I had select the departure venue, destination and date to book a ticket. However the system show the trips is not found. If there are no any trip in that day, why let us choose the day. I suggest you that differentiate the date with the different color, if the day does not have any trip to let we choose, can directly change them to brown color & don't allow user to choose. This can prevents users from waste time to find which date have trip.

I don't know why the service is very poor at Tanjung Malim KTM. I saw two trains at 6.50am. So I get into the 1st train. No one do the announcement. Normally the 1st train will move at 7.05am... I waited so long... The another train moved at 7.05am and the 1st platform train is not moving at all... then the cleaner said this train will move at 7.30am... I really don't know what are the staffs doing in the counter.. why can't they announce which train will move earlier?! Is that so hard to announce? Stupid service larq. Better learn to do the announcement before passengers get into the train! Last week also same... I get into the train at 3rd platform... after so long the 1st platform train moved at 7.05am... but actually the staff told me to go the 3rd platform to get the train... why they cannot be efficient?
Different nombor of train and seats
My ticket 7/10/23 7.03pm Kl sentral to Kampar. I bought seats coach A 2nd row seats number 14A 14B. However in the ticketing viewing there is no table in the middle and no 4seaters with others customer. The train number should be EG9032 however you change train without informing us. And all the 8 customers that bought ticket with front facing seats need to squeeze in to 4seaters facing each other with TABLE ? I am pregnant and it is very uncomfortable situation. The staff didnt even said anything no explaination or anything. Just ignore us and act like nothing happen. Very uncomfortable situation our leg cannot stretch for 2hours !
Desired outcome: Explain to customers if theres any changes in seat or train at least we know. Every 8 customer are in confusing state.
Ktm klang to abdullah hukum/subang jaya
Today, 26/7/23, KTM supposed to arrive on 7.12am but was 40 mins delay, without announcement/notice. This is not the first time and this delay problem should not frequent happen during peak hours. If few mins delay can be acceptable but if more than 15 mins consider KTM service is still at poor level. Please take this matter seriously and provide solution urgently instead of keep giving excuses KTM is still in upgrading process sorry for any inconvenience (10 years back also giving the same lame excuses). Its 2023, KTM service should have been better.

I dont know how to schedule this KTM. The frequent per KTM is per 40 mins or more but still delay.
Today i got delayed KTM port klang to KL Central. The schedule should be 8.15 and just arrived at 8.29. I am ensured i will be late to my office. Sad
And it s not happen once
Yesterday 25 sept 23 also happen. KTM start running from Petaling stesen at 7.35 and it should be arrived at KL Central 7.51 but i dont know what happen with signal clearance and arrived at arround 8.07. I can not explain anymore how disappointed i am
Ketibaan tidak ikut jadual
Assalamualaikum,
Waktu ketibaan sebenar Pelabuhan Klang - KL Sentral tidak mengikut jadual yang diberi.
5.54am di jadual untuk tiba di Klang tetapi 6.11am baru waktu sebenar tiba.
6.03am di jadual untuk tiba di Padang Jawa, tetapi 6.22am baru waktu sebenar tiba.
Saya tidak faham di mana silapnya. 16-20 minit lewat adalah tidak boleh diterima. Ini tidak mengambil kira berapa jumlah minit kelewatan untuk train tiba ke KL sentral.
Memohon pihak tuan untuk menitik berat tentang ketepatan waktu seperti jadual yang telah diberikan.

I am KTM komuter user everyday to work from Bukit Badak station to Subang Jaya and return. Here by I would like to complain about no toilet service available at Bukit Badak Station. Its very crucial and difficult situation when there is no such service whereas other station do have. My humble request KTMB management to look into this matter seriously.
Luggage suitcase arrangements
On the 10th of August 2023, the KTMB staff is not responsive towards the arrangement of suitcases. I do understand that the suitcases are the belongings of the passengers and it’s up to their responsibility. However, it holds unfairness where the 2C/2D passengers are there to allocate and arrange the suitcases throughout the whole journey from hitting me whenever the train is gonna stop. The suitcases somehow block the ways along the walkway. I hope the KTMB staff could help out with the suitcase arrangements for every coach and make sure hand-carries are placed on the racks provided, not the floors. Hence, by ensuring the hand-carries are on the right place, the suitcases are able to place at the allocated spot.

Front counter at ktm kl sentral
The Malay lady with spec working at the front counter on Saturday 29/7/23 at 5pm is so rude..giving back money note which is broken, she was asked to change to a proper one, but refused to do so and giving excuses of "we are accepting the broken change also, why can't you do that?"... KTM person incharge please take action.. Thank you. This is not about the broken notes anymore but the attitude problem.

Train schedule and not be on time
Today Saturday 29 july now the time is 17.29 the train in Batang benar and im pregnant women who wait for use bathroom in the station i need to get down... But almost 30 minutes the train going slow plus the stop in the middle of Batangas benar. I can't breathe Bcz i need to go for the toilet. Pls take action there alot of old ladies pregnant ladies old man traveling please be on time they can't always control their problem. And the train didn't stop in platform also stop middle of the railway track.
Bad Service and Schedule (from Pulau Sebang-Batu Caves) Line
Date and time of incident: 26/7/23 @ 8.22am
Description: I used to take the train from Pulau Sebang-Batu Caves Line for work everyday. Due to signal clearance, expected time the train to move is 8.22 am at Kuala Lumpur station to batu caves. However, at 8.22am, there was an announcement which i consider unclear direction saying the passengers need to transit to another train platfrom (Platform 1 whereby the train is going to Tanjung Malim route). As a local people, the announcement still makes people misunderstood and cause all the passengers who want to go Batu caves change the train including tourists. The sound speaker was very low and i didn't hear they announce it in English as well. Supposely KTM should announce it cleary using right wordings and the sound must loud and dual language. Luckily at Bank negara i knocked the driver door and asked. I had to rush run here and there, change platform and to retouch card again need wait 3mins. Luckily i got the right train back. But i feel very sorry for those who are not aware maybe they are reaching Tanjung Malim out of sudden. This is so frustrating also as it affects my working time in, its late. Please ensure your driver punctual also if they got change of shift, so the train will not delay with no valid reason. Thanks. Please KTM we trust you can do better enhance this.
Desired outcome: Using good speaker clear announcement with dual language. Repaet the announcement 3times, so if no clear passengers able to ask the driver since no other ktmb staff inside the train.
Time management
Dear KTM recently you change the timing of KTM KL.SENTRAL To Tanjung Malim due to some expanding work at Klang why need to change timing at KL.SENTRAL did you know how many of us are rushing to get train at 6:13 every time I will miss out the train due to our working time how people that finish work at 6:00 rush to get the train your next timing will be 8 above you prefer us to wait 1 hour plus to get the next train?
The reduce of KTM schedule for Tanjung Malim line.
What is the reason reduced the numbers of train to Tanjung Malim line. We have high numbers of passengers will need to take the train to work and back home after working hours. It is not making sense to have only one train which schedule at 7.44am from Tanjung Malim. The new schedule putting in website also not accurate and it's wasting our time for those who follow the new scheduled. There was no train at 7.25pm. Please resume the train schedule as per earlier taking consideration many of nations need it.
Desired outcome: Revise the schedule as per earlier. To have more options with 1hr intervention.

My deep dissatisfaction with the recent train service on the KL Sentral - Seremban route. On everyday basis, I boarded at 17:09 departing from KL Sentral - Seremban with the expectation of arriving at my destination in a timely manner. Eskalator & lif rosak I escalators & lifts malfunction
Selama dua bulan terakhir, semua lif dan eskalator di stesen KTM Kajang telah rosak. Akibatnya, penumpang terpaksa berjalan perlahan-lahan di atas eskalator, menyebabkan tekanan pada eskalator tersebut. Malangnya, eskalator kini mengeluarkan bunyi berdecit yang tidak menyenangkan, menandakan kemungkinan kerosakan yang lebih teruk.
Kami dengan tulus meminta pihak pengurusan KTM untuk segera menangani masalah lif dan eskalator tersebut. Ia sangat memprihatinkan melihat individu lanjut usia, individu yang sakit, dan kanak-kanak terpaksa naik eskalator tanpa bantuan.

For the past two months, all the elevators and escalators at KTM Kajang station have been out of order. As a result, passengers have to walk slowly on the escalators, putting pressure on them. Unfortunately, the escalators are now making unpleasant squeaking noises, indicating a possible worsening of the damage.
We sincerely request the management of KTM to promptly address the issue with the elevators and escalators. It is very concerning to see elderly individuals, sick individuals, and children having to use the escalators without assistance.

Poor all round service
I am a senior citizen and I was at the KTM Rawang station 5 minutes before arrival of train. As I was purchasing the ticket, the train came and left. I informed the girl at the counter to be quick as the train had arrived. Anyway I missed the train! Why isn't there a system that the counter ppl can inform that there are customers still purchasing ticket and get the train to wait about 5 or 10 minutes. As it is KTM service is so poor here in Rawang we have to wait an hour or more for trains to get to town. This has been ongoing for a.long time and this bad service is not getting better. Customer service compared to MRT and other train services is beyond hopeless.
Desired outcome: Please have services in place and give a time frame for train to wait while ppl are purchasing tickets. Also we need frequent trains in Rawang. Customer service needs to perked up.
