One Friday 21.09 I ordered Nike premier boots with order number 6694080.
On Saturday I asked to cancel the order before it is dispatched, and sent email on 16.39 CET, I got no answer.
On Sunday, I resend another email at 09.59 CET to confirm asking the cancellation, I got no answer.
On Sunday at I received automated email that the order is dispatched at 11.11, I replied back on 11.18 to stop the dispatch of the parcel.
On Sunday I sent email to the bosses email ( customermanager at prodirectsoccer.com) to complain regarding that forwarding all the communications, I got automatic reply that this email is no longer in use.
I resent again to customer services email to resolve this.
Monday at 07.23, I still receive notification from DPD UK that the delivery on the way to me.
I called to their customer line at 10.00 CET to resolve the issue and they asked me to email you to ensure that I am not charged anything either the product or the delivery expenses, I have been chasing for cancelling this order for a while now and I did request to cancel the order before dispatch.
Now, I received an email from their (customer services) asking me to refuse the delivery, but no certainty regarding what amount will returned to the card and another email from (customer services) warns me that I will be charged for the delivery.
What for shall I be charged for?
Tuesday I am sending email to resolutions again to ask for a concrete answer before I receive their parcel and no answer so far.
I called by phone to be connected to resolutions to ask myself .. guess what? switchboard has a technical problem connection people.
I am very very unhappy with there services level and the lack of replies, and now I a need a full refund for the order and confirmation that my order is cancelled and to return the full amount of my order 57.50 GBP that was deducted from the card and to not charge this card for any other orders.
Worth to mention that this is the second time to have a bad experience with you, and am afraid that this will lead my to never every buy from them again,

Been waiting for over a month for my son's football kit, do not buy from this company< service is poorly run, no managers available to discuss the issue, incompetant workforce with no idea how to resolve a complaint. This wld probably be the last time i am sending a message to you guys. I placed an order for a pair of Pantofola soccer boots online on 19 Aug 2018 Sunday and got an email from Pro Direct that the item had been despatched. However, I have not had any response from Pro Direct despite sending several emails and calling your customer service hotline multiple times regarding the whereabouts of my goods. Worst of all, I have not received my goods till date, not even a tracking number. All the website has been showing since 19 Aug was that "Carriage to be confirmed". It was indeed appalling that a big company like yours have such poor or zero response despite your good effort in marketing sports porducts online. It is very costly to call UK from Singapore and I was put on hold for nearly 15min every time I called and no one bothered to pick up the phone. It has never been like this several years ago when I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and it arrived promptly without having to chase PDS for it.
I am very disappointed and sorry to say that if I don't hear from you guys within the next 24hrs, I wld proceed to lodge complaint to the Ombudsman association.

Absolutely disgusted at this company. I have been waiting nearly six weeks now to be refunded for a defective product.
I have spent hours holding on the telephone trying to speak to someone & when I did eventually get to speak to a member of staff, I was PROMISED that my case was being dealt with and that my refund was being processed.
I am still waiting for my £105 refund.
It is now with my banks Retail Complaints department and I'm going to the small claims court.

I have been trying to contact your customer service as Prodirect has double charged my account on 28 June 2018 for the product order that was cancelled. The cancellation was advised by Prodirect customer service officer himself. He asked me to place a new order for the same pair which I did and he told me the previous order has some issues.
After ordering a new pair, it went through and my account was deducted on 8th June 2018, and I received my order. Suddenly at the end of the month 28th June 2018, I noticed that my account was again charged for the same boot with the old order number. I called customer service and I was given mixed information, some told that I will get my refund, another said the order was not cancelled and I then received that order which I then returned to the warehouse with my own shipping cost, which entirely not my mistake but I have to bear the cost of shipping. Now tracking Royal Mail, the delivery was accepted by the warehouse on 17 Jul 2018 and they promised 3-5 workings for for refund. Until now, the amount is not yet refunded to me.
I seriously do not know who can help me as I need it the refund urgently
I wouldn’t bother guys the site is a scam they charge you twice and you won’t receive your order, thier fake customer service line just cuts you off after putting you on hold for ages! You won’t get any money back nothing the bank/police can do about it I’m afraid, be more careful with paying for things online next time only go through official companies there’s a lot of frauds out there, learn from it and move on

I am very upset at how they have handled my return. They approved a return and also said I would be reimbursed for what it cost me to ship the cleats back to the UK. I asked for a new pair to shipped back when they received the defective ones. That request was ignored and they issued a refund for the cleats. I paid $48 to return them. I have emailed them over and over again without any response regarding the additional refund. I am unable to call them because I do not have an international calling plan. It has been over 2 months now. My son really loved the cleats and they were a very good price. It's very unfortunate that I will never be able to trust them again.

black new balance boots.
Approx 6 months ago I bought a pair of new balance boots from Pro direct soccer and there's a massive hole on the side of the right boot now it's not repairable what so ever. I have to say normally pro direct quality is top class but I'm very disappointed in these boots as they cost me €220. Is there anything that can be done about this?

I purchased a pair for my Son less than 12 months ago and the sock has torn. There has been no contact with the sock. Please can you assist? I have a photo of necessary. I woul not expect an expensive item like these to fail at such an early stage. Can these be replaced or at the very least investigated? My son is now without boots as we are worried of further damage.

I have had a pair of adidas ace primeknits for just under 4 months and I've only worn them about 25 times and the thread has already broken on the back left stood on the right boot. I bought these boots with my 18th birthday money and I'm extremely disappointed, I would have classed adidas as the best football boot due to its quality and for this to happen I am very unhappy. I would assume you, Prodirect can rectify my situation.

I placed an order for 2 pairs of the Adidas Ace Pro gloves, which were between £40 and £50 a pair. I payed for one pair because only one pair was available in a size 12. Once recieving this package on the morning of 12th august, I have seen the stitching is coming away from the latex on the glove, just below the thumb. I have not yet worn these and have worries that the product will break quickly due to poor production. I am very disappointed due to me purchasing from this site mutliple times and not ever having a problem. I fully trust this site and am I loyal customer however I thought that the service was consistent but it seems that there is an issue with these goalkeeper gloves. My order number is 9946695, I have taken photos of the gloves as proof that they're new and at fault. I need these gloves which is why I ordered them, so I will be using them today otherwise I would be sending them back. However I have no choice, this is why I feel annoyed and frustrated that the gloves do not meet the standard they need to be.

We have used Pro-direct soccer a few times and found no problems. However we recently ordered an expensive pair of boots for my son which were a little too small, rather than sending them back immediately, we made the mistake of ordering another pair a size larger which we then kept and returned the smaller boots. Pro-direct said they has been worn and would not give a refund. My son tried them on in the house for a few minutes and that was it, so we feel they took advantage of the fact they we had parted with two lots of money, had we sent back the smaller pair first and they didn't refund we would not have ordered more from them. Our advice is avoid this company and order direct form the manufacturers website.
Returns department won't accept returns
I bought 3 pairs of football boots from Prodirect in Feb 2017.
Once I got the boots, I tried them on only to find that they didn't fit - I couldn't even fit them on my feet. These couldn't be worn,
After trying them on, I then spent $75 in shipping to return them for a bigger size.
Upon receiving them, the Returns Department said they had been worn and were not able to be returned. I couldn't even fit the boots on.
Intransigent customer support, my claims that these boots couldn't have been worn because they didn't fit on my feet fell on deaf ears.
I've been stuck with the cost of shipping them back, and now shoes that don't fit.
Having had spent thousands of dollars with ProDirect before, I'll now never use them, as their customer support is unreliable, and their Returns Department will not accept anything, so is useless.
