I would just like to make a comment. The day after the budget speach, when the minister of finance announced the increase in sin taxes, retailers decided that it is a good idea to immediately raise the prices of their ciggarettes. The increase is only effected from 1 March 2010. In other words, retailers like P&P and Spar are acctually stealing from their customers, by raising their prices immediately (dont think that that extra taxes for those 10 days are going to the government!)
Now most people (non-someker) would say that that is my problem if i want to smoke. But then I ask a question...how are they doing you in?
Are these people just oblivious to the fact that the increases are only effective from the 1st of March?
Let me just state for the record that not all the P&P's and Spars' raised their prices.
People shouls speak up. Retailers are getting away with WAY to much!

I just bought chicken nuggets from our PNP store in Pretoria East @ Hazeldean square.
This was from the in store food counter where they supposed to sell daily fresh produce.
This was definitely not the case with these chicken nuggets, this was surely yesterday's leftover that was just refried in probably in yesterday's oils as well.

I have been trying to get my refunds for over 6 months. I have spoken to multiple agents, they stop replying to their emails and twitter DM and no one is helping me. Pick n Pay asap is refusing to give me my money.
I bought peanuts at Pick n Pay Makhado in Limpopo on my way to Thohoyandou, only to find out later that they have expired. I bought them yesterday 3rd October 2022 and the expiry date is 26 September 2022, even the smell says it all they are not edible. I bought 4 packs for R111.96. May I be refunded
Hi , I order beer yesterday at 13.30 on the pick n pay app , 14.30 the app said I received my order , I phone and said to them I didn't received it , they said my order I 1km away , I wait 3hours nothing , I phone and phone this morning for refund until now, nothing
I have ordered some stuff on the pnp asap app at 14:46 at 15:08 it says my order has already arrived which was not true I have not received anything I tried calling pnp but they have been keeping me on the call and cutting me off so many times I will never buy anything from pnp again.

I logged my vehicle license renewal in December and payment was done on 17/12/2022.
I haven't received my renewed license yet.

This is the worst app I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Not user friendly at all. No proper substitutions for out pf stock items. On 02 February 2023 on my lunch time after 12, I bought a chicken and mushroom pie from Pick n Pay in Howard Centre.
Once I got back to the office, to my disapointment the pie was completely raw!

Manager, s attitude when l showed her a video of the expired products, she didn't even bother to respond to me she just left me standing there and went straight to the shelves to remove the products, no apology or thank you what so ever
I bought a red velvet cake from Pick n Pay Westwood Mall KZN for my daughter's birthday. The cake looked like it had one sponge cut into multiple layers. About 80% of the cake was just imitation cream. I tasted back, and my 8-year-old daughter was very sad.
I found pieces of hair the packet of chips that were purchased over the past weekend and it's not one but a couple of hairs
I went to Caltorn center Pick n pay today and asked for cash send and the cashier said me she can't help me before the store is falling apart because of people like me"people who are always asking for money and not buying anything"

I tried to make a purchase on the Pic n Pay app using also the refund in my wallet on the 14th of June 2023 and as I was about to change my card details the app started to malfunction and I exited the app to restart only to see that the app made a false which it states that I've used the money within my wallet.
My purse was stolen out of my bag while shopping in store
No help was provided by management at all did not even leave there office
Only the baker actually helped really very kind
Could not pay for my purchases a really kind lady offered to pay shouldn't Pick n Pay be liable

19.08.2023 Pick n pay Newtown junction has only 2 cashiers working, a majority of your clients are Nedbank stuff who are on a 15 minure tea break. Even during lunch time they are few and slow and most nedbank staff are on an hour break. Please address this matter urgently
