Payoneer My card is block no reason

Payoneer blocked my card while in vacation now im stranded cant get in hotel and have no other card. Their customer service doesnt care nobody is helping me endless calls no help been hold hold for over hour nobody comes back to phone

Payoneer Payment not received

Payoneer held my payment for surveys completed Appen.

I submitted the W-9 as per the IRS requirements for Independent contractors.

Payoneer is asking for additional documentation (Social security card, tax filling forms, articles of incorporation, licenses...). I have never heard of such a request to receive payments. Even when I open a bank account, I don't have that many requirements from any major payees.

Do they know what they are doing? I called their customer service. They didn't have a clue about what they are doing.

Appen should proceed with my payment thru Paypal as I had before. I never experienced such issues. I have had Paypal accounts for over 10 years.

The amount is not even $100.00. What in the world is happening? They cannot conduct businesses in America. Nobody has times for that Nonsense.

Payoneer Account locked can't withdraw my money

I've been using Payoneer for many years but because of the COVID-19 lockdown, I spend several months without using it so in December 2020 they sent me an email telling me that my prepaid card was canceled due to lack of use. In 2021 I started to work as a freelancer again so I got some payments, the last payment I got was in January 2022, so I wanted to withdraw money from my account. But I found out that my account was restricted for apply to a prepaid card, was restricted to adding a supplier's bank account, was restricted access to Global Payment Service, and was restricted to make payments or transfer money. All those restrictions NEVER were communicated to me in any way.

So in March 2022, I started a long string of contacts with support using several available channels. First, it was Spanish chat, then it was English chat, then it was using the community (in Spanish & English), and now it's using the email (first in Spanish & now in English), but after two long months no explanation or solution was ever offered & I'm still unable to withdraw the money from my account.

I don't know why or when they applied those restrictions to my account, they haven't told me that. Support it's just a waste of time, after 2 months they haven't offered any satisfactory reply nor solution yet. I feel I'm being mocked by alleged "support" & scammed by Payoneer's alleged "service" so I feel like closing my Payoneer account for good, but "support" seems unable to find a solution to unlock my money & allow me to withdraw it.

I would like to be able to withdraw my money & then delete my Payoneer account forever because after this I'm not willing to keep using this Payoneer scam anymore in which they can apply restrictions without telling the user. Miscommunication is awful there, support is invisible & service is non-existent so I would simply want a solution & leave all this behind.

Desired outcome: To be able to withdraw all my money and later delete my Payoneer account forever.

Payoneer Payoneer

Payoneer has locked me out of the account since day one. Customer support is a tail chasing talk to no one dead end loop. Written solutions are not solutions.

Phone number voice prompts lead customers in circles. Real people are no where to be found. Tunecore corralled its users to PAYONEER as the only choice. I have earned money I have never been able to access. Locked out advice is wait a half an hour and try again. I have tryed accessing during multiple half hour periods over different time frames during different days of the week and times of the month. It is a dead end. PAYONEER is a dead end for the user. There is no mask or vaccine in the world that can prevent you from the sickness that is PAYONEER

Payoneer access to funds is a tail chasing dead end by design. It is a problem that finds hollow solutions that lead to empty results.

Payoneer Payoneer

I have now been waiting almost two months for a payment to arrive and Payoneer is now refusing to send my money back and ignoring all my emails and requests. THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY.

They have asked for impossible amounts of paper including access to private messages with my tutoring clients. They are refusing to verify any of my documents, continually stating my passport or this and that will not be accepted. This whole thing is a scam. How do we get our money back? Which agency do we fill a formal legal complaint with?

Payoneer Withdrawal not received

I've made a transaction to withdraw funds from my Payoneer account to my Turkish bank from April 15, 2022, and till now, I didn't receive anything. When I contacted them, they kept telling me I have to be patient with us; we got in contact with our bank transfer team, and they will solve your issue, and it has been two weeks. What can we do? Can anyone help?

Payoneer international payment

I am a freelancer working for healthcare claims and follow up with insurance so that Healthcare providers get their money. As I am a freelancer, I do not have work contract, I work on claims and accordingly they me. I do not understand why Payoneer is asking me for work contract again and again and do not process my own money. Previously I spoke with customer care associate and explained him everything, then they processed my payment. Again this month, the same thing happened, I shared the invoice on portal which they refused to accept.

If this is the service you provide to customers, people have to think about another platform because you people are not flexible for customers and annoyed them with your unnecessary demands.

I don't think Payoneer has a solid understanding of tax documents, and independent contractors. I just have a few surveys completed with Appen, my payments were sent in December.

Payonner held my own money asking; asking me to submit my tax return, my social security card, business license, business incorporation, and what else? This is beyond ridiculous. With my own earned money.

And, I already submitted the tax form requested, successfully.

Payoneer My Payoneer was blocked and deactivated

Good morning Sir/Ma, my name is Uche Jude and I have been using payoneer.com to receive payments from my Amazon sites since 2018. I have provided all required documents and I have never engaged in any fraudulent activity that contravenes the payoneer.com terms and conditions (not one I know of).

Yesterday, like previous times, I simply logged in to withdraw my Amazon earnings, and everything went smoothly as before.

But this morning, to my greatest surprise and regret, I received a message that my payoneer.com account has been blocked and deactivated. There was no reason given. I tried logging in only to confirm its actually not a dream, my account is blocked!

This is my only payoneer.com which I have been using for the past four years. I'm no fraud, I work hard for my money.

I sincerely believe there is a mistake somewhere. I pray the team to please reaccess and investigate my account again.

Payoneer Withdrawal delay

I have used Payoneer for almost a year now. And since day 1 there is never a time that I did not experience any delays in my withdrawals. This platform gives me headache all the time. Transactions showing completed on their end but it's not showing in my bank account. They always tell me that the money is already with my bank and that it's up to them to deposit it in my account. I say they are liers! I went to my bank and was able to speak to a manager and they cannot see any money transferred by Payoneer cause if there is one they will credit it to my account right away. What happened Payoneer are you holding on to the interest rates of my money since it will be converted to peso in my end? I will ask my client to switch to a different money transfer provider. These guys are a pain in the [censored]! It's been several days now and still no whereabouts as to where my money is. I withdraw that money for medical emergency, now my patient is dying and Payoneer is the one I will blame for the rest of my life.

Desired outcome: I need my money today. Have it transferred now! I have family member in hospital needing it.

Payoneer Money transfer

A money transfer transaction was made by an organization on March 8th 2022. The money did not arrive at the destination. Payoneer refuse to give information on the transaction and say that they send money, but the money did not reach the recipient's account. Transaction ID - [protected].

Desired outcome: Please return the money to the sender or recipient.

Enough is enough now my 2 transactions pending 500 usd and 900 usd from long time but not reply at your end . Very pathetic service of Payoneer . I will make video of pathetic service for the same and will viral on social media . I am chasing for my payment but no reply from your side. Payoneer My account was closed due to a for global payment form that I filled out wrong.

Hi,

I am an independent contractor who does contracting services for a company that only uses one payment method and that company is Payoneer. After being with Appen for over 4 years going on 5 years, I've never had an issue with being paid on time via Payoneer. So, I received an email on last week stating that I needed to log in into my Payoneer account and go to the verification center tab and filled out some form called "Global Payment" form in which I did even though I didn't understand what I was doing and why was it needed.

Therefore, the next day I decided to call Payoneer just to make and confirm that they was the one that sent the email and the foreign guy assured me that it was and said that I didn't have to filled out the form in which I told him that I had already did. He also told not worry about it and if Payoneer needed any additional information that they would email me so I said okay and got off of the phone. A few days had past, I checked my email and saw that I have two emails from Payoneer.

I don't ever remember filling out anything for a EUR receiving account and why would I need to anyway when I've been receiving my US currency payments from Appen through Payoneer for years without any issues. I am a US citizen who has been living in the US all of my 46 life.

Email 01 states:

Dear Laticia Gordon,

We have finished reviewing your request for a EUR receiving account.

Unfortunately, based on the information provided, we are unable to approve the request.

Email 02 states:

Dear Laticia Gordon,

We regret to inform you that, due to a violation of Payoneer’s Terms & Conditions, you can no longer receive or make payments using your Payoneer account.

We have closed your account and deactivated any Payoneer cards you may have.

Unfortunately, for regulatory reasons, we are unable to share the exact reasons for closing your account; however account closures are typically due to:



*potential risk associated with an account

*complaints filed to Payoneer about an account holder’s activities

*company websites with questionable content

*fraudulent activity detected in an account

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to reactivate your Payoneer account for any reason. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

After getting these two emails, I got the phone off of Payoneer website and called them but all keep getting was a recording that said "They were only taking calls from active Payoneer customers that is receiving payments." I couldn't talk anyone. I also tried several other forms of communications like their live chat (I had to be logged in to used this feature, but remember my account is locked/closed so I could not contact this way either). I emailed them numerous of times and sent messages via Facebook messenger and still response neither issues resolved.

The next thing to do is to file a complaint with the BBB.org in which I did on yesterday. However, I did receive an email Payoneer customer care specialist about the same message that they sent earlier this week. My issue still hasn’t been resolved yet. I will wait for the BBB.org to respond. If it is not resolved I am going filed a class lawsuit against them because there are others who has been having issues like this and still are having issues like this until this day that need out issues resolved.

Desired outcome: I would like for my Payoneer account to be reactivate because my job depends on it.

Payoneer Non receipt of money

02 Feb 22. I was into an agreement with Graham Lewis 5X472815E1267414M. So far I have had to pay R3600 == (R1780 was for insurance charges) and R1750 (Pick up agent fee). Now I must pay an extra R1910,00 Payoneer Commission Fee). I am beginning to think that I am being scammed as I have already paid the first two into a checkers money market account. Is there anyway that Payoneer can guarantee that I will get my money back if it is a scam.

Graham Lewis is currently trying to pull the same scam with us however we noticed that he is recreating Payoneer emails to verify transactions. He has requested that we pay R1450 to Shoprite , send him the pin and M number after which the funds would be available. This is not legit .

Payoneer They are holding €1,400 that should have been deposited into my account

On Friday 28th January I received an email from Payoneer confirming that they had deposited €1,400 into my bank account. Today 1st February I receive an email from them requesting me to “refund” an additional €600 to release the funds and once I have done this they will deposit €2,000 back into my account. How can I refund what I haven’t even received yet. This sounds very wrong to me and I am concerned that I will not receive my payment

Payoneer Unable to withdraw/get back my own money

I am tired of contacting customer service since Dec 28, 2022 by phone (twice) or email (twice) over the last month to explain to them that I have closed that bank account therefore, I cannot provide verification documents about it. They keep telling me that someone will contact me to provide me with a solution or that they will escalate the problem but nothing happens, I just get the standard message to provide verification documents the closed bank account. I have tried to upload new information about my bank account but it would not allow me citing that my name is different! My money is stuck; I have even asked them return my money to fiverr but nobody is helping me!

Desired outcome: Transfer my money back to fiverr or make it available for me to withdraw

I'm in a similar situation.

They applied restrictions to my account without telling me, so my account is restricted to apply to a prepaid card, restricted to adding a supplier's bank account, restricted access to Global Payment Service, and restricted to make payments or transfer money. Meaning money is locked and I can't withdraw it.

I've been contacting support by chat and mail (in Spanish & English) for nothing, cause nobody there is able to offer an explanation much less a solution. It's an awful waste of time.

Did you find any resolution? They are holding my $2180 for 20 days now for no reason or explanation give. Customer care support always say that my account is under review but for what they never explain. This is so damn pity service. There are countless such incident around the web about them and I am not sure how are allowed to do the business. Probably they are bribing agencies all over the world with the money stolen from the accounts to help keep this SCAM alive. This seems like a Biggest scam right now

Payoneer card blocked after security breach

On dec 8th 2021 there was a message of Payoneer that they knew there was a security breach and they blocked my card out of precaution.
I had to deliver some documents and I did.

Ever since my card and money is blocked. I tried to find out why, but the support system keeps saying that there are many more peoples waiting.

5 weeks is way to long to unblock a card and have my money back.

So my idea is that there is a bigger problem at Payoneer.
