They really know what they are doing. I had two appliances go down at the same time. Sarkis diagnosed on the first time out. Ordered the parts needed. Parts arrived within two weeks. His 2nd visit both my dishwasher and range were back in working order. I appreciate your team.

So this is the 5th time someone from your company has come to "fix" my 2 year old Maytag dryer bought at *** The previous 4 times the gentleman was very nice. He tried to fix the dryer and it still wouldn't dry. So Today *** comes out with a attitude. Threatens that if the we call out to have the dryer fixed again, I could be charged for a bogus service call since they have replaced all the components possible for dryer not drying. So lets review.I'm 65, We've had the dryer for over 2 years. For almost 2 years the dryer worked perfectly. Now the dryer is not drying in the normal times. So what's changed other then the dryer malfunctioning. 1. Same Washer and Dryer for 2 years bought as a set.2. Same Washer and Dryer settings we've used for 2 years.3. Same amount of clothing put into washer and dryer for 2 years that worked 4. Lint filter cleaned with every cycle.5. I personally removed the vent hose and ran vacuum through said vent.6. Checked outside vent and it has good airflow running through it. 7. Said tech that just left the house. Maybe You're not putting enough clothes in Dryer to hit the sensor. Really? I just told you it fails constantly not on occasion. Said tech well maybe the washer isn't balanced on some loads and not extracting the water on spin cycle. Really? That would be an inconsistent issue not routine.8. Said tech states use time dry for drying, Really? the dryer was sold with multiple cycles including normal with a sensor for drying to adapt to the clothes. 9. User error or dryer error. Hopefully they got it fixed otherwise I will call again.

Great, COVID-aware service. I especially love that they will send an email in advance of the appointment so I don't have to miss the phone call and then try to catch the company to confirm; that's a game-changer for me. The repairman was on-time, wearing a mask & gloves, friendly, intelligent, and knows his business. It could not have been a better experience.

Company is a TOTAL JOKE
Company is a TOTAL JOKE. They're the Most unprofessional group I have ever met. They will not go out of their way for you. But they will quickly ask for money despite you having an extended warranty. They will yell at you while taking blame for their error and once you call them on it they will hang up on you. They have piss poor communication skils and a lack of empathy for their customers. IT IS MY RECCOMENDATION THAT YOU DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! THEY WILL NOT GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ASSIST YOU

Over the course of the last week or so, I've spoken to four different phone representatives and had one technician to the house. Everyone was stellar. I've had techs from 3 other companies in to diagnosis an issue with my built-in fridge and no one else was able to quickly determine both the issue and, frankly more importantly, that the part needed is not longer available. Not the answer we wanted to hear but I am so glad that we finally heard it and were able to move forward with a new fridge purchase. Thank you!"

Paradise Appliance was referred to us by the manufacture.I gave Serial number and model number so they could identify and have the part ready. It was a $21 light switch. The technician arrived without the part and charged us $134.95 for the service call for the day. He said he needed to come back with the light switch for our Kitchen Aid refrigerator the next day. When he returned to fix the light, he charged AGAIN for the service call. A total *** was $278.82 for the job for a 15 minutes of work. Comment: Will not use this company again.

Our Kitchen Aide refrigerator has lost the door lights since DECEMBER! We continue to ask for servicing. The response is, we will need to get the parts. When the parts arrive several weeks later they come to service the refrigerator. Within hours the lights are out. I have asked the company to pay attention to the amount of time it has taken it simply repair lights. The service men are unconcerned and respond with we need to get more parts. Wish we had never purchased the insurance policy. We are currently waiting one more time having been told they don't have the parts.

Scheduled my service online with Maytag. Paradise is apparently the only service company that can work on Maytag without voiding the Maytag warranty. Two week wait time for Paradise, no mention of a $134.95 sales call that in now way is applied to any part of the visit. *** the tech (nice guy), lets me know that the repair will be approx $850 and I will have to pay for an additional tech as its a two person job. Needless to say I did not move forward with the repair. Paid my $134.95 and moved on. Side note called local repair company and they charge $85 a visit and apply the $85 if you do the repair with them.

Spent at least $400, my refrigerator still leaks. Waited a month to get my freezer gasket, got the wrong one, for the refrigerator instead. So, after they got the right gasket, 12 days later, they put both of them on. My refrigerator is still leaking on the freezer door. I called them out several times because it never sealed properly. This last time, they told me I had another problem, and it would cost $134. So I had his "manager" call me back, but instead, the associate called me back, telling me to get a new refrig after spending $400 for his services. They never solved the problem, It's the sign of the times. 0 is what I give them.

Also, they claimed that the parts are not avaliable and would not be able to provide the service; however, when I did a little research, the part is being produced by another takeover company. They also never sent me a diagnosis report and receipt for the "service call". When I called to dispute the charge made was unreasonable, Paradise Appliance supervisor refused to look at my email that no disclosure if $134.95 charge will be made. If they refuse to do complete the repair work, when there are parts avaliable, then there service call fee should be waived, since they didn't perform the repair work.

Parts (refrigerator doors) were delivered to my house with out notice
Parts (refrigerator doors) were delivered to my house with out notice. I called Paradise Appliance Service to let them know that I had the doors at the house. They were surprised. In the mean time I kept receiving automated e-mails that told me that the parts were on order but due to shipping issues I would have to wait until the part arrived. They kept pushing out repair date at least 4 times. The same email was sent to me even after I received the part at my house. Now I have to schedule a technician to come out, from Paradise Appliance Service to install the refrigerator doors, Which means I have to store these large doors somewhere in my house until they can come out to install! During a previous installation the technician cut though or ripped the gasket/ seal along the edge of the door. I called and emailed multiple times to have them address this and received NO response whatsoever. This problem has still yet to be resolved. Needless to say I am not particularly happy with the way they do business and the lack of professionalism and poor customer ***.

Today, the technician arrived with a negative attitude, warning of potential charges for future service calls despite having replaced all possible components. Let's assess the situation: I'm 65, and the dryer worked well for nearly two years. Nothing has changed except the dryer's performance. The washer-dryer set, settings, laundry load, and maintenance have been consistent. I've even cleaned the vent system thoroughly. The technician suggested insufficient load for the sensor and an unbalanced washer as potential problems, which are inconsistent with the routine issue. He advised using the timed dry feature, but the dryer was marketed with various cycles, including an adaptive sensor mode. If the problem persists, I will not hesitate to request another service call.
