I went to post office bercham early morning to post my parcel. But Ms Aida not play her role as teller/customer service well. Not even smile, look at customer face during talk. Even when i said thank you also she just do her work, not smile and still writing. I forgot to take my receipt and she yell 'taknak ambik resit ke' infront of everyone. This kind of manner not suitable to work as customer service/teller. Pls improve your attitude during service customer. Thanks

28/9 saya terima parcel dari pos laju sarikri yang bukan barang yng saya order.saya check dekat shopee status barang dah delivery to consignee tapi masalah sekarang pihak poslaju sudah tersalah hantar barang, mereka hantar barang orang lain dekat saya tapi barang saya hntar pergi mana?saya order bunga hiasan bukan order alas meja..29/9 saya sendiri terpaksa pos balik barang yang salah hantar kepada owner tersebut.Lepas tu, pagi ni saya check no tracking yang mereka bagi, langsung tak dapat check..poslaju, kenapa service macam ni?

Surat berdaftar di hantar dari pejabat kerajaan Miri bertarikh 17/10/2019 diterima lewat iaitu 29/10 /2019 di Pejabat Pos Daerah Kanowit. Surat tersebut adalah surat dari guaman dan mahkamah. Kelewatan surat tersebut menyebabkan saya lambat untuk membalas surat tersebut. Saya harap benda ini tidak berulang sebelum saya adukan ke aduan rakyat tv3. Tolong lah bekerja secara dedikasi.Tolong ambil tindakan tegas ke atas pekerja yang berkenaan. Tolong jangan pentingkan untung saja tetapi service macam babi dan anak haram.Tak tau kerja bagi training. Ni tak berpuluh aduan buat tp service masih macam anjing. Hanya kaunter sahaja service terbaik. Yang handle surat menyurat tolong pecat service makin teruk. Rasa nya anjing lagi bagus. HQ pejabat pos jangan tidur tau kangkang je, tolong ambil tindakan.

Customer kami telah pergi ke Pos Laju Tawau malangnya item tersebut tidak dijumpai. Sehingga ke hari ini kami tidak pasti status keberadaan item tersebut. Minta kerjasama pihak bertanggungjawab Pos Laju untuk update di mana barang tersebut sekarang.

Azlina didn't read and understand your company SOP with Shopee shipping procedure, now Shopee already change to 2 copy consignment note instead of 4 copy, but the staff rejected my parcel and ask me print out one more copy consignment note for poslaju copy purpose. After that I go to nearest 7-11 to print out another copy, when I return back to post office, I direct call Shopee CustService and pass my phone to the post office staff (Azlina), after the conversation, Azlina just noticed that Shopee already change their Shipping SOP, she is like just wake up and answer me: " mana I tau, office tak cakap pun." She did not apologize to me at all.
The main point is, if something that she not sure or don't know, she should ask her superior to double confirm, not adhere her mind direct say no to customer.
She is not professional and so blur, wasting my money and time, pls train properly your staff and get back to me ASAP.

Ibu saya adalah penerima bantuan BSH dan layak mendapat Set Dekoder MYTV . Semakan dengan pihak MYTV, mereka maklumkan bahawa set dekoder tersebut telah dihantar kepada ibusaya. Namun begitu, saya ingin mengesahkan bahawa saya / ibu/ keluarga di rumah tidak pernah menerima barangan yang di poskan tersebut.

Dear Pos Laju team,
I would like to complaint I have didn't received the parcel for a week! Seller have inform me the parcel have sent out by 22/10/2019, while until now (28/10/2019) I still didn't received the parcel. On 24/10/2019, I have call to Customer Service Hotline to check the tracking. The customer service have reply me the parcel have arrived at Bangi Pos Laju and estimates will sent out the parcel to destination address by the next day. While, on 28/10/2019 I still didn't received the parcel and I have call again to the Customer Service Hotline. The customer service have told me the parcel was still at Bangi Pos Laju and need I go to the Bangi Pos Laju self-pick up. I'm very surprised that I have been no received any "notification card" or any call from Pos Laju the parcel was out of delivery. I request to delivery the parcel to the destination address, but the customer service reply to me unable to assist me and request me to self pick up the parcel or direct call to Bangi Pos Laju. I'm very disappointed that received this kind of response from the customer service. Meanwhile, for the parcel I'm request to delivery to the destination address ASAP.

I suddenly received a message from Lazada saying that delivery attempt failed on the 17th October 2019, but I did not received any call from Pos Laju to collect my parcel even though I'm waiting at home.
Called Pos Laju Hotline everyday but no one bother to answer the phone. And then, pos laju tracking system was down for a week. Anyhow, I waited patiently.
Today, 26th October 2019 I received another message from Lazada saying that my parcel has been delivered. It seems that my parcel was delivered to some stranger named Goh Hui. Now my parcel is missing.
I want my parcel otherwise please refund.

I ask her today will delivery or not, becease I check the goods at Kuantan Branch today at 8.00 am, but she say can't, then I call her go back and help me to see, when her goes back counter say the goods packing not open yet, so can't collect.
