Payoneer Change of name

I have been sending requests to change the name on my account. This is since April, and all I get is an auto-reply email. The platform I am currently using only allows Payoneer option for sellers who live outside the US. I even email the customer service manager but only got the same auto-reply. I wonder what else needs to be done from my side. Payoneer has to fix this.

Payoneer Payoneer is holding my money without any reason

Hello, Payoneer blocked my account on 09/13/2022 without any prior notice, and requested some additional documents for identity verification, which I sent them at the same day. Then they requested another additional document (a proof of my phone number), which I sent 2 weeks ago. My account has still blocked since then, and they are still holding my money in amount of $2200. As they are a US based company, I kindly ask you to help me to withdraw my money. My Payoneer account was fully verified, and I didn't break any of their rules or regulations. Please help.

Payoneer Blocked my funds and got an email for account close

Hello everyone

I am fed up with such reply from last 20 days that is being reviewed with our relevant department really from last 20 days that relevant department didn't have a time to look into my account what kind of under review is this which take 20 days.

I am sorry to say its really disappointment and stressfull for me. I have a team here. I need to pay salaries to them and my balance blocked from last 20 days and I cant pay to my team

I am here to give full details, docs, proof of earning, whatever payoneer need from my side but keep me in waiting its really hurting me now

Payoneer Verification service complaint

Hi there,

I was requested to provide my residential information and when i was uploading my rental agreement the system accepted only one page of two page document.

There is no option to upload a second page of a scanned document.

Your system however accepted two pages of my passport.

How am I supposed to verify my residence when your system does not allow to upload a second page? please clarify

Desired outcome: If you require customer to upload residential information you should at least provide an option for a two page document as you did on passport verification, don't you agree?

Payoneer Payoneer - blocking of the account and freezing of funds.

I am writing in connection with the suspension of my account and the freezing of my funds by Payoneer. On July 13, 2022, my account was blocked along with the account and funds, the blocking was due to sanctions in the region of Ukraine, the so-called Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). I provided evidence confirming my presence in the territory controlled by Ukraine (namely, bank statements, a certificate of an migrant). After my repeated appeals to Payoneer support and the provision of documents confirming my presence in the territory controlled by Ukraine, the account was blocked without the possibility of unblocking due to violation of the Terms and Conditions.

On July 21, 2022, Payoneer support notified me that I will be able to withdraw my funds using a support operator. But when I called support on the scheduled date of July 29, 2022 to withdraw funds, the operator told me that my account had been sent for re-verification.

On August 31, 2022, I received information that some of my actions are contrary to their Terms and Conditions. Although the initial blocking occurred due to sanctions against the DNR and LNR, and I did not commit any violations when using the account. Payoneer refuses to help me and does not provide any information regarding the suspension of my account and the freezing of funds.

Payooner support sends to the OFAC website to apply to the US Treasury. But I need to apply only if I really am in the sanctioned regions, otherwise, I will not be able to request a license due to the fact that on the site I need to select the Executive Order for which I go as a blocked person. It follows that I cannot apply to the US Treasury to release the funds because my account was suspended due to a violation of Payoneer's Terms and Conditions, and not due to sanctions. Payoneer refuses to comment on this in any way and name the reason for the blocking.

Desired outcome: Please look into this complaint and help me get my legitimate funds back and regain access to my Payoneer account.

Payoneer My account locked without reason and my funds is frozen

Hello. July 6 my payoneer account was locked without reason and my funds was frozen. I got such email:

We regret to inform you that we have closed your Payoneer account and deactivated any Payoneer cards you may have. Unfortunately, you can no longer receive or make payments with Payoneer.

For further information, refer to the section titled Termination and suspension in the Payoneer Terms & Conditions.

We will not be able to reactivate your Payoneer account for any reason. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

I emailed to customer care many times and called by phone.

this is their responses.

At Payoneer, we regularly review customer activity to keep our payment platform safe for everyone. In a recent review of your account, we noticed that some of your activity has gone against our Terms and Conditions.

As a regulated financial services business, we are required to stop offering our services in these circumstances.

We advise that you do not send any additional payments to your account, as they will be declined.

We will notify you when your account will be ready for withdrawal.

I understand the need to withdraw your funds from your account. Upon checking here, our team is looking for the best way to withdraw the funds in the easiest way. We will give you an update via email once the funds are ready to withdraw. For the meantime there's no specific time and date, but I assured you that you will get your funds completely.  

Thank you for your cooperation with us. We apologize for the inconvenience if you still cannot withdraw your funds as of this moment. Please do not worry for our team is still searching for some way so that you can access your funds and we will notify you via an email update once the funds are available to be withdrawn. For now there is no specific timeframe for this, but we will make sure that you will get your funds soon.

As per checking, your funds still frozen at this moment but no worries we are doing our best to resolve your issue as soon as possible. Kindly wait for an update via email regarding the status of this matter. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Please be informed that Although your funds is frozen on Payoneer at the moment. We are doing are best to help you on this case, Please wait for the update from our relevant team for the status of your funds. 

I'm not violated any payoneer terms of services and i'm still not got my frozen funds. already 3 months i'm waiting and noone not did any action to return my money. please help me.

Payoneer Account locked

I have written to Payoneer through their contact page every day for the past 10 days & have not received a reply to my urgent requests to unlock my account.

I am a verified user of Payoneer and have had an account there for several years. As of today, my funds (which I urgently need) are locked, giving me few options to continue normal business operations.

I run a small business, and I have employees who depend on me to pay their wages on time. Without access to the funds locked in Payoneer I will be forced to apply for a bank loan, or worse, lay off employees.

Desired outcome: Respond to my requests and unlock my account.

Payoneer Account locked without notice or resolution. Account balance frozen. No answer from Payoneer

My account was flagged because of a date of birth typo. They requested I change it and send additional id to resolve the problem which I did. Customer service is really bad. Poor connection. Poor English. And the agents are powerless to do anything. The Supervisor refused to take my call.

By business is under threat of closure now because of this. I can no longer access funds nor can I send out customer orders. It has created a great mess!

Because I have not heard back I am now looking for any way possible to get through so we can meet a resolution.

Thanks.

Payoneer Payoneer Bank Withdrawal

Dear Payoneer,

It's very frustrating & I didn't get any answer from your side and my bank is investigating with the confirmation PDF as well.

Please get back to me as soon as possible, my business is affected and I won't use Payoneer again this WAY...!

Why are you not replying?!... Please get back to me ASAP...

it's been more than 9 days since my Bank Withdrawal and I didn't receive anything yet or any response from you.

this is totally unacceptable... I will get my money and close Payoneer account after that and I will never deal with you again

and I will also publish this on all social media platforms.

Payoneer Payoneer blocked my account without any reason

Payoneer Blocked my account in May 2022. I received an email stating that "due to a violation of Payoneer’s Terms & Conditions, you can no longer receive or make payments using your Payoneer account". I received this email regarding my current account and also the previous Payoneer account which I had deleted before creating a new Payoneer account. I tried to contact their customer support multiple times and on multiple platforms but all I receive is an automated response and they never tell me the reason why they blocked my account permanently. I'd be really grateful, If there's anyone who can help me with getting my account back as it's the only way I can withdraw my earnings as a freelancer.

Payoneer Account is disabled

Hello,

My account and card have been blocked from Payoneer without informed me, every time i connect with costumer service they tilling me that my account is under review, i work with trusted platforms from Payoneer, Also i have sent all requirements before, there are no response for blocking account, my payment is blocked i can not withdrawal, thanks in advance

I don't know any solid reason that why Payoneer Blocked me permanently from using their service I only received one payment from a client of 500 USD the client was very bad I Provided him the complete work but there was a mistake in project by his side he sent me the wrong project file to work on so that was not my fault so on his complaint Payoneer Blocked me

Payoneer Not returning my money

I had two disputes with the same clients. Payoneer agreed with me that these claims were unjustified. Then these clients escalated one of these disputes to Visa. After that happened Payoneer started to take money from my account without any explanation. That was in November last year. After a few of these transactions I made sure that I would no longer receive money on my account, so they could not take more from it. Then after about 8 months Payoneer informed me that Visa agreed with me, so no money for these clients. That was July 20th. You would think that I would get the money back they took from my account. Now it is August 9th and I am still waiting for that. They are giving me the run around without telling me if and when I will get my money back. I have sent several messages and chatted with Payoneer a number of times. It is all been a waste of time.

Payoneer Account blocked

I got an email it said,

"Hi Md S M,

We regret to inform you that we have closed your Payoneer account and deactivated any Payoneer cards you may have. Unfortunately, you can no longer receive or make payments with Payoneer.

For further information, refer to the section titled Termination and suspension in the Payoneer Terms & Conditions.

We will not be able to reactivate your Payoneer account for any reason. We regret any inconvenience this may cause."

Now my question is can they take all my money and use it as their own?

This is how Payoneer make a profit from a customer.

If they can't allow a customer for a specific reason they should tell them that we can't allow you anymore. But without any notice, they just blocked the account and take all funds. How does this work?

Desired outcome: I want my money back. I earn this fund no one give it as a gift.

Payoneer Payoneer stealing $ 9000 from my balance

I've been a customer since five years ago using Payoneer service.

I requested to withdraw my funds from my Payoneer account to my local bank account one year ago. Since then, I am still stuck at their pending review of my bank account.

I’ve contacted the support team many times (over 9-13 times) to speed up the process and have any feedback from their side. I’ve contacted them by phone, through online chat and even opened new tickets.

And every time I do, I receive almost the same reply, over and over again. They reply that they’re still reviewing my bank account and it will take 2-3 business days, but nothing happens after that.

I am so frustrated that I’m losing all my efforts to hear this over and over again.

Since I’ve almost done everything I can do by contacting the Payoneer Customer Care Case Specialists, my only way so I can get my funds back, is to forward my complaint to your side, hoping that someone would please hear me out.

Please, I am begging you to provide assistance.

Payoneer Customer service

I need my transactions for my tax declerations for [protected] and 2019.

For the last week the company could not give these decuments to me. They always change person who is contacting to you but NEVER SOLVE THE PROBLEM. The funny thing is everyone who is contacting to you acts friendly and they all want the same knowladges.

So according to me this company has NO RESPECT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. And most probably they do not have any customer service.

Payoneer Payoneer Blocked my account and froze my funds permanently without prior notice!!!

I'm freelancer and I was working from many years and keeping all my savings in my Payoneer account.

Payoneer blocked my account on June 13th 2022 while my funds were present in my account.

I was first told that I can withdraw my funds right after 6 months.

But later on, on July 8 I was told that my funds are frozen permanently and that I should not contact Payoneer again as the decision is final.

I want to get my funds back as Payoneer has no right to withhold someone's money permanently.

Payoneer terms and conditions section 23.2 states "that Payoneer will send an update about withdrawal of funds either with termination notice or after termination notice". BUT I have not been provided information about withdrawal of my funds from one month.

Section 16.6 of Payoneer terms and conditions states that " Payoneer can not hold funds for more than 180 days " BUT I was told that my funds are frozen permanently and I can never ever deflate my money.

I am trying from one last month to be able to get access to my very own hard earned money but Payoneer is refusing to do so.

They just say I have violated their terms and conditions. But I don't think any company can hold/freeze someone's hard earned money permanently.

When I asked under which law/rule are you allowed to illegally keep all my money they simply refused to answer and hanged up the call.

Note:

I have called them tens of times --- the answer is always same.

I have never been given a reply to any of my emails (even though I sent emails to their manager).

Live chat option is disabled on my account.

On messenger/twitter they just send same automated replies.

I tried posting on Payoneer community forum and they always decline my post.

Payoneer is a scam! I want to get my hard earned money back.

I have all proofs and I can share all necessary details.

Desired outcome: Please allow me to withdraw all my funds from my blocked Payoneer Account on immediate basis.

Same thing happened to me today and I am shocked how this is happening. No control or real customer service for a company such as this. Working as an online bank, they should be controlled.

I have no idea what to do now after reading all this reviews.

Payoneer Name on account change

Dear Payoneer.

I made a complaint earlier on my account but it wasn't resolved, I changed my surname to my husband's surname and my husband's surname is the what I have on my official ID. Kindly change the name on the account so the ID can be accepted.

Attached are my international passport bearing my new name, a newspaper publication and an affidavit of name change.

Payoneer Registration

Am trying to register as new seller with ebay, it's been 4 day's now.I received email this morning stating my documents are incorrect initially when i spoke to agent on Monday (Lester) he checked and confirmed all was well i then spoke to another lady and she assured me i will get feedback soon.Today i spoke to Lester again and he stated I need to wait 1-2 days this is ridiculous I just want to sell, a bank account takes quicker.Ebay is loosing customers cause your business processes are all messed up.Your customers services aren't reliable and just do what they need to do, can someone assist me and everyone else.

Catch a wake-up Payoneer it seems to me you still stuck in the 80's .
