PopReal customer care phone number is fake

The Customerservice phone number they provide - (302) 505-5959 - is fake. It plays the same recorded message and call drops. The message gives you 2 options, either to press 1 to record a message to get a call back, or to continue waiting. If you wait the call drops after 25 seconds. Even if you press option 1 to leave your message - call drops without letting you finish the message recoding.
This is absolutely fake Customerservice phone number.

PopReal my entire clothing order

I placed an order on 3/4/18. I was told it would ship in 3-7 days. It is now 3/23 and I have received no tracking information. I have sent several emails to the customer service department, all have gone unanswered. I have left several phone message with the recording that I would hear back the next business day. STILL have heard nothing! This order is for a 5 year old's birthday. Now, I don't know if they just took off with my money, which they PROMPTLY took on 3/4.

PopReal kids/adult clothes

I ordered my daughter and son clothes 3 weeks ago they immediately took the money! I have reached out for tracking information and no one have responded yet! I would like to know if this is a scam why does Facebook allow it to be on there social site... I need my item or my money back! I have included pics of my order that shows it was confirm but it's saying I don't have a order

Scam still emailing trying to offer me a [censored] 12 dollar coupon I spent 60 € and have received nothing I'm hoping a class action lawsuit is in the works

PopReal refund for order not received

After paying for expedited shipping, I realized my order still would not arrive on time so I requested a cancellation. That was 2/11, it is 3/23 today. Each time they respond their canned answer is "our processing time for refunds is 15-20 days". Doing simple math you can see that that is not the truth. Filing a dispute with Paypal to hopefully resolve. I hope others do not use this company.

PopReal not receiving status of items or responses from company in reference to my items

I have attempted to contact someone at Poprealfor the past three days no one has respond to my email or message on FB messenger. I wanted to know the status of my order because based on the confirmation email it stated that my items would be shipped in 3-7 days however we're on day 9 and I've yet to receive anything in reference to my order. They had no problem taking my money but have yet to send my items or even respond to my messages or emails. This is very unprofessional. My order number is P317555. I am moving in less then two weeks and feel that I will not receive my items.

PopReal matching family pj's

Cancelled order within 24hrs like websites states for full refund.
That was in November and I am still waiting for this refund 3 months later. every time I mail I get
'please wait more days'
or
'we have a problem with our refund system'

They haven't given more information and say the same thing over and over again.
I have told them I will seek advice for this but still they reply with the same text.
I don't think I will ever get my refund.

PopReal popreal/scam!

I placed a order in November! Took my money and excuse after excuse and no product!
I have sent 20 emails and Popreal will not return my money! Total Scam do not order from them!
I can't even get a response from them now!
If I had any clue this was coming from China I would have never ordered! I ordered a mommy and me outfit for my daughter & her baby and they took my money instantly and Popreal said I was shipped early December! What a total SCAM!

PopReal complete scam!!!

Horrible horrible. Complete scam. I ordered something on November 5! Was told 10-12 days MAX it is now January 24 and still haven't showed anything. I've sent over 10 emails and they keep saying wait 10-12 more days! What... over 60 days. Then they told me it arrived and to go to the post office. Ummm what? I've gotten zero notification that t arrived and we have over 20 post offices how do I know where to go. They refuse to send me a refund and this is crap. DONT ORDER FROM HERE ITS A SCAM!

PopReal non delivery on time and no refund received

My order is P254767 and I wish to let all viewers think twice before placing an order:

1 Dec 2017 - I made order and paid. you web committed 3-7 day for delivery but failed.
12 Dec 2017 - Finally after VARIOUS emails you agreed to full refund of US$128.02 and this should reach me by 2 Jan 2018.
2 Jan 2018 - You said record lost for refund and committed to refund me by 15 Jan 2018.
16 Jan 2018 - You again said all refund record loss and need another 7-9 days to process refund and told me to wait again.

PopReal shoes

On the black Led star shoes, you did not have right size. I was charged for them and never received. Was told to choose another item so I chose P263964. Black glittery led palettes size 13. Was told by email it was shipped on 12/11/17. Total charged 13.04 on that order. Have not received either but have been charged. Appreciate it very much if this would be checked and looked into. PopReal have not received my order it's been 13 days

I have placed my order Nov. 28, and I was told that it will take 3-5 days to ship and it has been 13 days since my order was placed. I have contacted DHL and they informed me that the seller has not handled over the items that need to be delivered and they have not asked for a pick up. The tracking number is [protected] I feel this is a fraudulent tracking number since its been in the same status since it was emailed me back Dec 4 and Today is Dec 11 and I have not been contacted or email about my order status. I have chatted with most of there agents the names are: Cora and Suki: both these agents are clearly not in the destination. They are "customer service" out of Hong Kong. How do you provide accurate information since the agents are not even in the same location as where the items are shipping from. I also was promised to get a refund of the $18 which I have not yet to receive at all. I have the previous conversations of both the agents Cora and Suki that I can provide. I want my order to be shipped Overnight I refuse to wait another 10 days to get my order. They need more of a solid communication center where customers can be reassured that they will get the best service. They do not have a direct contact number here are the numbers i've been trying to get thru for the past 10 days [protected] and [protected] both of those number are not from Singapore these numbers are from DE. I contacted DHL and I asked them if they can red flag there account due to the fact that they using tracking number so lie to the customer about getting there orders. I will contact my bank and cancel these orders. I need a physical person to contact me in regards to my order.

PopReal product & service

I ordered my items over a month ago, I was promised that I will receive my items well before Christmas.. I never did and I have been chasing them nearly every 2nd day. They have been lieing that they have shipped my order which they never did. Also they later emailed me that the ordered items are discontinued and another one is out of stock. They are liars and cheaters. I will never purchase anything from them.

PopReal not getting full refund

Placed an order using PayPal but it didn't allow me to enter the discount code. Contacted the customer service if can apply the code and was told the payment has gone through and if I could order more items in lieu of the discount. I couldn't find anything I wanted so I asked them to cancel the order so I could place a new one. All this happened within 15 hours of my purchase and according to their site, I could get a full refund within 24 hrs of pirchas . Didn't get any reply until the next day, basically asking me to add more items to my order. For the next three days they asked the same thing and not addressing to the refund then finally they asked if I could keep the order if they gave me the discount. I got so fed up that I just wanted to cancel their order. Until now still hasn't resolved.

PopReal product and customer service

I bought stuff from them
Worth $150 and didn't receive 3 items from my order. I'm trying to contact them for returning few products and enquiring about the 3 missing products! They're just playing with me and not getting to the point. I junk they don't want to issue refund hence making everything hard for me. Regret and don't recommend anyone! They suck

PopReal shipping

They dont show the real shipping charge until you check your invoice. I contact them 10 min after I placed the order to cancel, they charge me $15 for shipping. I have to go thru PayPal claim to get a refund and they don't want to refund me, PayPal issue a provisional refund and still waiting after 10 days. Very awful service. Be aware. Not recommended.

PopReal service

Im not sure if the customer service team does not understand me or if they are just playing dumb in order to not have to reimburse me for an order they took so long to deliver. I now have no use for it and it doesn't even look like the photo they display on their website. In short, I will not be ordering from them again and they have aggravated me to the extent that I will be reporting them to Trading standards now.
I ordered a top for halloween that I could wear while I am pregnant. I ordered this item a month in advance on the 29th September as their delivery time states 2 to 3 weeks, this would ensure I have a week extra for any delays.
I then chased the delivery a week before halloween and clearly stated to them that if the item was not with my by the 30th October I would have no use for it any longer and it would need to be refunded. I kept getting asked to wait for the item.
Halloween came and went and still no item.
After a few arguments with Alina in customer services and constantly being offered discount vouchers and asked to wait for the item I no longer needed. they agreed to a refund.
A few days after this I received another email saying they had found my parcel lost in the post and it will be arriving with me soon. So no refund and still waiting for a top I can no longer wear. The top arrived. No sparkles like the advertised photo and still they keep ignoring my request to return the item for a refund as they missed their deadline and I have now paid for a top I can not wear. To make this even worse, every time they ignore my request and reply with "I am sorry for this" they offer me less and less of a discount voucher.

Their customer service is horrific and all of this over $18 instead of admitting to their faults and refunding me for the inconvenience they caused by delivering my item late!

I will be looking to take this further out of principle for their disgusting customer service.

PopReal clothing products

Hi I have order online through Popreal and that was blunder to do that with out reading reviews.

I did order 3 months ago and did not get my item even waiting that. Did send my emails and reminders but all in vain. Always got fake and invalid track numbers.
Such a fraud online website with pathetic customer services.
I have been waiting my item from 25th of September but I have not received it so far. Customer services are totally pathetic and unbelievable. Here are some key facts about my case.

· Paid money on 25 September and nothing was received then I complained them on 24 October.

· 25 Oct I got and email with tracking number that order is sent but that tracking no was fake and invalid.

· 27 Oct I have contacted them back that nothing was coming in tracking number and system says it's an invalid tracking no.

· 28 Oct seller said we are sorry we will contact with shipping company and will update you.

· 6 Nov I waited for more than a week and then request that I have not heard anything from you please solve my matter it's been more than month now.

· 6 Nov seller said your order is lost and we have resent order.

· 10 Nov seller sent me a new track number and in order detail my address was written wrong.

· 13 Nov I told them you put my city name wrong in the address.

· 13 Nov I was told that they cannot do anything you put wrong address. Which was wrong argument as I have used my PayPal address account.

· 13 Nov I write them back I know what is the name of my city and do not try to fool me, I am not interested in your item anymore please refund my money I have waited a lot.

· 13 Nov seller said ok we will contact the shipping company to pay attention and also mention that the same address is written in your PayPal account it's not our fault.

· 13 Nov I copy and pated my address from my PayPal account and asked them what wrong with it. It is 100% correct and you guys messed up and now you keep blaming me and putting your mistake to my shoulder.

I had enough from them please try to resolve my issue to get my money back I am not interested in their item after waiting 2 months. I have all the conversation in email in case if you need any information.

PopReal cancellation

Placed an order and then cancelled it within 24hrs like the website states to get a full refund.
I didnt hear back from anyone till i emailed again within 48hrs.
Ended up speaking to 3 people regarding this and no one was willing to offer my full refund. Just offered me money off my next order and then they stopped emailing me and i haveny received a refund or my items as it was clear that i wasnt getting a refund even though i followed what was stated on the webite.

PopReal bad customer service/ fraud

I ordered at product in July 2017 and never received any product and no refund. They never sent me any confirmation email after I order and I week later I was like where is my order? When will it arrive? Sent Popreal an email and they said oh sorry you did get an email but your will be there soon. I said when is soon and where the tracking number? They gave me a fake tracking number and refuse to give me a refund when I asked for one. They said oh it is in China now so I said I just want my money back then they said oh I already shipped part of your order but can refund some money I said I want all my money back because this unprofessional, I have not gotten my money or my order.

PopReal ordered a month ago... still haven't heard an update or anything at all.

I placed an order for a baby girl (about a month ago now). With my luck I could not find my confirmation no. I tried to email you guys for an update... Nothing. I was skeptical to order in the first place so I only put in one order and I want to make sure of the sizing as well. And good thing I guess that I only put in one order because that for sure went gone with the wind. It's a scam.

You may want to try calling them directly. Have you been charged yet? If so, you could file a dispute with your credit card company for the charge.
