parcel salah serah kpd bukan penerima sebenar oleh staff poslaju
Pada pkul 4:30 ptg sy semak tracking no. en833664150my melalui online tracking telah sampai di poslaju nilai dan telah diterima oleh akhmar. pada pukul 5:30 ptg sy smpai di poslaju tersebut dan staff poslaju beritahu bahawa parcel telah diserahkan kpd akhmar (bukan penerima sebenar) seperti nama di atas.
Persoalan pertama, kenapa parcel tersebut dihantar ke poslaju nilai sedangkan alamat penerima adalah sepang poskod 64000 dan macam mana staff poslaju boleh tersalah bagi orang lain sedangkan nama tertera ialah nama saya, iffah izzati dan bukannya akhmar.
Jadi, sy minta jasa baik pihak yg poslaju utk menyiasat perkara ini.

EN382694239MY .. saya sudah call pos laju simpan di kaunter utk self pickup .. kemudian saya berada d pos laju sandakan pd jm11.34 .. saya tengah dlm Q bila turn saya pekerja tersebut mengatalan bahawa barang saya kena ambil pada isnin (12hb6) d sebabkan brg saya smpai pd mlm (9hb6) so sudah d simpan dlm tempat yg lain .. padahal sebelum tu ada customer jg yg sma mcm saya tp customer tu dpt brg dia .. pekerja tersebut rupanya malas utk mencari barang saya .. sangat pemalas .. saya ni customer and i already call pos laju about my item .. then how my item can be collect at 12 hb 6 2017 .. why i cant get my item today .. so i hope this situation never happen again ..

Today I went to post office ayer keroh, one of the staff there was very rude. The customer only stick the label wrong place then the staff scold the customer badly.
I believed that it was the first time for the customer posting the parcel through post registered, the staff show the rude face to the customer since the customer unknown anything.
Is this call a good service?

On 08 June 2017(WED), time 1430, place Taiping Perak, motorcycle plate no. VQ 3455. I received a parcel from this postman but I was busy on my job. He refuse to walk in to give me the parcel & keep horn and asked me to go out. Not the 1st time he make this, everytime he sent letter or parcel he just drove his motorcycle(refuse to leave his motorcycle even 1cm) up infront of my shop & leave letter on the door handle.

Terdapat ribuan item pos tak dihantar (pada bulan jun ini) secara direct ke penerima. Penerima dimanta datang ke Air Hitam Untuk collect sendiri. Dimanta buat siasatan mengapa tiada penghantaran door to door berlaku. Alasan kekurangan kakitangan. Mohon ambil tindakan.
Perubahan UTHM dalam penghantaran pos dari pejabat pendaftar ke door masing2 bukan alasan parcel tidak dihantar. tiada langsung perhantaran berlaku, atau tindakan notice penghantaran berlaku.

I'm Nelyza Mohd Paiz. Recently I received a notice from Majlis Daerah Kuala Langat on 6 June 2017. To my surprise, the notice date is on 1 March 2017 . I even checked with the Majlis Daerah, and they said it must be your postman sending it late. By right I shall received at least a week after. But this is too much, I only received after 3 months. I totally could not accept this as it is regarding tax assessment. I am dissapointed with your service. For your information, I stayed somewhere in Taman Bentara, Teluk Panglima Garang for about a year already. There is no such things your postman could not find my address. As a desirable resolution, I would like you to pay the outstanding tax to MDKL. And also i need your further explanation with a concrete reason why this could happened.

Saya menunggu parcel yang bernombor ep395609659my saya yang sepatutnya sampai hari ini tetapi apabila saya track nombor parcel dalam website menunujukkan parcel saya gagal dihantar. saya sudah menghubungi pusat khidmat pelanggan pos laju tetapi tiada tindakan susulan. pusat khidmat pelanggan menyuruh saya menelepon dimana parcel saya berada tapi panggilan tidak dijawab. staff pos laju tidak meninggalkan apa-apa nota tentang kedatangan atau ketiadaan penerima di alamat tersebut. saya tidak berpuas hati dengan servis yang diberikan. saya memerlukan barangan tersebut seberapa segera pada hari ini. saya berharap ini tidak berlaku kepada orang lain.

saya tlh dihubungi oleh poslaju utk mengambil parcel saya di ezibox pandan mewah pada 5/6/17. Dan pada hari ini jam 230petang saya telah ke ezibox dan cuba utk mendapatkan parcel saya. Saya telah mengikut semua arahan dan memasukkan no pin dan no parcel dgn betul. Dan saya jgk telah memohon utk print resit. Beberapa minit selepas itu sy mendapat msg mengatakan brg tlh diambil tetapi pintu loker tidak terbuka dan resit jugak tidak dikeluarkan. Saya tlh menghubungi talian bebas tol poslaju dan tlh membuat komplen. Tetapi tiada sesiapa dr pihak poslaju yg menghubungi saya utk menerangkan atau menyelesaikan masalah saya ini.. Saya amat kecewa.

postman not sending poslaju parcels
Good day, firstly let me clarify that there are 2 events and i was present at home on both days respectively.
Event 1: tracking no. RS586667251CN that came from china. This parcel was supposed to be delivered home but no one knocked by apartment door or rang the doorbell. Instead the person responsible just placed a collection receipt in my mailbox below.
Event 2: Happened yesterday 6/6/17. Tracking no. EP360468920MY.
I was at home all day yesterday monitoring the tracker which said that my parcel was out for delivery. My parcel did not arrive and neither was there a receipt in my mailbox. The Poslaju Nilai branch has confirmed that the item was out with the postman at 3pm but it still did not reach.
Simply unacceptable. Please do something.

RR141049845MY. Satu bungkusan flexipack telah di hantar pada 2 May 2017 ke Adelaide Australia tapi sampai sekarang belum sampai. Apabila check di website, didapati item telah di pos ke sydney pada 2 May tapi belum diterima oleh penerima. Sepatutnya mengambil masa 2 hingga 3 minggu sahaja maksimum untul sampai. Bagaimanakah cara untuk pastikan item sampai ke penerima atau returned back ?

It has come to my attention and I am writing in that my parcel has been lost in transit. The item that urgently expecting to receive on 30th may 2017, for important occasion purpose.
As the package did not arrive in time and it was told that it has lost, I expected to be paid the full compensative on the item (Rm75 + rm7.15postage) as soon as possible!
I am extremely upset and disappointed in poslaju as I have used your company on a regular basis for important packages the passed few years but I have noticed a steady decline in the quality of service as of late! I have never complained about any of your service but this time was a big letdown! This recent experience may force me to seek out alternative methods for sending all future packages & parcels.
When I first learned of this problem, with immediate I contacted balakong poslaju branch at 03-[protected] which system shown that my parcel were there on 30th may. Surprisingly, it took me 3days times to reach the office on 2nd june! I had tried to contact all the hotline as well at [protected] / 03-[protected] / 03-[protected] / 03-[protected], unfortunately non of the line answer my calls (I have been trying for more than 30times a day). That's was ridiculous! This is so called "customer hotline"?! Until now, the line is still not answered! Do not tell me that the line is busy from 9am-5pm, or only few cust customer service officers are on duty! There are many articles are complaining this issue, please upgrade your phone service!
Eventually, ms yuni from balakong branch who has picked up my call this morning and I was told that my parcel were lost! So, it means that there will be no one follow up until customer call up to check the status?! After all, I was informed to fill in "borang maklumbalas pelanggan" with providing an invoice/receipt or there is nothing could be done about my problem without the receipt. That was the most ridiculous part! So you are meaning that if we are sending the package in between our friend or family must be attach with receipt or we can't entitle for any compensation or there will be no responsible taken from your side?! I truly feel that this response is very unfair because the fault/lost caused by pos laju not from customer! And why we paid for the delivery fees?!
I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint I am looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.

Hi, I'm Ila. I'm so furious because this is not the first time I'm facing the same issue. I called Poslaju Pekan for my stuffs and they said, the stuff is in Paloh Hinai. They already knew that Pos Paloh Hinai doesn't have any van or car to send any courier to customer but they still send the big courier to Paloh Hinai. From Pekan to Paloh Hinai, they will see my house first but they will send to Paloh Hinai and ask me to pick up my stuffs with a reason, we don't have van to send the big courier to your house. What is the point I'm buying online, pay for Poslaju services, if I need to pick up my stuffs all by myself. This is not first time ok. Poslaju Pekan said Padang Rumbia is out of their area but unfortunately, Padang Rumbia is in Pekan. They will see Padang Rumbia first before they reach to Paloh Hinai. So ridiculous. The most annoying thing is, your staff said "she doesn't know" when I asked her why you sent my stuffs to Paloh Hinai when you already knew they doesn't have van or car to send to customers?

Hi I'm Nik From Cheras. i'd sent some doc using poslaju on 02.05.17 consider important doc (government method) which is got due date & need to reach receiver before mid month. Suddenly on 25.05.17 postman come to my office and return back those doc and said my account were block/suspend due to unpaid of outstanding bill which is i didn't receive either any invoice from your side or any notice saying that my account were blocked even though I have paid RM 1, 000.00 as deposit. I made a call plenty of time but as usual no one pick up until a few days after. After spoken & unreasonable answered from your staff. The problem is:
1. Why I did't being notice even a single call from your side?
2. What deposit stand for? unpaid bill just 4++.++ for those not received invoice.
Now i'm in trouble coz of your WTF service. Please improve.

Stated in the track & trace that my parcel will be send on 8 am. Waited for the whole day until 5pm, but no one came. Takpe, so I assumed mungkin esok baru sampai. Then I stay in my room. Apparently, pukul 5.15pm pos laju call and cakap dia da sampai.
Sepantas mungkin I turun to pick up the parcel. And penghantar ckp dgn sgt kasar dgn saya. 'Tak dengar ke bunyi van? Haa tak dengar? Saya hon banyak kali?!'. I was stuttered and cuma mampu balas 'saya kat atas'. Then, dia bagi kertas utk sign. Sgt kasar bahasanya. 'Sign & tulis lah IC kat mana mana pun!'. This was the most rude penghantar parcel yg saya pernah jumpa. Before ni saya kadang2 tiada kat rumah & penghantar parcel biasa call & sms. Dengan sopan dan tiada masalah. Kali ini saya sangat sedih dan terkejut. Saya rela dia tinggalkan nota 'tiada ketika penghantaran' dan saya pick up sendiri di post office daripada diperlakukan begini. Mentang2 saya perempuan dan masih muda. Saya seorang yg sangat kerap shopping online dan telah gunakan byk khidmat penghantaran. Gdex, skyline, etc tak pernah kasar macam ni. Mohon pos laju tingkatkan kualiti customer service. Dah lah mahal.

Minggu lalu, depan saya bagi surat kata "mari ambil dekat pos kajang". Lancau betul. penghantar bayar duit untuk pos then saya kena isi minyak untuk ke kajang town ambil barang tersebut. KENAPA POSLAJU SERVICE MACAM TAHI ? CUBA CONTOHI COURIER LAIN MCM DHL, CITILINK, UPS. Jangan mudahkan kerja kamu sebegini lagi. Hanya memalukan !

Nama saya jullia binti abu hassan, pihak socso telah menghantar baucer kepada alamat pejabat saya, c-01-3, block c, plaza glomac, kelana jaya pada january 2017, namun tidak ditrerima, semakan telah dibuat semula kepada pejabat socso pada march 2017 dan baucer telah di print semula pada 19 april 2017 dah disahkan telah dihantar pada alamat yang sama, namun pada tarikh ini, 18/5/2017, saya masih belum menerima. Kedua-dua baucer dihantar secara pos biasa, mengapakah kes ini berlaku?
Adakah surat benar-benar dihantar oleh pekerja pos kepada alamat?

Mostly pos laju is faster one, but this parcel take very long to send to me. Kindly please check the pos man attitude. I online check trackingnunber it said out of delivery then unsuccessful delivery. My parcel 15/may send out, until now 18 / may still haven't received.

receiving damaged letters
To whom it may concern,
I have a lazy and disrespectful posman that does not always put my letters in my letterbox. He leaves my letters on my car when he sees my car/cars parked in front of my gate. He even had the audacity to ask me to move my car because he cannot access his motorbike to my letterbox. I told him to get off his motorcycle and walk 10 feet to get to the letterbox. I told him that his behaviour of riding his heavy motorcycle on my garden path is unacceptable and has caused damage to my pavers (paver's have since been replaced ). He said that If i don't like it too bad or he doesn't have to deliver my letters when confronted. Excellent customer service!
From time to time i find my letters left on my car and counting myself lucky that it was not stolen or damaged from rain. I did not have such luck this morning.
I expect my letters to be delivered with some measure of care instead of disregard.
I hope this can be resolved quickly as i am running out of patience with this disrespectful representative of Pos Malaysia. My next complaint about this will be more public.
