Ontario Home Services review: Furnace / air

This company was told my mother didn't want their furnace. They came back the next day with the furnace on hand and installed it with bullying tactics when my senior mother was home alone. She was promised rebates and discounts on her utilities but never got anything. They sent someone out to deal with her complaints and convinced her to buy an air conditioner promising her the same rate for the two appliances. By the time we got the bill it was past the 10 days cool off. We went to sent a registered letter telling them we wanted to cancel the contracts due to aggressive sales tactics per Consumer Protection advise and they could come remove the equipment. They decided they didn't need to comply. We stopped the payment and they'd call my mom at work swearing and insulting her.

We got no notice in writing that a lien was being placed on the house. Two years after her death we went to sell the house and there was a lien. They said we had to pay 45k to remove it and called it generous for two crappy pieces of low end equipment. These people are the worst crooks I've ever seen.
