In March 2023 we purchased a 2023 Prowler Trailer (New?) Well, there wasn't a couch in it, they said it would be ordered. When the couch came in there wasn't a bottom to it & a tear in it. We couldn't use it so we bought a loveseat. In May we called to have the furnace & toilet repaired. The furnace didn't work properly when we took it & was told the road tech would come look at it. Well a gentleman came couldn't repair the leaking toilet nor the furnace. Since then, the bathroom sink leaks, the slide out floor makes a loud creaking noise when you walk on it, the carbon monoxide beeper goes off at all times of the day & night, there's a place in the roof that has been patched, why would a new camper need a hole in the roof patched?
My wife & I have called so many times to check on repairs being made, we have been transfered to so many different people it's hard to keep up. We have been told "Let me check into this matter & I will call you back" never to get that return call. We have been told the parts are on back order, the parts haven't came yet. The parts have cone we will call to set up a repair time. Never a call. What has lead me this complaint are several factors, my wife has even called the main office in Florida spoke to several people & still have not gotten anywhere anywhere. We even have the extended warranty on this but i don't believe that it will do any good because we can't even get the repairs done while its still under the manufacturers warranty. We have even tried to trade this one in even taking one with a larger payment that didn't work out well either. We are at our wits end.
