This company makes it very difficult to get a hold of them. To bypass the machine press 888 in rapid succession and you should get an operator.

This totally sucks! Especially after reading other complaints here! Now I'm even scared I'll be charge & not be able to resolve this quick enough! First, I was ticked that I was told I would receive a month's supply & got 10 capsules per bottle! Now, I'm afraid I'll have to cancel my debit card & have my bank send me a new card so these people can't charge more $$$ & have an awful little surprise on my bank drafts! I'm going to send a certified letter to these people too so they cannont say they never received notification of my cancellation! Screw this! I hate places you call & cannot get a person to answer! I don't even really like to go through automated screening calls to get to the right department! They should shoot whoever came up with that idea! Anyway, let me send these people a letter tomorrow & they can F*** off!

I just found this address for returns! I clicked on the link above "ExtrmeAcaiBerry.com" scrolled to the bottom & clicked on "Returns _____something?" a window popped up explaining returned bottles have to be sent to this address & they take 30% off the refund for their troubles (###S) & only give you 15 days to return items (###S) I also found another ph# which does not even ring, it just goes dead? At least these MrFr's only got my secondary debit account #! The way it's supposed to work is, charges will not go through unless I place funds into that account, so they just bounce off & cancel themselves out! I've gotten burned before & got a bit wiser... I have a primary account to pay all my bills with it's own debit card... My secondary account I use to make purchases from places online or wherever I do not feel "SAFE"! Others BEWARE & GET SMART! I'll still probably have to cancel my card & have them send a new one cause I have other auto-ships from reputable comapnies that come out of that account, then I have to call them with the new info & hand my bank $10 for the new card! Thank You ###s!

I want you to cancel my order A.S.A.P. without any problems and I want to get 100% refunded for the last shipment that I refused and returned. I have been in contact with my bank my Lawyer and the Better Business Bureau and I want FAST results. Your so called product is nothing but a big scam!

This company should be shut down. You state that the email address should be on the product. I have looked at all three items and not one of them have any email address as you have claimed. You cannot get any on the phone the wait time are ridiculous and if you take the time to wait they cut you off and you have to start over. You also claim that everything is disclosed when you order. That is just a plain out right lie. The email address of www.gohelpnow.com is bogus. If your correct about your customer service and being able to cancel in just 5 minutes why are so many people have a problem with your company? I guess all these complaints are invalid and most of us are just stupid and cannot read. You can put lipstick on a pig but in the end it still just a pig.

i also fell for this scam. i am being charged 5.95 a mo. for some kind of e-mail news letter to which i didn't order nor want and have not received. i had to cancel my credit card. i want my 11.90 returned

I Am being charged for a product that I never ordered.
$4.51 from Advanced Health Force. I have tried to cancel over the internet and there isn't even a place to cancel. I've also tried the phone # listed and they don't work. So please credit my account for the $4.51 and don't send anymore phony orders. This is the number that was attached to the charge on m y account [protected]. I donot have a confirmation code because I never ordered anything

I ordered just a trial of this product Pure ACaiBerry,
and now I see my credit card was charged, I didnot
give you permission to charge more, AND I don't
want anymore of this product and do NOT charge
my card anymore or I will turn it over to the
attorney general office, your are thieves, stealing
the use of my credit card without my permission.

$100.85, was being charged on my credit card each month for dietary supplements, this was groundless, now I have called Perfoemance Health's Service department, November 6, 2008, and a clerk told me she would cancel any future transactions. I am anxiously waiting for that statement to arrive in the mails.

I, too, ordered JUST a sample and was charged $4.87. I DID NOT agree to receiving any more shipments, but I received two monthly shipments and was charged $79.76 in September and October. During that time, I tried to contact this company, via e-mail and phone, to no avail. I then went to my bank and spent a lengthy time filling out and signing an affadavit attesting to the fact that I did not give my permission to monthly charges to my checking account (debit card). The bank will not reimburse me for my loss unless I provide them with a cancellation date and cancellation number. I explained to them that I have tried in vain to track down the company (Performance Health) that has cheated me out of $159.56. The phonoe number the bank gave me to call is [protected]. When you call that number, you get a recording telling you to go to this website for a cancellation or refund, as well as another phone number to call [protected]). After calling, I was told that this is not Performance Health, the company that sent out the product; it is merely a number for a customer service call center. I was told it was "too late" for me to receive a refund, as my "60-day limit" has expired. My first mistake was ordering the sample and the second mistake was paying by debit card instead of a credit card, which I could have refuted immediately and gotten some reimbursement. What surprises me the most is that this company is not tracked down and put out of business for their unethical and illegal practices!

Im am returning the month supply of acai berry . I wanted the sample only. Ive contacted my credit card company and they said to return it and if you dont credit my account for the 79.76, they will be checking into it. Im to get the tracking number when i return it and that way they have proof that it was mailed back. Also a copy of this posting so they have proof that i wanted to return it and my money back.

I used the www.gohelpnow.com and totally agree with all comments I have read. Unfortunately I did not researchthe product before I purchase my "sample". I did call and use the 888 in rapid sequence and never acheived anything. I called back several times and finally a recording came on to contact an operator call [protected] - Fish Point Marketing. I called, but today is a Saturday, so I got a voice mail box and left a message. Currently they are still charging my account $79.76.
We will see how this turns out...

I am still trying to cancel my account. If you do not do it, I will report my card lost so it can no longer be added to my card. Companies wonder why people do not want to do business over the internet, this is why. This is the first time in ages I have done it, and it will be the last. Cancel immediately!

unbelevable they say all calls are very important to us .then they make you wait and wait then say all calls are taken in order. I am sad to see what scaming theives you. I went to my bank and changed my visa card # then reported you to the FBI. I demand that you retun my $78.33, for a second order which I never told you to send. this is so illegal we will have a class action suit. Everyone will be contacted. you will be caught. I know it. wire Fraud and stealing someones ID to steal money from their bank is not legal as you know.

My sister ordered this "sample" on my card. I have also been billed for a month supply. Called & canceled on phone & on their so called website & am still being billed. My card company stated that the only way to stop this automatic billing was to cancel the account & card. This is very inconvenient since I have other legitimate bills with automatic withdrawals related to this card. DONT GET SUCKED INTO THIS MONEY DRAINING PIT & FRAUDULANT COMPANY!

Unfortunately, I too was a victim of this company. By contacting them on their "gohelpnow" website, which they direct you to, I was able to get my money refunded. I had not even accepted the first shipment but cancelled almost as soon as I signed up (aif you go the acai website, there is a way to cancel an order) and returned that first shipment. They still had charged my account for the $79.96. I was so angry and upset and I too tried to reach them by phone. I finally sent an email with the date of cancellation, the date they charged my account and the date of shipment and return, and demanded a refund. They sent an email back saying it would take up to 45 days to process my refund and if I contacted them again it would take even longer, that it was the bank's policy that a refund could take a long time to process. I wrote back immediately and said basically, that's b-s***; if my money is not in my account by tomorrow, my attorney would be contacting them. And it was, they refunded the entire $79.96. However, I have since discovered that they are continuing to charge me the "monthly fee" and am in the process of attempting to reach them yet again. Acai - if you are monitoring these - stop the monthly charges immediately.

a scam. They charged my credit card after I ordered free samples only. Upon receiving my credit card bill todayand findidng I had a charge of $78.33, I called the credit card company to tell them I did not order these pills except for the free sample ...telling them further that I had attempted to contact the pill comapany but there was no recourse other than to go to their website at Gohelpnow.com. to cancel. The web site stated that if I paid $20 they would cancel my order. This is blackmail. They said I would not have to return the subsequent shipment that I should be receiving a credit of of $78.33 if they comply with the cancellation.
