On November 3, 2023, I entered the Square.com website through my phone and called the contact number that turned out to be secure.com. I was assisted by a man named Guillermo González whose email address [protected]@sekuremerchants.com.
The call made to this person was to hire a point of sale for my company (305 luxury Car ) and I had to give a lot of private information verbally and at the end of the call he sent me a document to sign. In that document I had to offer my address personal number, Social Number, telephone number, EIN of my company, telephone number, account number and Routing number of my business account, bank statement, that is, my entire identity.(eu.docusing.net was used to fill the document with all my data.)
So far I have not received the POS or incoming or outgoing calls, something very strange because I would receive the equipment in no more than three days. The answering machine of the telephone disclosed on the website repeats that the normal waiting time is 45 seconds and you are The next one, he doesn't stop repeating it and if you agree to have them call you, they don't call you either.
From the first moment of the call I heard that it was a recorded call for security reasons. I also started recording and I have the recording of the entire conversation with this person with a Dominican accent. I assume he is an identity’s thief because until now I only have concern that they may use my information to make fraudulent purchases.

Even after requesting for them to take us off their call list, both verbally and in an email, I received another call today from a new salesman. After I told him AGAIN that we are not interested and to take us off their call list, he defended the past history and kept prying for my "reasons" why we weren't interested. He kept saying he was "surprised" that I wouldn't be willing to take a look again and that most reasonable people would be open minded! REALLY?! I was very polite even though he kept questioning me! I finally told him that besides not being in the market to change our merchant service, I didn't want to work with this company because they were high pressure and at least 3 of our staff members tried to tell them we weren't interested several times and they just don't LISTEN! This company has taken up a lot of my time with this nonsense and I don't understand how their rating isn't a lot lower!
Mention their $6.25 million dollar lawsuit that they were apart of from [protected] with their unwanted solicitation calls. I told the clown Sydney this morning after his 4th high pressure sales call that I would be contacting the BBB and the FTC. He acted like how dare I have the audacity to ask pertinent information. Hell they aren't even in the top ten credit processing merchants for 2023 or 2024. They are supposed to be in compliance due to the lawsuit. Maybe we all need to band together and get another going seeing as they haven't learned their lesson from a few years ago. I'm also contacting TCPA as they were supposed to be working with them after the lawsuit to stay within the guidelines.
I feel cheated. They sent me a device kit saying they weren't going to charge me, so I accept it. I used it for two days but the equipment does not have the functions I need. They charged me 35 dollars, and they did not want to give me the address to return the equipment. They do not answer calls and only call to sell other more expensive equipment. I need help to return the equipment that I do not want.

This was my fourth Merchant system I have used. I don't understand why clients don't give them a better, I never had an issue with them in fact when i had to separate from them (a new software I purchased required that i go with another company - so far I am not impressed with them, nothing Like Sekure MS) Sara M was very helpful. Sara, per my request researched some contract issues I had questions on and got back to me promptly. Based on other merchants when separating were rude and non-appreciative of my using their service. I am not a high maintenance guy, I try to figure things out but when I couldn't SMS support helped me. It did take on avg. about 10-12 minutes to reach someone but support resolved my issue promptly. As I told Sara I wasn't terminating my contract with SMS because of better pricing or bad service, i would have preferred to stay with them, especially the way Sara handled my transition, but I couldn't control the program I was buyings' vendor. Thank you for everythingSMS, I highly recommend them.

Working with *** has exhibited no delays nor road- blocks he could not handle. Very patient kind knowledgeable. Very pleasant to work with. Normally i would have been very frustrated by now. The brokerage firm is truly blessed to have him. We have worked with *** for over a month now and he has made it very pleasant in all the trials and tribulations we have encountered. Senior Relationship Manager, was our Champion! We began to get double credit card charges over the course of several months and couldn't figure out why. Needing a strong advocate, we called Sekure Merchant Solutions to get help. *** came to our rescue! To be clear, this was an extremely complex situation, involving lots of moving parts, historical account changes, and different sources of data. Nevertheless *** dug down and turned over every rock until she understood exactly what was causing the problem, contacted the source of the issue, and had them fix it. I never would have been able to figure this one out, but *** did. Her tenacity and wisdom were indispensable, and were the reason our problem got solved. My Georgian based business was contacted earlier today by a sales rep. *** called the storefront first, then my manager's direct cellphone number. Somehow knowing his name and the model of credit card machine the store used.*** claimed that the machine would soon be obsolete and no longer supported by it's home company. This got my manager afraid enough to contact me, the owner, over the matter.Already many red flags had been raised, and more were as I spoke with the rep myself who was -very- insistent on calling. Having missed their initial call whilst in the restroom, they called the manager back in order to get in contact with me again. When I did finally talk with the person they, within minutes, were asking for very personal information such as my living address and SSN.I did take the conversation any further, I certainly did not do any business with them. However every instinct I have, as both a business owner and a child of the internet, threw up too many red flags to be comfortable with.If approached, proceed with extreme caution and scrutiny.

I am writing this review happily, no one had to twist my arm, to get me to compliment her level of excellent service given to me on the phone. She was very personable, attentive and helpful in the suggestions she gave to me. I have had my own Nutrition Practice for 34 years. I have worked with other Gateways to process my patients' Card payments to me. After experiencing 3 other Gateway companies in the last 4 years, I am so grateful to find the efficiency and professionalism and timely responses I have witnessed in my first several months of working with Sekure Merchant Solutions. I again commend Neville for the way she interacted with my questions and requests over the phone today. It empowered me quickly to make a key business decision I have been pondering for a few days. She went above and beyond what the average agent would have offered in any other gateway or processing company I have worked with in the past. I spent an hour on the phone with him as he facilitated communication between me and the processing and technical support team. The other company had neglected to inform me about our outdated credit card processor, which was the crux of my issue when trying to issue a partial credit to a customer. They also erroneously claimed my business didn't exist, despite us processing about $60,000 a month, even as a seasonal business. Darren assisted me in processing the return and advised on the need for a new processor. I'll definitely reach out to Darren for any future issues. The other company's customer service, however, is lacking, and communication with them is often unclear. In contrast, I would rate Darren at Sekuremerchants more than 5 stars!

Our Company receives multiple calls from Sekure Merchant Solutions weekly despite telling them repeatedly that we are not interested. I finally listened to the whole pitch and was being misled to believe that this was a service I already had. I was told a free analysis could be preformed to get my credit card transactions at a 0% rate. However, they had none of my information. If it is a service I already have they should then have my information. I told them again I wasnt interested and wanted to stay with the company I currently do credit card transactions through. I was again told this is a service I already had (attempting to mislead me into thinking I already did business with Sekure) and an email would be sent to me explaining everything. Once the email was received, nothing more was explained and a copy of my Merchant Statement was requested. Im smart enough to know I do not already do business with this company, and I do not want to do business with this company. Their tactics are very misleading, and they continue to harass me despite repeatedly being told Im not interested. I do not want to be contacted by this company, or any of its subsidiaries, again.
Looks like they need another 6.25 million dollar lawsuit for harassing people again that TELL THEM TO STOP CALLING WE ARE NOT INTERESTED. They had one from [protected] from calling people, tying up their phone lines with their half truths, calling back over and over. Contact the BBB, Federal Trade Commission, and TCPA. They obviously need to get put in check again. I'm reading reviews all over that doesn't look good. Hidden fees, lie to get you to go with them. They can't even get in the top ten of credit card processing companies what does that tell you.

They then proceeded to ask several questions regarding our merchant services, including how we receive our monthly statements and how our card machine works. I informed them we are not interested in their services, and was transferred to a supervisor, Gabrielle. Gabrielle then begins the same speech all over again and I say again that we are not interested in their services. She continues to push for me to send them copies of our end of day settlement reports, which include financial information. I told her I was not comfortable continuing that line of conversation without the consent of the owner, and she requested to speak to her. The owner was not available at the time (and again, I'd already said at least three times that we were not interested), so she said she'd call back again the next day. We received the call this morning. I knew to look for it and didn't answer. Unsolicited, invasive, and pushy harassment calls are not the way to run a business. Please stop contacting us; we had no interest in the services to begin with and certainly have no interest in ever doing business with a company that operates this way.

However, based on my recent interaction with Kristyn H. and other members of the client services team at Sekure, I cannot allow that to occur. Why? For several reasons which I will now enumerate: > The level of professionalism and truly "listening" to customer needs is among the highest I have ever experienced in my 50+ years as a financial professional. > The timeliness of responses of all team members, especially Kristyn, is always first rate. > Their willingness to go the extra mile that was demonstrated in addressing and resolving my issue truly and pleasantly amazed me. In closing, the best summary I can provide is that not once did anyone, especially Kristyn, ever leave me with the feeling that they were just going through the motions, as has happened so often during my career. The team at Sekure Merchant Solutions is excellent, and I am grateful that I chose them for my processing. Their sales team misrepresented and "misspoke" on multiple occasions
Their sales team misrepresented and "misspoke" on multiple occasions. First I was told that they would be able to get me out of my contractual obligations with my current processing company, but then I was moved to another individual that said we can only get you out of your processing contract and not your lease. They said they could provide better service than my current company and better rates. I expressly voiced how I'd only be interested in a trial (which they pushed) to see if they really could compare. Which it turns out they were not able to do so, but ended up charging exorbitant cancelation fees for early cancelation. Granted I told them the first month that I was unable to tell if they were actually giving me a better deal and asked for another month, unfortunately I didn't get that explicitly in writing that I wouldn't be charged the cancelation fee for using another month to compare. On top of that I later found out their "credit to switch to them/buying out my current process her contract" doesn't even cover the full thing. And I since COVID it was and has been difficult getting in contact with them, but they can see on their statements I haven't used their terminals for 2 months now and I made my intention well (trial basis only until they could prove they'd give a better rate and service than current processor), but their deceptive tactics got me, hopefully they don't get the next person.

I was misled by two sales representatives of this company I was told by the first sales representative the 4% will be charged to every transaction to my customers and there was no other fees first two months I was charged $25 following 3 months I was charged $39.95 at the beginning of December this past year of 2021 I was told that my fees would be lowered however I was charged this year of January 2022 $188.95 then I call back the company directory transfer me back to the second sales representative that I spoke to in December; he said it was a one-time fee that everybody's charging for filing for the *** I told to him that the merchant count that I have been using doesn't charge me monthly fees and filing compliance with the *** it is a flat fee every year then a percentage for every transaction and that's it and it's not lower like they promised it would be any other merchant account. He was trying to get me with *** and waving the *** filing fee for one time but I told him that I do not work for me I want out of this and asked him to send me a form of cancellation, He did and on form of termination it says the agreement is until 06/03/2024 if terminated early the company will be charged by a bank draft $700 early cancellation fee. Also they encourage to find other people and offer you a $250 *** gift card if you can get another person signed up however with the fees they charge monthly it is not a gift.

Full disclosure, I have not done business with Sekure Merchant Services, and after today I NEVER will!It started this morning with a phone call from one of their reps. *** business uses ***, and we're very happy with them. I told the gentleman on the phone this and I absolutely was not looking to change processors. He informed me he wasn't from a processing company. His company is "sort of the middle man", they work for *** and he felt if my business did x amount in sales we would qualify for a lower rate *** offers companies after they hit that threshold. I don't usually fall for this, but he was adamant that his company worked for *** and he was not trying to get me to change my processor. I fell for it. I sent him a screenshot of my sales from yesterday.A couple of hours later I got another call from someone else at Sekure. Right off the bat he was trying to talk to me about the rates his company could offer. I reiterated what I told the gentleman this morning (and what he told me). The guy on the phone laughed at me, told me *** would never lower my rate, that I didn't have to stop using ***'s system (even when I told him it was a *** Register - a proprietary system), and that he could send me terminals in a few days. Yet again, I told him I was not looking to switch processors nor equipment and I asked to be put on their Do Not Call list.I don't know about you, but when a company outright lies to me over and over again in the very first conversation, it's NOT a company I will ever do business with!

I asked the same question if they were a middle man and the guy says no, but they technically are lol. They call our business again after asking for the 2nd time this week TO REMOVE OUR NUMBER FROM YOUR LIST WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN SEKURE MERCHANTS, I will do what I have to do as the guy said when I said I will be filing a complaint with the FTC.

This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have never felt so taken advantage of. Just like so many other reviews I signed up with Sekure merchants over the phone and via email where I was promised low rates, no hidden fees and no cancellation fees or contracts. None of this was true. I am a small farm in the north east and we signed up with sekure merchants our first year in business. The start up cost to break ground and the number of hours that go into a business such as ours is endless. My husband and I both hold 40 plus hour a week jobs off the farm to make ends meet while getting our start, we have an active teenage daughter and tend to our farm every waking minute. Sekure merchants horrific customer service and dishonest business practices consumed more time and energy than we had available. The equipment they provided only worked at two events and never worked correctly again. I took a full day off from my day job to correct the issue, I spent 6 hours on the phone that day and got nowhere. What I did learn was that we were being charged exorbitant amounts of fees. The solution I was given when I called about the faulty equipment was to call tech, I did and they could not fix the issue. I was then told they could not send me another credit card machine free of charge because they were out of the model I used due to the chip shortage because of covid. They then told me that they had other models available but I would have to purchase one. Their equipment worked twice! In what what world do you not replace equipment that does not work...I have been trying to cancel my account with sekure merchants ever since. It was never disclosed to me that I was entering a contract despite the fact that I asked the question point blank. I have emails confirming that they were not going to charge me any fees which they did to excess. My original cancellation fee was quoted as $750 which they reduced to $295. It took over a month to close my account and before they finally closed it out they deducted another $202 from my account despite the fact that I had not made a transaction in a month and half. When it was all said and done this companies fees were more than twice the amount I processed in credit cards in a 5 month period. The time I spent fighting with this company just to try to make their service viable and the amount of money they took officially put put our small American farm out of business.
I would contact the Federal Trade Commission about this. They might be able to help or your states Attorney General in regards to their business practices. It can't hurt.

On November 8, I emailed our account rep and requested the account to be closed effective immediately.On November 11, I received an email stating, "Your Merchant Agreement terminated on 11/19. However, if you opt for early cancellation of the Merchant Agreement, the cancellation fee will be $295.00." Furthermore,, "By signing and dating below, you are officially requesting early termination of your Merchant Agreement, as well as agreeing to the above-mentioned cancellation fee."The agreement should have been terminated on 11/19. We did not want to be charged a $295.00 cancellation fee for closing the account 8 days before the agreement was terminated. Therefore, we did not sign and return early cancellation request.We are still being charged monthly fees 7 months later. I have been trying to contact the "Relationships Manager", but she isn't returning my calls or replying to my emails, only to say she can't get ahold of me. When I call her, she is always "in a meeting" and they will have her call me back. I haven't received one missed call from her or anyone else with the company.The account should have been terminated on 11/19 and we should receive refunds for all of the monthly charges since December 1.

After suspending services from this horrible company, we kept getting bills that were outrageous. We were lied to about how their credit card services for our customers and we told them to pick up their equipment as we wanted to cancel immediately upon seeing how we were totally scammed. Nothing that was told to us was correct and our charges were way higher than originally explained to us. Now, after so many months, they have taken us to collections and will hurt our credit. They are a disgrace to the small business owners and I feel sorry for anyone wanting their services.

When I received my first statement, the actual credit card fees ending up being higher. I asked to cancel my account. They asked for a few weeks to see if they could get me a better deal. They did give me a better deal however, it still wasn't enough savings to move to a non-integrated POS.solution. I asked to cancel my account, which is when I found out that they wanted me to pay a $800 early termination fee. Keep in mind that my sales rep told me that I could try this and if it didn't work out that I could cancel. When I mentioned this, I was told that I had to cancel within 45 days of signing the agreement. My original request to cancel was well within 45 days and I would never agreed to to give Sekure more time to research my options if I had been told that it would trigger an early cancellation fee.The Sales misled me to get me to sign the deal. I am asking that I be released from this contract without any early cancellation fees or any additional money beyond what I have already paid.

On or around March 15th 2022 I spoke with Sekure Merchant solutions and was advised I could have free credit card services for my small business. I was told by *** and *** there were no charges to me and no minimums. I was advised the machine was free as well and that all fees would be charged per transaction to my customers. Fast forward and it took multiple phone calls, emails and weeks to get my terminal. Then I began receiving collection notices for fees I was assured would not be charged. I began contacting Sekure and North American bancard and was told there was a monthly minimum or I would have a fee, this is in direct contradiction to what I was told and promised. I reached out and asked to cancel the service they told me I am under contract, I have no records of signing a contract and simply want to end this relationship based on the false information. I spoke with *** today and was sent a collection email by her but not the termination letter I requested.
Sekure Merchants has continually called our office wanting our business. They were told over and over that we are not interested. We are not responding to their calls through our main number, now they are calling our Emergency number that is used for our patients! They somehow also got my cellphone number and are calling me around the clock. I contacted them again today and was able to get on a chat with a representative. They said they would not call again, but we have been down this road before.

I was told that my fees would be 3% fee on each sale. NOTHING MORE. I never received any information other than the readers and a service representative that helped me set the up system. I used the reader on one occasion, it did calculate the fees as anticipated(3%) The reader was difficult to use as the Bluetooth function had to be reset several times. Subsequently the reader has not been used for over two months. Additionally I have been in Europe on family affairs for the past two months. When I reviewed my bank statement and found the fee of $25.00 I contacted the now third party Sekure Merchant Services which I had no idea there were so many entities. To my dismay I was told that I had signed a contract WHICH I HAVE NOT and that Im locked into a three year commitment! This is simply forged I did not receive any email correspondence NOTHING. They send me an email for Early Cancellation Agreement at the tune of $800.000. I am now forced to close my bank accounts as I now have this ***! Trying to *** blood from me. Further I was threatened that they would reunion my credit.HELP!

This company is a SCAM and they do not answer emails or phones calls, Do not do business with them if you value money in your bank account. I wish I would have searched before doing business with these scammers. The company promised we can test the *** product out for 2 months and would have no charges in our account. They answer the phones in seconds before you sign up but never answer the phone after you sign up. The person that was passed on to train us was someone that was never available or never answered her phone 1 1/2 months went by and we had 1 training session and she said the product was defective and would have to send it back. Again she disappeared and 2 months now have gone buy and we have requested multiple times to return all product and cancel and they ignore you with every bit of intention to get paid for your account and leave you with false charges. We have small charges coming from our account ever few days and we aren't even using the *** system. 2 months in COLLECTIONS have been called on us and they are doing nothing about the *** fee's from the bank and the *** company. Aside from the many issues that ocurred while i was useing sekure while i ran my business, but just last week i was charged over a thousand dollars from these guys after closing my account with them in october , I was told to leave my equipment with the new owner of the business, which should be in the recordings of the calls that were made during the change over. But after i saw the charge, i called the company and now im being told that i was suppose to return equipment. I was told that a relationship manager would give me a call back and it has been 3 days now and no one has called me. They kept calling even after I asked not to be called anymore. Then after about a week of continuous calls I told them Ill try there service as a second option to my already processing procedures. They said that Id be paying no fees and Ill receive three terminals within days. Weeks go by still no terminal I try to call them and get no answer at all. Starting with aggressive sales tactics (including rushed timelines to sign & incessant phone calls); followed by lies and false promises made verbally (to be later denied) AND on email (which they dismiss and ignore as stated fact); they then ran me through a mill of excessive agents assigned as my "relationship manager;" then to incorrect service, software, and hardware set-up, all of which took long enough to deal with that my period to terminate the contract passed. Despite having numerous emails proving the false promises and lies, as well as disputing charges, fee changes, etc, they refuse to credit me for overcharges, and instead have been layering on additional fees which are outside of federal requirements. They obscured the actual contract, instead having me sign a summary document very specifically titled as the official and which they mislead me to believe was the full contract, but didn't provide the real one until over a year later. When I finally received the real contract, it actually included clauses I'd specifically asked about, and was told IN WRITING that it didn't include. Additionally, I was promised IN WRITING that there was a cap on Early Termination, however when I received my termination request, it detailed fees above and beyond that.

Secure merchant solutions has not been fully truthful about their business offered to me. When I signed up, I was under the impression that they would provide the service for accepting credit cards but soon found out that there were two other companies involved. I'm not sure if they are all one entity or not operating under different names. I was initially told that the credit card fees are charged to the customer and that I would never have to pay a fee unless I choose to absorb the 4% for my client. I specifically asked if there were any monthly fees and again I was told a resounding "NO". All fees are absorbed by the 4%. A few weeks after signing up I got my first statement with a $25 monthly maintenance fee. When I contacted secure merchant solutions they now said there is a monthly maintenance fee unless I surpass a certain amount in fees. I argued this and they offered to call me back which they have not done. I emailed them on the 13th of December asking to have my account closed and they have not replied. All phone calls go to voicemail and call is not returned. I now have an open account with Sekure Merchant Solutions, Payments Hub, and North American Bankcard. All part of accepting credit cards. I wish to have my accounts closed so that no further charges are incurred and a credit for any charges already applied in contradiction to what I was promised.

Received cold call from an Account Executive at Sekure Merchant Solutions in December. We discussed the product and service extensively. I mentioned that our business is small, family-owned, and primarily operates on cash. I also noted that we would seldom use the credit card processor. The executive assured me that we would only pay a monthly fee of $9.95 for the terminal, with a 4% charge passed to cardholders, and no other fees. Additionally, cancellation would simply require returning the equipment. However, our statements have shown increasing charges: January 2022 $9.95, February 2022 $34.95, and March $49.90, despite minimal use of the machine. My attempts to resolve this through customer service have been largely ignored, with one response promising to investigate the issue. Another representative expressed regret but stated that cancellation would incur an $800 fee. Our business seeks to terminate this misleading contract and discontinue the service, which has not met the promised terms.

I opened an account with Sekure Merchant Solutions on May 2, 2022. Afterwards I realized that my business didn't need their product and couldn't support it's use. I called the sales person the following day (May 3, 2022) and requested that my account (account #***) be closed. After I explained my reasons, he promised to handle it. I called several times and left messages on his voicemail but he didn't respond. Then I called his sales manager (***) and explained the situation. She said that she would contact the Customer *** to handle the request. Again nothing happened. I called several times more, each time having to speak with yet another person ***, etc) with each person promising to handle my request- but no avail. On May 6, 2022 someone named *** called from ***, *** and said that she would handle this. Still no action has been taken to close my account. Since it's been over a week and at least a dozen requests with no response from Sekure Merchant Solutions, I am appealing to you, complaintsboard.com, to intervene on my behalf to get this account closed officially so that I don't get charged for anything, I have not received any equipment or devices, no formal paperwork. Hello,this is my experience with sekure. Like a year ago I call square to talk to costumer service and the lady on phone offers me sekure merchant service saying that was cheaper than square : the fees per transaction and was no contract and not additional fees other than 10 cents per transaction and what the credit card charge per transaction etc . So since it was cheaper than square and was not contract and no extra fees other than *** the little terminals to change with for free , I agree to it . But when I started to charge with it it didnt process fast enough and every time I have clients waiting to long to process the payment so I call them to help me fix the problem but even though I try everything they told me to do still did not work well so I stop to used it. So was then when I started to get a few changes on my bank account , so call them about they told me was a charge to have the service , so I got so frustrated with all the lies and the flurry stuff and told them to cut the service. And didnt hear anything until now that some collection company call me telling me that I owe $1.348.55 for all the fees and getting out of a contract that I have never known about and never signed. My request is that this imaginary death disappear and so my account with them never want to have nothing to do with them. And if is possible so someone else wont have this unpleasant experience- tell them to tell the whole thrust at front about the deal with them ( getting the sekure merchant service)

I was cold called by Secure Merchant Company, and was told they could lower the percentages on my current merchant processing account. I listened, and agreed. When it cam time to go over the process, and equipment I realized that day that their processor, and software was unable to be integrated into my current software for tracking inventory, and running reports. I had made it clear that I needed something that worked exactly like the processing system I was already using. I was assured by secure Merchants it would be. Before starting their services I quickly made the decision to stick with the system I was using because using Secure Merchants wasn't a system that would provide anymore benefit than the one I was using. So I cancelled the same day. I received a cancellation email, and a phone call confirming my cancelled account (11//2018). Since the cancellation I have been charged every month for their services, and they have been deducting that payment from my business account. The deduction from my business checking looks almost identical to the deduction taken from the actual processing account I do use, so this did take me a while to notice. I have since called my bank and blocked them from further payment after April . I have called numerous times, spoken to numerous people, and I was assured I was owed a refund. They apologized. Almost 3 weeks later, and I have received no call backs, no email follow up, nothing. I would like to know if my refund is at the least processing. I get the run around during every phone call. Or Im told I wasn't calling them because they have no record of it? I call the same number. The same number that was left on my voicemail by one associate who I called back to no avail. this number for secure merchant.

After being assured that there were no hidden fees outside of the small transaction amounts taken for each transaction, I was sent a contract. Under the understanding that as a small business we would only have to pay a percentage amount for each transaction, and given the assurance that there are no additional fees I went ahead and proceeded with the contract. However, I have been charged various amounts ranging from $20-$30 per month with no explanation on how the amounts are derived or where they are coming from. When I reached out to speak to them, they were unhelpful and rude and refused to provide any explanations for the charges at which point I let them know that I would like to cancel the contract. I was then told that the only way that I would be able to cancel the contract is by paying $800+ as a cancellation fee. I was never informed about a cancellation fee prior to these interactions and the only reason I initially went forward with the contract was because of the assurance of no additional fees. When I let them know that I would not be paying that fee because there was no initial mention of the fee and no amount was listed as well on the original contract, I was told that they would be sending my *** to collections and that I HAD to pay that amount. I have not been allowed to cancel every time I call while the customer service reps have been disrespectful. As a small business, I cannot have these fees building up and would like to simply exit the contract. Had they delivered on the pre-agreed contract I would have continued my business with them however, because of the shady fees and services I would like to end the contract.

They started calling me March . A *** by the of *** He told me there would be NO fee's. I told him I was a seasonal business and only was open 4-5 months a year and he told me that was ok. Little did I know once I signed the paper work I was immediately give to another guy by the name of ***. At his point everything was "NEW" to me. *** called me none stop. Then all the sudden no one would answer the phone. Harder and harder to communicated with them. As I started to take credit cards at my business they would take a % from the buyer and then take a % from me as I watch my account daily...like I had to babysit what they would do next. After complaining about them taking my money that stopped. Everything was ok while I took credit cards during each month without fee's being taken from me. Once the credit card payments stopped from my business they started taking "FEE'S" from my bank account. $25 here, $15 there...$150 again, another $25 and so on...adds up as months go by. I try to call and wait on the phone for hours and never talk to anyone. At this point I'm not using the card at all and every month they are taking fee's out from my account. several months go by and I finally got someone on the phone and told them I want to close my account Another month goes by and nothing is cancelled and yet fees are still being removed. Several months go by with me calling and telling them to close my account and they do nothing. Hundreds of $$ are taken from my account that I haven't used for months. Finally got ahold of someone and this time I was telling them I want this account closed! They then sent me a email wanting me to sign another document agreeing on a $650 closing fee? What!Yes I have my bank involved but the problem is they change the way they take funds and its hard for the bank to stop payments. I just want this to stop!

Sekure merchant solutions completely misled me to believe the only service charges they charge are paid by the customer, which they charged excessively to my customer. I explained that I DO NOT and WILL NOT pay any service fees, insisting on free services or no interest. My business, Cryo Works, was not in a position to pay monthly service fees with NO Revenue or clients yet. It was for my first and only customer that I sought a one-time free credit card service, which my customer paid the credit card fee for. However, I later discovered they were deducting $25 from my bank account monthly, claiming I agreed to it, which is false. I was still learning to use the machine I purchased. I provided my credit card number for account setup for free services at Cryo Works, with the understanding that customers would be charged for service fees. After canceling my card through Navy Federal Credit Union and receiving a new one, I informed Sekure merchant solutions of my cancellation. Despite this, they attempted to collect $25 using my new card number. I never authorized this; I had canceled it. Today, March 21, 2022, I am sending a letter to cancel and dispute this with North American Bancard LLC, who have records of me being misled by Sekure merchant solutions. I want them to stop damaging my credit and attempting to withdraw payments from my bank account. It makes no sense for me to agree to monthly payments when I've used their service once, and that fee was paid by my customer.

We switched our credit card point of sale merchant company to Sekure Merchants because they advertised a transaction fee of 1%+ 10 cents per transaction. We asked multiple times before signing on if there were any other fees we needed to know about as it seemed to be too good a rate to be true. The rep didn't say yes or no, she simply forwarded the promotional material via email for review, where the only information on transaction fees was 1%+10 cents. After getting our first statements, it was clear that there were other fees than the advertised rate. We contacted them and they informed us that those extra fees were the costs from the credit companies themselves (*** etc.) and that we were still being charged only the 1%+ 10 cents from Sekure Merchants. We pointed out that they did not tell us about the credit company fees even though we had asked multiple times if there were any other fees, we stated we felt their was genuine fraud and legal action might be necessary if we could not come to a resolution. After reviewing our complaint, managment at Sekure Merchants agreed that we were not properly informed and refunded the fees of which we had not been made aware. At this point we were satisfied with the resolution but did not wish to continue business with Sekure Merchants and we switched back to our old merchant company. Upon informing Sekure Merchants we would be terminating their services, they sent us an early termination letter with a $750.00 fee attached. We complained about that, as we were never presented with a contract of any kind. We simply agreed to sign up via email, they mailed us their POS terminals and stated they would take care of all the closing costs and all we needed to do was plug them in and start using them. When we pointed out that a contract had never been presented to us regarding early termination fees, or in fact, any contract at all, they countered with a second letter reducing the early termination fee to $295.

The woman (***) told me our account was cancelled and we had no option but to switch credit card processing companies because we were using a product that had cbd in it during one of our services. She said that it would affect our business credit and even possibly make it so we couldnt use personal credit cards ever again. She used fear and manipulation and said there was no processing companies that would work with us but she could try one and fingers crossed that it would work. Having just started our business less than a year earlier we were in a true panic thinking this woman was actually saving us and trying to help. Little did we know she did not work for our credit card company, she worked for Sekure Merchant Solutions and somehow poached our information. All we had to do was call our and explain our situation and we would be able to use the machine we had already purchased and be completely fine. Instead we signed an agreement out of fear that said we would use payment hub and their services for credit card processing thinking that this was the only way our business would stay afloat. Cue to a few months later after paying more money for processing fees we found out we could use our old machine we tried to cancel our agreement and were told there was no way out. After reaching out multiple times and being ignored or flat out lied to about trying to lower our rates we decided to just stop using them all together and try to return the equipment to avoid further fees. This in itself was a nightmare trying to get anyone to explain how to return it. This company is a scam and I can not believe they would take advantage of two young female business owners. They should be ashamed of themselves and whoever that woman was who called and made us literally cry out of fear should be ashamed of herself.

I received an unsolicited call from Sekure Merchants Sollutions in June asking if I took payments for my product online. He said that their company was offering to charge only $1 for each purchase with my customers' credit cards. I had just purchased a new phone that didn't have the connection for my Square Reader that I had used for many years and thought this was a good idea. "Only $1 per transaction," I asked again. "Yes," was the reply, I told him that I only used the product around Christmas time as it was a golf coupon book and I usually did around 30 transactions. He said that his product would be perfect. He said that he would send me one, then said he would send me two to give the other one to another business. Before we hung up, he repeated again that it was only $1 for each transaction, no other charge, and he would send me them that day, and I received it a few days later and called him back to have it explained how to use. He told me to put my credit card in and charge myself a dollar to see that it worked properly. I put it away until my first call on December 16. I checked to see that it went through the next day and it did. I checked my bank statement and found that there had been a charge of $27.92. I check former statements and they had started charging me the $27.92 back in June, although I had never used it. Each month had a charge and $42.92 on Dec. 1 even though I had never used it. I called on Dec. 27, but after 52 minutes of waiting for customer service the phone call was disconnected by them. I then did live chat and someone called back. The person said that that was there policy to charge each month. I told her that I was told that I would only be charged one dollar for each usage and that I wanted to cancel the program and give the products back. She gave me an address in *** to send the two products. I mailed them and called them. I gave them my story and they said I needed to straighten it out with Sekure Merchants
