EMS post laju- service delay & not able to fulfill
I arranged a EMS post laju to send document (1page) from Ipoh to Singapore. It cost me RM41, I was informed that the document can reached to the recipient within 3 to 5 working days. On 3rd day, the status shown that the document reached Singapore agent facility, however on 5th day the recipient still had not received the doc. I called up post laju to complain. Then the recipient received the doc few days which she got the document in letter box. It was sent by normal post through Singapore local post, on the envelope it shown S$0.50 stamp. What kind of service is this ? It supposed to be door to door which did not fulfill and also it did not deliver within the stated period. Please do not provide such service if it cannot be fulfiled and cheating customers money.

Parcel was delivered after office hour
On 6/12/2021, my parcel PL357042230805 was attempted to be delivered at 6:30 pm (over the office hour) at Venture Technocom, Jalan Firma 1. The delivery man did not call upon making the delivery. Why this can happen?, do the postlaju did know that any delivery has to be made during office hours and is supposed to inform the received of the delivery?
Desired outcome: Inform the receiver upon attempted to make the delivery.

Ordered a parcel on shopee which is supposed to arrive yesterday but status is still "to ship" even though seller has passed the item to poslaju. Seller has filed a complain and said poslaju said they have misplaced the item. Extended shopee guarantee but not sure if it will reach by 2nd December. Below is the tracking number:

Untuk makluman tuan, saya menerima slip pos laju pada 5/11/2021 dalam post box saya.
2. Saya telah menghubungi cawangan serahan batu 9 cheras di atas nombor telefon yang tertera dalam slip pos laju tersebut (03-[protected]) berkali-kali dari 5/11 hingga hari ni (25/11/21) namun sehingga hari ini tidak dapt dihubungi, talian telipon tidak dijawap.
3. Aduan saya yang pertama mengapa surat berdaftar tidak diserahkan terus kepada penerima sedangkan 24 jam saya berada di rumah, penghantar pos laju langsung tidak nenghubungi saya untuk penghantaran tersebut. Sekiranya rasa terbeban untuk naik ke atas rumah dan menyerahkan surat tersebut, sekurang-kurangnya perlu telipon untuk menghubungi penerima.
4. Apabila saya cuba menghubungi cawangan serahan pos laju, walaupun beribu kali ditelipon namun talian tidak dijawap. Mengapa?
5. Waktu operasi dinyatakan dari hari Isnin-Jumaat sahaja. Sabtu Ahad dan hari cuti umum ditutup. Jadi bagi orang yang bekerja bila masa yang membolehkan kita datang mengambil dokumen tersebut?
Saya amat kecewa dengan perkhidmatan pos laju di mana ini bukan kali pertama saya menghadapi masalah sebegini.
Mohon perhatian, tindakan dan maklum balas dari pihak tuan secepat mungkin.

Im not at house during the posmen send the parcel as i working, i also didnt pickup tha call as i working in ICU so that i cannot bring phone during working time, but the posmen ask me to collect the parcel at the poslaju penang, , if i need to collect the parcel by myself what for i order online, i dont have time, , usually all the courier before this put my item inside the pos box, and inform that the item is there, why poslaju cannot do so and ask people to collect by ourself ? My holiday only at the end of months and i want to use the item immediately, i hope poslaju will send back my item and i didnt need to go to poslaju to collect by myself, i hope your side will solve this matter immediately, thankyou

The last system update was 12 oct and no more update. Lost and found whatsapp and said consignment note separate from parcel.. I have provided all the items details. I have writen tracking no on the parcel with marker pen.. Even separate.. It should be able to track.
I have went to balakong branch twice to make report and filled up the complaint form but no news yet.
Total items 12 pcs of clothes (7 blouses and 5 shorts). I have provided lost and found the pictures of the designs too. But no one able to assist for the parcel tracking.

parcel supposedly will be delivered to Samsung Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd at 10:30 am (based on check at the waybill tracking number) and i already check at Pos Laju office Port Klang. The staff said parcel already dive to the one the guard name fatimah. But the guard already resign on 01/09/2021, thus the information not tally and i didnt get the details info. When i check at the cctv office. there is no parcel coming at that day from Pos Laju.

Bad and rude service
I went to POS laju Kampung Tawas today. Just asked whether I could get the form to fill in for sending parcel. And the answer is so rude by asking me to wait for my turn. As they always give the borang whenever I came here, suddenly saying this does not make it right, in the name of 'follpwong procedure" isn't it? I'm disappointed with the service of asking do you think it's secure enough to send the wrapped item. As a customer, I said it's fine and the way of asking it is different from other customers. I guess no one taught her how to talk politely..take action of your staff, they can be at home if they have a bad day. Staff name Juhana.

Roadtax kereta hilang.
Pada bulan March 2021, saya membuat renew roadtax kereta saya di pejabat pos cawangan Tasek Gelugor, Pulau Pinang. Setelah bayaran untuk insuran dan roadtax dibuat, kerani kaunter bagitahu mereka tak dapat cetak roadtax saya kerana kaunter JPJ seberang jaya pulau pinang ditutup sebab kes covid-19. Saya di kehendaki datang semula ke pejabat pos tasek gelugor pada 1/4/2021, tapi masih tak boleh print, masalah JPJ kaunter tutup. Kerani minta saya datang balik bila kaunter JPJ di buka.
Pada 7/10/21 saya ke pejabat pos cawangan tasek gelugor untuk tujuan di atas, tapi kerani kaunter bagitahu roadtax kereta saya sudah di ambil. Bila saya minta maklumat lanjut tentang tarikh, siapa dan dimana ia di ambil, kerani kaunter tak dapat bagi jawapan.
Saya nak tahu macamana pos malaysia nak selesaikan masalah ini.

I want to complain about courier service
As what shown in pictures, it is a registered post letter which basically needs my identification number to receive it but the problem here is the courier didn't even knock on my door or ring the bell. He just left the notice there on my fence. To say that i don't have any letter box that absolutely insane i have it nearby the ring bell but the courier never bother to go up the hill to my house because my house is on the hill. How would i know if they left it on the fence which basically down the hill. Please solve this issue! I've complained so many times about this but seems like no action has been taken!
