Terrible services in overall. They took forever to send me the money the business made. When they did send the money, it was not even the total amount. Tried cancelling my account and they would not let me until I get my money. They kept charging me monthly fees while my money was "missing". I felt like I was trapped and being scammed. BEWARE! This company is fraudulent. I signed up for a one year contract at $5 per month, plus % on each card charge. It was a very hectic time in my life and I so I wasn't paying attention, but I cam to realize that the first withdrawal was for $10 and the next 3 charges were for $25. Then they started withdrawing &65! When I cottoned on, I immediately called. I was told that I was being charged $55 extra every month because I hadn't been using the machine. I pointed out that those terms were not made clear to me. They then sent me a contract I had never seen before which contained completely different terms and had my details on it and my signature. They had taken the details I put on the application form and put it on this contract! I told them that I didn't sign the contract, and for them to prove that I did by forwarding the email where I was sent the contract and had sent it back filled in. At the same time I forwarded them the proof of the terms I had agreed to and the form I had filled in. Of course they couldn't prove anything, but still insisted and continued to charge another 2 x $65. In the end I had to contact the bank to prevent them unlawfully withdrawing any more and I have also contacted the police, who confirmed that it was a fraud.

He is very professional and very pleasant to talk to. He listened to us to understand business need, he explained the benefits and costs of different POS systems, and he helped us choose the best one for our business purposes. Worst ever experience with Pospros
Worst ever experience with Pospros. I was offered around 0.35 to 2.46% fee as per my contract which includes 2.46% for keyed in transactions and was told monthly fee wound be waived off. Another fee credit card protection and regulatory fee plus statment fee was included. Overall, I was paying aroundf 4.2 to 5.1% in fees. Tried resolving this with their team (multiple people who stopped responding during a short period of time because they left the company) and was in touch with a manager as well who offered to "revise" the contract terms at like 3.6 or 3.8% rate. I said, all I am asking is to honor the my contract terms but no, 1 year has almost passed and I am relieved that I will not renew my contract which they mentioned, would charhe me for early terimation fee if I end the contrac early. For other customer, I would say to get the contract with Clover directly, who told me in the first place to beware of third paty.

Just like many businesses in this country when covid19 hit I was forced to close down for good.i attempted to cancel the service but was informed it would be almost $4000 to do so. The best the could offer was a seasonal hold which is a measly $4 off the monthly amount of keeping it open. Since it had to stay open I ran one transaction on it and the fees were equal to half of the transaction. All I want to do is get rid of the account but am being held hostage by crap service with a crap company which has no real solutions to help.

I agreed to purchase a point of sale equipment for my small business from clover know as pos pros. The was salesman R ***n. Mr. R sent me the application to purchase the product. I reviewed and returned the application to Mr. Mossman. The equipment was sent to me with a payment of $65.00 per a month for three months which i agreed to. Upon reviewing my contract i noticed charges and information on this contract that i did not agree to and would not put on any paperwork was on this contract. This contract states i own a home i do not, the contract states my business gross $60,000 per year it does not, the contract states i am the president i an not. Also the fees listed were not on the contract i signed. I contact pos pros and spoke to A *** at only to be told that this is the contract i signed.

I ordered a POS Cash register from Clover, which is the company name given when ordered 9/8. I paid $150.00 in total for machine and merchant. I received the machine on 9/16 set it up and it came on and just out of nowhere powered off stating, "Shutting down", I proceeded and called the company regarding this issue. They gave me tech support and they couldn't get it to stay on either. So replaced the cords 3 times, then a new machine and still not staying powered on. Was told to return everything by Shane the tech and I would receive a refund on 9/23. Shipped out on 9/24 and they received on 9/30.Once they received the merchandise, they activated it themselves and sent me an email stating account is active and I sent an email back stating, I don't have device and it was defective in my store. The merchant took a payment of $14.90 for the month of September payment and then on 10/8 they just took $350.00 from my account for cancellation of contract. My issue is this how can you honor a contract and I have no device and never used the merchant services. When they received the merchandise they activated it from their facility with my information and telling me I can access from my phone and I stated I have no memory for that on my phone and I paid to use a device not my phone.

THEY WERE AWARE THAT WE DO NOT USE CREDIT CARD SERVICE OFTEN, MAYBE ONCE A MONTH AND I WAS AWARE THAT A SMALL CHARGE OF AROUND 10.00 WOULD BE CHARGED IF I DIDN'T MEET THE MINIMUM DOLLAR AMOUNT EACH MONTH. IN FEBUARY 2020 WE TOOK A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OF $265.96 AND THEY TOOK THERE FEE OF $4.23, THEN I NOTICED ON MY BANK STATMENT THAT THEY ALSO CHARGED $182.12. AFTER SPENDING ALL DAY TRYING TO CONTACT SOMEONE TO EXPLAIN THIS CHARGE I WAS INFORMED THAT 60.00 OF THE 182.12 WAS A CHARGE FOR NON-PCI COMPLIANCE THAT THEY INFORMED ME THAT I HAD BEEN OUT OF COMPLIANCE SENCE APRIL 17,2019. SO I WAS OUT OF COMPLIANCE STARTING 3 WEEKS AFTER SIGNING UP AND I HAVE BEEN PAYING THIS FEE EVERY MONTH. $99.99 OF THE 182.12 WAS AN ANNUAL FEE THAT I WAS UNAWARE OF AND NOT INFORMED OF WHEN SIGNING UP. THE BALANCE OF $23.00 WAS APPARENTLY NOT MEETING THE MINIMUM DOLLAR AMOUNT. THEY OFFERED TO REFUND THE $99.99 AND ONE MONTH ($60.00) OF THE PCI NON-COMPLIANT FEE BUT I WANTED TO CANCEL THE SERVICE. I WAS INFORMED THAT IF I CANCELED THEN NO REFUND AND I WOULD BE CHARGED 600.00 BECAUSE CONTRACT WASN'T UP UNTIL MARCH 27,2020. I WAS NOT AWARE OF ANY YEARLY CONTRACT OR ANNUAL FEE OR NON COMPLIANCE FEE. AFTER SPENDING HOURS BEING TRANSFERRED TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND BEING GIVEN DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO TALK TO SOMEONE THAT HELPED ME GET COMPLIANT WITH A FEW QUESTIONS SO I WILL NOT BE CHARGED NEXT MONTH.

December 7,2020 I have a client that wanted to pay by credit card, the first time i run my clients credit card. I waited 5 days and contacted them how come the money is not in my bank account yet, the informed me that there was an error in my bank details and that they will put my money on hold, and in able for me to recieved that money i run i have to pay an extra 35 dollar fee to edit my bank details they provided me form that needs signature, after that i dont feel really safe to this company, I ask the staff I dont feel safe with this transaction and would like to terminate my account, they said i have to fee terminating fee of 350 for i am in contract for 1 year. I said i did not recieved any contract form and did not sign any contract, then they told me we will email u the contract u are, after i recieved the email I recieved a contract form stating I sign the contract electronically, my concern how did they come up with the contract and not even sending me the information of that form. and for them holding my money is totally a big issue for me specially i just started my small business.
