I'd like to complain about your Quest Diagnostics driver of vehicle 40004 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida on Federal Highway at 3:20 on January 19, 2021. Speeding, weaving in and out of traffic, tailgating me while blowing the horn. I'm a doctor on vacation in Florida and not pleased to see this radical driving behavior by one of your drivers.
I would hope to see this matter addressed. Unless you allow irrational drivers driving a company van with Quest Diagnostics on the written on the side.

I had a covid test on July 14. I needed a negative to see my father, as it turned out, before he lapsed into a coma and subsequently died. I received a 'result' that stated that I had failed to submit a second ID with my sample (despite following all instructions), but the test would be processed anyway.

I corresponded with your organization several times asking for a 'negative' or 'positive' result, and the only sensible reply I received was a copy of the result saying that the test would be processed anyway. I have not received any kind of acknowledgement that the test was actually run as was stated or what the result was.
Desired outcome: Don't do this to anyone else!

acct# [protected] I was sent a bill from march 5th that the doctor said she had taken care of it, it had wrong codes. the doctor has since retired and now I am being billed again. try to get hold of their billing office to get this taken care of because I am not paying this bill when it was the doctors office fault.

I've been pushed around for a year now, trying to resolve my situation.
In short, because of the test I got in November 2019, I ended up at the emergency room, my arm turned black and I was in unbearable pain that didn't let me sleep and work.
I got a bill that mostly covered my insurance. All I asked is the rest of my bill to be covered.
The person that promised to help me resolve the case was
Sheryl Stanley (816 927 3517). After leaving her several voicemails she never ended up returning my call.

Timely lab results
I had a lab drawn on October 30. As of today, results were still not available to me online or on the app. Ten days is too long to wait on test results that they have. I called them and they were very nonchalant and unconcerned about this problem This is the second time in a row this has happened to me. The lab I had drawn on October 1 took just as long to get to me. IT seems unimportant to get the lav results published. MY doctor's visit can't be scheduled until I get my lab results.
Can't schedule an appointment
I have tried to schedule an appointment with all locations in
Chico, CA through the online appointment ap. No response. I have called by telephone all locations, can't get through, just the opening jargon, then the line goes dead.
I have called corporate headquarters, got through, but a ridiculous wait.
Someone needs to do something about this. Had to schedule an appt with
a different source to keep my dr. appt. You need to fix your problem quick.

On October 3rd, 2020 at 3:53pm. A quest diagnostics driver was behind me on 6th street In Berkeley California, until we reach the light to turn left onto Dwight. When I pulled into the left lane to turn onto Dwight, I stopped at the light because the left arrow was red. The driver of the quest diagnostics car stepped on the gas and drove around me, getting into the lane that had the green light to go straight. The driver drove into the intersection as if she is going straight and made an legal left, without hesitation of on coming cars. This was a female driver, who looked short in the driver seat. Possibly from the Hispanic or Asian race. Not Caucasian or American. When the driver saw that I had my phone out they quickly slowed that and at the next light when I was turning right they looked at me with worry knowing they were in the wrong. Please have your employees drive safe and think about others. If they are late please remind them to leave early. Thank you.

I have a refund check for $165.25 since april 2020 and they don't want to issue it.. This was regarding a service for my son back in 11/2019. I have never received an invoice from them, I found my health equity card has been charged for $ 165.25. I gave them a call and explained that my son has a secondary insurance that can cover this bill. They took the insurance information. I called back in april, they confirmed that the insurance covers the bill and that a refund check will be sent to me by mail. I waited and didn't receive anything. I called back in may, and found that they sent it to a wrong address, I updated the address, and they confirmed that it will be send by mail. I didn't get anything. I called back in june and found that they didn't issue a check to the updated address and they confirmed that it will be issued and sent. I didn't receive anything, I called back today 9/29/2020 and no answer from the billing department. I want to know what 's the difficulty in sending my money back since everything is verified from my end. I'm really in need of this money.
I don't have an invoice # as i've never received an invoice from them.

Prime example of "Let's make everyone jump through hoops and put customer service as far away as possible so that nobody gets through to help desk." Their call line will try to not get you to help desk if you say you're a patient with a web portal problem. You have to say you're a healthcare worker and get redirected... Their website is broken on mobile, Chrome, and firefox... help desk was genuinely surprised I got through to them and obviously was no help. Advice was "just send a message to help desk and wait 48 hours"...I'm literally on the phone with help desk!
Long story short: don't bother trying to look up test results online with them because their identification verification doesn't work, which forces you to send a message that they may or may not get back to you on. After all the trouble... you'll probably have your test results anyway.
Advice: don't use this company if possible.
- Incompetent/miserable IT department.
- Try to make it impossible to reach someone for basic issues.
- Broken website that makes you input all your information about yourself... but can't use it. It's scary when a website that can't even function makes you put in your SSN.

Yesterday I was at the location on the Sacramento clinic on Broadway and Stockton. I have never experienced such unprofessional situation in all my years going to have my Lab done.
There are two girls there one Indian and the other Caucasian they were making such a unprofessional comments about people who did not speak English, this is a county clinic and no matter what race you are or how long have you been here they do not have any rights to make such unpleasant comments, one of them was watching a soap opera on her phone. Regales if she was on her break or not. Is unprofessional. And they seem to not wanting to do their job. There was quite bit of patience waiting to be seen. I understand it can be overwhelming for them at times. But that's the job they choose to do. Only one girls seems to be doing her job. Without making any commitment at all. Please have someone look into this two girls.
Unprofessional and we were discriminated against
On 8/13/20 I accompanied my mother who is 88, as I have numerous times before for blood work. The location we have been going to for many years is located on Parkway Avenue in Trenton. We have never encountered any issues, but on this day it was an extremely upsetting experience. In fact my mother left there in tears.
A tech by the name of Winnie checked us in and requested insurance info & photo ID from my mother and explained insurance and payment all while appearing annoyed for some reason. She was a little short & had a stern kind of tone. My mother proceeded to hand her the only photo ID that she has, which happens to be a Permanent Resident Card. Winnie scoffed and handed it back while saying "I don't need to see your Resident Alien Card". And it only got worse from there. As my mother & I communicated to each other in Italian, because that is how we speak at home, Winnie said "I speak English, if you don't mind speak English in front of me. Because I don't know if you're talking about me". To say that she is unprofessional is an understatement. And if that weren't enough, she refused to draw blood for my mother & asked another tech to do it.
This overall encounter was like nothing we've ever experienced before.
For an elderly woman to go for some simple blood work and leave in tears because of a rude, unprofessional and blatantly discriminating individual, is unacceptable and this employee should be terminated at once. I will follow up with whomever I need to, to make sure that she is held accountable.

I’m having the same issue with a driver in obion county, TN. They’re behind me almost every day after work. Driving so close to me that I can’t see the front of their vehicle. In tap my brakes and they slam on their brakes. If you have to slam on your brakes you’re following too close! Then today, behind me again following too close. Finally passes me when I’m driving 60 in a 55 as it is. They had to be going at least 70. If you’re going to be driving a company vehicles then drive it like you’re representing the company because that’s what you’re doing! Their vehicle number is 33254 if there’s anyone that cares how their company vehicles are being represented.
