After seeing a promotional offer in the SwingU golf app emails from Patriot Golf for "Try our irons, return them in 45 days if not completely satisfied, but keep the complimentary wedges", I thought, sure, why not? I had previous purchased a set of drivers, and I was happy. The irons did not perform well, they were less accurate and under performed my exist set.
Before the trial period concluded I obtained an RMA and shipped the irons to Patriot Golf under their "Happiness in Golf Return Program" on 7/29/2024. Following up 2 weeks later, I was informed the refund would be issued 4 weeks after the return. 5 weeks after the return, on 9/11/2024 when I had not been credited for the $499 purchase price, I called to follow up. I spoke with their customer service representative, "Cailyn" who assured me "Accounting" would post the credit and send me an email affirming the refund was in process. I neither received the email nor the credit to my card.
Today, 9/26/2024, I have again called to follow up on their failure to refund the purchase price. I spoke with "Wes" who said he would contact the "Accounting Manager" and I should see an email and credit posted in 3-5 business days. At this point I stopped him and informed him I was told the same thing 2 weeks previously and no credit or email had been forthcoming. I would not wait 3-5 business days, I need action by tomorrow, Friday 9/27/2024, or I would take action to protect my interest and preserve my rights, including filing complaints, contacting SwingU, and if necessary, locating others similarly who have been deceived by their false and fraudulent "money back guarantee program" to collectively seek relief.
Contact me in this thread if you never received a refund, or if you did, what was required to obtain a refund.

I am pleased to report that a refund is in process for the returned F-22 Iron set.
It was not easy. It certainly was unreasonably delayed. But it is in process.
