Payoneer is a scam! scam! scam! My USD account has been disabled. Why? No reason was given. If I was even asked to submit details, probably, I would have been happier. Now I have about $8000 stuck there without a response from the Payoneer team for over a week.
I trusted you, so I thought my funds were safe with you. I do all my business diligently and have a long string of records to show. Oh my, a hole in my heart...

Account closed without informing me
I created an account with payoneer on July 12, 2019 and on the same day received email that the account has been approved. The account was live and was working fine. I asked my payement service provider to deposit funds in the bank account provided by payoneer on July 29, 2019 and to my surprise the customer care of Payoneer told me that the account was closed on July 15, 2019. I did not receive any kind of email, phone call or even message intimating me that my account has been closed. Because of this mistake by Payoneer i lost my Payement Gateway for providing bank account details which were not active. Payoneer should have sent me an email stating that the account has been closed so that i could have get the bank account details from some other platform. They are responsible for all the loss which i have incurred. All the payements amount to be $1200 is now stuck in my Payement Gateway.
Either i want Payoneer to unblock my account for 14 days so that i receive the funds which are with my Payement Service Provider or else i will have to take a legal action against them to recover the loss from them .

Worst customer services
Payoneer become one of the worse platform. I have face an issue with funding source almost a month ago and i was first contact with one of Live with customer support service name "Shawn", nothing happened and then "tobi" and then "Ashley" nothing happen all they said was your problem will be solved in 2 business days and its almost a month now. I am so confused what is payoneer doing. No one listen our voice. Payoneer increase their taxes and delays trasections and now no one listen to our voice. [censored] you Payoneer. Thats all i can say.
Blocked account
So I received an alert about a transaction which was not carried out by me and I reported this to payoneer cs, they locked my account and after a while asked me to change my login details, I did and was getting desperate since I wanted to withdraw my earnings and I kept contacting customer care. A week later my account just got blocked for no reason and I am yet to know why. Funny thing is i'm not concerned about my account getting blocked but I want payoneer to remove all funding sources from all connected platforms. I thought paypal was worse, it's just the lesser evil amongst both services
Service / withdraw my funds
At first I did request for change some account information. & I did submitter documents 3 times. But they did disabled my account without any reason. Then I did request for for withdraw my funds to my local bank. Then they asked me for my bank info. Then I sent them bank info for transfer my funds. Already I passed more than 1 week. Not yet I didn't get any response on this. Then I tried to contact with support. They told me my account under review by relevant department. Getting same message. Asked them how long need for completed review my account by your relevant department. They don't know about that. They are just playing games with me. I can see that.
declining a payment received by payoneer from my customer
Having registered with Payoneer an year ago, I received 3 payments against my payment requests to various clients in different countries without any problem but the last payment of US$699 declined giving no reason whatsoever. The payment having been receiver by Payoneer on 27th, we delivered digital products to the customer but today Payoneer declined my payment which is a net loss of big money. 😖 In case, they had to decline the payment, they should have made a restriction on my panel before I could send a payment request to my client. Payoneer should take full responsibility and make my payment instantly.
My payment of US$699 paid by the client on 27th March was declined by Payoneer without any justified reasons on 28th. During this period I delivered the digital products to the customer who will not repay this amount now.
I made repeated requests to Payoneer live chat but they were deaf and dumb.
Now I see that Payoneer has removed the option of "request payment" from my panel which clearly indicates that Payoneer had failed to remove it before I made the payment request and still Payoneer decided to decline the payment. Don't you think it is ridiculous and unethical for a financial consolidator?
Who will pay the amount of US$699 which I have lost?
Why has Payoneer suddenly decided to withdraw this facility of "Request Payment" from us when we are working under the company law board in India with registration certificate, PAN Number and GST Number?
Moreover, we have used Payoneer facility to receive 3 payments in the past few months, still Payoneer suddenly declined a received payment and withdraw the facility?
The payment was under processing not review as it was declined almost after 24 after you received the payment. "Processing" is a synonym for furthering for payment not for "review". You have no justification for declining the payment. Actually you forgot to review my status in advance to lock the "request payments" tab in my panel. Anyways, this shall be posted on social media and reported to Reserve Bank of India and if necessary dragged to the relevant court of law in India.
Payoneer is a very risky payment gateway. They can deny your payments without giving reasonable reasons like it happened with me yesterday. Be careful of Payoneer

My name is Jose Eduardo Perotta de Almeida, Im a payoneer customer there is 6 years. I do use Payoner to receive from 3k to 5k USD every month.
I did ask for a new card on november/2018, once my active card would expire in 02/2019.
Payoneer did not sent me my card. Now I received my salary on payoneer, like I did over last 5 years, and they are telling me I need to wait for the new card (which will not be in my hands for the next 15 days) and then ONLY after that I can get my salary that is already available in their acount.
I reached the chat and no one gave a solution and dropped the talking, leaving me alone.

A few days ago, I tried to attach my local bank account for two times to my Payoneer account. Rather than the confirmation email, I got an email from Payoneer "We regret to inform you that you can no longer receive payments to your Payoneer account, due to a
violation of Payoneer's Terms & Conditions.".
Reply from Payoneer:
1: Your request to add a new withdrawal method is under review
2: Thank you for providing this document. We sent it to the relevant department in order for us to try manually to add these bank details.
3: Alert: You Can No Longer Get Paid via Payoneer
Is it a violation of adding the local bank accounts to Payoneer accounts?
I've contacted Customer support like 2, 3 times, but didn't get any response. And my requests shown as resolved automatically. Now, the Payoneer account team is refused to solve my problem. My account isn't blocked yet. They are not opening my account nor they are closing.

Payoneer disabled my USD for 3 weeks with $5311. I haven't receive any update from them. I have been calling them twice ($20). My names and business spoilt on social media because some clients I couldn't finish their projects are angry and some tagging me scammer. I have my source of income (fiverr and upwork account blocked because a client I couldn't finish his project reported too). I'm frustrated.

It seems Payoneer teams are working as "separate islands" the customer support doesn't have an answer to my question as my case is not handled by customer support but it is handled by "the relevant department"!
It has been 5 business days and my payments still doesn't appear in the transactions:
1- On 02/15/2019 I sent a full screen shot of the transfer (attached again for your reference).
2- Name of the company is Kleem Organics Ltd as shown in the screenshot mentioned in point #1
3- Payment amount is USD 1000 dated 02/05/2019 also shown in the screenshot mentioned in point #1
4- The last four digits are 3516 again shown in the screenshot mentioned in point #1
5- On 02/20/2019 I received an email from Payoneer customer "care" signed by Arthur confirming receiving an amount of USD 1000 with description logistics, he need the reason to receive such amount and I replied back with full details adding to a copy of my contract with Kleem Organics Ltd (attached screenshot of the email received from Arthur and a copy of the contract).
If the correspondences, documents and screenshots are not registered into the system so every single customer personal would take the case will request to have all supporting documents to be sent again and again then I will be more than happy not to use this service again too.

January 8th i had $7000 taken out of my account to a unknown account i contacted payoneer immediately and informed them of this to stop this, it is now February 20th and i been informed that they cant trace or reverse this. i have called over 1000x and every time its been we will call you in 24hrs and never once have i received a called back. these people are scammers and i will be writing my story over and over again so others know not to do business with them. this should have been resolved the day it happened not be told over a month later that i have no case and i can sue or do whatever. worst customer service worst money management company so please run and not give a penny to them

I'm a freelancer working on fiverr and upwork. I receive funds from clients who want to outsource and for direct project into payoneer. I have a team I work with. Payoneer disabled my usd balance with $5311 inside without any reason. It's 10 days now and I keep calling with $30 everyday but they keep giving me the same response that it's under review with no time frame stated. My only source of feeding myself and family is freelancing but payoneer have just got my fiverr and upwork account blocked because I couldn't bough some themes and install for some clients, which makes them to report me. This is very cruel and I have been calling almost everyday. This is frustrating. Please I just need my money out. Client are labeling me scammers on all social medias. As a business user of Payoneer, it had been working perfectly fine until mid 2018. In mid 2018 suddenly a part of Payoneer's users were informed that Payoneer became FirstChoicePay, with the same visual identity and support and people working for the company. They even instructed people on how to get new cards under the new company brand:

As I later found out, it seems that FirstChoicePay was actually the part of Payoneer's business which catered to mostly adult service providers. It is the same company and the exact same support teams, executives, etc. but under a new name. After that move, Payoneer support literally said that this new company is not Payoneer, but somehow the same people provided support and the access to the account was made from the same address and the layout was exactly the same.
Important to not that the "new company" had the banking license in Belize. New cards were issued to the customers and businesses from this bank in Belize, with the FirstChoicePay names on them and everything. It was still Payoneer, but a branch of it. After a short while, suddenly FirstChoicePay's banking license was removed by Belize's Central Bank and guess what: the "new company" suddenly went into administration! Because of this, ALL the funds of the people who had accounts with Payoneer's "new company" were seized and a liquidator has been appointed to manage the liquidation.
Which means that Payoneer ended up with all the people's money and deliberately threw the "new company" into liquidation so that they won't pay anything, ever! This was a very elaborate scheme to "dump" a part of their customers and get away with their money.
inappropriate exchange rate applied
I recently transferred $1171.65 to my bank account after carefully reviewing XE.com exchange rates for last 30 days slab (a screenshot is attached hereby). As per XE.com, it never goes down 69.50 INR (it has been mentioned 69.53 INR ) for 1 USD even for lowest rate. But I payoneer applied exchange rate 67.97 INR against 1USD (a screenshot of email confirmation is attached hereby). I contacted the customer support live chat team at https://payoneer.custhelp.com/app/chat/chat_launch and questioned all the above things. They said it has been considered as possibility that it will goes 67.97 by next business day. I kept looking at exchange rates on the same day of amount transferred (exactly same amount mentioned in email ) which is above 70 INR now but I received amount on their terms of possibility.
Payoneer you are cheating your customers.

payoneer stealing 9000+ usd from my balance
I tried to log into my account today and found out that I was not allowed to do it.
The message I received was "Account Blocked".
I contacted support via live chat and the representative said that my account was reviewed and they found that I had infringed the terms and conditions so that they decided to close my account.
When I asked what the reason was, or what violation I had committed, they said that they could not provide any information.
When I asked who I could talk to to get support or an explanation they said that there was no one who would help me.
When I asked how I could get my money back they said It was not possible to retrieve those funds.
When I asked if any further actions would be taken by Payoneer on my situation they said no further actions will be taken.
When I asked if there was something I could do to get the money they said there was nothing I could do.
I am sure there is a miss procedure here or a misunderstanding but It seems unbelievable how they could treat their costumers like this.
The reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $9500.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

I had been using Payoneer for about 7 years now and September 11th 2018, My account got hacked. Someone has accessed my account and transferred $700 (Account only had that amount) to his/her account. I even didn't got an email confirmation regarding that. I only got to know about this about 5 days later when I logged into my Payoneer account. Money was sent to another payoneer account with the email '[protected]@mail.ru'. After my complain payoneer customer service locked my account and requested a list of details from me. I had to take photographs of me holding this and that since they asked for that. They kept this complaint going for more than 2 months. At the end they said to deal with the money receiver myself for any disputes. Basically after all that waiting and all that things I provided them, it came to the point I need to find who hacked into my account and resolve things with them.
I am the victim here. Payoneer have all the information about the receiver of the money as that person also have a payoneer account. They could have checked the ip addresses which accessed the account. With having all that, they did nothing. I lost my hard earned money and the people who are best capable of taking action against that just ignored me. Disappointing.

i transferred an amount of 1443 aud from paypal on 25th of july to payoneer. they received the payment and asked me for verification. i provided every detail with screenshot but they cancelled my global payment service (which is ok every company has its own terms and conditions) the problem is they did not send my money back till now. i have there emails saying 10 days more 2 days more 9 days more and now they say they sent it back to paypal . and i showed them paypal emails saying that they did not received anypayment. i just want to tell u all they are scammers they make people beg for the money they earned. don't trust them with your hard earned money and they are not replying my emails. i will try my best to sue this company. but its a warning don't don't don't trust them.
