My truck had a check engine light on as soon as I drove it off the lot. I told them right away when I saw it, and they said they would fix it. But they never did. Then my truck started jerking and acting like it didn't want to stay on. So I took it back to them, and they said it was fine and I could still drive it. But when I left, it started driving even worse, to the point where I couldn't even drive it. That's when I brought it back to them on December 4th, a Friday, around noon. It's now December 21st, and my vehicle still hasn't been fixed. I just want a full refund or my vehicle back fixed as soon as possible. Please help.

Even though I added more oil, the levels were still low. And get this, when I looked up the VIN number, I found out that the previous owner had reported issues with power loss, oil leaks, and even metal debris in the engine. Can you believe that? The dealership sold me this car, saying it was roadworthy and had no problems according to ***. But clearly, this car is a danger to me and everyone else on the road. I don't wanna risk my life trying to fix a car I've only had for a month. I just want my money back. Oh, and today, the engine started smoking and filling up the cabin with a burnt oil smell. Until now, I still have to make weekly payments for a car that was totaled in January because Prestige hasn't given the refund as expected. I contacted both *** and *** Offices multiple times for updates. They either say the person I need to talk to is unavailable and will call me back or they will immediately send proof of payment. *** denies receiving any payment from Prestige Auto for this car, and Prestige hasn't provided any documentation to prove that payment was sent.

We bought a car from Prestige Auto Cars in January. Right after we got it, we had to take it back to the dealership because it was rattling and shaking. They gave us a loaner car while they fixed it, but we didn't get our car back until about a month later. Within a week of getting it back, we had to bring it back again because the engine light came on and the brakes were bad. They had to replace the brakes and said there might be a problem with one of the engine cylinders. They told us to bring it back if the light came on again. Well, within a week, the engine light came back on and the engine was making noise again. On top of that, the airbag light came on too. We brought it back to the dealership and they said it would take about 8 hours to fix the problem. We asked for a loaner car since this is our only vehicle, but they said they only had one loaner car and it was already taken. We had to rent a car instead. It's been 3 extra days now and we were supposed to get a call today to know the status of our car. We have to bring back the rental car tomorrow because of our own financial situation. We can't keep renting a car while also paying almost $800 a month for our car payment. We think there are serious problems with this car because they've had to do major engine repairs twice already. We want them to fix this issue properly, like maybe putting in a new engine since it's obviously a faulty one, or giving us a different car that's comparable. I'm writing today to complain about Prestige Auto Superstore. On May 8, I placed an order with Prestige Auto for a used vehicle. The total price was $14,716.47, and I paid $5000 in cash. I financed the remaining balance of $9,716.47. I finally purchased the vehicle on June 3. Before buying the car, I asked them to fix specific issues, such as the driver side mirror and a hole under the driver side floor mat. They only fixed the driver side mirror. Four days after my purchase, my fiance went to the *** location and spoke with Dave, a sales manager. He told Dave that he couldn't see out of the windshield at night and mentioned other issues with the car. Dave scheduled an appointment to fix the brakes and wheel locks, but nothing was done about the windshield. Since then, we've been calling every 3-4 days, but no one responds. They just pass us off to someone else on the phone. At one point, I left the car at the dealership for three days, but still nothing was done. I even called the owner, Anthony R, on his personal cell phone ***, and he told me to contact Dave for assistance. Dave then referred me to the service manager, who referred me back to Dave. This has been going on for over thirty days now, and the limited warranty has expired, so they claim they're not responsible anymore. According to the purchase contract, my vehicle is guaranteed for 60 days or 3000 miles, whichever comes first, and the dealership is supposed to cover 100% of the labor and parts for the covered repairs. However, no one from the company has returned my calls to this day. I've left messages with the *** administrative assistant, but it seems like they don't care. Dave even asked my fiance if we have full coverage insurance, which we do, but I don't think I should have to report it since the damage wasn't caused by me. I've spoken to other businesses who looked at the windshield and were shocked to see that Prestige sold the car in this condition without even suggesting to replace it or partially compensate for it. The resolution I'm asking for is for them to replace the windshield or compensate me for the replacement. Since I've had the car, I've spent several hundred dollars on other malfunctions, which I didn't complain about. I think they could show good faith by being a reputable dealer.
