Tickets to Sebastian Maniscalco
I am being denied my refund for the Sebastian Maniscalco show In Albany NY. He is giving full refunds for all of his shows. Yet online city tickets is refusing to give me my refund. I have been trying to contact them they are not giving me an answer why. My tickets were $437.00 and I want my money back. There is no reason why I can not get my money back if the host of the scheduled event is giving full refunds. This company is a scam. They are keeping people's money and collecting the refunds.
Concert canceled won't return money
I bought tickets to Dances with the stars in Salt Lake City Utah. I live In Northern Wyoming. Due to COVID-19 the concert has been "postponed indefinitely." Ok, I understand. However, I overpaid for the tickets to start with. I didn't know how this system worked and thought I was working with an upfront company. Now I'm out that money as the chance I can go to a later concert is slim. Both of us probably can't get time off again. What a rip off.

I tried to download the tickets to resale.I could not attend the event, so I was forced to re sale my tickets since it is no refund policy, but I could not download the tickets so that I could upload them, to a re sale site. I reported this many, times to seller. Thank God I didnt travel 2 hours to attend the event as the tickets werent there accessible for download. I had purchased the tickets 3 months before, but never thought of checkin it. I only filed them away until the week before tge concert. It was at that time that I realized the tickets would not download.
Since this purchase was made through a third party site, my bank denied the reversal.. Pay pal also denied my claim, which surprises me.
*I was still denied my refund.
*I did not receive this product.
*I will report this to the BBB and the FTC, . I will give horrible reviews on the platforms..
This is not right to do this to customers, in bad ethics. Take their money and not return it, when the issue could not be resolved on the sellers' end, fraud.

difficult to reach for cancelled/rescheduled concert
The Greta Van Fleet concert was scheduled for Oct 11th at 8pm in New Orleans. We arrive in New Orleans on the day of the concert, but around 1pm I receive an email stating the concert had been rescheduled for Dec 20th. We already have plans for these dates, so we will not be able to attend. I call the number for OnlineCityTickets, and if you've already purchased tickets and have more questions they simply send you a link to live chat with a robot. They hang up. Yay. I go to the link they text me and and the robot can't locate my ticket number, which I know was right. I try that for a while with no progress. I call the customer service number again, and decide to deceive the system by getting prompts to buy a ticket, so I can talk to a human. I eventually get through to a person, and I explain my situation. The lady says she will transfer me to the correct dept, at which point I stay on hold for about 40 minutes. I then speak to someone that explains all sales are final, and no refunds are provided. Ok, that sucks, but nothing new there I guess, but instead of providing me with some assistance in reselling these tickets, he just says he's sorry and to ask Google on how to resell mobile tickets. OMG. Worst experience ever.

This July 20/2019 Concert was cancelled and rescheduled for October 7, 2019. At the Box Office on October 7th, we were told the concert was again cancelled and rescheduled for February 17, 2020.
On October 7, 2010, we were also told that we could keep our tickets for the Feb 17th concert or request a refund. We are requesting a refund as we cannot attend the Feb 17, 2020 concert. To date, I have been unable to secure a refund, either online or through 800-854-2196. Please rectify this situation and issue a refund. Bought tickets for months ago. My confirmation code is [protected]. I was just told by "Maria" from their live chat to sell my non-existant ticket which they won't refund if I don't like the fact they didn't actually give me what I purchased. I find this to be completely unacceptable. How in the world am I supposed to sell something that I don't have. That is stupidly unethical.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM ONLINE CITY TICKETS! I thought I was buying from the venue, misleading. Stated you could update tickets later. Found I was overcharged but whatever. Tried to upgrade tickets today through their site, they don't do that! Why would they not want to update for money? You just have to resell yourself but no one wants an overpriced ticket in the top level when you can get the same price at a lower level. No refunds, cannot contact to discuss it. Only non-live chat that is billed as live chat. Then I looked them up and they are known for selling FAKE TICKETS! RUN!

On 5/24/19 I received a confirmation of a successful bid and purchase of (8) tickets to the 7/20/19 Garth Brooks Albertsons Stadium Concert. The confirmation contained no included tickets. On receipt of the confirmation on 5/24/19 I immediately called the telephone number provided and requested the tickets. I told the representative that if tickets could not be provided that I wished to cancel the transaction. I was told that no tickets were available and that they would be available before the concert. I told them that were not satisfactory and I informed the representative that I wished to cancel the order if they could not provide the tickets. I was told by the representative to call their customer service at 866-459-9233. Each time I talked with a representative I requested that the transaction be voided if the tickets were not provided then I would have no choice but to dispute the charge and direct Citi Visa to reverse the transaction. The week following 5/24/19 I repeatedly called the "MyTicketTracker.com" 866-237-6204 and 866-459-9233 and had great difficulty in getting through to a representative. I was mostly dead ended or placed on hold. Once I finally contacted a representative I requested immediate delivery of these purchased tickets. I was told that the e tickets were not available, and that they did not know when they would be available. Based on the telephone conversations that they could not deliver the purchased tickets I told the representative that I wished to rescind this transaction. They told me they couldn't do the rescission and that I would have to call their customer service to request such. However when I tried to do so on many occasions and would be redirected back to the same area in which I was told they couldn't void the transaction.
On 5/28/19, I finally told the representative that I had no recourse but dispute the charge by directing Citi Visa to reverse the 5/24/19 $1434.71 credit card charge.
The internet is full of scams and as far as I'm concerned this transaction was a total scam.
I have purchased Concert and Game tickets online with reputable vendors online, and in all cases the vendor has always delivered the purchased tickets at the time of payment and order confirmation. This is not the case with "CityTicketsOnline". In my opinion this company is a scam operation and should be banned from doing business on the internet.
I have since purchased replacement tickets online from Ticketmaster and immediately received the purchased tickets (ticket copies included).
For the reasons discussed I request that Citi Visa approve this 5/24/19 disputed transaction with cityticketsonline and reverse the $1434.71 charge.

tickets stole over $400 fees
This was a dream concert for me to attend and it was a pricey $350 each. They later issued me my seats which was only worth $102, with a different name on the ticket - was stuck way in the back, awful seats! I had friends who purchased tickets at a much lower price and had the floor section, 2nd and 3rd rows! Shame on onlinecitytickets for literally stealing $400!
I purchased two tickets back in december for $350 each. I received my tickets at a value price of $102 and different name on the tickets. I called customer service and they told me they would resolve it, ignore the name and seats. They told me they gave me great seats, close to the front and they would reissue me my tickets via email. I never receive it. I had friends and neighbors who purchased their tickets ad were on the floor, 2nd and 3rd row seats. Onlinecitytickets literally stole over $400 in commission fees from me!

Purchased 3 already overpriced concert tickets from Onlinetickets.com and then was charged a previously undisclosed fee of over $70. Customer service refused to issue a refund or return the fee. Total cost of tickets and fees should have been no more than $130.00 instead I was over $216.00.
Onlinetickets.com basically told me too bad, you should have seen the fees. However, the fees did not show in my mobile device. The sellers practices are deceptive and designed to trap unsuspecting on-line buyers. BEWARE of this company!
disney on ice tickets
We purchased a set of tickets for disney on ice from this site. We received a "confirmation". We went to the actual event. They had no record of our tickets. We produced the "confirmation". That didn't help at all. So we called onlinecitytickets. They verified that the ticket order had been placed and that a "confirmation" had been sent. They claimed that they had tried to get phone verification several times by email. Who has ever heard of phone verification of an online order paid for with a credit card?
I checked all of my email folders (including the spam folder) looking for the emails. The supposed emails were never sent/received. A few notes.
The "confirmation" is just fake. Nowhere does onlinecitytickets even mention that phone verification is needed before the tickets are purchased / issued however, the deeper problem is the need for phone verification. My guess is that onlinecitytickets has severe fraud problems and the vendors / credit card companies have imposed a verification requirement as a consequence. Just a guess of course. However, doing business with this company is dangerous, to say the least.

The price quoted was $157/ticket. I chose paypal as the payment method, which took me to the paypal site. When I was routed back to the onlinecitytickets site, there's a button to buy the tickets, which I hit. That's when the order confirmation page displayed the final and actual price - $424.34, not the $314 I had expected. Senior customer rep claims that before the customer confirms final payment, a new page should've popped up which lists the fees and gives you a final price. This didn't happen. The rep was adamant that computers don't make mistakes. Not true - it happens. After wasting 23 minutes waiting to talk with a person, they refused to refund the difference. I've filed a dispute with paypal. I have a feeling others have been scammed by this same bait and switch. Never ever use this site.

I would not recommend using this website, as there are other options that are much less expensive with fewer processing fees. Their communication with customers is also very flawed, as they do not send a confirmation of purchase email until after the seller has accepted your "offer" for the tickets. This means you have to check your bank statement to actually verify that the purchase has gone through. It's already been over 48 hours since purchasing the tickets and I haven't received any communication from OnlineCityTickets or the seller, even though there are three different pre-auth charges and the full charge for the tickets on my account.
Because I did not receive a confirmation of purchase or a placeholder email stating that the vendor would review my offer before the confirmation would be sent, I ended up purchasing the tickets again through another vendor because I thought my transaction had not gone through. I really hate leaving negative reviews, but I honestly believe that this company's approach to communicating with customers is extremely flawed and needs to be readjusted.
When I contacted OnlineCityTickets to understand if they could void the transaction because it was still pending, they told me it was not possible because that money was already promised to the seller at time of purchase. When I complained about not receiving any communication about the purchase, they gave me the same tagline. In addition, the tickets were listed at $48 per person, and I was actually charged $194 for the full purchase of three tickets. This is an absurd markup from the other vendor I bought tickets from at $30 per piece for a total of $111.
I sincerely hope that this review goes somewhere, as if OnlineCityTickets plans to continue with this business model, they at least need to adjust their communication with customers to reflect their policies. At least send customers a placeholder stating that they will receive confirmation of purchase once the seller has accepted their offer. Now I'm stuck in a position where I can't even try to resell the tickets because they still haven't been delivered.

Onlinecitytickets runs several "secondary market" sales for tickets and I would stay away from all of them.
This is more than a scam, The absence of a correct total that is easily obtainable before final purchase is absolutely outright fraud.

I was denied a full refund from ticket-center.com, a resale marketplace vender also listed as online city tickets, even though the event is not valid. This event was never confirmed, and no tickets were issued or released.

outrageous hidden service and delivery fee
The price is heavily overpriced.in addition, they are hiding a outrageous service and delivery fee.
They only show the total amount of the order at the confirmation page. I didn't find out the outrageous service fee until I checked my order status by entering my order number and email address. It turns out be outrageous! I was trying to cancel my order by calling the customer service but cannot get to a real person.
I am going to dispute the charge though my credit card.

I purchased two John Oliver tickets for $640 and at the service fee was $209 and delivery was $29.95 (when I clicked on shipping, the only option available was UPS Saturday). The tickets are for Dec 30 and today is Nov. 27, I definitely do not need expedited delivery. I tried to call customer service and it was a loop with no human; I texted/chatted with a service rep and Michael said no cancellation. sent me a url link saying the prices would have been shown on the left, well, the link he sent me certainly looked different from when I was purchasing.

I shelled out over $900 + fees to take my wife and 10-year-old daughter to see the ed sheeran concert. Tickets were purchased 1 year in advance for a concert on 10/27/18. Tickets never received! Charged the full amount with no refund.
When I questioned that the tickets were never received they stated that the re-seller provided them with adequate proof but my messages - inbox, deleted, junk, spam, etc. Are automatically stored by more than a decade - all were checked tickets never provided. When I asked for the proof that they were sent they could not provide. No refund was provided.
Note: you will identify addresses in the united states but when you call customer support you will get someone from the dominican republic where the business is located. If you complain or have questions they will transfer you to a "supervisor" who is either in the united states or has a very good american accent.
Stay away from them like the plague!

I purchased 4 tickets to the Ron White show at Kennewick Toyota center for Nov 16th. My order # is [protected] The tickets were purchased at the cost of $73.00 per person however the total cost came to equal $96, 99 per person. The little agreement box that you click on says you realize you know they are higher which is what the $73.00 is as those tickets were actually only $50.00 each originally. The normal way of looking at it is your acknowledging that. NOT that your giving them permission to just charge what ever you want. And you don't get to know what it is until AFTER you have made the purchase. Is that even legal
