not received my order
I ordered one baby jacket about two months ago, I am asking for shipping details as I have neither received the product or additional information. I ordered 4 dresses for little one and it was mentioned on d website that my order will arrive in 5-7 business days but i waited for 15 days and messaged them then i got a reply that my order is shipped now and they gave me a tracking no which never existed. They charged me for my order in US$ but i am in Australia. Wrote them several times no satisfactory answer its been a month now I haven't received anything nor d refund nor my parcel. This company is a big fraud n d shipping was coming from china. Why pay in US$😡😡
Same happened to me its been 2 months now and neither item nor money is returned. WoW WoW shipping from China, office address is UK and phone number code is of USA. Name of shame Pop real.

I bought several dresses and additionally paid the fast shipping and delivery because I desperately needed the clothes. The order went through, I confirmed it. Everything was fine. Guess what? I never got my items.
Needless to say, I ordered them 2 months ago and I already don't need them, because the even I bought them for was held.
I wanted to get a refund, but they said I have to get my items first.
Ok, I will wait for a little longer. Even though I am not sure they will easily refund.

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. I ordered $80 worth of items and it took 4 1/2 weeks to receive. Then, I needed to return the items and even though they "accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery and the products in new, unused condition with original packaging." Which sounds great until you do try and return your order and the return has to go to CHINA (not mentioned on their website) which is about an $80 shipping fee (afforded by yourself) so it's not even worth returning and now your stuck with the poorly made products.

Never got my package. They do not have a phone # on their website, so you are forced to e-mail them. When I did email them all they said was "check with your local post office".. I checked with my local post office and they said there is no such tracking #, that it did not exist! I am furious! I spent over $60 on clothes I never received, and cannot talk to an actual person for a refund. This website is a scam. Don't use it!
popreal.com is a scam, don’t not waste your money
I ordered clothes over a month ago and they have not arrived. I was given a two separate tracking numbers (one month after my purchase!) only after multiple attempts at reaching customer service. Neither of the tracking numbers have EVER been valid and they refuse to give me a refund on items I have never received.
They told me they would give me a $10 coupon and even had the nerve to ask me to DELETE my negative review! The customer service phone does not work, so don’t bother wasting your time.
This company is shady, sketchy and untrustworthy. Do not spend your money on a single item with them. I don’t want anyone else to get ripped off. If you read their reviews, they are consistently poor. I think they only have a few good ones because those people deleted their bad reviews just like they asked me to do.
Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!

I placed an order, P221509 and after five days and two emails, one call and reading the complaints on this company, I decided to cancel my order. I have yet to get tracking for this shipment and I was charged shipping. I ordered $65.21. Advertising was free shipping. This company is not worthy of advertising on Facebook. That’s my next goal, to get it removed from there.
toddler shoes
Horrible company. I ordered a pair of toddler shoes for a boy, spent over $20 on them. They arrived a month later looking like a blind man tried to make them. The laces were cut and pieces of the shoes weren't even stitched together. My son cannot wear them. I contacted PopReal about a refund for shipping me shoes that look NOTHING like the picture they displayed...over 3 weeks and 6 emails later I STILL do not have my requested refund. They offered to send me a $5 COUPON! I will NEVER give this company my hard earned money again and I will try my hardest to make sure other people are not conned by this company too.

It's been 26 days since payment confirmed (AUD$133 order no.P212057) but no sign of when will i receive my order! Popreal sent 2 emails confirming my payment & complaint, but that's it! Tried to track through its email & app, impossible. Should i call the bank to cancel the trx and report Popreal? They seem to not care of growing dissapointed customers.

Oh god, I'm so disappointed that I spent money and time on this crap. Not one minute of my life was worth it. Absolutely appalling.
They shipped my order in a month. One month took them to do it! I don't know if there's any sense to repeat how many days they spent on shipping out. Counting that my items were always in stock: when I was ordering and after this as well. But when they arrived I regretted twice. Because the quality of my items was terrible. I would never wear this #$#^!

I did receive "part" of the order and the quality of it is VERY LOW. It's one dollar store quality. Nothing like the pictures. The ribbon of my baby's shoe is almost ripped and it's glued in a way that a 6 years old kid can glue it better than them.
The customer service is extremely useless. After I sent them the pictures of the clothes and the shoes, they said "We are very sorry, we will offer you a 6$ coupon" !

Unfortunately without going to the reviews about this company, I ordered a mom-daughter matching dress on 19th of July and payment was done on the same day. ( ORDER no:8281125). No email confirmation received, when contacted thru inbox replied as dress still in processing room, need 5-7 days more which was on jUly 23rd, and pathetically till today- the 17th of August, I am waiting for that. I ordered this dress for a party on 15th of August and let it never happen to anyone else. Very poor customer service.I requested for a refund on 3rd of August and the reply was " Sorry for the inconvenience caused".
If you donot have sufficient stock please donot accept orders, like many other reputed companies do.

Wasn't happy with the material of the jumpsuits. Also no adjustment on shoulder straps and they both wear diapers and you have to remove the entire outfit. I just want to return them and get a full refund. Please give me the info to do that . This is a gift for my 2 great granddaughters, so I have not given it to them. Therefore they have not been worn.

I think that it's good shop. I am in love with this online-store! They always have the best new fashions clothings for children. And I know, that Popreal items are renowned for their style and comfort. I really like it. bathing suit order
I bought a bathing suit in May. I emailed them after it had been over two weeks and the site said my order was still processing. They said they were backed up but would see what they could do about expediting my order. I emailed them once again when it had been over a month asking for my money back so I could buy a new bathing suit. Instead they immediately and magically shipped it out right after I asked for a refund. I would have much rather just gotten my money back so I could have bought a suit elsewhere much faster. It's been almost two months, their tracking site they use said it was in transit to my home 3 days ago and I still have nothing.

I have ordered two dresses from this site and after I paid I received a confirmation message and later a tracking number.
Later I found out that tracking number was invalid and when I contacted the company, PopReal promised to give me another one within a couple of days. When that didn't happen I contacted them again and was surprised to hear that they have already sent me the tracking number. I checked my mail (even spam) and found nothing.
They said that there was nothing they could do to help me.
This is taking way to long and I don't actually expect my order to arrive.

Ordered a Mommy & me matching outfits along with Daddy, Mommy & me outfits. Their ad said if U.S. customers order over $59 the shipping would be free. Somehow their site divided my order into two orders and charged me shipping. I contacted them thru their website. They responded via email 3 days later & agreed to give me a refund for the shipping charges. however its been 4 weeks later and still no merchandise. I tried contacting their website again but looks like the site has gone down or no longer exist. I tried contacting by responding to their original email to me but still no response. Placed order in last week of April 2017. Was supposed to receive my order by Mothers day as it was a gift. Nothing, no order, no response and no way to get a hold of these people. I'm so sad. I read some good reviews and some bad so I took a chance because what I ordered was sooo cute that I thought "Let me see if my review would be a good one"... I don't get it. There were many good reviews of this company. Why did I get screwed? How does this company operate? Do They pick and choose who they are going to screw and who they are going to make happy? I'm baffled. Will now have to charge back my payments to them and hope I can get my money back. Pity though because I much would have preferred to get the merchandise. All I can say is Buyer beware. You're on your own on this one. It's a maybe you'll get lucky kind of site.

I placed an order on April 1st for 8 outfits. To date (May 20th) I have received 1 item. I contacted customer care via email on April 27th and was told the other items were on the way. I contacted them again on May 14th and was told the shipping company must have lost and to please wait 5 days. I contacted again today when they did not arrive and was told they would issue a credit only once I receive the package and then I have to reject it. I have no words for this company other than I am beyond frustrated. I guess I should have read the reviews first.
