p&c mails delivered to wrong address
To Whom It Concerns,
Pos Malaysia, please buck up your disgraceful, absurd and revolting service. Your customer service is deplorable. It makes me wonder what ethics or business practices that all of you embrace.
Everytime, every personal bank mails or tax and every P&C mail is DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I suggest that we review your intellectually postmen who can't differentiate the house number of an adress. My new nosy neighbour who is very much despised by the entire community of my neighbourhood knows all of my bank details and statements, EPF statement, insurances and tax nomination. It's truly amazing, isn't it?
Your uneducated postman delivered it to the uncivilized and uncultured creation of God. That morose piece of sludge opens all the P&C mails, READS IT and later puts in my mail box...until I was notified by other neighbours and my dog(which INDEED IS MUCH CLEVERER THAN ANY OF YOU AT POS MALAYSIA).
How can Pos Malaysia behave with such low morale? Your uncultured company policy must be the ROOT cause, ...you work with no values, AND DARN, YOU ACTUALLY GET PAID FOR DOING NOTHING.. My earnings and private matters are the forum chat of my neighbours.
I hate you, Pos Malaysia. Pos Malaysia is nothing but a piece of low, disgusting sludge that deserve not even an ounce of fair bit respect.
Praying the whole lot of Pos Malaysia goes to the drain.
Totally true indeed

lost mail (outgoing) and lost packages (incoming)
Lately, Pos Malysia has becoming more deteriorated and lacking in service despite all their excuses, solution suggestions and media propaganda. The public is very tired and sick of this especially when Malaysia publicizes so much about how great Malaysia is. Recently, so many people have lost important mail and packages by using Registered and Expre...

pos express lost!
I have delivered an important documents to my lawyer in jalan sungai besi on 23 dec 2009 using the pos express and yet the item is not delivered to the receiver up till NOW.
i have called the [protected] for clarifications. they told me the last update they have is the item is delivered to bandar baru bangi.
i called bandar baru bangi 03-[protected] to get some information. although the guy seems to speak before i can even open up my mouth, i tried to be patient. then he quickly informed the item
is already delivered to sungai besi. thats the only information he can gave me.
i started to feel uneasy about this. i called back [protected] again for some confirmation. a lady picked up a call and asking for all my details, address, phone numbers the receiver address..etc.
which i end up giving it twice because she accidentally deleted all the information for the first time. She gave me the ticket number PMB-A7346 and she said investigation will be made within 1 working day.
i became more and more curious where have this packages been. i called up sungai besi 03-[protected] for clarification. they put me on hold and after a long while they told me, the package is not even there?!

I recently suffered the same [censored] like the rest of you. Bought an item from Aliexpress. Aliexpress used Pos Malaysia & particularly Pos Express to do the delivery. Status updated in the system as delivered on the 12 Aug 2020 but till 5 Sep 2020, i have no sight of the parcel. went to the nearby Post Office to check with them. Pos Malaysia just said, i'll get the Postman to call you tomorrow. Postman called and said, he delivered. Asked him what are the proof of delivery? he said Pos Express has no proof requirements. Already dropped the parcel at my mailbox. Very sad to know this [censored] is happening over the years and still noone takes any action to improve the situation. we as a buyer and payer of the said service and yet we have to suffer and struggle to locate. Hopeless Pos Malaysia!

My sister from Penang posted a very important document from IJN on 225th Jan 2019 and the package did not arrive at the destination in Kamunting, Perak till today ( 30th Jan 2019).
I do not know what happened to the parcel and it's really disappointed with the service from the FANTASTIC name of "POS EXPRESS".
I would urge the top management of FANTASTIC " POS EXPRESS" to explain me on the [censored] service that they are providing to the Rakyat in Malaysia.
Bravo " POS EXPRESS"
I post my thing last monday (12/3/2018) until today (20/3/2018), my friend still cant recieve the post that I send.
I posted my item via Pos Express dated 28/2/2018
to Putra Jaya but untill now seen no shadow of my parcel. What the hell . * Reminder : This is not "Free of Charge" services!
My item was posted yesterday (7/3/2016) at 12.16pm in Putrajaya PPL by PosExpress. Up till now, at 3am in the morning of 9/3/2016, the item has been delivered to one Siti Aishah, also from Putrajaya PPL. The motto for POS Express is 'DIJAMIN SAMPAI ESOK' but after two days, my package is still lingering in Putrajaya PPL?
I shipprd 5 parcels by Malaisia post. one to USA and 4 to Korea. All this parcels are stuck! I have many proboems with the customers that are waiting for the parcels. I have pacsel that is in USA for a MONTH! It never happened to me before. How can I find out why the pacel is stuck? I really need it!
Pos Malaysia is one of the worst mail service in the world. The workers and managements are idiots who just know how to receive paychecks. I agree with Ultimat Axion that the main problem is the majority of workers are Malays. They work so slow and very lazy. Just like many of the other government branches which is dominated by Malay workers. I know because I observed very carefully and for a long time and know many of them. No point in complaining because if you ask something, they answer different thing or they give you some other number or person to ask. In the end, you get no result. This is what people call Ignorant. How can Malaysia progress if many Malays are like this. Malays talk so big and cannot do anything properly. Only care about self image and own stomach but have no social responsibility. Malays who are full of ### is the main problem. When being criticized, they say sensitive issue of give profanity and dirty language. MELAYU MALU LAH SIKIT ! JANGAN BERLAGAK MACAM BAGUS KALAU BELAKANG ORANG LAIN KUTUK DAN KETAWA. TAK ADA SIAPA HORMAT LAH. AKHIRNYA KENA PIJAK DAN KETINGGALAN DI DUNIA. Respect is earned and not demanded. and your stupid attitude will be the downfall of your race.
Dear Sir,
It is stated in the terms and conditions of Pos Express that there will be no acknowledgement of receipt or prove of delivery. Pos Malaysia will deliver the mail just like normal mail but faster. After the mail had been delivered, it is not the responsibility of Pos Malaysia.
Problems normally occured when the mail is received by admin people or receptionist for offices, shared mail boxes and mail box not locked.
For fast and with prove of delivery, should use Poslaju.

This complaint is directed to KDN or Kementerian Dalam Negeri Malaysia which in addition to the Customs Dept. has also been inspecting and opening parcel deliveries which Pos Malaysia is designated to deliver.
KDN personnel are irresponsible and unintelligent ###s. I have recently received a parcel which has been inspected by KDN and one of the items have been damaged. I have purchased and received many items through the internet and they were usually inspected by the Customs dept. and cleared for delivery. The parcels were always received in good condition and the items within were never opened from the plastic wrappings.
But when I received a parcel which was inspected and opened by KDN, one of the items was damaged. The plastic wrap was missing and the the main item was deemed unusable. These govt. personnels are neglectful and do not respect other peoples properties. Only idiots treat other peoples valuables like trash. This is a loss for the consumer and I doubt that a compensation will be received. It is well known from the experiences of many others who has complaints of lost or damaged goods caused by the government. This is disgusting and disgraceful !
Many people purchases items through the internet and they pay a lot of money and value the goods and items that are unavailable or expensive in Malaysia. And to treat the public or consumers purchases/belongings without respect is disgusting and shameful.
This proves that Govt. personnels are irresponsible and unintelligent. It is no surprise that Malaysian postal courier services has a bad image of losing and damaging products and items which uses the mail delivery system. Many companies even have refused to deliver to Malaysia because of the unethical and primitive behavior. The Malaysian govt. personnels have caused a disgrace to themselves and caused many difficulties to the innocent public consumers.
How can Malaysia claim to be a developed country with a vision according to the Malaysian media. Basically it is just propaganda in the importance of self image. Yes, Malaysia is not like the US, UK or Japan in the sense of values, morals and culture but the truth of the matter and what is meant that Malaysia is worse than the aforementioned countries in terms of responsibility and duties in services for the public. And many other countries have realized and know this manner.
If the govt. officials and politicians do not improve, they will never gain respect if they continue to disrespect and abuse the public and consumers. Malaysia will only receive scorns of shame and disrespect from the public. And also the demoralization of citizens who are intelligent and have the awareness that the govt. system is corrupt, abuse of power and suppressing the needs and lives of the common people.
Malaysian authorities need to grow up, think and use their brains !
