terrible service
I was helping my sister with her wedding and I was responsible for all the flowers. So I went online and found ProFlowers. I contacted the company and after discussing all the details with customer support I decided to order from here.
I placed a big order and required a delivery on a specific date.
Flowers did not show up and I immediately called ProFlowers to ask about the delivery. They said that they cannot deliver and did not even explain the reason. I got my money back but I still do not recommend ProFlowers, they are highly unprofessional and unreliable. Can you imagine? It was my sister's wedding day and we had no flowers at all! I can't forgive that!
late delivery
Ordered some flowers from ProFlowers online store. I asked them to deliver the flowers on Saturday. Flowers cost was about $30, but there were some additional charges, so in total I paid over $50. I contacted customer service and was told that the extra cost was associated with shipping. Flowers were delivered only on Monday. Thy contacted me and informed about that, but I was still very disappointed, since on Saturday it was my wife's birthday. The flowers were beautiful and my wife was surprise and pleased. I'm very disappointed with their shipping.
floral delivery
I ordered flowers for my wife for delivery on Valentines Day to be delivered to the hospital where she works when I never received an email about shipment or delivery I called and they said they might be there Monday I'm sorry Monday is not Valentines and I was guaranteed a Valentines delivery and paid for it. My confirmation number was [protected]
I have ordered from you in the past and can assure you that I will never order from you again or suggest your company to any family or friends. Thank you for spoiling Valentines for a hard working RN.
Sincerely
Micheal Niederhauser
flowers
I called to order flower for my wife I was on the phone nearly an hour with the lady she didn't understand what I was saying half the time I was trying to be as nice and as patient a possible, she got my whole order wrong how do you go from Long Stem ROSES to Lily's & Irises? I stated to her no that is not what I want I gave the the product # or whatever ofline that I was looking at on the computer she then proceeded to get my CC info and whe she reviewed my order it was Incorrect I told her cancel it I dont want it forget it. So I called back again got a gentleman and placed the order he seemed to understand a bit more and speak better english, he went over my order and I asked why was it 15.99 for delivery whe [reviously my order when reviewed {by the prev rep that had it all wrong} was only 9.99 he said it goes up I said with in 15 min it went up a whole lot of 50% he said thats how it works ect ect.. Well I am BAFFLED becasue my wife recieved Lily's & Irises today in a red mason jar She didn't get the LONG STEM ROSES TEDDY BEAR AND CHOCOLATE BOX... I paid for the long stem roses package not this BS that yall sent her.. and to top it off my name was MISSPELLED, RIDICULOUS! Now my wife states her box was delivered with the flowers and a mason jar she didnt get anything else in that box but a card with my name misspelled and instructions on how to take care of the flowers now she is making the best of it because she didnt really know what excatly I had ordered but I do and when she called to thank me she described the sh***flowers iwasBAFFLED and SPEACHLESS i couldnt believe it. i then explained to her what she should have recieved looks like the 1st order was not cancelled as i stated to the 1st rep that didnt understand me for almost an hour or more with this lady and didnt get any where and now this what happend to what i ordered and paid for LONG STEM ROSES CHOCOLATE VDAY BEAR? RIDICULOUS AND DISAPPOINTING. RUINED VDAY FOR MY WIFE & MYSELF! My plan was to go all out for her this year because every year i get her store bought roses & bring them home to her but this year im on the road {bc i drive for a living} & decided to surprise her @ work with LONG STEM ROSES AND SOME. Now I know not to waist my time on PROFLOWERS and do the Store bought ones!
ugliest flowers I have ever seen!
I ordered some flowers from ProFlowers website for my wife. I paid a large amount of money for the delivery. When I received the flowers I was shocked and disgusted! The flowers arrived in a horrible dirty box and they were half dead! Ugliest flowers I have ever seen! My wife pretended she liked the flowers, but I actually saw her disappointed face! I was so embarrassed and humiliated! What kind of company is that!? Don't order flowers from these guys! I'll make sure to tell the whole world about their little scam!
worst company every!
Do not buy anything from ProFlowers. I ordered 12 roses, some strawberries and cherries from them. They charged me $20 for the shipping plus $15 for so called morning delivery! They also split my order in half and the result was, my girlfriend received the berries without the flowers! Flowers were send without the morning delivery option. Who does that? It is ridiculous to split an order like! I wanted everything to arrive together, but they completely ruined my surprise! Not to mention, that extra charge for the morning delivery is absolutely ridiculous! Worst experience I ever had and I'll never use ProFlowers again! Congratulation, you just lost a customer.
horrible
I bought flowers from ProFlowers website few days ago and confirmed my order of $35. When I received a payment confirmation email it showed $70! To make matters worse the flowers never arrived! I sent them a message, but received no reply. So, yesterday I decided to call and they put me on hold for about an hour! When I finally reached someone from staff, I could not understand a thing, because their rep couldn't speak English well! I called later and spoke to someone else. The person spoke a little better English and asked me if I wanted to order some flowers. I said no and told them about the reason I've called. They tried telling me they could not refund me because I paid through PayPal. What a joke! Finally I told them that I don't want any flowers and all I need is my money back. I hope I got my point across.
flowers delivered were dead
I purchased flowers from ProFlowers for my wife's birthday. That was a surprise, so I wanted them to deliver those to her office. When I received a message stating that flowers had been delivered, I called my wife. She said that she just received the box. When she opened the box flowers were dead! It seemed like they were out of water for a long period of time. I contacted ProFlowers customer care and their rep answered the phone. He tried to be nice and offered an exchange. I said that I don't need an exchange, because they ruined my surprise and I don't want to deal with them anymore. They said that there will be a refund, but I need to be patient. They actually forgot about the money and sent us flowers again. Those were dead too. Very poor service.
debit card misuse
Hi,
I do not know if I will get my money back or not. I am from India and I ordered for a Birthday Cake from ProFlowers on May 2nd and paid online through my card. I got an email 21st stating that the transaction was rejected and I need to call them. I called Proflowers and spoke someone by name David and he verified my address and asked for Card number. On 23rd amount was deducted from my card (indian Card) and Cake was delivered on 28th May. everything was fine until 28th.
On 30th May I received an message from bank stating that I have made a Purchase on 30th May from Proflowers and $60 is deducted from my Indian Account. I was so shocked to see this as I have not made any purchase from them after 2nd May!
I tried to login to my account in Proflowers and it doesn't allow me to delete my card details from their site. Well I do not know what to do? Please help me to get my money back from ProFlowers.
they keep charging me every month for flowers I didn't order
I ordered flowers a long time ago and they keep charging me every month for the same thing and i don't know how to cancel them. I am almost 80 years old and i don't know what to do. Please help me if you can
Thank you very much
I agree with CQuest; you need to cancel your card asap. You can file a dispute with your bank and attempt to get your money back, although odds are you aren't going to be able to recover all of it if these debits have been occurring for a long time. Have you contacted Pro Flowers? I recommend you do so before filing the dispute with your bank (but still make sure to close your card right away) because they will want to know what the merchant's response is. Good luck!
This particular complaint doesn't concern the problems I am having. But the writer need to call bank and tell them to put a stop to unauthorized charges and request money back. This person is a senior, I am in senior ministry and don't like anyone mistreating them.
horrible service
I sent my two daughters a Mother's Day boquet on Saturday, May 9th. The website said they "guaranteed" delivery on Mother's day but I decided to play it safe and send them on Saturday. One was to go to Texas and the other to Georgia. Well, Sunday came and I heard nothing from either. Both had not received a thing. I had not even so much as received an email that there was a problem. I tried emailing them from their website "customer service" and it went nowhere. The email would not send. So sent it via my email and it was not acknowledged. Tried then to call them. The machine only stated they were too busy and to contact them via their email on the website! Ok, already tried that. So, called their "order" line and actually got a person. She however, said she had no access to orders and only took them. So all of this went nowhere. I decided I better file a dispute on my Paypal payments since this was very expensive and I felt that I was being scammed. The company gave me a full refund on one order and refunded the second order several days later. I got NO apology, no nothing. What a horrible excuse for a company. They should be shut down.
no delivery
My husband and I placed an order to be delivered on Saturday, May 9th, for his mom on Mother's Day. The night before, we received an email saying that "our team immediately recognized there was a quality issue with your order and took proactive measures to ensure that your gift is delivered on the requested date". They then contacted a local florist in her area and requested a similar product of equal or greater value. Well, by Wednesday, May 13th, she still had not received anything. When I called customer service, they looked up the order and found that a note had been made saying it was rescheduled to May 14th. There was no reason listed. The lady gave the sister company a call to inquire and they told her they just straight up canceled due to them being at capacity for orders and that we should be getting a refund in a week or so. And that's it. What a freaking joke. We never got any emails or calls or ANY notification about this at all. Thanks for ruining her gift for us. This is the first time we have used ProFlowers (even the name makes me laugh now), and we will NEVER use them again.
ProFlowers.com — First the good: custumer service is friendly.
The bad: poor quality flowers - flower arive in poor shape and will only last a few days.
The really bad: they sign you up for "memberships" to "clubs" like supersaver.com and freeshipping.com. They then charge you monthly fees for your membership! These "memberships" offer little in the way of benifits. The supersaver membership provides $15 savings from initial purchase, but then costs $15 per month!
Beware - proflowers practices deceitful advertising - when they offer you a savings or free shipping; they are actually trying to trick you into becoming a member of one of these clubs! BEWARE!
I signed up for this with Proflowers Delivery and cancelled it before the trial period was up and got a cancellation number in my email and was still charged the $14.95 to my account.
don't order flowers at any price thinking you are getting any item for that. You always except to pay taxes, but a charge for a date for delivery, handeling charge, plus shipping. A small order can cost you almost $6O.OO.
i'm being charge a monthly charge for nothing i don't want charged every month i used the service one time thats it
I just ordered flowers and was told that I qualified for free shipping. I followed the directions but the free shipping window wouldn't open. :(

I feel cheated! TV ad promises a discount, but when I order the flowers, I see no discount. I do see these extra charges that doubled my bill.Guaranteed Delivery=$9.99, Handling= $1.99, Standard delivery $12.99. I estimated about $30 but ended with $58.79. I will never order flowers from Proflowes again.
i have been getting charges of $14.95 every month and have no idea what it is for ive been charged 4 times
I ordered some flowers today. Free shipping banner was shown all the way during my order, but I was still charged 9.99 USD for standard shipping, and 2.99 USD handling fee. The shipping rebate is offered by another company which charge 9.95 USD monthly fee. So the proflowers free shipping is definitely a scam.
I purchase flowers for Mother's Day and I was discussed by their appearance! The vase was too huge to hold the six stems with buds on the ends. I was so embarrassed, my mother (86 years old) is such a wonderful woman and deserved so much more! Shame! Shame! Shame!
I was charged 83.88 on my credit card by the company when the company told me i was qualified for free shipping when in turn it was just a hoax. Therefore if I am not reimbursed i will be filling a dispute with my credit card bank thank you.
disappointment after disappointment
I ordered long stemmed red roses for my mother to be delivered Saturday 5/9 for Mother's Day. On the day they were supposed to delivery them, the head of Proflowers' customer care sent me an email at 15:56 informing that since they ran out of the long stemmed red roses, they decided to swap the order with rainbow roses instead. Per their email, this is a "rare' occasion that they guaranteed they would delivery the replacement flowers for my mother on Saturday 5/9.
Came Sunday, there was no flowers delivered. Sunday's night, there was no flowers delivered. I called Proflowers and was put on hold for 30 minutes+ and couldn't hold anymore. I emailed them asking for the status but got no responses back until the flowing day Monday at 12:05 offering to delivery the flowers later on this week. WTF!
I'm so disappointed with Proflowers' services. This is not a way to run their business and calling themselves a "Pro". This is a work of amateur who doesn't understand customer's satisfaction. They deserve a F- for not managing their supply and making the commitment that they couldn't delivery it.
This is the last time I order from ProFlowers!
The third week in May I ordered flowers from Proflowers.com and today I had an additional charge for 'free shipping' for $12.97 on my card. I see similar complaints for this, what is going on and how do I get this removed from my card?
Thanks for the help.
In JAN 2010 I ordered flowers for my Mom's birthday from ProFlowers.
Now, in June 2010 my bank brought to my notice a recurring charge of $14.95 on my credit card with the text EASY SAVER which I recollect from the PROFLOWERS order. This charge was being fraudulently charged to my credit card for no reason and without authorization.
Buyers Beware.
ordered flowers from proflowers and then got charged $14.95 for ezver rw which I did not order nor did I receive any thing for the charge.
I sent flowers through pro flowers and end up being debited an additional 14, 95 USD.
I now realise I'm not the only one to have been deceived.
I'll persevere to get my money back and will post a new comment to explain what hapened.

I just went to proflowers and put in a fictious order and no where did I see anyplace to "sign-up" for one of their programs. I think it is a scam from the word go and should be stopped. I emailed Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh, since they promot using Proflowers, and informed them of Proflowers practices. Time will tell if anything is done about them.
Proflowers enters you into some bogus Eazysaver scam when you sign up to send flowers to someone. If you click on an instant savings option you are enrolled in a monthly "savings" program. But they never let you know you are enrolled or let you know where you could get these saving if you were. My suggestion is to go yo your local florist and send flowers. DO NOT USE PROFLOWERS.COM!
I order flowers for my mother on mother's day. They were great. However, I was signed up for a bogus service called Easy Saver Rewards that charged my credit card $14.95 every month as a membership fee. This happened without my permission and without my knowledge. I will NEVER buy from Proflowers again and will advise everyone I can to not buy from them as well!
Three unauthorized payments of $10.97 each were billed to my credit card before I caught on. I contacted [protected] and asked for a total refund and the assistant was able to refund only one charge. This situation began when I ordered flowers for Mother's Day from ProFlowers on line. Be careful about their offer for free-shipping! This is how I got suckered.
this company take $ 14.95 dollars unautorized of my account...in 02/13/09 i made a shoping of flowers for internet...but couples day ago they charge to me this amount and i dont know why...but i wann my money back.
Flowers were of very poor quality brown and looked to have been frost bit or frozen, after contact with company it just seems that they really don't care and your on your own, this company is not one that I would recommend to anyone after finding out that the company is from California, I can understand there attitude. Not a good company to deal with in my sumation.
errrors upon errors rions v-day
Order was first promised day BEFORE V-Day at wife's work...30m b4 it was to arrive, they said it could not be filled. So I change it to Saturday, Valentines day and change the address to my Billing Address some 30m North of where she worked. Its 3PM on V-Day; I called and they FUBARED up this order, never changing the delivery address as requested---delivering to a closed business on a Saturday apparently because they are GENUISES working over there.
So, given that they have ruined my V-Day twice, you would think that they would move heaven and earth to make sure my flowers get delivered today to the correct address even if it arrives at 8pm tonight...because you see no REFUND or CREDIT can make up for the damage they have done, , , with TWO chances to get it right and getting nothing. Talking to a superviosor gets me nothing...they CANT CALL A FLORIST DIRECTLY. THEY HAVE TO SEND A FORM TO THE MAIN OFFICE TO CALL ME! TTOCK TICK TOCK... nothing they can do is good enough--- they dont even have a procedure in place to deal with these emergencies.
charges
ordered dozen roses when I got to order page the order went thru without me hitting order I emailed to cancel order and finally called them I was told they couldn't cancel order they can take orders but cant cancel them this all happened in the last 2 hours the delivery charge is more than the flowers their phone [protected]
bad customer service & lies
I ordered flowers online expecting to pay $49.99 for it to be delivered.Placed my order with a credit card and still thought the worst case scenario would be that I pay maybe an additional $10 for delivery.
When I got the final bill, it was --- Amount Charged: $77.48. I was stunned. I immediately called to cancel the order. It took me 15 minutes to get through.
I spoke to a woman who told me that she could cancel the order and that I would receive an email within 10 minutes. I waited 2 hours and received no email. I called back and got a male rep this time and was told the same thing. I waited another 2 hours and still no email.
I called back a third time and got a woman who told me my order had shipped and I asked why it was shipped since I was told that the order had been cancelled. She said it had not been cancelled and could not be cancelled because they had shipped it. She then told me that someone would call to speak to me in order to refund my money and cancel the order. I waited till 9:30 PM and no one called.
The next day I called back and went through the same thing as yesterday with every rep I spoke to lied and claimed they could not get a supervisor and that they would cancel my order but at the same time saying that they could not guarantee that they would refund my money and that they could not guarantee that the order would be cancelled.
PROFLOWERS IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED.THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY - STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY.
Ordered Mothers day flowers to be delivered on Mothers Day 5/8. Paid a 9.99 delivery charge. Then 2 days later recieved a new invoice showing the original 9.99 shipping charge and an additional 19.99 charge for guarenteed delivery on 5/8 plus a handling and care fee of 2.99. A 19.99 order was going to cost me 33.00 for delivery.
What a rip off - They added additional shipping because of Valentines Day and on top of that a care and handling fee.
My order $29.99
Standard shipping $14.99
Guaranteed Valentines day shipping $9.99 - did not have the option to opt out
Care and handling fee $ $2.99
In short $27.97 to ship my $29.99 order. Very deceptive practices - DON'T SHOP THERE!
I ordered flowers for my mother for mothers day, paid extra for saturday delivery... Saturday came no flowers sunday came they called me to tell me that the area was too rural and there wasnt a florist close by.
I did yellowpages search found 4 within 12 miles...
Thanks for ruining my moms mothers days..
Website offered $15 shipping rebate that ended up not being a rebate but a coupon for future purchases ONLY with registration for a $15/month service!

I filmed 3 commercials for ProFlowers.com on November 3, 2010.
I still have not been paid for my work as of January 7, 2011 !
The commercials are playing with my face right there for all to see, and yet, still no payment!
Shame on ProFlowers.com and Shari's Berries.com !
sunday is our aniversery and in 17 years this is the wourst dozen roses i have ever bought my wife
WEEDS !
I was online checking my checking account and found a charge of &1.95 that I didn't approve. Yes I ordered flowers from proflowers.com. I still didn't approve for this charge.
There ads were very misleading and they have additional charges for delivery fees and handling fees in addition to the fact that they submitted unathorized charges to our account. Very shady operation. I would highly discourage anyone from using this service.
When you order from Proflowers, if you click "freeshipping" you are signing up for a monthly charge of $9.97
quote one price, bill another
I placed an order for some flowers based on a special that came in an email. I spent an hour on the phone placing my order because they couldn't find the special they sent me. Finally got the order placed and was told what the order would cost. It sounded fine. Five minutes later I get a confirmation email with a considerably higher amount than I was told it would be. Called them back and they can't find the special and no one can fix the price, and conveniently no managers are available. Avoid this POS company. Crooked.
false charges
WELL I FELL FOR IT1 got a mailer that offered a mini xmas tree for $24.99 so i ordered it - after completing the order for "standard" delivery i was billed $49+ - they added "rush morning" delivery even though i did'nt order it (supposedly so it would arrive fresh). well not only was i charged twice the advertised price but it arrived at 5:28PM the next day - so much for the rush. this is a SCAM - just use your local florist directly!

stupid rules and process when paypal billing address is non-usa
I placed an order and paid with PayPal...no problem there. Two business days later, I got an email that the order hasn't been processed because my billing address is not in the USA (shipping address was). I replied that using PayPal makes a billing address pointless.
Two days later after a couple of other emails and I was instructed to change the billing info through their site. I did, using an address in New York. Next day, another email came about the order still not going through because I had only changed the "account" billing address and not the one associated with the order...as if I could tell there was a difference. Finally, I was told to call the company and I bothered to do so only because time was running out to get the gift received on time. The person on the phone took down the NY address and...no surprise, they had to speak to a supervisor and then I was told to re-do the whole order online since the original billing address with PayPal was different. That's when I cancelled and took my business elsewhere.
The whole thing was ridiculous because they shouldn't even be bothering with billing addresses when someone uses PayPal. (When ordering, I saw my PayPal info was transferred into their billing fields so I edited some of it so they shouldn't have my real name and address.) And then, even with a stupid system, it shouldn't be hard for them to change the info on their end to push the order through since it was already paid for.
Let's see when they'll enter the 21st century of online processing.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
mothers day 2014 flowers dead on arrival and twice wrong arrangement
On the Friday before mothers day 2014 flowers were delivered to my house containing white Asiatic lilies, white iris, and pink tulips. The arrangement arrived in bud and directions were followed. The next day they bloomed and dropped by the end of the day with leaves turning brown and dying. The arrangement was so ugly, and didn't fit properly in the vase. When I talked to the sender he asked how did I like the multi color arrangement with blue iris' & I told him that it was all white and pink but seeing that money was tight I didn't push on the fact they were dead and I had no tulips or iris' left just 4 aesthetic lilies (which were also dying). My family who frequently ordered from there told me they should last 7 days but I was both embarrassed and didn't wanted to seem ungrateful to the sender so family called for me on mother's day. Come to find out I was supposed to get 10 bright pink tulips, and 10 bright blue iris in a amethyst vase (& the sender spent $48 on this ugly dead arrangement) . Proflowers asked if we would like a refund or if we would like more flowers and to both give proflowers another chance after the mother's day rush, and to not seem ungrateful to the sender I asked to have another sent. Proflower said they would send the correct arrangement and refund ththe sender since they were dead and the wrong arrangement. We were all happy and my family having ordered from there before was sure it would be great the next time. On Tuesday the flowers arrived. 7 tulips and 7 iris'. I followed the directions and when they started to bloom they looked horrible they never filled the vase. They were so short. The tulips were mostly white with a pale pale pink ring around the top (they were supposed to be bright pink). On Wednesday the iris began to droop over the of the vase (but since they were so short compared to the vase they flopped over inside the vase) & they never bloomed big they were very tiny so the vase looked like you went to the store bought a small bouquet & stuck it in the biggest vase you had. Plus the arrangement was supposed to have 10 pink tulips and 10 blue iris which we only got 7 of each (& when you look at the website that's a $20 arrangement not $48 with a free vase). The arrangement is so limp and pale and sparse and dying that my family called again for me. Proflower was not nice and kept saying that the order is closed since they refunded the sender & sent the 2nd arrangement. They didn't care that the tulip color was off, that it was dying and drooping, and brown (to the point where more flowers needed to be thrown away), that only 7 of each were sent instead of 10, & that this was the 2nd time after mothers day! Finally they said that we would have to bother the sender again to further embarrass ourselves & him & to come of ungrateful & unable to be pleased! They also said that we could have the sender give permission to my family to talk about the account which is just as ridiculous when the first call a phone number of the receiver was all you needed. We even told proflowers we had pictures of both arrangements and they didn't care as far as they cared everything was made right. My family was so upset and disgusted & so am i! My family even told proflowers they will never order from them again & the girl on the phone was so rude too !
