Outdoors Online order for yeti cups

On 1/1/2017 I ordered 2 Yeti 20 oz cups, with 2 no spill lids, and handles. These were ordered as gifts. Order # 100480. I have attempted to contact them several times for tracking information or a refund and have received no response! This is unacceptable that they would take advantage of people this way! I have even tried the # on my bank statement for them
[protected] www.campingandfishing. and get a recording that the number I dialed is not in service. This amount was $99.94. Can you help?

Outdoors Online order placed

I placed an order back before Christmas for 3 mugs spent 100.00 dollars and have not received a thing. I have tried to call know one answers. I have emailed and know response. What a joke they are just a scam. I am very unhappy and want a refund. Why would anyone want to buy from a company that don't answer the phone or return Emails but had know problem taking my money that was for three Yeti mugs for Christmas Gifts. I will go to the next level of getting my point across. This company has stole Money from me and the way it appears many others. How can they get away with this?

Watch out! They closed that website and now use www.outdoorsclubs.com!

Counterfeiters!

And beware - I was also warned some of these counterfeiters are using TOXIC metals in the production of their FAKE Yetis!

Report to the IC3 (FBI Internet Crimes Bureau) and also the FTC. Also file a report with YETI in Austin [protected]. They are actively pursuing these counterfeiters. Unfortunately, they evidently scam people and then shut down that website and move on to the next one!

REAL YETI dealers must carry the entire YETI LINE! CALL YETI in Austin to confirm a REAL dealer BEFORE you purchase!

Check out the other people scammed on youtube.com! It is horrific! They call them "FETIS". UGH!

Outdoors Online order not received

12.7.16 placed an order of $64.98, #78061, would like to have my order or money back. i have called the customer service number of 1.888.827.3121, left them messages to call, sent multiple emails to them and still have no reponse from them. The online chat they had stated that the order would always be shipped between 5-8 business days, this was every two weeks that i was calling inquiring about the order. I still have not received my order and I am upset. This is uncalled for. I do have where they took the money from my credit card.

Outdoors Online received my refund, no thanks to outdoors online

I have been fighting the same problem as every one else on this page for the last 2 months. I filed a complaint with my bank 2 weeks ago, and just received my refund. Don't rely on Outdoors Online taking care of this for you, as they have been 'processing my refund manually' for over a month and a half. They are clearly a fraudulent company. I'll never deal with them again!

Outdoors Online yeti mug order 88581 in december 2016

I placed an order of almost $40 back in December 2016. The company took my money and I didn't receive my order. After contacting the company numerous times, they have failed to deliver. This company has committed fraud to me and other consumers by taking our money and not sending the product ordered.

Outdoorsonline.com I ordered a Glacier Tiffany blue cup still on their webpage only cheaper now.

Outdoors Online company took money and did not fulfill order

I placed an order of almost $100 back in November 2016. The company took my money and I didn't receive my order. After contacting the company numerous times, they have failed to reply. This company has committed fraud to me and other consumers by taking our money and not sending the orders. I paid within s Visa card so I will proceed with my bank and submit it as fraudulent charges.

Outdoors Online 2 yeti 30 oz cups one green one purple

placed order on December 13, 2016 was promised cups for Christmas. Still don't have them. Emailed them several times for a refund and all emails went unanswered. I see everyone else has the same complaint. We need to get a class action law suit going against this company. This company has committed fraud against us all. They have taken all of our money but have delivered no product. That is FRAUD

Outdoors Online I ordered several cups and splash proof lid & straws

I placed my order 11/18/16, I received handles right away, then one cup, several weeks later after a call, another cup, and to date, no splash proof lid or straws, many online chat's, a promise of a refund, many email attemtps, no responses, and now my email and order information has been removed from the system, I can't even look it up. I will be contacting my credit card company and trying to resolve it this way. Order #59751

Outdoors Online 30 oz metallic red yeti cup

I ordered a cup on 12/20 and it is now 2/12 and I still have not received anything I have called several times and would wait and wait and then they said I would receive my cup in about a week and I never did...also my mom ordered a cup on 11/16 and she also hasn't received it and we tried to call and we get sent to voicemail every time no matter what time of day and when I called today it said the number was no longer working. I'm very upset because it was for my dads birthday on the 9th of February which has already past and I had nothing to give him..

Outdoors Online yeti rambler x2

Do not order from this site. Waiting on two rambler si cell mid december. I keep getting the same cut and paste chat responses it was on back order, now it's waiting on a shipping label. As of the last week it looks likeep my account to has been erased and there is no chat. When I typed in my email for a password reset it said my email is not associated with an account. They erased my account. This company socks. Do not order from here.

Outdoors Online order partially received, paid in full!

I ordered 12/17/16, order 88882. Two leak proof lids and straws. Straws and one lid that leaks. 8 emails, 2 voicemails because their phone lines are never up, 3 Facebook messages and several comments s on Facebook. No response. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, it was received and approved to be processed. Www.bbb.org I have friends who are experiencing the same problem with this company. Searching internet there are 109's of complaints

Outdoors Online 2 30 oz yeti cup

I placed an order on December 27 2016. I ordered a set of straws and two yeti cups one matallic blue and the other a rose gold color. It's February 10 2017 and I still haven't received the cups. I have tryed and try to contact. I did however talk to a couple of people in a chat and they were supposed to be on the way. I tried the phone number today and the recording said it's disconnected. I think maybe this is a scam and I'll have to contact my bank and let them go foward with fraudulent charges.

Outdoors Online 30 oz blue yeti rambler

I placed an order for this on 12/26. At first I knew with the season that shipping would take a little longer. Now it is taking too long. When I spoke with live chat last week I was told the item was in the shipping process, that it would ship this week. I wrote to the person on the chat that we both knew my order would not ship this week or ever, so how about just refund my money. I was told that since it was in the shipping process they could not refund the money that was charged on the date the order was placed.

So I looked at their website, noted the awards they had received and made contact with the people who gave the award and told them of my situation and directed them to this board. I also contacted Shopify who the website is "powered" by and did the same. I received notice that the website was under investigation but that I would not be provided the results. Do not order from this website. Those scammed, please post the info everywhere you can.

Items Received: 10 oz. and 30 oz. leak-proof lids
Item Outstanding: Yeti Rambler Hot Pink Powder Coated 30 oz.

I inquired about the outstanding item on 1/21/17 via Outdoors Online web site customer service email. I have not yet received a response.

I left a voice message at phone number [protected] for Outdoors Online Customer Service on 2/3/17. I asked about the outstanding item and requested a response via email or phone call. No response as of this date.

Called Outdoors Online Customer Service [protected]) 2/10/17; phone rings for approximately 5 seconds and then disconnects.

Resolution: Receipt of the 30 oz. Yeti Rambler or a refund applied to my credit card.

Outdoors Online no product delivered

I ordered Dec 20th, 2016, for a yetti tumbler and accessories. Received accessories in January but no Yetti tumbler. Like eveRhone else they took my money but did not deliver the product. Apparently, they have even swindled people in Australia at their company that they have in that country. This company should be shut down but they are still advertising product to buy on their website. Don't be fooled, this company is a SCAM!

Outdoors Online no product received

Man! I wish I would have seen these reviews before I placed my order. I am not getting my product. I ordered on 1/3/2017. I reached out to them twice through chat and was told it would be 5 to 8 more days. I left them a pretty frustrated message afterwards. Last night I tried to chat again to find my entire profile does not exist any longer. I hope someone can shut these guys down quickly. It's totally a scam! Luckily I only ordered one cup. It's too bad you can't trust online stores. It just hurts those who are legitimate.

Outdoors Online no product delivered

I placed my order on December 9th for a 30oz hot pink Tumblr and they immediately charged the card and never shipped my product.. could never get in contact with customer service live chat people just gave me the run around when I could get in contact with them (only at 3am) now my original confirmation page is gone and there's no longer a live chat and I have no cup!

Outdoors Online powder posted hot pink 30 oz yeti cup. with tumbler assessors kit, color splash proof lid, and stainless steel straw x1.

I made this order on December 10, 2016. On my email receipt it says that it would take up up to 10-15 days to be shipped out to me. My order number is 81199. They took my payment of $40.49. I had talked to a lady on the phone on January 16th, 2017. I used the [protected] phone number again today and it had been disconnected! I still have my email receipt and would really like my money back from this fraud website!

Unfortunately the same scenario happened to me: order #85796 as I too have received the lid for a powder hot pink Yeti 30oz as well as a Yeti Colster Powder Coated Can Koozie 12oz. For a time they had a chat feature available, but I was never able to actually speak to someone and never had an email answered, only our support staff is working on reviewing this request. I'd like my $69.97 back since my order was placed around Christmas and haven't seen either cup. Apparently we've been scammed! Find these people and prosecute!

The same thing has happened to me. I placed my order on 11-29-16 and still have only received the lid! what am i supposed to do with a lid and no cup? i did speak to a lady and she said it would be here shortly, that was in december! now the number is not in service! my invoice #: 72213. I want my money back and this is a horrible, horrible site! it needs to be shut down. I know we are not alone!
P.S. I am not the one who doesn't know how to capitalize sentences, etc. This is how the computer did it! Guess they want us to sound unknowledgeable when stating our complaint!

Outdoors Online yeti handles and spill proof lids order... never received.

On 01/02/17, I placed an order for a Yeti 20 oz handle and 2 spill proof lids for a 20 oz and 30 oz. My order # is 100851 for $20.47 and my credit card was billed. As of today, 02/09/17, I've never received my order. I've sent numerous emails and voice mails to Outdoors Online and [protected]@campingandfishingoutlet.com. Today, I noticed the phone number is no longer on your website. I called the number that was previously on your website and it says to check my number. I called [protected]. I've contacted and completed the Better Business Bureau form to file a complaint. I've seen many complaints under Outdoors Online and the BBB had many complaint's with your company. I can only assume, that this must have been a scam. I plan to contact my bank today and address this problem with your company.

Outdoors Online 30 oz yeti tumbler not received

I ordered a 30 oz Yeti Tumbler with a handle on Dec. 18 from Outdoors Online/ Camping and Fishing Outlet. I was charged for BOTH products. On Jan. 5- I received the handle. I emailed Jan 5, 18, 30 and Feb. 5 and asked for the status of the 30 oz tumbler but no reply.When you call you cannot get through. I finally did a google search on them and realized no one has received the yeti tumblers but they are charged. I have disputed this with my credit card. Now their site is not accepting emails.
