On 3/27/23 I elected to take part in the Test Play Program through Patriot Golf. After 3 months none of the clubs had arrived. Patriot Golf twice told me that they had delays in building the clubs but that mine were on the way. On 6/26/23 I called in to cancel my order. Patriot Golf told me that my refund would be issued to the card that I made the purchase on. In August, I called and they said they would have a rep call me back about my order issue. On 9/29/23 I was told that my order was not canceled properly and that my refund would now be issued back to me. On 11/16/23 I had still not received my refund and was told that a check would be mailed to me. Today is 2/1/24 and I have yet to receive my refund. Every time I call in the customer service reps tell me there is nothing they can do other than email the accounting department. This company is nothing but a scam to take and hold your money. They clearly are hoping that you will forget about getting your money back from them. Do not do any business with these people and keep clear notes on any interactions with them.
