do not use popreal!
Do not use PopReal website and don't give them your credit card information. I was trying to make an order but wasn't able to do that because their site refused to accept my card. I tried twice and twice got an error page. I decided to buy from another place, because there was nothing I could do about PopReal.
But then several hours later I got charged twice! And when I contacted PopReal they claimed that they didn't take my money. But my bank statement clearly showed who and when billed me and I had all the proofs it was Popreal! Despite having these proofs I wasn't able to do anything. I advice everyone to avoid doing business with PopReal!
late delivery & very poor service
I ordered 7 items, and only 3 items arrived after 2 weeks from ordered date, and I wasn't informed at all on the status of the other 4 items as to why they didn't arrive in the same package. Most importantly, the 4 items that didn't arrive, I needed it for an event. So I sent an email to get a refund for the 4 items that didn't arrive since I didn't need them anymore, and I had to find my own way to dress up for the event as I had no idea if they were still gonna deliver those 4 items. It took someone 4 days to reply to me, and all she had to say was the items were on the way, and they cannot do a refund. I am very unhappy with the service, I felt cheated and don't they have a return policy?
The customer service agent came back, saying they'd over me $10 coupon on my next order, first of all, that $10 coupon I could have gotten it myself by filling in the feedback, secondly, seems like she didn't exert any effort at all to actually help me. And after the service the company has provided, what makes her think I'm ever actually gonna purchase from them again?
popreal dress
Ordered a dress from here to be used as a flower girl dress for a wedding. Arrived within 2 weeks but the dress had an oily substance on it which stained the white dress yellow. The dress also was sup posed to have a bow that fastened to the back. The pin that holds the bow was snapped in half and the bow was torn and unraveling. I immediately emailed and called them with no response. It was not until I told them I would be posting a negative review that someone responded told me to "cut the strings" and that they would give me a $5 coupon. No word about the broken bow or the fact that the dress is completely stained on the back. Apparently, this type of merchandise must be acceptable to them. I now have to go to a seamstress to see if she can fix the brand new dress I just bought and I'll probably never see my money back. This business should be shut down until they are since they are basically stealing money from people.

They sent my order excessively late. I didn't receive the first package acc they said it was my problem to take it on with delivery company. Very rude customer service that sighed I made a rude remark thinking I was not able to hear. According to customer service they are not based in the United States of America and there was a language barrier. They did not want to resend the second first package which contained the most items of my order.
Both packages pertained to one order however, they sent them separately, separate dates. When I called and complained that my order was incomplete, they said they had sent a package prior.
Basically I spent nearly $300 and I received only two outfits. They didn't offer a replacement and said I had to deal with the delivery service and the loss. They kept calling me at inappropriate times wake me up at night several times and during work hours. I just gave up.
When I tried to contact them again no answer and no voicemail. I think those dissatisfied sure report them and their business. Or review will not affect them much.

I ordered 2 dresses for my niece they were supposed to arrive in 5-7 days. They arrived 5 weeks later. The costumer service was terrible. Every time I sent an email complaining about the delay I get a response :" do you mind waiting few more days!?" . Eventually I received the dresses. They are bad quality and don't look even close to the website. They are so cute on the website. the ones I received look terrible. The shirt I order looked like it's linen and looks amazing. The one I got is cotton, the neck looks terrible and the sleeves are much shorter. I would not recommend wasting your money.
popreal/very poor customer service
I received my package on time. Which is the only good thing about this company. I ordered 3 matching Mommy & me dresses. I emailed them 3 times to exchange 1 of my daughter's dresses because they sent me the wrong size (130) then what I ordered, which I ordered a size 120. I also asked for a return address to see about exchanging the sizes of my dresses. The medium size dress I ordered was a medium but I asked to exchange for a large, another dress is a large I ordered but want to exchange for a medium. The other dress I would need an XL instead of a large. But have not received an email back.
they have very poor service
Hello.
I have purchased two dresses from Popreal and returned one dress because it was of an incorrect size. Popreal support said that I'll get a replacement within approximately two-three weeks, but that did not happen.
Last time when I contacted Popreal, they said that replacement was sent and would be here any time soon. I asked for a tracking number but they did not reply.
Actually that was the last thing I heard from them and since then there was no news about my dress. No matter if I'll receive it or not, I will not buy anything from this store again. They have very poor service and they need to do something about that!

very bad company to deal with
I purchased from PopReal twice. My first experience with them was ok, but second one was a total disaster. I paid for my order and was supposed to get a tracking number but they did not send me anything. I contacted PopReal support service and they said I'll get my number within a couple of days. One week later I contacted them again and asked them to cancel my order. I was quite suspicious because it was taking way too long. They cancelled my order but did not refund my money. When I contacted them I heard nothing but empty promises. There is something wrong about this PopReal, I recommend to stay away from it. I hope I'll get my money back soon.

Placed order in March, never received. Local Post Office did not have record of tracking# provided. Received email that they got items returned to them. Told I could reship for $6. Sent the $6 and they said, no its $10, then $12. Declined. Promised a refund 2 months ago and just keep getting run around to wait, and wait some more and some more.
I love this site and I do shopping there very often. I am not only a mother but also a photographer and I value high quality clothes at low prices. I have never met such a wide choice and such beautiful dresses for my mother and daughter. Believe me, it is worth ordering there. The products are simply sensational
