We stayed at Ramada Aonang Krabi (beautiful property and amazing breakfast) for two days, on the check out day the hotel staff charged us 500 baht for the dirty towels. How can a hotel charge anyone for dirty towels? Do they expect us to clean the towels or bring our own?
Me and my friends were very disappointed by this behaviour of the Lady at the reception. Also, she was extremely rude and she told our driver to leave us and make us miss our flight. What kind of behaviour is that?
As a result, the remaining of our trip in Thailand, we did not book Ramada because of the treatment we got.
I hope a strict action should be taken against the lady, I am going to publish this on the social media as well soon in case no actions are taken. I am sorry but that was strictly unprofessional to tell our driver to leave us, because of her we were already late by 30 mins. We paid the money without any fight as we were in a strange country.
My agent MakeMyTrip.com refunded the amount to us; however, I don't care about the money, it is the behaviour that matters, this damages the reputation of the company as a whole because i am going to share the experience with people i know and they are going to tell it to other folks.
Sorry for the being a little harsh but i had to say it. Hope you understand.
Desired outcome: Fire the staff lady (at the reception), there was an Indian guy as well who was very polite but the lady was unprofessional and arrogant.
