matching bathing suits and dresses
In reading the other comments it is obvious this company is a scam, and my case is not just a mistake. I ordered matching items in May, it is September and I have received 1/7 items. I have emailed and left messages over and over and the emails don't even reply to what I sent. They are generic "it is on it's way" bull crap. I have asked for a refund numerous times with deflective responses of "tracking information will come soon.."

I have ordered items with popreal for a family picture since July 23rd and up until today my items have not been shipped not to talk of tracking. I wanted this item for a family picture to place in my new home . All I get is email from one "Polly" with promises that it will be shipped soon. If I have seen these reviews I will never had spend my money on this site. I will be reporting them to customer bereau in the UK if my product is not shipped in 2weeks.

I ordered matching dresses May 9th, 2018, for my daughter and me for a maternity photo shoot.Two months later, I received the package, but it only contained her dress, not mine. I emailed customer service, and they stated that my dress was backordered before, but would now ship out within 10 days. I waited 2 weeks, and still no shipping information. I emailed customer service again for a follow-up, and they stated the exact same response as last time... I've emailed customer service more than 10 times over 2 months trying to get them to ship the dress out. When August hit, I emailed them asking for a refund, because I was obviously not getting the dress. They stated it would take 2 weeks for the refund to process. 3 weeks have gone by now, and STILL no refund. I've emailed again, and have yet to receive a refund or response. This company is a total scam.

This people are scammers, never buy from them! i am reporting them to the police. I have placed an order 5 months ago and haven't got either the items or a refund, i have 24 emails back and forth with their customer service requesting my pieces or my money and first they said they were out of stock, once i got frustrated because 2 months have gone by and i didn't got anything i said i wanted my money back and every single time they said to wait 2 weeks or 10 more days to receive my refund, that they were making it an urgent matter, i still don't have anything, please don't allow them to rob you as they did with me. I checked online for reviews and there are tons of people in my same situation
immediate cancellation/ been fighting for refund for 4 months
I ordered a Mommy and Me outfit set for Mother's Day, but cancelled it within less than 10 minutes after realizing it was London based and would never arrive on time. I am now 20 emails and 4 months in on fighting with this customer service on getting my refund. I have gotten multiple emails from 2 different people all that are obviously a Copy/Paste of the same exact wording saying "something was wrong in financial department, but we fixed it. So now will you please wait 12 days/20 days/end of the month?" Then I was told I'm finally a priority and will have it in 12 days, 16 days later still nothing and I'm told again "I will ask them every day, so can you wait more days?" Like I have a choice.

I purchased matching dress for me and my daughter for Mother's day but did not come on time. I was so dissapointed because I was waiting for two months to receive my order. I cancelled my order and ask for refund. It was May then, untill now August I did not receive any refund payment on my Visa and they always send as a response to keep waiting because they have problem on there system. I am so done with them.
I attached there electronic response to me everytime I send an email for follow up.
Thetmy are scam! They keep on promising but no action done.

never refunded money
Popreal ran out of 2 items that I had ordered. I ha e been trying to get my refund back for the items never send for 4 months now. They keep lying and saying they keep looking my info. and it will talk longer. Then when I said I would contact the authorities they said it would be refunded in 72hr. LIE! It has been a week with nothing. They have some nice clothes but as a company are horrible with customer service...delayed shipping and have never refunded me.
stealing images from brands and passing off as their own.
I was alerted that POPREAL are using my Images from my Brand and trying to pass them off as their OWN! This is an absolute disgrace, not only do they steal money from people, they rip of small brands too.
90% of the images you see on their website which are with people wearing clothes are NOT THEIR images!
Do not waste your time or money on their CHEAP BAD QUALITY ITEMS!
Buy from small brands, which offer beautiful handmade quality items!

Terrible clothing very cheap bathing suit top has no support at all! Then when you want to try to return you email back and forth pictures and tbey reply with "it has already been shipped" which I said nothing about obviously i recieved the item if im telling them it doesnt fit! Then they send you 4 paragraphs on how to send it back which you have to pay for and they want you to send them all info on shipping it back! Why not make it easier to just send a shipping label!? Ridicolous! Then once they receive the product the Will refund IF its still new to their standards! I've been trying to send my items back for 2 weeks now and it's just a bunch of bull all around! I will never by cheap clothing again from here again! Popreal return policy is Terrible! No telling how long it would take for them to refund my money! Plus pay to send it back?! Not even worth it!

This is the worst experience I've ever had. It has been 2 months and we still don't have our order. Customer Service only replies in writing and it takes them over a day to get back to your response :( they don't seem to care at all .. they side step your questions with other answers as if nothing is wrong. I am a business owner (jewelry designer) and I ship all over the world and it never takes this long. When I ask about shipping and tracking, all the kept repeating themselves with some odd non-working tracking# that has no information :( It's totally terrible and hard to deal with... not worth the cheap pricing as we may never get our items anyways... we needed this bathing suits and items for summer when we ordered on May 31, 2018 and it's July 30th and still no sign of them... this is totally unacceptable! Be careful... and takes these complaints seriously as they are real...

I ordered 2 dresses. A mommy dress and a toddler dress. After 4 months they finally arrived, however the toddler dress was incorrect (it was a kid sized dress and a completely different pattern/style). They said they would send the correct toddler dress in 7-10 days. After 3 months of back and forth emails saying they would send in 7-10 days, I got an email saying for me to pick a new dress they no longer have that one in stock. When I ask for a refund, they ask me to chose a new dress. I don't want a new dress- I don't even want the mommy dress I have (which I will never wear as I only got it to match with my daughter). Now, they will not respond to my emails asking for my $29 refund for both dresses. (One of which I have never even received!)

Today is 6/23/2018 and I've never received one peice of my order. I've emailed them and they say wait 5 more days. Wait 7 more days.. it's all just a big scam to steal your money. I want to expose them for who they are and so they can't do this to anyone else!
Now they are saying few of the products were out of stock.

mom & daughter matching suits
This company is total crap. I purchase mom and daughter matching suits back in March and never received an update or tracking on it. I emailed a month later and come to find out they were out of stock on the daughter suit. I went ahead and requested a refund as I do not like any other products they offered but we are now mid-june and I have received nothing no money no swimsuits. I will be reporting this company immediately. Do not purchase from them!

I finally just asked for a refund and it takes 25-30 days. Then the rep says something is wrong with their system so it will be issued the 30th. RIDICULOUS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I requested a refund in April (it's almost July now), and I still haven't received it - although I've received plenty of emails requesting me to be "patient". The quality of the 1 item I did receive (I ordered 2 swimsuits, 3 months later I hadn't received them so I requested a refund, they said they could refund one, but the other was on its way...and to be patient 😡) was absolutely ridiculous! I ordered a swimsuit and received a thin piece of material with no lining. Quality is poor, service is horrible and if I want a refund for the one item I did receive, I have to pay for shipping (for a second time as you pay for it when it is first sent to you).
I highly recommend not buying from this company.
