I am very disappointed by the attitude of your customer service representative who has not attended me properly, arguing in return, as you can hear the recorded conversation where I constantly requesting to speak to supervisor or manager but he denied and noted for call back.
Being a customer I am not happy from your service and please improve your customer service as it was not my first experience with your customer service.

Hi,
I've requested for profile change from previous business owner to my name on 20th October'18 on submission of all the documents Bank has changed the status and gave me a cheque book for business transaction. However I asked the bank to give me access to Online as well as Debit card so that I can do transactions online as well as I know the available balance before I issue cheques.
Until today i've not given both debit card and online access due to which there were couple of instances where the cheque was bounced as the inwards clearance got delayed and I dont have access to my account information.
I've already escalated this to the relationship manager multiple times and every time I get response is that an email is sent to concern team and they will revert back to me and am still waiting.

credit card - 1 missed payment only with rude agents
I am a RAKBANK customer since 2012 and up until January 2019. I missed one payment due to financial problems that I and family were facing. For those years, I am trying to pay all my bills on time and to make it into current. The current amount that I need to pay was Dh1140.xx. I am aware of my obligations with the bank, I humbly requested the collection agent to postpone it up to salary date to see if I can work on my finances by that time and they agreed. Comes January 29, unfortunately, I need to prioritize my family and still I was not able to pay my bill, I tried to do deferment on my loan but still I need to wait for it to be granted. I started receiving unlimited calls all through out the day, and as soon as I answer it, they will start shouting, and approach you in a very arrogant and irate manner. I know my debt with the bank and I don;t have any plans not to deal with it, but as I explain my side, the agent answers with a high tone of voice, "I dont want to listen, and I don't want to hear your story".
I am in debt and behind for only a month or it might be for two months, but I don't think I deserved to be harass by a collection agent just because I cannot pay on that span of time. I am raising my concern so that the bank might resolve the attitude of their staff towards their customers, in which the customers are the reason why they earn.
To RAKBANK, I am with you for the past 7 years with no delays on my payments, but after the treatment that I have receive from you, I don't think I will stay more longer after I settle my debts with you. You have a good benefits with your card but your damn people are crap and will definitely ruin your bank.

I have been a customer of rakbank since 2012 and I just missed 1 month due payment because of financial issues in which I need to support my family back home. I tried to work on with the amount of Dh1140 to make my account current but I am really having difficulty working with it. I requested the agent to give me atleast few more days and initially they agreed, but the next calls that I am receiving is that they will ask for my name and they will start screaming. They are the most rude, irate agents that I ever encountered with. They dont even let me talk because the agent keeps on telling "I dont want to listen..."
I know my sole obligation to the bank and Im trying my most effort to find funds to pay with it and to consider I have been paying for charges in years that didnt even make lower my total bill. I know that I need to settle it with the bank but I dont think that this kind of ugly attitude and arrogant approach to people will help the customer pay their current bill, and also We may get back on tract in terms of finances but I personally wont consider your bank to use anymore.

today i have received my salary and as a pay check to pay check person i am almost ran out of many, i have payed all my bills online and a put a request to withdraw 8000 derham using mobile cash option in rak bank.
i have used one of their ATM i have intered the request number and the amount i have received SMS showing th amount has been withdrawn from my account but the ATM didn't sho the money! it took me 30 min through their poor callcenter automatic optiones untill i got a a person to explain the issue.and his reply was i will send a complain and it will take 3 to 5 working days !
i ran out of many and you are steeling my money, if i have delayed any f**kin payment you will charge me alot aof money now i have to survaive for another week untill you solve your f**kin mistakes.

missing money for more than 2 weeks and no explanation
I would like to lodge a complaint with regards to money that has been missing for almost 3 weeks now via a swift payment made from rak bank. We keep on getting the same information from rak bank even after paying an additional fee to put a tracer on our money over a week ago. This has caused so many problems and no resolutions from the bank. Numerous phone calls, conversations and complaints have been lodged but to no avail. Paying extra costs to the bank to find our money and having them still come back with the same answer as before making extra payments for a tracer is unbelievable. Never experienced this from any other bank. +[protected]
We have even spoken to the receiving bank and intermediary banks ourselves to try and find our money and all have said that it is something that has to be resolved from the sending bank, which is rak bank, but the process with them has been nothing but frustrating.

My loan amount was deducted twice for the month of June 2018.
I called up many times to the customer call centre and informed about the same. At fist they accepted that it was their mistake. But then, when I visited the bank they fist accepted that it was their mistake and it would be refunded. But unfortunately nothing happened for months. I visited the bank several times and spoke to the Manager, but there wasn't any positive response until now.
I am very disturbed and disappointed as I lost my taxi fares many times.

Its been almost 5 months now I am keep on facing same problem with debit card irrespective of keep on calling customer care, no proper solution gave me neither called me back asking for the same again and again.
Before I forgot pin and requested it 100 times they always say they will call me back but no one called me ever, what a service I am receiving.
Second thing I lost my card I made a complain on 16 dec 2018 they deducted new card charges same time but its more than a month now I didn't received any card neither any update from rak bank side, no call no massage, I called on 9 or 10 jan, agent said its dispatched you will get call and again no call no update, last week again I called for the same, some one called me back and said he will check because he is not able to check and he was asking details from me, today I called again one agent told me your card got retain because of courier fault they couldn't deliver it to you and she made a new request today.
What is this, I mean this pathetic a new card took more than a month to regenerate still I couldn't get that, again she told me it will take 5 working days, may I know who is responsible for this kind of service and why I have to wait again it will be 2 months soon.
I asked her to please raise my concern its not my fault why I am facing problem she didt bother she just raise a new request, I can't withdraw money, I do not have a card its too urgent for me despite of waiting so long and paying for the same I didt get it
I am not requesting now I am complaining about it that this is so bad so bad, no is doing there work, neither agents nor courier

First of all I would like to introduce myself, My Name is Moby Benny, Holding an account with RAK bank, a/c no is : [protected].
I had a personal loan also with RAK but I already settled all the outstanding amount through DIB bank via a loan buyout.
Please note the attached non liability letter from RAK bank, for your reference, But RAK is stupidly holding my excess amount after issued a non liability. Which is the amount of 2757.07 dirhams. So what you people mean by a non liability letter, and what kind of rights you have to hold my money in your bank.
Please note all the attached proff that RAK bank is holding my own money without any rights or reason. If there is any reason why the bank is issued a non liability letter.
I am a Eight months pregnant women, Two times visit RAK ibn battuta Branch, And two times called customer care, non of your staffs don't know why your bank is holding my money. At least hire a trained staff or give them proper training about the RAK product and service, anyway that's not the issue here.
I will wait till Sunday afternoon, If i didn't get any response from your bank, definitely I will raise a complaint against to RAK to the Central Bank department/cunsumer court.
I repeat once again, definitely I need my money, that your bank is holding unnecessarily.

On 3rd of January I came to Collections Department in Nehal tower to unhold my End of Service Payment and cover credits. I met Mr. Viju, who printed the history of my credits and he said he will do it as I showed him my job offer.
Unfortunately my End of Service Payment is still on hold and after 3rd of January I got fine again.
Please regularize this issue.

rak bank collection rudeness and illogical payment process
Hi there, I am changing my job and I got eosb debited to rak bank account and blocked as expected.
But strangly one department block whole amound and credit card department can not access and get payment from this account.
I iffer them to submit my evisa, salary cert, contract, eid application form to regularuze my acount and they keep rejecting.
No I am gettin call fr9m collection 5 times a day, shouting, rude, unprofessional way, calling from mobile to not to record calls.
For 1400 aed they are treatining me with police while I have 20000 aed in my account.
Worst bank ever I worked so far...
I have half million loan from rak bank and they are about loose me for 1400 aed.
Rak bank management do something about your emloyees, you are loosung customers.
There is no point of contact, whenever I called call center they are saying nothing they cam do and asking me to go collection office..

My name is hector alvin diaz and I am writing this email with regards to this incident happened to me last month. I have filed a complain to their concern department and even tried to file a complain in dubai prosecution online. But unfortunately I did not received any positive answer.
This is about a collection call taken by a manager, as per his claimed, said that my mother is a [censored], mother [censored]er and I am nobody but an agency guy just a piece of [censored]. All I want from the bank is at least an apology email for what they have done when I was just a month behind of my bill but they refused to do so.
Everybody is saying that I should do something about it and yet nobody stand out for me.
I hope through this statement, somebody will contact me and proceed whatever action needed for me to get my justice.

Dear RAK Bank,
This is with regards to the online banking system glitch that you have.
Salary transfer from RAKBank business account to RAKBank payroll account does not reflect as a salary transfer since the option isn't there, hence it's reflecting only as a bank fund transfer.
I discussed this issue with one of your agents, however the solution provided to us wasn't practical nor convenient at all. We complained this issue several times to several RAKBank employees but still in vain. We tried with customer service branch manager, call center, account manager, relationship manager and so on.
Moreover, as per your Payroll account T&C if there's no salary transfer in the Payroll account holder within 3 months you will start charging AED 25 as penalty.
We as employees, are not willing to pay this penalty, hence we plan to go for payroll account closure by the end of this month if you cannot provide us proper solution.

Mr. Lenish had mentioned that i will be getting Unlimited free domestic remittance as well as one free international remittance a month through RAK Money Transfer.
But i was charged AED 1 and AED 15 respectively for my remittances for no reason.

funds transfer via business banking
Details -
Funds transferred on 30th November. Banks closed for holiday so transaction occured on 4th December. Contacted customer service on 5th to check as the transfer had not been actioned. Was informed it takes time and will be done in a day. Same response on 6th. On 7th I was asked to send the swift copy to the beneficiary bank to check from their end. Unfortunately now it is Friday evening and the beneficiary bank won't open till monday that is 10th December.
So, other than the expensive fees I paid to transfer and the lower conversion rate that was applied at the time, I have to pay late payment fee in India where the funds were supposed to reach. I have spoken to customer service and complaints and asked for one response to one simple question.
Where can I lodge a formal complaint?
To this the eventual response was, sir as this is not regarded as a complaint we cannot help you further. The only step we have to offer is that you send the swift copy to the beneficiary bank and check with them. So basically I am not allowed to get like an email id where i can lodge a formal complaint to someone who can understand the plight of a customer.
I finally googled and found this and I hope someone with common sense can see the trouble this has caused and empathize for the least. Instead of someone reading out procedures and steps to do for the customer to find his money which he entrusted upon you and also paid a fee for it.
The manner of response from the customer service on 3 occasions was completely impolite. They either fail to understand the situation or do not know how to interact with an irate customer. I was constantly responded to in the following standard manner.
"Kindly note the steps to check on your payment"
"Kindly note as this is not a complaint we can't take it as a complaint"
"Kindly note it take 2-3 business international working days"
I am so sick of their responses that I guess I will sit on it and hope and pray that the money reaches to the BENEFICIARY bank one day.

I recently due to job loss in uae defaulted on my payments to rak bank. Thr were calls being exchanged btwn d bank and myself bt it did nt materialize. Suddenly since 5 days me and my fmly members have been receiving threatening calls frm a person who claims he is a police inspector from cbi and has been very filthy with his language. First of all claiming to be a government official is by itself not correct and definitely has legal implications and second of all why should i entertain him? My liability is to rak bank and i would expect that it would be a normal and amicable settlement. Please can someone from the bank who looks into customer grievances look into this. I am ready to resolve this matter asap

Have applied for a loan in july and started paying but there was a 50k aed that they did not release after completing all the procedure.
i changed jobs and I'm still paying the loan, did not default and now they have blocked my end of service benefits as well without considering anything.
Their collection department is a bunch of inconsiderate people.
They have now taken the 50k amount . My end of service is still not released and as far as I understood I may not see it.
Their customer service is the worst. And i basically hate everything about this bank.
I would not recommend it to an enemy let alone someone I know

Am sathish, I have closed my credit card, I had an excess amount in my credit card. I had placed an request for excess amount. Your guys doesnt give an confirmation call for an excess amount they just sent an sms that ur dd check has sent to mail box, I quit awaited an long time,
Then after 4 days I called again and said the same I dint recieve any check from your rak bank. They told ok again we will take an request, then done the same and took request after 3 days again no confirmation calls then they send sms stating that dd have sent to post box. I got frustrated and called the customer call and said, I had requested it doesnt get to my hand why you guys are doing the same. They cool answer is this is our default rules and regulation. Still am waiting no check got for 2500 aed.
I applied the same in other bank excess amount, I got it in my hand within 3days through aramex courier.
When we closed the credit card, rak bank shows the bad face and cool answer,
When we apply for credit card, this bank will call and ask they follow up superb, when we get out of bank. They won't give our excess amount
In my life time I dint see such situations, worst bank
