Disappointing Experience with Owners.com: Slow Response Times and Lack of Transparency
Owners.com is a website that I recently used to list my property. I must say that my experience with them was not very pleasant. The response times were very slow when it came to making changes on my listing information. It took them quite a while to get back to me and I found this to be quite frustrating.
To make matters worse, when I asked for a receipt/invoice, I was told that they no longer hold receipts after 30 days when their refund policy expires. I found this to be quite dishonest and illegal. As an internet company, they should be keeping records of all business transactions.
Overall, I was not impressed with the service provided by Owners.com. The slow response times and lack of transparency when it came to receipts/invoices left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this website to anyone looking to list their property.
Unprofessional and Deceptive: My Experience with Owners.com
Owners.com is a company that I recently had the displeasure of dealing with. Let me tell you, they are the most unprofessional company I have ever come across. I paid them $395 for an MLS listing, but they kept cancelling it for no apparent reason. They claimed that they sent an email asking for the status of the property, but I never received anything from them. Instead of picking up the phone and calling me, they just deactivated the MLS listing. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.
I have to say, the way this company is run and managed is just poor. They are stealing from people and not providing the service they advertise. It's really frustrating to deal with a company like this. I would not recommend Owners.com to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company.
Buyer Beware: My Experience with Owners.com as a Seller
I suggest that you take a look at some reviews online before you decide to use Owners.com as a seller. I made the mistake of not doing so and now I regret it. I paid $495 for their package, but then I received an email from them saying that they couldn't provide MLS service in my area. They should have known that before they took my money. It's been over two weeks now and I still haven't received my refund. I've already submitted a dispute through my bank, but it might take up to 45 days to resolve. So, if you're a buyer, please be careful!
Owners.com Review: Not Worth the Money, No MLS Listing Found
I wouldn't recommend using Owners.com. We paid for their service, but unfortunately, we couldn't find our MLS listing. When we reached out to them, their email response was a bit confusing. They mentioned that they didn't think any MLS allowed the public to search for listings that agents belong to. I was a bit confused because I thought that was the whole point of using their service.
Despite not being able to find our listing on an MLS site, they did send us an MLS number and link that allowed us to see pictures of our home. However, we didn't receive a single call from anyone interested in our property after using their service. In fact, we received over 50 calls from our FSBO listing instead.
Overall, I think Owners.com is a bit of a fraud. I wouldn't recommend using them.
Owners.com Online Ordering System Review: Basic Options Missing, Caused Major Issues for My Restaurant
I recently gave Owners.com a try for my restaurant and I have to say, I was not impressed. I used the online ordering software on a tablet and was disappointed to find that it did not have basic options to stop ordering or indicate item availability. This was a major issue for me as other systems like Uber Eats and DoorDash have these options readily available.
The lack of these basic options caused a lot of problems with customers who ordered food that was actually sold out, but we were unable to communicate this information to them through the system. As a result, we had to refund many customers who were understandably unhappy with their experience.
I strongly advise against using this system until you have thoroughly tested it and made sure that everything works properly. I was under the impression that these basic options were a given for any restaurant ordering/delivery system, but Owners.com released their system without them. It's like selling a car without brakes - it may move, but you can't stop it!
Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience using Owners.com and would not recommend it to others.
Disappointing Experience with Owners.com: Listing Pictures Removed on Yahoo and Zillow, Poor Customer Service
At first, everything seemed to be going smoothly with Owners.com. However, there were a few things that made the process a bit cumbersome. For instance, you have to fill out a profile for their site, and then you have to duplicate the effort for the local broker. It's not the most convenient process, but it's fair enough.
Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when I noticed that my listing on Yahoo and Zillow had the pictures removed. I immediately called customer service and spoke to a representative named Teresa. She promised to fix the problem "in 24 hrs" and "personally deal with the issue if it is not corrected in 24 hrs". However, a week later, nothing had been done.
I called back and spoke to Teresa again, and she gave me the same jargon as before. She even offered me $25 (of the $400 I paid) to take it off Yahoo completely. I asked to speak to her manager, but she claimed that she was the manager. When I asked for the name of her superior, she refused to give it to me.
It seems like Owners.com doesn't have many people who can get anything done that you don't do yourself or isn't automated. If you decide to use their services, you do so at your own risk. Overall, my experience with Owners.com was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend them to others.
Disappointing Experience with Owners.com: Poor Customer Service and Listing Errors
So, I decided to give Owners.com a try and boy was I disappointed. I paid for the listing and filled out all the paperwork as requested. However, my home was listed improperly on several sites. When I reached out to Owners.com for help, they told me to contact the sites directly. What kind of customer service is that?
To make matters worse, their responsiveness was non-existent most of the time. And when they did respond, they rarely addressed the actual questions I asked. It was frustrating to say the least.
But the cherry on top was when they removed my phone number from the listing and listed a realtor's number instead. I mean, what?! The realtor, Dana Rowell, was supposedly "my" realtor who listed the property (or something like that). It was all very confusing and their poor responsiveness and indirect answers didn't help.
In the end, my home sold while listing only through Owners.com. But I can't say I was happy with the experience. Since then, I've switched to using www.ForSaleByOwner.com and it's been a much better experience. The customer service is top-notch and they actually listen to my concerns.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Owners.com to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go with a different site. Good grief and good riddance...
Owners.com and ClickitRealty.com Review: Total Scam, False Promises, No Refund, Join Me in a Class Action Suit
This website is a total scam! They promise to list your property on MLS, Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com, but it's all a lie. They also promise a refund, but good luck getting your money back. When you go to the site and list your property with all your information, it doesn't get listed on any other site. Then they assign a real estate agent, but the listing you input on Owners.com doesn't transfer over to the "clickitrealty.com" site. You have to re-enter all the information with only 15 pictures, even though Owners.com promises unlimited pics. If you want more than 15 pictures, you have to pay more. The clickit people talk trash about Owners.com and ask for a major credit card in case your property sells and you wait more than 24 hours to notify them. If you pay for the forms on Owners.com, you won't get them unless you pay more on another site. The lock box doesn't show up, so don't waste your money on that either. The lack of honesty and integrity is unbelievable. I want my money back! To quote John Paul Jones, "We have just begun to fight," or FDR, "We have only just begun to fight." Check out the reviews on both of these businesses. I'm going to try to find a class action suit because this is ridiculous. Please join me.
Owners.com: The Perfect Real Estate Site for Selling Your Property Without a Broker!
This real estate site, Owners.com, is absolutely amazing! It's so easy to use and update with new information and photos for properties that are being sold by the owner. You can even change the order of the photos by dragging and dropping them into the list with their thumbnails. It's so simple and straightforward that anyone can do it.
I've been using this site to sell my horse property, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I created flyers for the site and distributed them to horse-related businesses and real estate agencies in my area. I've received a lot of positive feedback from realtors who have seen my property, and I've made updates to the site based on their suggestions.
I sold my property without the help of a broker by using a flat rate MLS listing, posting a yard sign with high-quality flyers, distributing flyers to businesses with bulletin boards, and targeting equestrian and pet-related businesses because of the large fenced horse property with a dog run and play area. I also posted an aerial tour shot by drone web-cam on YouTube ("Marcella Aerial Tour") and a walk-through video shot with my iPhone on YouTube ("Marcella Blvd 2"). I shamelessly promoted the property to everyone I met and always had a supply of flyers on hand.
All of these efforts contributed to my sale at the price I wanted for a LOG house in South Florida! I highly recommend Owners.com to anyone looking to sell their property without the help of a broker. It's easy, affordable, and effective.
Beware of Owners.com: My Experience with the Shady Auction Site
Hey guys, I just wanted to share my experience with Owners.com. I have to say, it's been a bit of a rollercoaster ride. I've heard a lot of rumors about this company being a scam, and after doing some research, I can see why people might think that. There have been a lot of lawsuits against companies like Ocwen, Altisource, and Wells Fargo, and it seems like Owners.com might be connected to some of these shady dealings.
One thing that really stood out to me was a home that was listed for a "CASH AUCTION" on Owners.com. The listing specifically said "Do Not Disturb Tenants," which seemed a bit suspicious to me. I did some digging and found out that the family who lived in the home had been fighting a predatory loan for over a decade. They had paid an insane amount of money each month, but the servicing company went bankrupt and the bank was in bankruptcy at the time they were trying to buy the home from their parents. It's really sad to see how these companies can take advantage of hardworking families like this.
It's not just this one family, either. There have been thousands of settlements to homeowners across the country who have been victims of these fraudulent activities. It's really frustrating to see these companies get away with it time and time again. They just keep switching attorney's and changing their names, but it's all the same shady business practices.
Owners.com is just the latest name they're using, but they're still the same old Altisource. They've even moved their main office to Luxembourg City, Germany, but they still claim to be based in Atlanta, GA. It's really hard to keep track of all the different names and addresses they use, but it's clear that they're just trying to avoid getting caught.
I know it can be tempting to try to get a good deal on a home through one of these auction sites, but I would be really cautious. You never know what kind of shady business is going on behind the scenes. It's really important to do your research and make sure you're not getting scammed.
Overall, I would say that Owners.com is not a company I would trust. There are just too many red flags and too many stories of families being taken advantage of. I hope that someday these companies will be held accountable for their actions and that families like the one I mentioned will finally get the justice they deserve.

Mixed Experience with Owners.com: Easy Website, Outdated Listings, Disappointing Agent
So, we tried using Owners.com and had a bit of a rough experience. We were working with an agent named Kristianna Earnhardt, but unfortunately things didn't go as planned. We ended up giving her some money, but then she disappeared on us. It's a shame, really. We hope she put that money to good use, but we also hope that karma catches up with her eventually.
Aside from that, we didn't have too many issues with Owners.com itself. The website was pretty easy to use, and we were able to browse through a lot of different properties in our area. We liked that we could search by location, price range, and other criteria to find exactly what we were looking for.
One thing we did notice, though, was that some of the listings seemed a bit outdated. We found a few properties that had already been sold or were no longer available, which was a bit frustrating. It would be nice if Owners.com could do a better job of keeping their listings up to date.
Overall, we had a mixed experience with Owners.com. While we liked the website and the ability to search for properties easily, our experience with our agent left a bad taste in our mouths. We hope that others have better luck with their agents, and that Owners.com can work on improving their listings to make the process even smoother.
Owners.com Review: Poor Customer Service and Lack of Results for $395 Fee
I recently had an experience with Owners.com and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I paid $395 for their services, but unfortunately, I feel like I got nothing in return. When I tried to reach out to their "customer care" department, I was met with a recording and then the call was disconnected. This left me feeling frustrated and like I had been scammed.
To make matters worse, when I tried to escalate the issue to a floor manager, they refused to return my call. It's disappointing to see a company treat their customers in this way. I understand that they may be based in Atlanta, but if this is how they treat their customers, then I'll be knocking on their door to get some answers.
Overall, I would not recommend Owners.com to anyone. It's a shame that they don't seem to care about their customers and are more interested in taking their money. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future, but until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Buyer Beware: My Experience with Owners.com's Tricky Refund Policy and Surprising Location
Owners.com is a website that you might want to be careful with. Their refund policy is a bit tricky, so make sure you read it a few times before you make any decisions. I almost fell for it myself! Also, did you know that they're based in the Philippines? I had no idea until I stumbled upon it. If I had known that from the start, I probably would have looked for a different website to use.

Owners.com Review: Wasted Time and Money, No Results or Refunds
I been on Owners.com for like 6 months now and let me tell you, it ain't been no walk in the park. I done spent $500.00 on fees and all kinds of stuff and ain't seen no progress. I mean, what's the point of paying all that money if you ain't gonna get no results, you know what I'm saying?
And to make matters worse, they ain't even giving me my money back. They talking about some third party savings or whatever and that they gotta wait 3 months before they can give me my money back. Like, what kind of mess is that? I need my money now, not 3 months from now.
Overall, I ain't too happy with Owners.com. They need to step up their game and start delivering on their promises. Ain't nobody got time or money to waste on something that ain't gonna work.
Unprofessional and Rude Customer Service Experience with Josh from Owners.com
So, I had a chat with this guy named Josh from Owners.com and I gotta say, it wasn't a pleasant experience. I was trying to explain something to him, but he just cut the phone call on me. I felt like he was being racist because my English isn't perfect. He was a very rude man, and I'm sorry that Owners.com hired someone like him. It's just not right.
False Name, Lousy Service: My Experience with Owners.com
Owners.com is a website that claims to be all about real estate, but why do they call themselves "Owners"? It seems like a false name to me, and it's not fair to the people who use their service. Speaking of their service, it's pretty lousy. I tried to look for a house in four different places that I was interested in, but everything just went to the MLS. And we all know that the MLS is controlled by real estate agents, so what's the point of using Owners.com? It's just a waste of time.
Disappointing Experience with Owners.com: Lack of Communication and Follow-Through
I decided to list my home with owners.com, hoping to sell it quickly and easily. However, after a week of waiting, I was disappointed to find that my home was still not listed on MLS or realtor.com. I received multiple phone calls and emails from the company, but none of them seemed to address my issue. I was frustrated and felt like my time and money had been wasted.
I reached out to owners.com to try and resolve the issue, but unfortunately, I never received a response. I was left feeling helpless and unsure of what to do next. I decided to try and cancel my listing and get a full refund, but even that process was difficult and time-consuming.
Overall, my experience with owners.com was not a positive one. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking to sell their home quickly and efficiently. The lack of communication and follow-through was disappointing, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. If you're considering using owners.com, I would advise you to think twice and explore other options.
Disappointing Experience with Owners.com: Hidden Fees and Poor Communication
I gotta say, my experience with Owners.com was not the best. I don't think they were trying to be sneaky or anything, but they definitely need to get their act together when it comes to organization.
So get this - I tried to cancel my service with them within the cancellation window, but they still tried to charge me a whopping 25% cancellation fee! And to make matters worse, they never even bothered to let me know about the fee beforehand. I tried emailing them multiple times to get some answers, but they never even bothered to reply.
Needless to say, I won't be using their services again anytime soon. It's just not worth the hassle and the headache.
Pushy and Unprofessional: My Experience with Owners.com
I recently had an experience with Owners.com and I must say, it wasn't the best. They seemed to be very pushy with their products and services, almost as if they were trying to force them down my throat. It was quite frustrating, especially since I was just looking for some integrations for my restaurant.
I've been in business for several years now and I know what I want and what I don't want. But it seemed like if I didn't want one of their products, I was automatically deemed as an unimportant customer. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I was quite disappointed with their lack of professionalism and customer service.
If you're looking for a company that values your input and respects your decisions, I would suggest looking elsewhere. While Owners.com may have some good products and services, their pushy attitude and lack of customer service skills make them a less than desirable choice.
Owners.com Review: Promised Refund Not Delivered, Left Feeling Scammed
I recently signed up for Owners.com, which was previously known as profitboss, to help manage my restaurant. They charged me a setup fee of $499 and promised to refund it if I wasn't satisfied within 90 days. I was excited to take control of my website and Google page, but unfortunately, things didn't go as planned.
After they received my payment, they didn't follow through with their promises. They didn't take care of the setup process and left me hanging. I tried to reach out to them to get my money back, but they didn't respond. It's disappointing to see that they didn't keep their word and left me feeling scammed.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Owners.com to anyone. They didn't provide the service they promised and left me feeling frustrated and cheated. It's important to do your research before signing up for any service, and I wish I had done more research before choosing Owners.com.
