Emissions was never done on my Car. I reached out thru phone and email numerous times. I was disrespected. Laughed at and hung up on. Nilo was extremely rude. Finally she told me to get emissions done and email her the receipt for reimbursement. I emailed the receipt on July 8th. I called and emailed about the credit. It was never applied. When my payment...

I have had a vehicle with this company almost 4 years. It should have been paid off already but due to covid 19 I wasn't able to keep up with the payments. Here recently, I've been able to make payments (regular payments are $185) if I'm able to pay more then I usually will. I made a payment 2 weeks ago (June 12th) and was told I had to pay a late fee because my payments come out on Friday. That payment was $194.25. Today (Friday June 25th) I've tried to make my normal payment of $185 and I was told that it's a late fee and she can only accept $200 minimum. I stated, I have never been told that and it's not late-I'm paying on the due date. The rep replied with, Oh, it's $2,000 late so the minimum I'd be able to accept is $200. I replied with, I only have the $185 because that is the usual payment. The rep would not accept my payment and at that point I hung up because she was very attitudinal. I have not received anything in writing per this change nor has it been said in conversation.

I b`ought a car from here on February 24th
I b`ought a car from here on February 24th. It broke down on me, July 23rd. Since then, it has been sent back to them to be fixed, however every time I get it back, it has not been fixed, After the first time I got it back home from them "fixing it" and it broke down on me on the way home from picking it up, I had a mechanic friend look at it. He stated it was the Throttle Control Sensor that needed to be replaced. When I had the company come back and pick it up for the second time, I told them exactly what was wrong with it. Again, they kept it for almost 3 weeks and sent it home, only for me to break down TWICE for the same thing. I immediately called them back to come and pick it up for the THIRD time. After a couple of weeks they called stating it was fixed. I questioned if it was actually fixed, but they stated it was. Well, I go and pick it up for the third time and it broke down AGAIN, for the same reason, the next day. Come to find out, it was never sent the 3rd time

Lemon vehicle Refund I bought the vehicle (2008 Nissan Pathfinder) on October 19
Lemon vehicle Refund I bought the vehicle (2008 Nissan Pathfinder) on October 19. On 10/21 I contacted the dealership about the vehicle over heating and shutting off on me. They sent the vehicle to the shop and returned it to me on 10/26. I drove it until 11/2 when the vehicle began shuttering and overheating again. I contacted the dealership and told them I wanted to trade the vehicle or I wanted my money back. Due to the nature of my job i need a vehicle with a trailer hitch at a minimum. After looking on the lot they had nothing that would fit the needs I have that they would be willing to trade me into, so I requested my money back. The refund amount is for $800.00. My 500.00 down payment and the two payments of 150.00 that I have made. I believe that the fact of I only had the vehicle in my posession for less than 3 weeks and it not had to be worked on once but now a second time I should get my money back. After talking to the account manager - Paris; she stated that the finance department would not be willing to refund me the money I paid for this vehicle that continues to have issues.

Visited on 2/4/22 for vehicle purchase; misinformation from sales manager led to issues.
I visited the dealership on 2/4/22 with the intention of purchasing a vehicle. The sales manager provided information that later proved to be incorrect. As of 2/18/22, that manager is no longer employed with Sports and Imports. The remaining staff have been condescending and have provided false and misleading information, which is incredibly frustrating. I have reached out to Fox 5 and other news outlets for assistance, as this company seems to be exploiting consumers, which is unacceptable. We are hardworking individuals, and feeling exploited is not okay. According to a reputable valuation source, I am being overcharged by 200%; the car's value is only $11k, yet I was presented with paperwork stating a $28k price. This was only disclosed to me via email after I had left the dealership. This has been my worst experience to date, and the multitude of complaints against this company suggests a pattern of unethical practices. Their low customer satisfaction score reflects this. Sports and Imports must address these issues promptly and rectify the situation. The president of the company should consider the implications of such poor policies and sales tactics. Filing complaints is time-consuming but necessary to document these actions. I am determined to persist until the company rectifies the situation. No one should have to tolerate such deceitful behavior. I am a very upset customer and will not rest until justice is served.

Cars advertised are not on lot
Cars advertised are not on lot. Repairs not truly done. Tried reselling my car because of "mis communication". We purchased a car for my 16 year old in March. In August a belt broke and the car was running hot, and left my daughter stranded on the side of the road. I called the lot, and they stated they would pick up the car (that took 2 days) then repaired it after having it for a week. When we went to pick up the vehicle, they had taken all of my daughters belongings out, took her tag off and placed it back on the lot for sale. When I confronted my account manager, she stated that they "mis communicated and thought it was a repo" I have not been late on one single payment. They never offered any compensation. Then in Sept. they withdrew money from my bank account, that I never authorized for them to use, and did not refund the amount! I never had signed documents not gave them authorization to withdraw these funds. Whenever I call my account manager is not available. I had to request a repair report/invoice three times and it took them 2 weeks to get the report to me stating that they replaced the serpentine belt and water pump. When I had another trusted mechanic look at it, he informed us the water pump was not replaced. I want to return the car and get out of my agreement with the crooks. I hope they don't do this to other hard working individuals like myself! They also lied and stated that they report to credit lenders, which they are not. The purpose of getting a second car loan, was to re establish my credit...and that is not happening because my on time payments are not being reported.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Hello Mrs ***, I see that you requested to get the car pick up as a voluntary repo. At this point because of that request there is nothing we can do. If the account was still open we could have continued to work with you on repairs, payments or anything else.
My brother went to a dealership in May
My brother went to a dealership in May. His name is John and he is the loan holder. We chose a Prius that we kept well-maintained, but on 10/3, the Prius quit running. They came to pick it up and later informed us it was unrepairable, forcing us to get another vehicle or pay off the broken Prius. We needed a van as our previous one was totaled on the same day through no fault of our own. We returned to the dealership and started the process for another vehicle after paying over $6,000 on the Prius, which seemed futile. We paid another down payment and took the only van available, despite knowing it had transmission issues, as confirmed during a test drive. The dealership acknowledged this and issued a we-owe note. Six months later, in April, the transmission failed completely while driving. The dealership retrieved the van and later told us we'd need to either start over with a new vehicle or pay for the transmission repair ourselves, despite the we-owe note. After 11 days at an undisclosed mechanic, the dealership finally agreed to fix the issue. Since then, we've been told the van is being worked on, but we have no idea where it is, and the dealership won't answer our questions. Every call ends with the same update and no empathy. We've paid them $10,000 for two vehicles and currently have neither. As of Tuesday 05/17/22, it's been four weeks without our vehicle. The staff is unhelpful, and the irony of their $200 referral offer on the hold line is not lost on us. I wouldn't recommend them at all.
I am the co signer, my daughter missed a payment approx 15 days ago, they never called her till today and they told her that they would repo her
I am the co signer, my daughter missed a payment approx 15 days ago, they never called her till today and they told her that they would repo her car. I went to the store today 02/22 approx. 5:30 PM to speak with the manager about not getting called when a payment was missed and then the new account manager threatening to repo the car for non payment. As soon as they called my daughter she made the payment it was just a miss on her part not realizing that there were 3 Fridays in January. She asked for assistance with her payment due to covid she has been in and out of work since she is a hair dresser and a bartender and she was told that they do not give assistance at all and that she could return the car and take the credit hit. While I was in the store I asked for a copy of the contract that I signed so I could verify the information on it because we asked when signing it for the terms numerous times and they told me and my daughter 3 years and now they are stating that there computer shows 4 years. He refused to give me a copy and then told me I had to leave. He started walking me to the door and placed his hand on my back to show me they way. When we got outside he cursed at me and told me he was going to walk me to my car, told him no need he did so anyways then proceed to take pictures of me and my car and my tag. Told me he was calling the cops. I waited 10 minutes for them to arrive and they never did so I left. I called and asked for the number for someone above him but she refused to give me any information it was obvious that he told them not to give it out. I want a copy of my contract. I want them to follow collection laws for the state of Georgia. They should be following covid guidelines and assisting people who are struggling due to salon and restaurants closing or having limited seating. This was a hostile environment for me and no one should be treated this way. There is no reason why he cant give me a copy of a contract that I signed unless they are trying to hide something. This car has been nothing but issues since we purchased it and he stated we should have used the warranty to take care of the issues but when you do that they keep the car for weeks don't issue a loaner so you have no way to get to work and return it when they want to so there is no reason to use the warranty and they do all this just so you don't.

After reviewing the account we do see that it looks like the account has been behind since October. After maing payment arrangements through 2020 we see that there was a period of over a month in February where no payment was made. After multiple attempted contacts the did go to the next step in our process. If you would like to give an updated contact list to your account manager we can make sure to have our contact with you and your daughter be consistent and proactive to keep this problem from happening again.

This is my second car I have had to purchase from this company do to the cars not working properly . No one wants to help I'm on hold for HOURS at a time I recently told the company my car broke down at the gas station just wouldn't crank she never called me back to get me some help told me she would call someone never got back with me I was sitting at the gas station for hrs this place is very unprofessional and I would like my money back for the second car I purchased . Thanks .
The car was purchased on June 2. I put a $1200 down payment and went over bi-weekly payments of $278. After, I drove off the lot the car began to smoke. I had to turn around and leave it. I also advised that the radio was not working. I was told the car would be ready in a couple of days. Instead, I was without a car for 8 days. They didn't have a loaner and noone said, "they could rent me one either." This last incident put me over the top because, it was after midnight and my daughter and I were headed home. The car completely stopped and would not crank. I called a relative to give me a jump and that didn't help either. I had to get a way home and I reached out to the business early Monday morning. They told me they would have the car towed. So, second round again with no car. Two days later, I was advised that I needed a alternator. When people really want your business, they are going to do whatever it takes to keep my business.
I paid my car off months ago and have not received my title! The title manager is always out! Every one is always out. Very poor follow up and customer service. I cant even sell my vehicle because I dont have my title. If my car gets towed or taken from me i cant even prove that i own the vehicle. They keep sending me a lien release, which i am not asking for! I WANT MY TITLE. In Georgia, when you pay a car off you get a title. Either give me my title or GIVE ME ALL OF MY MONEY BACK!
On August 6th I'd spoken to an employee of sports and Auto imports. I explained to them that I had gotten a new bank card and that I wanted to update my banking information and also apply for a payment arrangement I was told that I was not able to do so as I'm not the main account holder for the vehicle in question, I was told to have the account holder call to make any payment arrangements and adjustments following that on August 19th and August 20th payments of $235 will removed out of my bank account without my knowledge or permission. I was told the second payment of 235 was not going to be returned to me and I explained to them that was theft because I did not approve of any additional payments and I was also told that " well let us keep the money" by the account manager by the name of Jenny. I explained to her that that was an erroneous charge and she gave me a short answer of she will not be returning my money. These actions cause my bank account to be -400+
