RaveReady they don't care whose money it is, as long as it ends up in their pockets

I warn anyone who doesn't want to loose a lot of money:

I ordered fluffies that were not customized in may 8th 2012. I still didn't receive them as of july 1st and they are only three hours away from me!

When I confronted them, they took days to help me, and argued with me, then said we will give you a refund in7-14 business days.

Three weeks later & no refund. When I emailed them, they never replied and so I got in contact w. Another man and he said he decided not to give me a refund.

Bottom line: they made me pay 50$ and sent me a $#*! Ty 30$ pair. Making me wait almost 3 months. They don't care whose money it is, as long as it ends up in their pockets, what a waste of time.

RaveReady worst company I have ever bought from hands down

Do not ever buy from rave ready. I bought an outfit for edc and the disclaimer at the bottom said that it could take about 5 days to process but they don't have any say over the international shipping. I ordered it about 3 weeks in advance and thought that would be plenty of time. So the weeks go by and I couldn't get a hold of them, their business hours are super #ed and they never answer. So I just decide to go and buy another outfit somewhere else just incase it doesn't get there in time. An hour after I buy the new outfit, someone from rave ready calls me back and says that my order is ready to ship from los angeles the next day. I give her the address that I am staying at in vegas so I could have it in time for edc. It never came to vegas. I emailed them and finally got a response and the guy was very rude, making it seem like it was clearly stated on their website about how long it would take. He also told me that my item had never been shipped and was still being processed. Are you kidding me? So the girl I talked to totally lied to me and said it would be shipped. I sent back an angry email and he said he was very sorry for the inconvenience and that he would add some extra items to my order. I just got the package today and not only did it not have the extra items he promised, the packaging was too small and my fluffies were falling out of the package. Worst company I have ever bought from hands down. Do not buy from rave ready.

I'm trying to get them to refund for $250 of merchandise i ordered in October, took over a month to ship, they got back in December. No response to emails! I've been ripped off! I know they got tje items back.

They are not a online shopping center but a rude/boushie company. I ordered my set of OSM2 gloves over 6 months ago now. Originally when I placed my order it said they would be delivered within 5 days. 1 month passed so I tried calling a line that is on hold 24/7. SO i decideed to email the customer support address. They replied with an email saying they were waiting on a shipment that week. This same exact exchange of replies went on for 3-4 replies over 3 months, before they forwarded me to a post on Facebook (not their post but rather some random person's).

The company that makes the gloves entered a legal dispute during that time so RaveReady hadn't received an order of new chips yet. The company proceeded to tell me they would be in that week. Needless to say they were straight lying to my face. When the week ended, I never received a followup. Then when i as for a refund about 2 months ago they told me it's clearly stated in the fine print that this was not possible.

I understand that the law suit is out of their control but they could at least mail me the defusers and the rest of my package. With the lack of transparency, they managed to steal $200 from me and are still doing this to others until this day. The page is still online selling a product they don'[t have nor will have for at least another 12 months, with no warning of the legal issues/out of stock notice (see link below).

RaveReady this company needs to be shut down

Everything the prior poster said. I have no issue ordering international products and waiting on shipping. I DO have a problem with a refund taking 4+ months after more than a phone call a month. We were told we would be refunded, receive a confirmation email, the works, an somehow on our 5th attempt they said a manager overrid the prior "issues" and it would be "definitely" processed this time. We reported them to the better business bureau due to the fact that what they are doing is committing fraud. We were nothing but polite in calls and emails but that does not negate the fact that other customers deserve to know what they are gettif into! I won't even get into the fact that the items we received weren't even the right ones. This company needs to be shut down.

I ordered my wife a shirt for a party on 8/7/19 it is now 8/22/19 and no sign of it. No tracking. Nothing. I've sent two emails so far inquiring about it and zero replies. There's no number to call either. Clear theft. I wish I had used my Amex so I could've stopped payment. This company is terrible. I wish I had done my research.

October 31st 2015, I placed an order with Rave Ready
December 27th 2015, Finally after several attempt got feedback from them (Alexia), no stock
I requested a refund - zero refund
I tried to contact them multiple times - zero reply
Then they removed my order tracking online - like it never happen
STILL NO GOODS AND NO REFUND - note its the 6th of June 2016
so basically they stole my money and refused to contact me, however still email me "offer and sales information"

Avoid Like the Plague. Order Issues, Poorly Coded E-Commerce, Phone Calls and emails not returned.

I was kinda hesitant to buy from this site reading the reviews. I don't know what happened but apparently they now have a customer service phone line. I used it to call to see if the fluffies I wanted were in stock. The representative I talked to was super nice and now I'm ready for Monster Massiveeee! Plus i got these amazing stickers with my order! Awesome!

I couldn't agree more. I'm past a month now. Closer to two months actually. Love the products, hate the service and delivery.
They gave me two different tracking numbers when I asked two different times and when I got serious, the ignored me.
