We sold Randy Marion our 2016 Mustang with XXXXX miles on May 21 and we still haven't been paid for it, and it's now Aug. 1st. They owe us $10,551.00 and they've had our car for over two months. When I call about it, nobody helps us and nobody calls us back. Now I have to get a lawyer and report to the ComplaintsBoard.com. I asked for our car back, and they said they don't have it anymore. We're really upset.

Me and my wife drove 227 miles on 4/26 to buy a 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD off road premium suv. They advertised it as a really good deal on car gurus, so we picked this dealer. But turns out, we actually got a 2019 Toyota 4Runner SR5, the cheapest model. I emailed the dealer 3 times and they haven't replied. This is false advertising and we want $4k back or for them to trade us for an actTRD model with similar mileage.

On 07/08, I left my 2021 Jeep Gladiator at Randy Marion Chevrolet Buick Cadillac, LLC to have the back up camera checked because it was giving me some trouble. I also requested an oil change and tire rotation. They said they would call me on 07/09 to let me know what was wrong with the camera. I just called them at 12:33pm for an update, and they told me that my Jeep is ready, but they couldn't tell me what was wrong with the camera. The lady simply said, "I dont' know." It's frustrating to wait for a call that never comes and then not get the information you were promised. I just want to know if my camera is fixed or not. This is why I dislike taking my vehicle to a dealership. They don't listen and don't follow through on their promises. I'm very disappointed.

Cadillac was supposed to refund me $1350 by July
Cadillac was supposed to refund me $1350 by July . Due to dealer error, now mid-December, no refund. I paid Cadillac $1350.31 on 3/9 under a Cadillac Reimbursement Program. The Cadillac refund was supposed to be mailed in July . Mostly due to dealer paperwork error, I still don't have my refund. The local dealer made a "big" paperwork mistake but won't do anything to help. They won't even make a phone call to Cadillac Headquarters. Randy Marion Jr. claims he's just a middle man - but his dealership has my money and his dealership made the paperwork error that caused the delay. All of his staff has been unsupportive. It's been over 9 months now since I made the payment. Cadillac probably has hundreds, if not thousands of cars under this program and they are making a lot of interest money on our money! Please help.
I recently bought a 2016 *** from that dealership
I recently bought a 2016 *** from that dealership. The car seemed fine during the test drive, but after a week or two, I had to take it back due to serious electrical problems and the ignition not working. They took it in for repairs, and when I got it back, I drove it for about 3 weeks before the same problem happened again. This time, the car wouldn't start at all. The dealership didn't offer any assistance to send it back to the shop, so I had to handle it myself. I did call them before the car completely stopped working, and the dealer who sold me the car suggested I try cycling the lock/unlock button on the key fob. It worked once, but then I faced the same issue again, and this time it didn't work at all. This led to me being stranded in a grocery store parking lot because the car was completely dead. I called them again, but they didn't provide any help. It was once again up to me to bring the faulty car back to their shop, and I'm not willing to pay another deductible for their mistake. I already paid $7000 as a down payment and a $200 deductible for services within just two months. This is not fair.
I bought a car from Randy Marion Chevrolet Buick Cadillac, LLC on 10/31, but they didn't have the title yet
I bought a car from Randy Marion Chevrolet Buick Cadillac, LLC on 10/31, but they didn't have the title yet. They didn't give me an agreement beforehand and the mileage listed was wrong. I asked for a purchase agreement so I could get a loan, but they only gave it to me when they delivered the car. They sold me the car without having the title, so I couldn't register it in SC. Today, I found out that they're mailing me the documents and I have to register the car myself. They also included SC sales tax in the financing, but they didn't send it to SC. They're refunding the sales tax, but I still have to pay interest on it. I tried calling the dealership, but they didn't answer until today. The temporary plate and registration expired on 12/5, so I haven't been able to drive the car legally.
Randy Marion Chevrolet, they told me a vehicle I was buying got sold to someone else after I gave them my credit and finance info
Randy Marion Chevrolet, they told me a vehicle I was buying got sold to someone else after I gave them my credit and finance info. On 2/27, I told Randy Marion Chevrolet that I wanted to buy a vehicle they said was still up for grabs. Then I gave them my ID and info for them to check my credit. Then on 3/1, they checked my credit again and I gave them all the financial papers they asked for. This whole thing started at around 10 am and went on until about 8pm. The purchase attempt ended at 8pm when I got a car and found out that the vehicle had already been sold to another customer. Now my main problem is that this vehicle was supposed to be sold to me at a lower price than what was on their website. But now, the same vehicle is still on their website ( ***/XXXXXXXXXX ) at a higher price. So now I'm thinking they didn't sell it to me because I was getting it for less, and when I asked about the vehicle, they didn't tell me someone else was already buying it. This made me give them my personal info like my driver's license, social security number, and bank statements, and now I have unnecessary credit inquiries on my credit report. All of this was pointless if they never planned on selling me the vehicle or if they actually sold it to someone else. This is a bad and misleading sales practice. Very disappointing.
Refused to sell car after I did all the paperwork to buy it online and insured it as they asked
Refused to sell car after I did all the paperwork to buy it online and insured it as they asked. On 12/4, the Randy Marion Chevrolet Dealer website had a car for sale with Stock# TRXXXXX for $47,881.61. So, I went ahead and submitted all the necessary documents through their Shop-Click-Save Feature online to buy it. I even scheduled to pick it up on 12/5. They told me to get insurance for the car, so I called my insurance provider and added it to my policy for $979, just like they wanted. After submitting everything, I chatted with a representative on their website to make sure the price was locked in and the pickup would go smoothly. The representative confirmed the locked price. I was supposed to pick up the car at 9am on 4/5, so I called the dealership to double-check everything before making the trip. But then they started telling me that they couldn't find the car. The first sales rep, Jesse, said he was having trouble locating it. Eventually, he said the car was in Texas getting a bed installed. I asked to speak to the manager, Megan, but they transferred me to another sales rep named Richard, even though I insisted on talking to Megan. Richard told me the car was actually in Shreveport, Louisiana getting a body installed, and they wouldn't sell it to me for the price that was listed online and locked in. He said the car was $76,000 and started questioning my business activities, comparing the price to the Chevy 5500 I already own. Richard got disrespectful and started talking rudely. This is really bad business, false advertising, and very misleading. It's like they baited me and then switched things up at the last minute!
On 5/14/2022, me and my daughters were checkin' out different dealerships to buy a car
On 5/14/2022, me and my daughters were checkin' out different dealerships to buy a car. We started off good with Randy Marion. They showed us different cars. We told the guy we were workin' with that we were payin' cash, $20,000. Not too long after, they called us sayin' they got a car in that they wanted us to check out. It was a 2016 Buick Lacrosse, but they wanted more money than we offered. So we said we'll keep lookin' elsewhere. Then they mentioned a 2012 Buick Lacrosse, but we couldn't spend that much on an older car without a warranty. They agreed and said the car wasn't at their dealership, it had to be transported. I asked if it had been serviced and they said they don't put cars out without service. We test drove it, came back, checked the car, and asked for the Carfax. They said the paperwork hadn't come in yet, but they checked and said it hadn't been in any accidents. They promised to get me the paperwork. We gave 'em the $20,000 in cash and took the car home. Two days later, there was oil on the ground by the bottom and a plastic piece popped out. I took it to the shop and the service guy was really rude, but they fixed the issue. The manager said they wouldn't fix the plastic part that popped out. I'm still within my 90 days. I have pictures and recordings if you wanna see. When I brought it back, the guy who showed us the car just pushed it back in. I told him it's gonna come back out again. Is this how they fixed it the first time? It ain't fair to the customer. I was really surprised. What happened to people carin' 'bout their customers? I also recorded lots of conversations about buyin' this car. I can show you if you want.
We bought a truck from Randy Marion Chevrolet Buick Cadillac, LLC and it's been nothing but trouble
We bought a truck from Randy Marion Chevrolet Buick Cadillac, LLC and it's been nothing but trouble. The engine and transmission keep acting up, and despite returning the truck multiple times for repairs, we haven't gotten any satisfaction. We just want a refund. We were so excited when we purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ on September 7. But just two days later, the truck started having engine issues and the dashboard lights came on. We had to send the truck back and it was a hassle to even get a rental car for me to go to work. The dealership kept the truck for a few days and claimed they fixed the problem. Their salesperson, Ron, brought the truck back, but it broke down again on his way up the mountain to deliver it. So, he had to take it back again. They kept it for several more days and then delivered it to me at my workplace. However, during my lunch break, the engine or transmission (not sure which) started acting up again and the engine light came on once more. Needless to say, I was extremely upset! I called my husband, who then called the dealership to arrange for them to pick up the truck again. I was beyond frustrated and worried about driving the truck alone or, God forbid, having my grandchildren in it and breaking down somewhere. A service representative called and we discussed how to proceed with the pickup. They wanted one of us to be home so we could ride along and explain what was wrong with the truck. Unfortunately, both my husband and I have jobs and couldn't just take time off. I told the representative that I had OnStar and would use it to diagnose the truck when it acted up again. A week or two passed, and the truck seemed to be doing okay. My husband and I went to pick pumpkins, but that night, on his way to a neighbor's house, the truck broke down again. He called OnStar, and they ran a diagnostic to figure out what was going on. At that point, we were just done with the truck. We also found papers in the truck that revealed the previous owner had the same problems we were experiencing. We even spoke to the previous owner on the phone. This truck shouldn't have been sold to someone else until these issues were resolved. We called the dealership and told them we wanted a refund or to trade the truck for another vehicle. We went to the dealership and looked at some Fords that we were interested in trading for. We've been going back and forth with the dealership, and we even spent a long time discussing what they could do to help us. But when they presented the deal, they treated us like new customers who just walked in to trade a vehicle. Keep in mind, we paid almost $36,000 for this truck. After all the fees and added warranty, the total price came to $42,983.45. We put $5,000 down in cash and traded in my other vehicle, which they gave us $2,000 for. We want a full refund or to trade for a vehicle with similar options and low mileage. We just want to be treated fairly in this deal. But when we tried to discuss this with the company, they didn't treat us fairly, and we would end up losing a lot of money. The dealership has had the truck we bought for more time than we have. We've contacted them multiple times, and each time, someone promises to call us back, but we never hear anything from the company. We're still driving a car from the dealership that they provided.
