Payoneer Customer services pathetic

Over a month now with this company trying to get my account unblocked again. Several emails and steps I've followed to send my ID documents as proof that it is my account. I have money in there that I would like to withdraw. Surely they should be taken to task and have some federal laws to close them down? If someone reading this has any suggestions so that we as customers can put an end to this pathetic excuse of a company.

Payoneer Unable to withdraw my money to my bank account

I've been trying to withdraw my U.S. dollars to my bank account for a whole month.

At first, Payoneer claimed that the problem was that my prepaid card connected to my Payoneer receiving account was expired. I requested a new prepaid card but the problem continued.

Then Payoneer claimed that my bank account was invalid and told me to delete it and add it again. I did so and the problem continued.

I need an urgent solution.

Payoneer Verification of my account (documents)

- date of the incident: Oct 27, 2020
I have reached the live chat support (for the first and last time). Transcription of our messages will be provided at the end. The support guy helped me, answered all my questions, I don't have any complaints toward him but to the company itself.

- full description of the incident: I have registered on Payoneer on Sep 21, 2020 and added all the documents were required. I think it was the only photo of my passport, questionnaire.
I thought it was enough so I waited for the verification. I had to receive money on Oct 26 and they did not come because:
"On the Verification Center page, provide the information requested in the sections titled:
Account approval (or Account verification)
Line of business verification"

So I filled in the business profile that day and noticed that Passport, Global payment service questionnaire, and Business Profile are under review. But passport and questionnaire are under review since Sep 21 so I contacted live chat support on Oct 27. The guy asked me to provide a photo of my passport and he replaced the old photo with a new one (just in case I guess). Full transcription with support will be given at the end of my complaint.

My chat with support started to find out why I was not able to receive money but 1 week later my account is still under review. It is under review since September.

- desirable resolution of my complaint: verification of my account.

I have not received any emails or notifications with a decline or request to provide some documents. All my messages to support are answered with autoreply emails and I am unable to contact Payoneer via livechat anymore, saying that my request "canceled".

Payoneer Account blocked - unable to access because of inaccesible old cell no authentication

It has been over a week now and still no reply from Payoneer regarding my problem. Just a constant jumping back and forth on the website FAQ with no solution. I have been trying to register my new phone number but every time I want to do via mail or other it instructs me to get a code via two-step authentication.So now my account is blocked, and not even temporarily. The problem is I no longer have the old phone number where the authentication is being sent! Whenever I mail Payoneer to ask for them to unblock my account and delete two-step authentication I get a bot trying to solve my issues, unsuccessfully. This is very frustrating. They keep sending me the same suggestions you keep sending me, they don't help. What you need to do is disable the two-step verification for me on my account ID: [protected], can that not be done? I will be closing my account as soon as I am able to get my money out again. Surely this is a simple process and which I have explained throgh their customer services channels several times now. I have also surfed the community page and there have been several posts of the same issue as mine with absolutely no resolutions or replies from Payoneer .

Payoneer Withdrawal process

Hello there,
My withdrawal transaction number [protected], dated 11.09.2020, has not been transferred to my account yet. It was 1 month! Although I had contacted Payoneer many times, they couldn't figure it out.

195.65 usd lost!
Payoneer can't do that!

Payoneer Customer service/accessing account

I cant access my funds to withdraw as i have changed my telephone number-i reported this over 4 weeks ago. As its STILL not been changed, i cant pass the 2 step verifcation to get into my account? I NEED access to my funds asap. This is ridiculous. Ive called, and its costing me a fortune, and still not resolved. Please help. I spent a lot of money on calls last month to get my number editted, and its still not been done, leaving me with no money again!

Payoneer Customer support

Before starting my complaint, if someone says did I try to contact with them at least one time. Then the answer is yes and it's not only one time it was more than 4 times I try to complain Payoneer direct their e-mail. Normally if you forward any e-mail to Payoneer, the reply will come from Customer support. But when your says means complaint the reply will come from the Case Specialists Team. The same thing happened to me. After submitting my complaint to them, let's see an example of what was the reply from them —

Wait, What? You mentioned for customer queries you must use the support center. Yes, I used the support center and I found the e-mail from https://www.payoneer.com/customer-disclosures-and-complaints/ on this page said under "HOW TO FILE A COMPLAINT" there is highlight Payoneer contact email address [protected]@payoneer.com and I forwarded my email to the right address. But Payoneer says, this email address is not for customer queries. Listen, This is a complaint, not a customer query.

On the same page under the title "HOW TO ESCALATE A COMPLAINT" there says, "If you are not satisfied with the response provided by the Payoneer Customer Care Case Specialists Team Leader, you may forward your complaint to the Payoneer VP Customer Care at [protected]@Payoneer.com"
I forwarded my complaint to this email again. The same person from the "Case Specialists Team" replied the same thing. What? Are they joking with me? On the Payoneer customer-disclosures-and-complaints page said "If you are not satisfied with the response provided by the Payoneer Customer Care Case Specialists Team Leader, you may forward your complaint to the Payoneer VP Customer Care". So how do they reply from the same person?
So that was the result after the complaint to Payoneer via email. Now let's come to my complaint that I wrote to Payoneer.

I was misguided by Payoneer customer support about the name correction issue and the result is finally "Can't use Payoneer anymore". I'll be glad if Payoneer read my full email seriously.

Hi, I'm from *. I was registered in Payoneer more than one year ago. Unfortunately. I was unable to verify my account on that because of some reason with my name. So In this year 2 months ago my name was corrected through the government legal process. Let's come to the point.

So what was the problem with my name?
My name is "* * *" but when created the Payoneer account it was "MD. * * *,". My certificate and government and ID have this issue. So I applied to the * government fo the name correction from "MD. * * *," to "* * *,". For the name change, the government requires a 1. legal Affidavit, 2. Publish this issue to the newspaper.
Then I applied for an Affidavit and published it to the newspaper. After that, I start to apply the "Education ministry of *" for name changing. After overall within 3 months my name was corrected to "* * *,". Then I applied for name changing for government ID.

Payoneer verification
After correction everything I submitted my Government-issued a photo ID to Payoneer. But still, I haven't a smart ID yet. I explained that several times to Payoneer why I haven't Smart NID. I attached a screenshot of the full explanation about the Smart-ID that I mailed to Payoneer before. Filename: "ex_image_1. png" (Note: This file was attached in email when I submit the complaint to Payoneer)

Payoneer Harassment for verification and reopen an account
After submitting my NID (Laminated NID). They're rejected that and want another id like Smart ID/Driving License/Passport. I haven't any of them. Then I sent them that attached "ex_image_1. png" explanation. But they're unable to give any proper further instruction. Then I decided to call directly to Payoneer. But now started another circus here. They told me to submit for Held ID. Okay fine, I did that. Then again Not approve. The reason was uploaded ID and Held Id wasn't clear. Okay fine, again I submitted ID and Held ID, and before submitting I made sure that was fully clear and readable. After submitting that I called instantly to Payoneer support. Then I asked them is it clear and readable. The answer: Yes. It looks fine. You've to wait 3 business days. Okay, I agreed with her that it will take some time for verification. After more than 5 days it was "Not Approve" again. And they want another/different types of documents. But I already explained again "ex_image_1. png" this thing. Then from the support, the answer was: "If you haven't these types of document. You can submit softcopy but that must be downloaded from the * government portal". I was doing that same even I also recorded my screen when I downloaded soft copy from the portal and I sent that via email. The video is also was attached in email. Name: "*_*_portal_record. mp4" and the softcopy also submitted here. Name: "*id-*. pdf"

Even I was told customer support specialist to make a note about my issue for further concern "They said: It's already noted. You can submit your documents again."
After submitting it, the status again "Not Approve". Now I'm really upset about Payoneer customer support and they have misguided me. Then I thought maybe it's can't be verified because my ID name doesn't match with the Payoneer account name. Then I decided to close my current account and I will signup in Payoneer as new. This decision was final then I called again Payoneer to close my account "*50" and it was closed as per my request. Then I try to signup as new but it's declined me instantly. Customer ID "*66"
Then I called to Payoneer again. Told what happens for this because my previous account "*50" was closed as per my request. So why Payoneer declined my application. She judging me a lot of things and asked a lot of questions and I answered all of the questions properly. Then from the customer support said, "Try to signup with different bank account details". Okay, I do the same but this time also declined me again. Customer ID "*82".

Now again I called Payoneer customer support and what this happen. I tried to signup as their instruction so why this. She is unable to tell the reason. Then I told her to reopen my closed account again "*50" (first account). She asked me some questions to verify that account. I answered all of them. Finally, she said she reopened the account. Then I said, "hold on please, I'm trying to log in". But unfortunately, I'm login into my previous account it said "One or more details are incorrect". Then I told her "I'm unable to login to reopened". She guided me to reset my password. I do that but didn't receive any mail for the password reset. I tried more than 5 times but didn't receive any mail also checked spam folder. Then the customer support manager transferred my call to the account manager / or called maybe Account approval department/manager (can't remember the exact title). Anyway, after transferring the call he verifies me than again I explained the whole thing again to the account manager. After a long time trying he said "I will send you a password reset email once this call end". I agreed with him to get the password reset email. But after a few minutes, I understand he also misguided me to left the call.

Then again I called Payoneer customer support and also with the same process my call was transferred to the account manager. Her name is "*". She assurance me, yes understand all things and she is checking my account what happened. She holds me a long time more than 15-20 minutes (around it). Then my call was disconnected. Then I got a reply from her to my email with a Reference Number: *-*80. In that reply, she wanted my account information for verification. I gave that info. Then the reply (in Spanish) was like "We have received your information regarding the re-opening of your account and have forwarded this matter to our Account Approval Department". Then after a few days no reply from Payoneer. I decided to call again Payoneer customer support.

I called again and they verifying me with information after a few minutes she said "Payoneer stop offering service for me because my activity goes against Payoneer Terms".
Wait wait, What?
Does my activity go against Payoneer terms?
But my question, how?
Why my activity will go against Payoneer terms?
I was informed to close my account before opening a new account. Is it go against Payoneer terms?
How joking is this?
Does Payoneer playing or doing sarcasm with their customer?

My account opening was not illegal because I informed Payoneer customer support before opening a new account. There was 10 minutes debate with the customer support agent but she is unable to answer my above questions. Finally, she tried to left the call without answering my above question, then she comes up a cause "Other customers are waiting in line, she can't talk anymore and left the call her self"

What kind of ridiculous behavior is this with a customer?
Is there working only one person to Payoneer customer support?

This is the total story with Payoneer last two months. I used my Payoneer account last more than one year and it was fine. But when I try to reopen a new account because of the name correction issue then it's happened. I never expected it from Payoneer, whether it's totally legal as Payoneer terms. I'm a freelancer at Fiverr and UpWork and I'm from *. I wrote my journey with Payoneer because that happened with me and this is really unexpected. I never thought I'll get misguided from Payoneer and the result will be like this. I enough respect Payoneer terms from the start Payoneer journey 2019. I know I didn't break any terms because I informed Payoneer before opening the account. I gave them all 11 evidence and proof of my name correction with serialized that easy to understand.

i am from India for India, Withdrawal option is not available in India hence amount is automatically transferred into bank account but my amount is not et transferred its been more than 20 days now tired contacting but there is no response to my plea the live section is disabled the mail and messages aren't answer payoneer being a big service provider is worst at service and solving customer issues. I want to know why is my amount not transferred yet?//

You obviously have been taken for a ride. Their customer support, so-called case specialist, team leader and fictation VP Customer Care are actually the same few person, same team.

I had a friend who works as a Customer Care handling calls and she told me honestly that they are so low in the food chain, the only thing that they were asked to do is to hoodwink the customers and then forward whatever feedback to management team way way above them.

These Customer Care cannot do ro promised anything at all. You should consider filing a complaint with the relevant authorities where Payoneer is incorporated in.

Payoneer Transaction has not received

HI,

I sent money from Payoneer account to my Australian bank account. They provide me transaction ID which was fake. I have not got my transaction it is been more than 2 months. Please help me out to get my money back.
In my account it was written that the transfer has approvedand confirmed and they provided me the transaction ID. BUt actually they did not send my money to my Australian account.

You obviously have been taken for a ride and may never see your money again, like me. I would suggest you file an official complaint with the Central Bank in Ireland, where Payoneer Europe is based in.

Payoneer 's previous card issuer Wirecard Services were investigated for losing $2b, Payoneer may have been affected (although they are denying it) and is now non-liquid to pay all its current clients.

Payoneer Not releasing money

Dear Sir/Madam,
We have an account with Payoneer since 2015. This is a company account. I forgot the phone number which we have updated with Payoneer. I have send many email to Payoneer to update my phone number but they are not taking any action.
Recently one of our client has send money to me through Payoneer. But Payoneer is not releasing the money to us.
My request is please release my money I have also shared money transaction details which is sent by my client.

It is likely you will never see your money again, like me and many others. I would strongly suggest you file an official complaint with the regulatory authorities that Payoneer is bound by law to respond.

Payoneer Blocked emails and disconnected calls to payoneer customer support

I received 3 back to back text messages this morning providing me with "verification code" numbers purportedly from payoneer. I called the sending number only to receive a short recorded message and then it disconnected. I then tried calling customer support at payoneer and after a recorded message telling me my call was important but there may be extended wait times due to covid-19, I was asked to put in my customer id or phone number used to create my account. I had never even heard of payoneer until receiving those texts. After listening to more recorded message prompting me to enter my account or phone number I was disconnected from the call.
I tried contacting payoneer through email only to receive back messages that email was blocked. I did this with two different email accounts... Same result: blocked email. Wtf? I did learn one thing: I will never use payoneer, never!

Payoneer is surely and clearly playing delaying tactics to wear its users out so that they can keep the money for good. While they claim that they weren't affected by the Wirdcard scandal, I suspect that they were and they are now simply do not have the liquidity to honor all the payments to users like us.

I would like to suggest that instead of wasting time playing this BS verification game with them, spend some time and write officially to their CEO in the states and Europe, namely Payoneer Inc and Payoneer Europe. Additionally, might also want to write to Mastercard as well as Payoneer has been tarnishing Mastercard's good name.

MOST IMPORTANTLY: Write to the central bank in Ireland and file an official complaint as Payoneer is governed by the laws in that country. I suggest all those affected do the same, I am quite sure the central bank will act when there;s multiple complains from a huge user base.

Payoneer Balance blocked and money refunded to sender although sender receiver service

Guys, Please take care whether You're a freelancer or doing any kind of business with Payoneer. They do their best to help scammers steal your money with the worst-in-industry customer service. They can Block Your funds even if the sender clarified that the funds were sent for a service which was done. They took my funds after 1 month from the date received although the sender highlighted that service is done and that transfer amount is non refundable. You can find the below details:
1- At 24th of April I did a digital service for a client and completed it so the customer sent to me 610 USD also highlighted in the description of the transaction 'Digital Service work has been done, non-refundable'
2- At 29th of April. I logged into my account and All of a sudden I found that my balance & all services are blocked on my Payoneer account
3- Contacted Live support. They said! Actually we don't know the reason we will feedback within some business days! and here starts the misery and $#*! level of service
4- Second day (30th of April) I created a Trouble Ticket (ID # [protected]) at Better Business Bureau Serving Metropolitan New York as I found no support from Payoneer side. Accordingly Better Business Bureau (ID # [protected]) told me that my Complaint have been sent to Payoneer and pending their feedback
5- at 4th of May, Payoneer only contacted me after creating this complaint (as if they give a $#*! about credibility only when complaints are made everywhere). Payoneer sent the mail highlighting that they received the complaint and that they reviewed my account as they do revision for sender and receiver of the transaction (although the transaction stats is confirmed and sender highlighted that service received) they also highlighted that concerned team is currently reviewing the transaction
6- Thanks to note that the above mail wasn't updated from their side to Better Business TT (ID # [protected]) (will refer later to this point at a consequent update)
7- at 5th of May, They apologized for delay.. we will contact you soon (no estimated SLA as usual as they don't have any SLA for anything there what a system procedures for customer experience ruining department):D
8- 11 Days later, 17th of May.. they sent an e-mail that I violated Payoneer terms of service we will block your account and You won't be able to withdraw your funds before 24 th of July, for now don't send funds over payoneer (after 24th of July contact us about withdrawing Your funds).. till now 23 Days passed with funds on hold with no clear resolution or any sign that any action was executed on the account funds
9- 20th of May they sent an e-mail to me (this time unlike point No. 6 they updated also the TT on Better business (ID # [protected]).. they will do everything to close the TT and steal Your funds).. they highlighted that the sender reported the transaction as unauthorized so they refunded the amount back to sender and the rest of the funds won't be available for withdrawal before 24th of July! even the worst bucket shop won't behave like that!
10 I contacted their live chat at the same day.. Their live chat said that the issue is still under investigation and no action was taken yet regarding the whole case. I asked then why this update was sent stating that funds was refunded to the sender.. He had no clue only saying repeatedly that he checked my entire account and that he knows what he is talking about as this is the current status no need to worry.. (Trying to handle me so they can close Better Business Bureau (ID #[protected]) and run away with my funds)
N.B.: 1- All detailed evidences for the above points to be provided upon request. or in case they tried to play fishy games again
2- If their claims are right, they didn't even clarified my violation of rules as If I'm not a part of the investigation.. The investigation scenario was.. sender claimed. wait. claim is valid. wait. refund done wait
3- The funds were available for 3 days before the block was done on my account.. if their review of transaction wasn't completed how did they made it available for me for 3 days to withdraw before blocking account.. assuming that the review was done so how come they claim now that revision was still under progress.. Valuable lesson to be learnt here - if you have funds with them withdraw immediately before they steal your funds too!
For Scammers.. You can scam any Payoneer account hold.. Just say transaction is unauthorized after receiving the service and they will do their best to steal the other legal account funds.. Sad story
To make things short, This Scam Company called Payoneer. They are pioneer in scamming client funds with all possible ways, No estimated time for any action to resolve your issues with them. Worst customer service in the industry. Your funds aren't secured as they can be refunded later by sender at anytime even if he confirmed that service was done.. stay away

Payoneer They blocked my account and now closed permanently with no reason

I'll explain my issue with payoneer as long as I can i'm free lancing engineer I created an account on payoneer about amonth ago and I submitted all requested documents for verifications and my account was verified after 13 days from the day I created this account after my account is verified I received only one transactions 158$ since I created this account for a web developping service I gave to a client after I make awithdrawal to my local bank account and it was under review (that's good for now) but after this my account is blocked for no reason I didn't recieve any thing from payoneer that's why my account is locked or something else now my account is blocked for 16 days I spent the past days contacting support to know what's going on the first time an agent told me that payoneer has the right to block my account for no reason and all what I have to do is to wait (disappointing) and the second time a kind agent told me that my account is being internally reviewed and this is a normal procedure and once it's done my their will be no need to do this again (that's great) and these what they have been telling me that my account is being internally reviewed and I have to be patient and wait well I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks dear can't you see that and they was telling me that the review takes from 2-5 days if I have to wait for 5 days maximum why you made me waiting for 16 days and one of the funny things that happens my account was unblocked for a while but the balance in the dash board appears to be blocked so I contacted support and the tell me my account is still being reviewed and they resposable department unblocked my account as the review is being partially completed (seems promising I know) and another funny thing my account was unblocked and the balance to I gain access to the account only for about 10 minutes and it was blocked again! Why? When I contacted support this time the agent told me it was unblocked by mistake and the accounts under review should be blocked (smart agent, isn't he?) I almost forgot the solution they gave me every one can guess it that I have to wait and have some patience! But today I have the shock that broke my back my account is closed permenantly and this payoneer's final decision! (the light went out no hope expected from those people) this time I called support to know what wrong the agent told me "we noticed that some of your activity has gone against our terms and conditions" me wow how did this happen what the activity that I done against terms and conditions! As I mentioned a bove the only activity I made (I created account, verify the account, recieve 158$ and finally withdraw the funds) that's all is there any thing against terms and conditions? (no way there is nothing against) and another shock that the payment department cancelled the withdrawal and the money is now frozen in my account which it's permenately closed and which I can't withdraw so who is benefitting in this situation (obviosly payoneer) they took my money which I hardelly earned this is so unfair and frustrating I asked the agent to redirect me to the department suppervisor her name is olga she told me there is nothing I can do my account is closed and this is final decision I asked her to redirect me to the department who closed my account she told me there is nothing she can do and there is no such option available so what we get from this case. Payoneer can do whatever they want and I can't even complain about this they close your and took all your money and they tell you don't worry about the money it's safe with us but it's frozen in your account.

Payoneer is now also based in Ireland, Europe as Payoneer Europe, so they are bound by the laws in that country and under the jurisdiction of Ireland's Central Bank. As such, I wouls suggest that you file a formal comlaint to the Ireland Central bank and its local law enforcement agency.

I am also a user that's experiencing the same problem as you, wanting to withdraw my funds but Payoneer refused to issue me with a Mastercard or allow me to add a bank account. I have written to Mastercard Inc, Ireland's Central Bank and their AG. All have replied that they will look into this and will contact me when investigation is completed.

That having said, if more of us users file an official complaint to the Central Bank and its law enforcement agencies, it might speed things up and the authorities will take it more seriously.

The authorities's contacts can be easilly Googled.

Payoneer Delay receiving returned amount

My last withdrawal was rejected by the bank on Dec. 30th, it takes payoneer 14 working days to show the amount back in the account.
In my case this should be Jan 21st.
Till this moment the amount is not shown in my payoneer account.
The CS support stated that my request " is being reviewed by the concerned dept". didn't they have 14 working days already to review the refund?
Noting that from Dec. 30th - Jan 21st, I filed two cases:
- Case ID [protected] dated Dec.31st
- Case ID [protected] dated Jan 15th

Payoneer Still waiting for my funds

On the recommendation of amazon, i opened an account with payoneer in order to receive royalties by electronic payment to my South African bank account. It all went smoothly until I did a withdrawal request for some of the funds that had been sent to my Payoneer account from Amazon. This was 27 December, and the funds should have been in my account by Friday 3 January at the most. The funds were not there and I have been querying this with Payoneer. I was told some sort of form was supposed to have been sent to me, then that they were escalating the query to the bank transfer department. I have sent a few emails and today called them - I have had enough. My funds are not in my account, the issue has not been resolved. I was suddenly unable to login to my account, I called them, the consultant did something and then I was able to, after my account showed as being associated with an unknown number. I admit to yelling at him as I have had no response from Payoneer since Monday. He said he will escalate it and I will get an update within 24 hours, i.e. tomorrow. This means that I have been without my funds for an additional four working days on top of the previous four. I also applied for a card so that smaller amounts could be paid into that account, and they will get back to me about that too. I was also told to "refrain" from sending more emails about the same issue - that they have yet to resolve or update me about. Bottom line: I was led to believe that this was a trusted company working with Amazon who referred me to them. On that basis, I went ahead but have since read reviews about Payoneer and I found numerous negative reviews, so many that I am sitting here gasping for air.
I want the funds that they said they transferred and I somehow want to release the few dollars sitting on their system that has not reached the minimum for me to be able to ask for an electronic fund transfer, hence
my asking for a card.
I liked the sound of the system and initially it was all so efficient - until it came to my actually receiving my money. I am now concerned that if I give them a chance, and going forward with a couple of enterprises and/or larger royalties from Amazon, I might never see my money. they have shown ZERO sense of urgency, and I know I am not alone in complaining about their customer service.

Payoneer Receiving my requested payment

I made a withdrawal request November 12, 2019. I have been waiting patiently 3 business days for my requested payment to be received after I was told my account had to be verified with proof of identification. The customer care line informed me it would take 1-3 business days. Today, November 15, 2019, I still have not received a dime from Payoneer for my request. I've talked to three different customer care people and no one has helped me. I will be going to corporate soon.

Payoneer is probably non-liquid and is unable to service all of its users, so they are merely busy deploying delaying tactics to avoid making any payments to its users.

I would suggest you file an official complaint with Ireland's Central Bank and its law enforcement agency soonest. payoneer's new company is based in Ireland, Europe.

Payoneer Funds withdrawal

Hello, Good day.

Kindly note that I haven't received my funds until now (Oct. 23, 2019). It's been 5 business days already since I have received the confirmation email about my funds release to my bank account in Egypt, the email mentioned that the process typically takes 2 business days, after business days, I have contacted Payoneer live chat, they said it may take up to 5 business day, today is the fifth day for me waiting.
Perhaps it could be an acceptable period of time for a transaction with a small amount of money, When I have contacted you on Live chat for the third time, they said it's an issue with the third-party processor, wait 3-4 business days for the investigation results. Ok, no problem I may believe them, but this delay who will pay for it? they have received my payment from my company on Oct. 16, and since this date, it's under review! it's Oct. 23 now and I should wait 3-4 days for their investigation results, If it's not my fault; why it's me who must pay this wasted time?
Payoneer does not show any respect for their customers. the delays for keeping the money, whether small or big amounts are the way that most business can grow, I understand that, but that's beyond customers' patience!

What will compensate for this delay? Payoneer's customer service is only being nice and copy/paste replies for nothing, no solutions after all!

Please advise in my situation what to do? and who will compensate for this time wasted?

Payoneer Payment not received

My payoneer id is - [protected]. I have 40 usd in my account on 16/8/2019, still I have not receive my salary in my account.
Please tell me the reason?
My bank name is bank of baroda and my bank is approved and verified. I am continuously calling at customer care number from three days, they always told to me you will receive your payment in 24 hours. But I have not received my salary.

Payoneer Regarding my funds 605$ stuck in payoneer account

On July 1st 2019 my Payoneer Card without Any issue or any claim charge etc Blocked without any notification or email many times I contact with support they tell me you will get reply soon but not yet after month again contact 2-5 times with support they tell me that account Closed
I ask support if you close my acct tell me reason they not telling then I ask them unbloçked my card so I cash out my funds they reply account is in review we reply you soon
If account closed why they don't tell me and now if account closed why they unblock my card so I wd my heard earned money they are eating my money take necessary action against them
