I bought a van from Prestige Auto Mart, Inc
I bought a van from Prestige Auto Mart, Inc. and unfortunately, it had a faulty catalytic converter. It took them several months to provide me with the registration and plates necessary to drive the van. This delay resulted in the van breaking down after the warranty had expired.
I bought my 2013 *** Outback from Prestige Auto Mart, Inc
I bought my 2013 *** Outback from Prestige Auto Mart, Inc. It had high mileage, and within 6 months, I had to replace 3 tires and springs. Additionally, the front *** needed fixing, as the console for the glasses was broken. For 2 months, it hung in front of my face, and I had to use duct tape to keep it in place. All of these repairs cost me *** dollars. I don't find it fair because I had an extended warranty that I paid for, but they told me it doesn't cover these issues. Tell me, is that fair?

I bought a car from Prestige Auto Mart, Inc
I bought a car from Prestige Auto Mart, Inc. and they messed up big time. They lost my registration and didn't even bother to register the car. Can you believe it? It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I mean, come on, isn't registering a car part of their job? It's such a basic thing that they should have gotten right. Now I have to deal with all the hassle of trying to get my car registered myself. It's just ridiculous. I expected better from a dealership like this.
I bought a car on September 11
I bought a car on September 11. They said they would fix the electrical problems, but it's been over 2 months and they still haven't done it. Because of these issues, the car won't pass inspection and I can't drive it to work. All the panel lights are on, so I can't use it.
It's been more than 3 weeks since I bought a car from Prestige Auto Mart, Inc
It's been more than 3 weeks since I bought a car from Prestige Auto Mart, Inc. location. My temporary registration has expired now and I'm being told to drive with expired tags because that's what everyone else does, but the staff at Prestige Auto Mart, Inc. advised against it as I could get a ticket. I have a car that I can't drive because I don't have the registration or active plates. The manager also promised to call me on Tuesday after our conversation on Monday, but that call never came, just like my missing registration and plates. It feels like a waste of money to pay a document fee and not receive the new registration and plates before the temporary tags expire.

Dealership took $1,000 deposit then said my son couldn't get it back
Dealership took $1,000 deposit then said my son couldn't get it back. I gave them a Personal Check to buy a car with cash. They've been so unprofessional and unfair to my son. I'm gonna complain to HUD. I gave another dealership a big personal check and had no problems. Why is this dealership making it difficult when I'm paying in cash? Now they're saying it takes 10 days for the check to clear, which is wrong, and they want me to bring cash. I'm not bringing $15000 in cash to anyone. Something's not right. I don't get why we have to wait 10 more days to get something we're paying for in full.
I recently purchased a used car from Prestige Auto Mart, Inc
I recently purchased a used car from Prestige Auto Mart, Inc. in *** and decided to trade in my old car as part of the deal. The total cost came out to be $23,300.00. While filling out the paperwork with ***, he mentioned that they had the title and would take care of collecting the sales tax. Due to the ongoing COVID situation, they assured me that a representative would be sent to the *** to handle everything before my appointment date.
However, on 10/26, when I went to the ***, I discovered that the dealer hadn't submitted any paperwork. After making several phone calls, I learned that there was a note on the car and the title was being sourced from another state. I informed *** about the situation and decided to give it a few more days. Unfortunately, even after waiting, the title still hadn't arrived.
Frustrated, I expressed my desire for a refund, but instead of taking me seriously, *** laughed at me. I have reached out to the *** here in MA, but I haven't received any response yet. Now, I find myself with a car that I can't drive and feeling like I'm being mocked by someone who seems to have connections with the Russian mob.
I bought a 2014 *** from Prestige Auto Mart, Inc
I bought a 2014 *** from Prestige Auto Mart, Inc. last year, right before the pandemic. They told me that I had *** miles or ten years of warranty because of ***. However, after just one year of owning the car, the engine suddenly blew without any warning signs like dashboard lights, overheating, or smoking. It was a complete surprise. I always made sure to get my oil changes on time and I even had one done just a few days before this happened.
To make a long story short, my engine blew at ***, and nobody at the dealership knew or knows (even to this day) that since I'm not the original owner of the vehicle, I'm not entitled to the *** miles or ten years of warranty. In reality, it's only *** miles or five years. I was given the wrong information and lied to. Now, I'm stuck making monthly car payments for a vehicle that I can't even use because fixing the engine will cost me an additional $7,000. I have to rely on Uber, which is costing me a lot of money since I don't work in the same city, and it's extremely difficult for me to see my children.
I bought a car on 8/27 and was told I'd get it the next day
I bought a car on 8/27 and was told I'd get it the next day. But after signing the financial agreement, the financial officer said it would take two weeks because I had to wait for the plates. I asked about temporary plates since I'm a Rhode Island resident and the car would be registered there, but they said no temp plates or dealer plates, just two weeks. I called to check on my car and they told me they sold me a car without the title. They're waiting for the previous bank to send them the title, but they have no idea how long that will take. The sales associate said there are four other people waiting for their titles too. It feels like I was lied to, and this seems to happen often there.
I bought a car for my daughter at this car dealership
I bought a car for my daughter at this car dealership. It's been nothing but problems since the beginning. They let my daughter drive around in an unregistered car for a whole week before they finally registered it. We also used their tax preparation service to help with the down payment, but it took them weeks to get it done. Now, we're receiving letters from the IRS saying that the tax paperwork is missing information that we already gave them multiple times. The salesperson, ***, was aware that we needed to keep the radio from the car we traded in because it belongs to my daughter's boyfriend. He initially said it wouldn't be a problem, but then he kept giving us excuses until he finally admitted that he sold the car without removing the radio. He promised to reimburse us for the cost of the radio, but we still haven't received the reimbursement. It's been almost two months of dealing with all of this. We've been extremely patient, but enough is enough.
In November, I had to put down $4000 at Prestige Auto Mart in *** to buy a vehicle
In November, I had to put down $4000 at Prestige Auto Mart in *** to buy a vehicle. However, when I reached $3900, the guy at the dealership told me I needed to come up with at least $5000 instead. So, I asked for a refund because that wasn't the agreement we had at the dealership. They told me to come to the dealership for the refund, but when I got there, they tried to convince me to still make the purchase. I declined and kept insisting that I was only there for the refund. They even said I didn't have to worry about the remaining down payment and could leave with the car that same day, but I still refused. They only refunded $3300 and claimed that I couldn't get back all the money because the vehicle's value had decreased since I made the down payment, which was about a month ago. Now, I'm seeking help to get the rest of my money back. Thank you. My name is ***, my phone number is ***, and my email address is ***. I hope someone can reach out to me and assist me in resolving this situation. Thank you very much.
I took my car in for repairs on 9/8 in the evening, with a service appointment scheduled for 9/9
I took my car in for repairs on 9/8 in the evening, with a service appointment scheduled for 9/9. I got it back on 9/10, and my nephew drove it home. The first time I drove it after the repair was on 9/12, and that's when I noticed a rattling sound coming from under the car on the driver's side. I reached out to *** at Prestige Auto Mart, Inc., who I've been dealing with since the beginning. Let me backtrack a bit - I actually received the car on 8/26, even though their paperwork says 8/21. I can prove this with my home surveillance system. On 8/28, I had a multi-point inspection done by Ford, and they found two issues: 1. The front Timing Cover needed to be replaced or resealed, and 2. There was a clicking sound when using the A/C. I sent the report to *** right away. However, he wasn't too happy about the second repair and said they wouldn't do it. It made me feel like he was doing me a favor because of my less-than-perfect credit and helping me out by getting me a car, but not fixing it. This is the kind of situation I'm dealing with here. Moving on, I've emailed *** twice and haven't received any response. I also tried contacting them through their website, but still no response. There are a couple of other small issues as well - when I got the car back, two of the floor mats were missing. I emailed them about it, just asking if they were left in the shop, but no response. I also asked about the jack that should have been with the spare tire, but again, no response. The service technician told me he took care of both repairs that Ford found, but now I have a bigger issue and they're just ignoring me.
I bought a car from Prestige Auto Mart *** in *** on 2/3/22
I bought a car from Prestige Auto Mart *** in *** on 2/3/22. I drove the car off the lot on 2/4/22. They said they would register the car and handle the title within 7 business days. I paid *** and financed the rest, for a total cost of *** plus tax(*** tax). But now, I don't have any information about the title or if there are any issues with it (like a salvaged title or lien holds). When I asked for a refund because I couldn't drive the car anymore since the 7 days to register it had passed, they refused to give me any money back. They were really rude and didn't want to talk to the Sales manager. I left the car on their lot, so now I don't have a car and I'm out ***. I also filed a complaint with the ***. They are very unprofessional and unethical. They charged me over 1600$ for a document preparation fee, which I think is way too much. I feel like they took advantage of me and didn't give me enough information about their buying and registration process. They have to register the car within 7 days by law, since it's a service they offer when you buy a car from them. They weren't honest about the title issues, and I think either another customer still has a lien on the car or the car has been totaled and has a salvaged title. I should also get a 60-day warranty because my odometer reading is between *** and ***, and that's the law in . I feel like they took advantage of me and I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Prestige is doing bad business. They should be punished or closed down forever. This isn't the first complaint I've heard about them since this happened to me.
