Papa John's burned pizza twice.

This is the second time over the last two weeks that I've ordered pizzas with you all and when i go to bite into my food its hard.. Tastes stale and burnt.. Along with the cheese having an orange color like it has also been burned.. I tried to contact store but the phone just kept ringing through. I just want my ordered correct. I have two small children that ive paid money to feed dinner and ended up having to make them sandwiches etc.

I ordered from this Papa John all the time I'll call for a delivery for a large pepperoni pizza with wings I never did get my order I called back numerous times to speak with someone they kept saying they had a lot of customers but I never received my order the young lady was rude about it and very unprofessional it's sad that I had waited 2 hours and never got my food

I am furious with your Brentwood, NY store location, it's a very unprofessional location. You guys have a female answering the phone getting every order wrong! I waited 2 hours for my food just to have pick it up myself, instead getting it deliver. In addition, I spoke with the manager who was rude and barley understood English. I will just choose a different pizza place for no on!

Papa John's franchise

Long story short I had a problem with my local papa johns store three years ago and stopped going. I received a coupon in the mail that made me decide to give them another chance. I ordered online. When I got to the store, the store owner in east rutherford was nasty with me. I walked out without my order. The store owner called my wifes number from the online order and told her to never come back. I called the papa johns main number to complain. They were very nice but no one called me back. Two weeks later I called and they said the case was closed. I said "no one ever called me to tell me that" and they said the store decided they no longer want me there and as a franchise they have a right to do that. I said "alright but I would have liked a call telling me my case was closed. I had no idea papa johns worked this way. You just use the papa johns name and treat customers badly and papa johns washes its hands of it all?" The papa johns representative said that is the way it works and the franchised store has a right to do that. I know that other papa johns are good but I will never eat at any papa johns again after this. I am 51 years old and would like to be spoken too with respect not disdain as if you are doing me a favor taking my money lol

Papa John's new points system

I had 50 points that would have been a pizza or 2 depending on what I would have ordered. Now I have less than a pizza and I had no choice to login without accepting the new agreement. I am extremely upset over this obvious bait and switch. I am sure there are many others that are upset and I intend to contact an attorney about a possible class action suit since I am sure there are many others that were screwed. I am sick of this nonsense from companies like yours. It is not the money so much but the deception on how this was handled with not being able to log in without accepting the agreement. Also there was no explanation of what was going to happen by accepting the agreement. This was deceptive at the least and in my opinion is was theft. Also I am unable to view my past uses of my points for pizza purchases.

I am demanding a full accounting of my past purchases with my previous point awards by Jan. 25, 2019. This may be sent to my email greg.[protected]@hotmail.com. I would also like to see where you had the right to rob me of future uses of my accumulated points. I have copied these pages and my complaint so I have a good workable copy. Greg Samolis

Papa John's service/time

My husband and I order our pizza at 11:30 a.m. today. We were told it would be ready in 25-30 minutes. When my husband went to pick up our order at 12:00 p.m. it wasn't ready. in the meantime several other people came in ordered and picked up their pizza. Over on the counter were two boxes of pizza. My husband asked if that was our order, the cashier spoke to one of the young men working there and he replied it was, but there were no bread sticks. Now why didn't this young man tell the manager they needed more bread sticks. By this time our pizza has been sitting there for a few minutes now. My husband now has to wait an additional 20 -25 minutes on bread sticks. Our pizza has now set on your counter for over a half hour. By the time my husband paid for our order it had been an hour since we ordered our pizza. We live 25-30 minutes away. Needless to say our bread sticks and our pizza are cold. The young woman working there did not have the help she needed to accurately fill orders coming in. It will be long time before my husband and I ever come back to this Papa John's Pizza Place.

First off, my pizza was borderline cold considering I went directly home after my pick up (maybe an 8 minute drive). I ordered the pizza for my children who both consumed a majority of the pizza. Papa John's food was bad

We ordered pizza last night and when i got it home i couldn't tell with one had extra cheese because both pizza's didn't have much cheese on them all you can see was some pepperoni and sauce my kids complain about after two bites it is sad because we always get papa John's when eat pizza bit after last night i don't know if we will order again.please check onto why the pizza coming out this way thank you

Papa John's customer service

I've been treated very hostile over a simple situation which caould have been handled differently if the guy who claims to be the manager just listened to me. I'm not from around the area and it's not the egotist time I've bought food from that PaPa Johns restaurant either. Long story short I always order no cheese with pineapple. Along with that I always purchase an extra sauce on the side. The guy for some reason just don't like me because he mistakes me for some hoodlum around the neighborhood gives me my order I explained to him I paid for extra dip he opens my pizza screams over my food saying he placed sauce on my pizza. I told him call the cashier and he would gladly tell you. He refuses cause he just don't want to grant me customer service to satisfy my soul. I had to literally dream at him to give me my extra dip smh very pitiful. Now I come to complain and whiles talking to the understanding agent the guy comes and starts screaming saying he is the manager and he is in charge I said to him then that's very bad cause your customer service is horrible how in the world will he be in charge treating people like animals. Please some one reach out to me and understand where I'm coming from.

Papa John's customer service

I'm writing this complaint because I feel that the employee who took my order needs to be trained all over again. I ordered a pizza with light sauce and a house salad. When delivered there was no salad. Pizza was also dry I asked for light sauce, not no sauce ...very dissapointed. The young man that took my order need, to be trained. Thank you much

Papa John's delivery guy showed up to my house without my order, absolutely no pizza at all

i ordered my pizzas and brownie at 6:16, the latest i should of received the order was 701pm. The delivery guy shows up to my house at 734pm and is just sitting in his car with his phone in hand. I walked out there with tip in hand and asked for the pizza and he says he doesnt have my order, he is going to pick it up from the store and will be right back (why did you show up then?) He returns about 10 to 15 mins later and just delivers my 2 pizzas no brownie. i call the store and ask for the manager and end up speaking to a "Tanner". I tell Tanner that the pizza arrived cold (probably cause it sat at the store for a while) and that my brownie never arrived. Tanner stated "yea! im looking at your brownie right now. I was put on a forever hold then Tanner gets back on the line and states, "we are making you a fresh order" and then hangs up! Hello! it is 5:18AM now and still no "fresh" order has been received. I cannot count the many times i have ordered from this particular store and have never been treated with such immature customer service, i ended up sending the kids to bed after a bowl of cereal since the fresh order never made it here. I have never been one to complain about anything but this, this just made me mad. I would like a refund of my money for this and my 10 reward points added back to my account as the free brownie was never received, please. Thank you. Papa John's my last 3 orders ruined

The last few times I've made orders they have been undercooked or just wrong all together. The driver puts me on Hold until my order was delivered then the order came and everything was slopped together, cold, and my cookie was burnt. I called in and spoke with the manager Elliot he was very rude and nasty and he told me "[censored] you and to never call back" so here I am writing you.

Papa John's delivery/ quality of the product

Hi... My wife and I had family in from out of town so after a long day of traveling and work my wife decided to order pizza... Big mistake... She ordered the "feed your home team" 2 pizza deal (1) large meat lovers with banana peppers (1) supreme onion on half. And a order of garlic parmesan bread sticks.
My total was 33.96. They said it would be 30 to 45mins. An 1hr.15 mins went by and still no delivery. My wife called and asked how much longer and was told it would be there in 10mins. Another 35mins went by for a total of almost 2 hrs and final our order arrived.. the pizzas were barely warm and tasted undercooked. The supreme with onion on half had onion on the whole thing and we received regular bread sticks instead of the parmesan ones. I should not have had an experience like this after spending almost $40. I would greatly appreciate it if customer service got back with me promptly to resolve this matter. [protected]@gmail.com

Papa John's delivery, employee

I ordered a large 3-topping and chicken poppers this evening (9/8/2018) at 6:40 p.m. Estimated delivery time according to the website was 29 to 39 minutes. About 20 minutes past the delivery time I called the store. The man that answered was extremely rude and seemed irritated that I called. He told me delivery time was an hour to an hour & a half. When I told him what the time frame was according to the website he told me he wasn't responsible for the website and said he would get it to my house as soon as he could. Another ten minutes it arrived. Very, very dissatisfied with the service as this was not the first time for a late delivery. More like the 4th!

Papa John's pizza

driver was 20 min late we live less than 5min away and to top it off pizza looked lik it was dropped kicked dropped whatever was not pleased called store person disnt seen concered just said we can make you another said no was not gona wait another 30 min for pizza then as a afterthought they say oh wait can give you store crdit if you want not even a im sorry that happened or anything

Papa John's the change of pay rate after becoming a shift manager

I am training to be a shift manager and have been informed that the pay raise is not permanent and if i am not the shift manager on that shift and am instead working in-store that day that I will be paid the same as other instore employees. I have worked for papa johns for seven years on and off and have years of experience. How is this practice legal and okay? I have a pay raise but only when I'm acting shift manager? Frankly it is wrong. Those who are experienced and shift leads should keep their raise no matter the position in the store that day. The current shift manager training me, not the manager, informed me her checks are never over 400$. A shift manager is earning 800$ a month? Are you kidding me? If this is legal, no wonder the turnover rate at Papa John's is high.

Papa John's customer service / food quality

I have ordered from this locstion multiple times sadly, everytime it's something different. The last time I ordered my food arrived way passed my quote time and it was cold. This time I've waiting nearly 3 hours for a one topping pizza ! I'm no longer ordering through this company, but I would like to speak to someone who cares. It is nearly midnight and I'm waiting on my dinner from this evening to eventually arrive.

Papa John's manager threw my pizza on the counter.

Called in an order was told it would be 25 mins go to the papa John's and wait 1 hour. Asked for my mo ey back and he wouldn't give it back. Also threw my food on the counter. Threatened to call the police so I told him to go ahead and also roll back the camera. After arguing for 20 mins he finally gave me my money back. Manager said to never come in the store again.

Papa John's product easter pizza a foreign object that was in my pizza

my name is Paul releford purchase of Papa John's Pizza Thursday night 10:35p.m. got home with my family sit down to eat piece of the pizza and bit into a form object that was in that was pizza it cut the roof top of my mouth very painful, I took the piece of back to the establishment where I bought it from talk to a guy named LC Brown and Cecilia. One of the delivery guys walked in and said that that object may have came out of meat package.
