I just bought 2 pancrust meat lovers pizza with extra cheese at Pizza Hut in Stonewall, Louisiana. Both pizzas had very little cheese and the only meat on the pizzas was pepperoni and Italian sausage. I have pictures of the pizzas and receipt. Today at 10 pm we have visited the Pizzahut at Bin Serour Building - No: 405 Abu Dhabi with my family, the staff attitude is very very bad, we waiting for 20 mins to take the order but no one response our table, I have step up to the counter to place the order but they have refused to take orders they tole me to wait for 15 mins to order and then after the order was taken wait for 30 mins to get your order, and also very very bad attitude for all staff's in this outlet. We came out without order and visited the next outlet in Hamad's sweet same attitude in these outlets as well. NPC does not give a crap about their employees that's why they have such a high turnover rate they do not want to pay a reasonable salary for what they expect from their employees they try to work us like dogs, there's barely any kind of incentive for employees or shift management.I used to work for Pizza hut when it was owned by yum brands and yum brands did a lot for their employees it was a horrible move to let NPC take over the majority of Pizza huts. If NPC took more care of their employees and had a higher salary maybe people would actually care about their jobs and there wouldn't be such a high turnover rate.

My pizza was disgusting I ordered a three toppingPizza Canadian bacon, pineapple, and onion the Canadian bacon was scarce it was mostly pineapple way too much sauce crust was doughy and if I didn't have surgery from a broken wrist two days earlier I would have brought it back I would've been happier with a papa Murphy's Pizza it was the worst pizza I ever got from a pizza but and I've eaten alot of them this was by far the worst one I've ever had and I entered the survey code on my receipt and it said it was invalid it was a bad experience I probably won't go back
delivery locations
I live in Charlotte, NC on the Northside in the 28269 area, and there are a number of locations near me and none I mean none of them deliver in my area. They did once before around 2010 -2011 now they don't, I find this very unacceptable that all these Pizza Hut locations near me but can't get delivery this issue needs to get resolved immediately please. I ordered a Pizza and it was never delivered. Calling the restaurant; I spent an hour on hold and then I figured that perhaps everyone had gone home for the evening. What's going on? You must refund me of course.
Amazing thtat when your staff leaves, your voicemail solicites us to stay on hold. That's not good. If you accept an order, you should be able to make it happen. Don't keep me on hold for so long while your store is closed! Will never order from you again.
