our meals one order will be cold, or that we will not get our meals at the same time. So we had to call again another server to get us a manager. Then all of a sudden our server comes and asked for a refill on breadsticks and salad, after still waiting again for our actual entree. After we got that done with the manager came by. So we told the manager the scenario that was going on. After all that was going on he said that we would make sure the meals came out hot, fresh, and on a timely manner. We felt that he didn't do much, because most restaurants when you have a bad experience or don't have the menu item that you wanted they comp the meal that wasn't there to give out. So he left after talking to us. We both kept eating after, but our server still was not there to refill drinks. So we were left there sitting without being serviced again. Since we couldn't find our server, we called again another server to just tell the kitchen staff we want our orders to go. So after awile she comes back with our to go food. Finally we just got fed up, told her to give us our check, and we were ready to leave. So when ms. Jamie hands us our check, she tells us the alfredo sauce is on the house and that you don't need to pay for it, and finally asked for water refills after all this time. So we said no it's too late, walk out and leave very unsatisfied. We just wanted to come out have a good time to eat, but didn't even get to enjoy our meals and left upset from the whole experience. Especially, when it wasn't even busy at the time we were eating. So to be paying almost 40 dollars for whole thing is ridiculous. After not even enjoying any part of the meal. Olive Garden has always been my favorite place to eat . But today changed everything. My waitress would disappear, not sure if she was high or what . Brought wrong drinks for kids not once but twice . If we asked for a refill when she finally showed up it took her over 20 min to come back . We were done and still didn't know where our drink was or the bill . The food was warm and pasta was hard . I got salad and my boyfriend soup with our entrees. The kids got mac&cheese, some pasta, some cheese sticks they didn't like . Basically just picked at it . My 5 yr old eat some of my salad . Like 3 pieces of lettuce literally! Waitress even came asked her if she wanted cheese then says you want any lettuce with your cheese and laughed . I know I could have gotten unlimited salad if I wanted to for "myself". But I was good . My food wasn't good so I picked at it and left it there. Didn't even want it to go.. bill came to $78 . I see a side salad for about $6. I wait and wait . Finally I get up with the kids to find her, I tell her isn't my salad free. She said well for you not the kids am like you seen what she ate ?!? Like I could have got bowl after bowl for myself ?!? Just trying to pay ? And as you can see I got kids with me running around .They ask me who is my waitress then I see her walk by I said the blonde one. Manager comes over with bill asks me what's the problem I explain . He goes you think you can come and feed your whole family salad for free if so everyone would. I look at the bill and say every kid got a meal to themselves and they did not eat salad but one . First of all talk about rude ! Waitress sucked, food was cold, now your telling me cause my daughter ate salad that am trying to get something for free?! When I myself could have gotten salad after salad but since it wasn't me eating the only one bowl she brought I have to pay $6. It's not even the $6 it's the point and how sucky and rude it was . Honestly I was so disappointed more with the managers actions .This was the Leominster location. I know I should have paid for the salad but with kids running around and this man Infront if his employees and customers saying if not everyone would come eat salad . What a joke I threw 5 $20s on the desk then I said no I won't tip her cause she sucked took a $20 back. Bill $78 left $80 and I left .. I heard Olive Garden was getting bad but I was in denial. I got a call back after my complaint, the guy was very friendly acted like he cared. Put me on hold to transfer me to a guy named ron. Who claimed to be a manager. I was not on hold I could hear them saying I was being a ### and I was ridiculous to just give me my gift card. After I called them out on it they told me I was lying. Said my child was [censor]ed, to tell my home boy bf to stfu. Prank? Or what... If I wanted my gift card or not.. I have it all recorded I don't want my gift card but I will be talked to my lawyer..
my order for dinner for me and my husband
I simply asked for 2 chicken parmigiana dinners and my husband gets there to pick up our dinner and it was not correct. How can you make a mistake with a simple order so my husband had to wait while they fixed it . We were very disappointed. We always eat in but we always enjoy the food so we decided to eat at home not a good choice. 😔 I tried to call and talk to manager I was left on hold 3 times.
