I ordered on 12/18/16 and got a confirmation and the money has been taken out of my account. It was order #89584 for a lime green, a purple and a sea foam green 30 oz Yeti cup and black handle for a 30 oz Yeti. I have received nothing! I called back in January and was told it was getting ready to ship, but nothing ever has! Since then I've tried calling, chatting, emailing and Facebook messaging but have never received a response. Today I tried calling and the phone number rings twice and cuts me off each time I've tried. Also when I click on my order status in my email confirmation, it's telling me it's expired or has been deleted. I'm very upset with this company right now!

Ordered a 32 oz yeti cup and additional top with aluminum straws, holder and cleaner brush on November 25, 2016. Was immediately charged full price on my card of around $48. This was to be a Christmas present. Tried calling customer service along with emailing several times after checking order online and stated that it was being processed. To no avail. Finally after Christmas stayed online with chat option...and was assured that my cup would be shipped within 10 -15 business days. This was done on December 27 and have yet to receive my tumbler.

Ordered 12/18/16 and have not received order as of 2/8/2017. Sent several emails, called and left a voice mail, and used their on line chat, all to no avail and with no response or reply from the company. I've now turned it over to my credit card co and they are investigating. Camping and Fishing Outlet may be able to take advantage of individual customers, but good luck battling Chase/Visa! Also, found this little tidbit online and thought that the folks at Camping and Fishing Outlet should know the name of what they are doing!

I ordered 2 yeti cups on december 19th. I've been calling, leaving tons of messages and emails and haven't received any return calls or emails. I've contacted my bank and i'm perusing fraudulent activity on my bank account since they won't refund my money or talk to me. My order number is 90675. This was a christmas present for my children and the only reason I ordered from this company is because all of the reviews prior to me ordering, were really good. Do not order from this company!

Having the same issues that everyone has posted. Ordered a Yeti cup December 27, 2016 and still haven't received it. It's hard to get in contact with anyone from the company, the funds have been taken out of my account and they refuse to give me a refund. They've been telling me for over a month that it's in the "shipping process". By far the biggest headache!

I placed an order on November 14 for 1 black and 2 seafoam green 30 oz tumblers. I did receive the black one before X-mas, however it is now 3 months later and have not received the other two. I have E-mailed them numerous times ( with no response ), I have tried the online chat (which tells me I am the 45th caller and no one gets back to me), and now when I call the phone number, after the second ring, it goes to a voice response the asks you to leave your name. phone number and E-mail address, but still no response. I cannot even get a hold of anyone to request a refund. NICE, HUH!

I placed an order for a 30 oz pink yeti tumbler on Sept 27, 2016. I contacted the company in November asking where my cup was and they informed me it hadn't even been processed or shipped yet. I let them know I found that to be unacceptable and requested a refund. They did not respond. I came home to the cup today, Feb 6, 2017. That is almost 19 weeks from the time I ordered it. Ridiculous!

I ordered 3 Yeti Rambler 20oz Powder Coated Cups in Sea Foam green on Dec. 16, 2016. I still haven't received them nearly 2 months later. I ordered them as Christmas presents and they said they typically arrive within 10-15 days.
They won't return phone calls, emails, or chat on their website. i have not seen a shipping email.

I ordered a Yeti Tumbler on December 28, 2016. My account was charged the next day. It is now February 5, and I still have yet to see it. They don't respond to emails and when I am able to "chat" I am told "They have been out of stock and are now in. You should receive it within 5-8 business days". THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Now I am out $30 and a tumbler.

Placed an order on January 1st and as of today I have not received the cup or anything stating it has shipped. My card however, was charged immediately. I've tried calling and emailing with no success. The "live" chat really is useless, most of the time you can't reach anyone. The two times I did get someone, I was given what was basically a script telling me my cup was back ordered but would be shipping in 5-8 business days. This company is a scam and I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

I placed an order on 12/20/2016 and still have not received my order. I have contacted the company many times since then and I get told the same thing every time, "it is getting ready to be shipped, please allow an additional 5-8 business days to receive your order... " at this point it is obvious that my order is not going to be shipped and I just hope to warn people before they waste their money on this scam site.

Spoke with Nate on 1/27 was told 5 days.. Still haven't received anything.. This am as I tried to go on the companies webpage.. It will not load? Filing a report with the BBB and will go to my bank to dispute charges..

I placed my order the day after Thanksgiving 2016 (order #66628) for a Yeti 20 oz tumbler. I have not received it. I made multiple attempts to contact via phone with no luck. Tried email and received nothing back. Three separate times I was able to make contact on chat and each time told it would be shipping within 5-8 days, 5-10 days, within the week and nothing was ever received. I would like my money refunded. The customer service rep on the second chat told me he had no option for authorizing a refund.

I placed my order on December 23, 2016, over $100.00 worth of products. I have yet to receive any of the products. I've sent many emails, left messages on the phone and even tried to talk to someone on the live chat (what a joke).
It looks like I'm not the only one having problems. I used my American Express card to pay so I'm going to contact them to dispute the charge. Maybe there is something they can do, but really all I wanted was my merchandise.
When a company uses such disclaimer and ships from china do they usually get shut down and have an investigation initiated? Just wondering.

My husband purchased a Seafoam Yeti for my on December 11, 2016 and we have yet to receive it. The money has been taken out of our account. They do not respond to calls, emails or live chat. We are very upset and not sure where to go next for a complaint! What a waste of $30. Do not shop at this site! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT. We have been waiting for almost two months. I even went to the extreme as to add them on Instagram and message them there. So far no comment.

You are never going to get the items you ordered or a refund from this scam company. Spread the word and keep leaving reviews. You should have 60 days from date of charge to dispute the charge for NON-RECEIPT of items. Its not hard, just do it. CC company gives them 10 days to respond to them to provide proof that item was sent after 10 days, they will do a charge back and this scam loser company will not get your money. what a bunch of losers.

Since it seems like the list is growing daily on the complaints of this fraudulent company. I thought I'd share with you what I sent to their supervisor 'Lory' - it refers to the 'manual refund process' that I will have to wait at least a month for:
Interesting. 'Spencer' told me yesterday, that the reason it had to be done manually was because your 'automated processing method' was not working correctly, so it would be done manually and it would take longer.
I truly love the plethora of excuses I've been receiving from your company. It's become quite comical. Wondering if there is any validity to the overwhelming claims that your company is a giant scam. Seems to be a growing list of customers in the same situation that I am in. Not sure if you've seen it or not. It's uncanny, the other people on this board have experienced the exact same situation as myself. I've attached the link for you and your 'complaints department' to view.
I have asked this question several times, yet have never gotten a direct answer; Has the B.B.B. or my bank reached out to your company about my complaints that I've filed? 'Spencer' also told me, it was a different department that handled complaints, he couldn't pull that information up, and for some odd reason, he could not connect me directly to the complaints department, yet he assured me that my complaints would be forwarded...you guys are an absolute joke. You spew out generic automated responses to your customers after we wait for hours to chat with someone. You tell your customers, like you told me, for weeks, that you could not cancel my order nor could you refund my money. But all of the sudden, now you can?! Only your system is down, or you give me a dissertation on the refund process. I call bull on all of it. I hope your company is held accountable someday for the fraud you are committing.
