I have always loved pizza hut and in the pass had good service at the pizza hut in Prairieville Louisiana until the last month when my sister and I ordered on line and it took over 2 hours to be delivered yes I said over two hours.. Then today I called in my order and was going to pick it up so I wouldn't have the same problem. After they took my order the female said hold on... well I held for over 10 minutes and got angry so I hung up and called back and could never get anyone to answer.. Well I was really hungry for pizza so I went to the store in hopes that they made it. And of course they didn't.. the manager just turned and told the workers not to put ppl on hold... didnt offer to rush my order or anything.. I just walked out hungry.. I will not be going to this store again. Store number 37436 H

We ordered a medium pepperoni pan crust and it came out very doughy. We told out waitress about it and she had no response she just walked away then we spoke to another employee and was told in simple turns oh well. We paid our bill and asked for a receipt and again we we're ignored so we just left. We have been dining at this same pizza hut for years and have never had any issues till today.

We ordered online delivery on Saturday night (early Sunday morning) on May 26th to 13601 East Nevada Place, Aurora, CO. The phone number associated with our order was [protected]. I have gotten Pizza Hut online delivery many times and have never had any issues with it. However, this night we were particularly starving and looking forward to our food. We ordered 2 pizzas online (one pepperoni one pineapple). We waited for over an hour and a half and the pizzas still hadn't arrived. Getting hungry, my friend tried to call the store and got no response. Then he had a missed call from a number so he attempted to call/text that number (thinking it was the delivery guy) and still, no response. Our pizza never came and we never even got a heads up that it wasn't coming we just waited and waited and then never received our food. I am not one who normally complains but this was unacceptable. I called Pizza Hut today and they said that they are refunding my card for the online delivery (and that this can take up to 10 days), and that they had left a message stating that they were out of ingredients and that is why the pizza was never delivered. But my friend does not have a message on his phone so that is a complete lie, not to mention why wouldn't we have gotten a call right when the order was placed instead of waiting around hours starving and then receiving no correspondence? The store was closed when we kept trying to call, but we should have gotten a heads up sooner and we could have tried to order something else or at least known not to be waiting around starving for pizza that never came. I was extremely disappointed with this Pizza Hut experience.

Our visit to here was horrible. What happened to Theresa. First you got rid of Erin who made sure every thing was done correctly. At one time this location had a great supervisor team. This location would have us drive from to meridian to get a great pizza hut which is 28 miles. The friendly smile and warming customer service and great food. This last visited to see new faces and terrible waits. Is this a training store, I see new faces. We the community will be sitting away from this facility hoping that we can get a little ceaser here. We have formed on facebook.

Well I ordered a 12 Piece chicken wing and they were cold, I ordered an hour and thirty min ago and when I called the person that picked up the phone hung up on me before I could finish what I was trying to say her name is maricela I can also tell that my order was sitting for some time because the heat created water puddles in my meal and everything is also watered down, I pay $17 for this a a tip for some watered down wings that's not fair at all and I'd like this to be resolved in some way, please get in contact with me via email @... Once again I tried you restaurant in Caledonia Michigan. It was later on Sunday evening Memorial Day weekend when I placed my order online. When I arrived the guy couldn't find my order in the computer. When I showed him my email confirmation, he was very hesitant and his nonverbal communication led me to believe something was afoul. I asked him if my order was ready or at least cooking. He quickly said "yes" as he closed the window and went back to the computer. He generated my receipt to sign and I again asked him if my order was ready. He confidently said "yes" this this. I thanked him and proceeded to issue him a 10% tip assuming this experience was not going to be like the past 3 I've had at the restaurant. He then gave me 4 items of my 5 item order and quickly shut the window...I yelled through the window at him (he was still in the other side) but he ignored me. I honked the horn of my truck and he still ignored me. I then had to look up the store phone number online and call the restaurant in order to have someone come back to the take out window that I never left. The worker who took my money never showed his face again. The woman who came to the window informed me he was in the back preparing my garlic knots they failed to make and that it was going to be another 8 minutes...she offered to take the food I was already given and place it under the heat lamps while we waited. I declined knowing it is against food code to take food back through the window once it's been sent out, on top of not wishing to wait even ionger...the manager ultimately provided me a refund for the cost of the garlic knots I paid for along with his excuses as to how he has high turnover.
I order take out because I don't want to cook and clean up after a long day. As it turned out, I had to go home cook something for my wife who's order was missed, and then eat my cold Pizza Hut food that I still paid for.

You run a business of making food orders for customers. It was NOT busy at all. There may have been one customer car in the parking lot and I saw 2 cars pull up to the window from the time I placed my online order sitting in the parking lot until I went to the window myself at the email identified time. This is nothing short of incompetence and laziness with a total disregard to the customers you serve.

I recently placed and order with my local pizza hut and usually, their food is great, but this time was extremely disappointing. I ordered 2 medium hand tossed pepperoni and bacon pizzas, 16 bone out buffalo mild wings, and a Hershey cookie. The order took a long time to get to me and when it finally did, my pizzas were cold and ended up from soggy from sitting in the grease piled up at the bottom, the wings were cold and the cookie ended up being cold as well and hard as a rock. This is not my usual experience with them and I am not sure what went wrong this time, but it was very unpleasant.

I filed a complaint to wrong Pizza Hut I got a case number but it was pizza hut UK.. Friday may 25th around 3pmI ordered 18 dry rub lemon wings from Pizza Hut 66th and broad they sent a order of 12 and a dinner box with dried out square pizza with burnt crispy toppings of mushroom and sausage also could not eat I reported to manager on duty and he ignored me and would not respond I would had let it go had he not been so arrogant and disrespectful I've lived in this dwelling for 40 yrs I have always patronized Pizza Hut this was a horrible event and experience God bless I am praying for better future experiences... On 5/25/18 I tried to call Pizza Hut which is in Coatetsville, PA and nobody picked up the phone. This is not the first time I have tried to call this Pizza Hut.
When you go to the establishment to order the pizza they are ex termly unorganized and the wait is way too long. Other customers have also complained about this pizza hut. I will never order or go to this Pizza Hut and I have also told several of my friends and family members not to go as well.

Did not get what we ordered but after a 15 minute wait took what we were given because we couldn't wait any longer. Sandwich was cold and had brown lettuce, no tomato or mayo. The store was dirty, the food was cold and I sure wish I could get my $10.78 back. I learned a valuable lesson...take a pb and jelly from home...even if it would be on stale bread it would be better than the lousy sandwich from kfc. Just glad we didn't get sick!

The pizzas i ordered were very dry and burnt looking...there was not enough sauce or cheese...the pizzas looked as if they were not freshly made but as if it was a order some one ordered but did not get (old looking). My mild buffalo wings were hard and lacking sauce I was very very unsatisfied with my order completely...I am a loyal customer to pizza hut and do not appreciate the service I recieved.I hope there is something that can be done about this as soon as possible

Called the stire on 6168 Macom Rd, Memphis, Tn 38134. The rep didnt introduce herself. We asked for her name multiple times before she provided it. When we asked about specials, she didnt elaborate and avoided all questions trying to get us to just order. Ordered 3 large pizzas online for 7.99 ea around 6pm on 5.26.18. And we drove to the store to wait on it. They made the 3 pizzas but one of them had gotten smushed so we waited for it to be remade. So it's now have been over an hour waiting on pizzas. So after they remade it we hurried home to finally eat. I pass put the pizza to the kids. As I'm passing out food I taste one of the slices and realize that there is NO sauce in the chicken and spinach pizza. So the kids habe half eaten their pizza and I call the store to let it be known we had just left and another one of our pizzas was incorrect. She said to bring it back and I explained that the entire pizza wouldn't be available to bring back due to the fact that I passed it out to the children so a lot of it was eaten off of and there was only 3 full slices remaining. She said it had to be the entire pizza to get money back or replace the pizza. I nicely let her know how unpleased I was with the service and will be contacting corporate. The service provided o we the phone and in person on both occasions was horrible and I will never eat at pizza hut again.

I ordered carry out from the Vidalia, GA locoation and was told I would have to pay EXTRA for ranch because ranch did not come with an order of wings. Everyone knows ranch should be a necessity when ordering wings. On top of that employees were rude about giving me napkins. Also, I have had to take a pizza back on 3 separate occasions that has had pineapples on it instead of banana peppers. Every time time I come in, they act dumbfounded. It is a normal routine from this store. I've completely switched stores because of the problems I've had. I would rather drive 30 minutes to a very great Pizza Hut rather than drive 5 to my local. What a shame. I hope they can better their service for other loyal customers because they have lost a very loyal customer today.

I ordered two pizzas i was told 32-42 min it took 1 hr.26 min. the pizza was cold and there was about 2 inches of the edge with no sauce or cheese this was almost the worst pizza i ever had . I say almost because the time before this my pan pizza had cheese that was barely melted and the dough was raw i could not believe some one put it in a box for delivery. We called the manager and he acted like it was our fault. I will not buy pizza from this store again because the pizza is never really that good.

The last three times I have ordered breadsticks I have not received marinara sauce. The first time I understood, the last two times I have not. I am very annoyed by this because it seems like such a simple task to complete. I would much appreciate if this never happened again as it should have never happened in the first place. In the future please train your employees appropriately or I will be forced to switch to dominos full time.

The order was on mobile app. It said that it would be at my house 34-44 mins. The app was refreshed multiple times but it still said the same time. I ended up calling and speaking with someone who was extremely rude and I felt I was being scolded for a missed phone number. I just wanted my pizza and this is the first time I've ever had an issue with Pizza Hut. The lady I was speaking to ended up being the supervisor. She made me feel like I was in the wrong. I just wanted pizza to celebrate the kids last day of school. Sadly I had to go elsewhere. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of concern for my business. I would have liked the supervisor to have done a better job tackling the confusing situation.

The one thing I give credit to the Pizza Hut in Calera Al is constantly making errors, such as not getting your order correct, having to wait more than 30 minutes on your order & not being able to find your call in order that was placed, plus making you wait til another pizza is made without an apology. I use to enjoy my experience & the convenience of having a pizza restaurant so close to my home but not anymore. To all those who may read this...do yourself a favor & drive farther to a pizza restaurant that value there customers...its definitely not the Pizza Hut in Calera, Al. The location will definitely make you enjoy & appreciate other options such as Papa Johns, Dominoes or Little Caesar's.

took my money off my card did not deliver my pizza lied and said that they called me I have no missed calls my husband has no missed calls they have both of our numbers I ordered online and it took them an hour and a half to deliver my pizza and after I had already paid online they told me what's the biggest man got here that I still had to pay I want my money and I don't want to use that service ever again.

I live in downtown Denver Colorado, and no Pizza Hut wants to deliver because every time I ask for a delivery (We're sorry, no Pizza Huts in your area. Please switch to carryout). That's absolute garbage! I even have coupons mailed to me every freaking week and I can't even use them because I can't get delivery?! That's such terrible service! You guys used to be my favorite, but not anymore. You lost my service permanently.

Last night I made an online order for delivery with my debit card go charged $29.93 and minutes later i called the store to order something else no one answered. Then the manager "Jasmine" called me to let me know they cancel my order. She first said because they weren't doing deliveries then because the cook left early then I asked if I can pick it up she said to charge me again because she canceled my order. I called the next day to ask about my refund and "Emily" the manager told me that no Jasmine works there I explained the whole situation she told me there was another manager working there last night I asked for the name and she refused to give it to me that it was not necessary but I told her I wanted to make a complaint so it was just the name of the manager that canceled my order and supposedly helped me out. She was being very rude and ended up hanging up on me.
The Pizza hut is on Vernon and Central
