I am so unbelievably shocked on how pogo treats their members, I have been a member since last yr. Never if i ever faced a problem or been reported. I love playing Canasta and here recently there has been someone that keeps coming in the room I'm always playing in and starting trouble. They will wait till someone starts a game and if he sees it fit they will come to your table and instead of loading will just sit there to freeze tables so you can not play. Players in the Green Mile have had to resort into hiding in private tables, which to me is so totally unfair seeing how we pay all this money every year not including what we pay for gems. well EVERYONE pretty much in the room has reported this person and muted them numerous times. All that happens is they get suspended go get a pass make it red and come right back and do it all over again. Pogo has done NOTHING to resolve this matter what so ever. Was in the green mile all day yesterday watching players get abused and harassed. Well I guess it was once again my turn to be stalked, so I muted and reported. Like it did any good. He came back to my table, froze it, knocked three of us off and I said why do people have to be butts like that, 10 seconds later I was banned. Why is it that people like his can get away with murder in here and the victims suffer (after all stalking and harassing IS in their rules and regulations), its insane! Instead of emailing them AGAIN I decided to call, I finally got a hold of someone and was telling him what had happened in a very nice way all he could tell me was go to the home page and put in 3 numbers and report it that way that there was nothing he could do. I asked if their was a number to the people that I needed to contact and he said no sorry theres not thats the only way. Something needs to be done quick fast and in a hurry, I wished more people like the ones Ive seen on here would stand up for their rights and quit wasting their hard on money to be bullied. Let pogo know you wont stand for it.

Drew if u are reading this then im glad because i dont know how else to contact u LOL. i just wanted to let u know that no i have not heard anything else back from pogo. and as far as the green mile is conserned i only go in there now once in a blue moon. Ans as far as suggestions, i have a good one and thats that no one renews there subscriptions, but no one seems to go for that, all ev1 says is well i havent had no trouble blah blah blah. so honestly i just gave up. people dont seem to care what happens to others as long as its not them. But as far as people like us in this complaint board we know how it is to be scammed and whatnot. my membership is comming to an end in a few months and if things dont do a big change b4 then im done. thank you for your responce

My friend added me to her friends list on Pogo and discovered that there
are two of us with the same . She has 63 badges, I have none.
She has 2, 647, 623 tokens I have 572, 738.
I was told there would only be one of each name on Pogo
What to do?

Everytime I try to get into a game I am booted offline. I pay for this service and it seem to me no one cares because I am not getting any answers from anyone there. my e-mail is peggyt@atlanticbb.net. I feel pogo owes me either a refund or answer to how to fix this problem

i have been a pogo member now since 2007 and now have been harassed by 3 members by the name of sizehat, newfie5555 and june2150, and if this is not sorted out i will cancel my subscription as i was called a child molester which i think is bang out of order and they shouldn't go around saying things like that.

emailed Pogo because they did not send me my 250.00 prize money. if you start at the bottom of this email and read up you can see how they get out of paying … i never did get any more response from pogo or ea sports. and still have NO CLUE what they found on my computer? how did they look in my computer? what the ____is going on ? how does POGO know what I have on my computer?

Nithapa, I agree hon, that sometimes you get wrongfully suspended. It isn't fair but pogo has a lot of losers to deal with so they try as bests they can. Linda Maganoli from Hampton Bays, NY actually has cyber sex with BravoBelloI in the Green Mile and she doesn't get suspended. She tells everyone how she doesn't shave her legs and she doesn't bathe and yet pogo continues to let this woman play. So you tell me what is fair.

sadly the only thing you can do is either call them, but since they don't issue refunds, you will have to file a dispute with your credit card company/bank.

well you'd be charged every month for one account if you have billing info in thier system, to avoid that you need to remove all billing info and then when and if you feel the need to pay for it you can re enter the info. they auto bill every month if there is billing info on file.

what kind of problem r u having playing games? and just so you k now POGO will not refund any money to you. It is clearly stated in their TOS that any fees paid to them are NOT REFUNDABLE in whole or in part. All sales are final. So because of that they DO NOT have to refund any money to you.

but if your games are not loading, it could be something relativlely simple to fix. You need to make sure you have JAVA installed or games will not run at all. next is to clear out all cookies and temp files on your computer. another thing you could try is to go into your JAVA settings and clear out all downloaded files and temp files there too. That will usually help. (some games on pogo are not playable on a MAC either).

if you are still being charged you must still have billing info on file, which means you need to log into your account and then edit your billing info and clear all of it. they will not stop charging you as long as you have billing info on file. that is the only way for them to stop charging you money.

they won't refund any money to you either, they don't have to they make it clear that all sales are final and all money paid to them is non refundable. good luck

i paid for tripeaksrubyring when it first came out and now there is a new version but it wont load have contacted pogo 4 times but still can not play game.
what good isitto buy a game if u cant play it.

I HAVE PAID FOR POGO ON MY CREDIT CARD WHICH U PEOPLE ACCEPTED 5.99 FOR A MONTH TO BE ABBLE TO PLAY THE POGO GAMES AND EVERY TIME I TRY IT SAYS GAME LOADING AND NOTHING HAPPENS. I WANT TO CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT AND NOT BE CHARGED FOR THIS ONE DAY OF AGGREVATION.

On 5/3/09, $39.99 was taken out of my checking acct for the online game pogo. On 5/7/09 my mastercard was charged $39.99 for the same thing. I'm not even sure if I had it set up where my yearly renewel was to be taken out of my charge acct. I would appreciate if you could look into this and credit one of my accts.

Hi my name is Dareline, and toasty215 is my pogo screen name, i can't seem to load any games on pogo because of this error that keep coming up saying..ERRORS ON THIS WEBPAGE MIGHT CAUSE IT TO WORK INCORRECTLY. iam not getting the help that i need to get my games to load this problem has just occured since yesterday i really need the help iam paying to much money for this to happen.

Did you do a Windows update on June 9th I am having the same issues but only in Interenet exployer. I tried netscaped and it works fine. So its not a jave issue. I even tried uninstalling the updates but then froze everything up.

Theres nothing you can do about it. Like i play alot of crib ad there is this idiot that can hack so whenever h get reported nothing ever happens not even a suspension. Pogo does not care they just let him go on about him own business harassing people and being a bother. Pogo lacks the security it needs and doesn't treat it customers with any respect or concern.

Contact pogo customer support, they have always been quick to answer any questions I have ever had, or to help fix any tech problems myself or my friends have inccurred. I have been na member of pogo since 1999 and have participated in league play on the site for several years as well. They will correct any difficulty quickly and to your complete satisfaction. I am sure!

Pogo has a problem with their games freezing up and taking the points you have built up. I have lost over 6000 points on Texas Holdem in 3 days due to their game freezing up. It stands you up or shuts you out of the game or don't give you any cards and boots you betting all your points before booting you.

Pogo uses spyware to gather information from you.
as far as what they know you have on your computer..I doubt they know., but I do know they use spyware programs to gather info from you.
