I am writing to address the ongoing issue with my Panasonic water heater, as highlighted in my previous complaints and service visits. Despite the efforts made by Mr. Ng Chong Ling on July 25th and subsequent follow-up communications, the water heater continues to malfunction, with persistent water leakage from the unit's interior.

The lack of a lasting solution to this problem has caused significant inconvenience to my family, as we have been unable to utilize the water heater for an extended period. The multiple attempts at repairs and the conflicting advice provided by your technicians have only added to our frustration and disappointment, particularly considering Panasonic's reputation as a leading brand in home appliances.

The recent explanation regarding the water pressure being too strong and the subsequent advice to reduce it, in addition to the issues with the heating elements and pump, have made the situation untenable. We are unable to use the water heater safely due to the varying issues it presents, including water temperature fluctuations that pose a risk during showering.

I am reaching out to request immediate action to resolve this matter by replacing the entire water heater unit. The continuous delays and inconclusive repairs have left me with no choice but to insist on a permanent solution to this recurring problem.
