This is my second contact. I continue to receive Acai Berry Capsules which I did not order. I have contacted Better Business Bureau and in process of joining a class action suit against your company. If I receive one more shipment...will go on CNN with this story. My Brother works for them!

I have a charge of $79.76 on my credit card from your company. You cannot talk to anyone nor does the email go thru. I have contacted my credit card company and am disputing the charge. This company is a definite rip0ff. I requested a sample of the product and next thing I know, there is this charge on my credit card. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF! Watch your credit card charges.

I have done everything to get my refund and now they tell me they only gave me so many days to send the product back. They never gave me a date to return the product by. This company is such a scam I am going to contact my lawyer. They shipped me 2 bottles at $79.76 and I can't even get them to refund 1 bottle. The terms were CLEARLY stated if you read the whole thing including "Terms". Also, I have never had any difficulty reaching a human, or cancelling recently.
I cancelled due to medical difficulties and would do business with them in the future if able.
I was treated very nicely by both young men that I spoke to at 2 separate times and both issues were taken care of promptly. Also, I have had no trouble reaching anyone by phone - listen to the recording...

The best action so far was : Itook my complaint to my card account at visa and told them to stop payment. They want my bill
I am sending the emailed receipt of request.
I am sending the Oprah show this information so they stop advertising without knowing.
The next best thing is to get together and engage an attorney.

PureAcaiBerry: I too received 5 pills then a $79.76 order all in 10 days. I cancelled the order and am now being billed $4.51 every two weeks along with a .04 cents international fee on my debit card.No Product is shipped.
I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one. I got no satisfaction when I called them and emailed them. With Oprah's and Ray's picture on the email ad I wonder what they would think of this scam.
I am turning the paperwork over to the State Attorney Generals office Elderly Affairs for investigation.
Be very careful as once they do an international billing with a fee of 1% per transaction your card is in the hands of foreigners that you may not be able to trace. Margaret Engels

I am outraged by this scam. I tried to cancel my order for Acai Berry, could not get through on the phone and could not cancel by email. They have charged me £280 in total for 4 tubs of tablets which are useless. Anyone reading this do not REPEAT do not have anything to do with this Company. I am getting legal advisers on the case. They never confirmed the intended cost of the product after the free trial. HARDLY FREE IT IS CLEAR ROBBERY.
