Bill error
On march 12th I ate at your riverbank ca store. I attempted to pay with visa gift card [protected]. I was told that the card wouldn't take and paid with a regular credit card. I didn't think anything about it until I tried to use it and found that the $3106 had indeed been removed. The food was okay but not worth $62.12 plus tip. I want that money back.
The service I received
The service I received from Nicole Andrea on April 29th at 3:49pm was beyond ridiculous. She took my order and gave me my bill I advised her I did not order a salad I ordered a burger and salmon sandwich she immediately cut me off and said I know what you order and I just simply put your rewards on someone else bill. I purchased a $4.25 lemonade that tasted like water, I advised her of this she was very short and rude to me I asked her if she took if off my bill. She went on to state rudely yes and you can look at your receipt for proof. This was beyond the worst experience I have ever had she is the bartender is is supposed to be friendly which she was not. I am tempted to never go to another Red Robins again.
Customer service
I just left red robins and wanted to express about customer service. I called in an order for two tavern double burgers one minus tomato .The young lady was waiting on customers and so I waited until she saw me sitting g after few minutes she asked if I had been taken care off I responded no she came over and looked it up and said it would be a few more minutes. So I waited. What I did not like was the fact when my order came up . For one they don't let them know a order is up. Two. She was taking care of others but walk over where my order was look below to get something out of the bottom shelf where my order was and walked away going back to the customers on the other side then I noticed she keep her back to me while talking to another employee which I felt instead of talking one of them could have got my order still sitting their . I ended up flagging her down and she came over straight to the order and handed it to me and said have a nice day. Now you ask what was wrong with that . You can. Not tell me when she came over to get something out from right below my order and not see it and to keep talking to the other customers v and an employee instead of getting my meal . Not excusable. It was rude and not right. . So I am letting you know I left unhappy.
Service
We ate at your restaurant at 8190 N. Shadeland, Indianapolis, In. on March 28. Our servicer name was Megan and she also was the servicer for another table which I am complaining about. This lady order a bar drink for herself and for another person who hadn't arrive yet. Megan didn't ask for her ID and how could she leave a drink for someone who wasn't even there yet. What if this was someone under 21?There was four in our party and we had to ask for ever extra we needed and refill on drinks. The restaurant wasn't busy.Also the carpet was nasty and hadn't been sweeped in a while.We love eating at Red Robin but this one didn't live up to how the other are. Someone needs to
visit them and train the help on serving drink .
Problems with gift cards
My family and I have repeatedly had difficulty receiving the full value on our Red Robin gift cards, even ones issued by the Red Robin restaurant. We have only had troubles at the California, MD restaurant. Within the last half year, we went 3 different times, and used new gift cards that had $25. Each time we told that there was less than half the value or $0 on the cards. At first I thought I'd done something wrong, so I didn't complain. The second time, I made a fuss, and the manager gave me a $25 card as an apology. Today, 1/6/17, when my husband and I tried to pay with it, we were told again that it had less than half the balance. I tried another card, and was told there were $0. The fact that the "apology gift card" didn't have the full value is an indicator that something is very wrong at that particular restaurant. A family member who was eating there tonight noticed exactly the same thing with her gift cards. Please resolve this! You need to send some "secret shoppers" to the California, MD Red Robin. I'll be happy to help in any way, because you need to catch whomever it is who is stealing your customers' money.
Lack of cleanliness
My husband and I decided to eat out at a "sit down" burger restaurant for a change. We went to the Red Robin on Acadia and Greenback in Sacramento. We were seated in an booth next to the windows. I noticed the awful layers of dust, dirt, and greasiness on the blinds as my husband was trying to open it for some sunlight. Every blinds, ledges and windows were covered in thick greasy grime, dirt and dust. I then looked around and noticed the dusts covered glass bottles hanging and wall fixtures covered with thick dust. I brought that up to the manager, who said, "she will bring that up to the janitors."
We decided to stay and not touch anything in thinking the dust will fall on our food.
The meal was a 2.5 rating: my sweet potato fries were burnt and my husband's burger was cold.
Returning home from the Red Robin, I was sick all night long with severe stomach ache and diarrhea.
We will never eat there again and I assure you, my friends and family will not dine there as well.
I would hope that Red Robin, who values their customers and have pride in their restaurant will take this matter at the utmost importance and take the first steps in making the necessary changes to turn this around.
In my home, you would never see such uncleanliness. It is unhealthy.

Service and quality of order
I visited Red Robin this evening, were seated and waited about 10 min before the waitress showed up to take a drink order and appetizer. About 5 min later we got our water and my beer. We then waited 30 min and flagged down the manager, could not get the attention of the waiter. Told her we had been waiting for 30 min and she went to investigate, 5 min later our appetizer showed up warm not hot and we heard all kinds of excuses about the hold up being the prep cooks fault, very little appology. The manager did comp our meal but said because of law I had to pay for my beer, told her I really didn't want the meal comped but they did anyway. I would have settled for an apology instead of excuses but all I got is it was the Chef and the salad prep person who was behind. When I left I did tell one of the managers that I would not be back. I passed at least a dozen restraunts to get to Red Robin I don't need the agravation of poor service
I went to Red Robbin on Friday March 1, 2019 and I have been to jRed Robbin several times and always has good food, so this time the burger was burnt around the edges bun not fresh and did not taste the same I ate part of it and should not have eaten any of it. I think it was cooked before and warmed up even the french fries were to done. I think the food had something wrong with it. Went home made 2 stops and second stop I got a very bad stomach ache threw up all the lunch. and this is Monday and I am still experiencing problems. As many times that I have been there I never had a problem, but not I will not go back for fear of experiencing the same sickness. Those people in the kitchen need to care about what they serve. I am very unhappy with Red Robbin and I had better start feeling better or I will have to go to the doctor and you can pay the bill, but it is me who is suffering.
Sometimes, you have to wait. They explained the issue, but you expected, what? That they get on their knees and beg forgiveness? Your explanation was your apology. Get over it. You got a free meal for God's sake and still you are here moaning about it.

Went your store in Vacaville Ca. It took for ever to get seated. When we did get seated the waiter put the menu on the table then he left.
A while later a young lady came to take our drink order. She left, never saw her again. This other lady brought the drinks and ask us to order on your new order taker on the table. We ordered our food. Well about to weeks later it came. The orders were wrong, the waiter did not even know what we had order, so he had to take it back, another two weeks, still not right but by then who cares. Later my kids wanted more fries. Called the waiter and guess what some one new came, I ask where the other guy was he said O he was off. I ask for more fries,
well by the time they got to our table we were ready to go. A lunch that should have taken 30 to 45min. took over 1 and 1/2 hours. There is no excuse for that, other than poor upper management. You see I was upper management and if you do not have control YOU GO BROKE and I see that coming for RED ROBIN soon.
There is a old saying if you have more chiefs than Indians nothing gets done! Chiefs do not like to work.
Terrible service and food
My husband and I stopped at Red Robin in the Oxford Valley Mall, PA. We stood for 5 minutes while the hostess who looked at us several times went on talking to a guy at another table. When she finally came over, she asked the people behind us if she could help them and they pointed to us and said we were there before them. She seated us. The restrooms were dirty. There were annoying flies around our table. I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a small slap of frozen chicken on a gigantic bun. The onion soup I ordered had hardly any cheese, bread or onions in it. I did ask for extra cheese which I couldn't find. We ordered bottomless fries and had to wait ten to fifteen minutes for another order. I something is "bottomless" shouldn't they be already done?
Will never go to a Red Robin again. We went on Thursday, Aug. 27th at 4:00 pm to the restaurant in Langhorne PA.

My son and I went for a late lunch. Usually, the food and services is out standing. When we entered the restaurant, one of the waiters snapped at a to go customer that she should mind her own business. I thought this was rude and unprofessional. I do not want to deal with that type of drama when I am dining. I was hoping I would not have this server and was thrilled when we had a friendly waiter. We ordered and while waiting for our food when the annoying waiter brought a huge over loaded tray of drinks. He placed it down on a nearby table and ended up dropping the tray and causing all the drinks to fall and break. He handed a disgruntled women her drink dripping with the liquids of the other drinks. She was sitting in the middle of a large group so this liquids dripped on the table and other customers. The waiter leaves and heads for the kitchen in embarrassment. He did not return and the manager, hostess, and a buster was left to deal with the broken glass and spilled drinks. He of course did not bother to return until the mess he created was cleaned up. He finally brought the drinks to his table, but did not bother to apologize or anything. I was disgusted by his laziness, not helping with the mess he made, letting everyone know his drama, and not bothering to apologize for spilling customers drinks. The service was wonderful and the food was outstanding, I do not understand why a restaurant would have such a incompetent and rude employee. I hope this waiter gets fired!

Well, you act as of him over loading a tray had no direct effect on me, when it did! Considering how many people need jobs and you have a lazy ### person like him, I hope he gets another job: like a receptionists at a upscale store. He can then be as catty and rude to people as he wants! 😜
His tray was over loaded with drinks! He made the choice to over load it. He caused the mess, and it when it dropped the drinks it hit my leg! I had a right to be upset! Glass could easily could have cut anyone seated in the area. If I had been dining at Mc Donald I would expect better service from this restaurant .
Considering the server dropped an over loaded tray of drinks right by booth and glass littered the floor right next to me and my son I was involved! If you make a mess, especially a dangerous one, he should have cleaned it up instead of making others. If he had not over loaded the tray, it would not have happened.Giving anyone additude at work is not okay.I If you do spill you apologize . He was a.bad waiter all around. Worst service, worst costomer service, is not able to work with or satisfy customers whenthe customer is willing to work with them cant place orders a half hour before close employees and managers are very rude

My wife and I have been regulars at the Red Robin in Westland, Michigan for years. Absolutely love their happy drinks and specials, would go several times per month. On Thursday, September 3rd, 2015, we went expecting the same, but no.
Greeted by 4 hostesses, seated in the bar area where we always do. Only four other tables occupied, with parties of 4 or less. Three people behind the bar, 3 wait staff in our area and 2 bus personnel. 20 minutes at table and not even a drink order, 1 table away from bar and they were too busy discussing their lives, as everyone could hear, to take an order. Wait staff brought multiple food and drink orders to other tables, but never glanced our way, manager even walked area and asked all tables, except ours, how their experience was. We waited a little longer and still nothing, so we left, four hostesses still showing their phones to each other to even notice we were leaving. With that, we went across the street to Applebee's, where we were promptly seated and served.
Sorry Red Robin, but loyalty only goes so far, busy, we would have expected slow service, but no service and then no acknowledgment from manager walking area. Will be a long road back, if ever, for us!

Rude kitchen manager Nicki
We have been Red Robin customers ever since they opened up the location in Chesapeake, Va near the Greenbrier Mall on Eden Way North. Well service is pretty good, until a few weeks ago. Well the General Manager Lynnette made sure her customers were happy and taken care of the way customers should be taken care of. Well about a week ago we went to the Red Robin on 1024 Eden Way North, Chesapeake, Va 23320, [protected] and we ordered some sandwiches which are not cheap at Red Robin. Well my grilled chicken sandwich came out all bloody and everything. I didn't realize this not until I had picked up my sandwich and took off the bottom part of the paper holding sandwich together, and there was drippings of blood in the basket. I could not find our server, so I grabbed another server I showed him the bloody chicken that was not cooked correctly. He appolgized, no manager ever came to the table, and he had another grilled chicken sandwich made. Well when it was brought out another server brought it out. The second sandwich was cooked. Red Robin has a problem and they tend not to cook food all the way. When we get our sandwiches they are not hot, normally luke warm to cold. Well this past friday night on 02/18/2011 we went back to Red Robin to eat again after a long day out. Well again the sandwich was cold instead of bloodly like the week before. All the sandwiches were cold. So we asked them to be made again but they need to be hot sandwiches. Well one of the sandwiches instead it being dipped and coated with their buzz sauce, the kitchen manager Nicki got mad and she drenched the chicken in the buzz sauce. The bun was completely destroyed. The sandwich fell apart. We asked about the A/C because it was really cold in the resturant, and maybe that's one reason why the sandwiches are cooling too fast. Well the person who brought out the sandwich the second time did not know anything about the A/C and why the food or the resturant was so cold. This person didn't know anything at all. Well this person never came back to see how anything was or if the food was any better. So we asked a different person what the A/C was set on because it was too cold in there. Well her name was Lizzie, but her name tag was Lizzie McGuire. We explained to her that the so called manager who brought out the sandwich didn't know anything. Well about 5 minutes later Nicki the kitchen Manager comes out to our table and starts yelling at my guest saying that "I AM NOT STUPID". I strongly advised Nicki that it was not her that said anything about anyone being stupid. This kitchen Manager Nicki kept going off on us. We did not know exactly who she was at first, but I can tell you one thing I will not have anyone go off on me or anyone else that I know like that. I advised Nicki that she needed to leave at once. Well we did ask for the GM or Manager on duty. Well this cocky young girl who was apparently the new GM gave us an attitude. All she said was sorry, theres nothing that she is going to do for us. Her name is Tiffany, the New General Manager. We asked what happened to Lynnette, the other General Manager. She stated to us that she was FIRED and no longer with the company. There were apparently too many complaints against her. I advised her that Lynnette was a good person, she was fair and she knows how to treat her customers. Tiffany stated that Lynnette was FIRED about 3 weeks ago, and she took over at that time. We explained to her that we noticed that the service has went down hill since the change of management. Tiffany refused to do anything about what Nicki the Kitchen Manager did or said to us. Our waiter tried to do anything for us and she even talked to Tiffany the New General Manager but Tiffany said I am not doing anything for them. Well if it was not for customers like ourselves and every other customer out there, Tiffany or Nicki would not have a job there. Because of Tiffany and Nicki I will not got back there ever again. Red Robin has LOST my business and everyone else's business.

We went to this Red Robin in Greenbrier and the staff was so RUDE its not even funny. We had a party of 20 and apparently Tiffany the GM told us there was no room fir our party. I can tell you one thing if you were white there be plenty of room but since we were BLACK we were told there was no room for our type of people. So if you are BLACK don't go to this RED ROBIN in GREENBRIER. Better yet if you don't want to get sick don't go to this RED ROBIN period. There are too many people talking about how they all got sick from this RED ROBIN in Greenbrier by the Greenbrier Mall in Chesapeake, VA. I see that the manager is a 20 something year old punk that just got out of school and she does not know how to run a business. They need better management and not allow people to treat either race white or blacks like crape. If it were not for us customers this store would be out of business. So we took our party of 20 to a different Restaurant and will not give this Red Robin in Greenbrier anymore business. This was our first and our LAST TIME ever going to a racist establishment. My grandmother and I heard the employees talking bad about several customers on how they complain on how the food is served and that they hate all the big partys because they don't get tipped very well. Well too bad so sad!

Food temperature
I would like to start this complaint wby saying that i love food. Most people are in the same boat here.
I hate to see the quality of a product after it was cooked 1 -2 hours ago. Every time i visit one of these restaurants i have the same experience, no matter the location. I am trying to change that! the burgers are all cooked at the same time and either put in a microwave or heat lamp until the order comes in.
Next time you visit a red robin you will notice the temperature of the burger ...it will be Luke warm...
If I am paying 10 bucks for a burger i want it to be freshly grilled and warm to the customer for crying out loud.

I had the misfortune of eating at the Red Robin in Hemet yesterday and was approached by a waiter who wanted to tell me all about his bad day when I asked how he was doing. In consideration of a wrong order, mediocre service and my waiters emotional baggage I'd say I won't be going back to this location anytime in the future.
You asked the waiter how he was doing and he answered?! What an ###!
High price for less then stellar food
Last Saturday me and the girls had a "Girls Night Out" and went shopping.
We decided on getting burgers and fries and came upon Red Robin. This was all of our first times eating at this particular chain and decided to try it.
The decor is nice, albeit the atmosphere is very loud. Not a big deal since we are all mom's and are used to an insane amount of noise.
Our order was simple, one Mushroom Swiss Burger, one Guacamole Bacon Burger, one California Chicken Burger, and a Crispy Chicken Burger.
We also ordered two freckled lemonades and two Dr. Peppers.
It took 20 minutes to bring out our drinks, the lemonade I ordered was so sweet it made my teeth hurt. Yet the strawberries were bitter. I asked for a water.
When our food came 10 minutes later they gave us the wrong order. The table next to us got our food and we got theirs. After an argument with both the server and manager we finally got them to admit their error and waited another 30 minutes to give us new food.
We finally got our food and we were completely unimpressed. The burgers, while good, were certainly not worth $10.00 (US) we paid for them.
The toppings were plentiful, albeit too much in my friends Guacamole Bacon Burger. So much so that it actually took away the taste of the actual burger. I'm all for toppings on a burger, but not so much that I can't taste the meat.
The steak fries were just O. K. They were hot and crispy but lacked any kind of flavor. Even with salt the fries were still just bland. None of us wound up eating them.
My California Chicken Burger (no mayo) was good, again, not worth the $10.00 (US) I paid for it, but it was better than something you can purchase at a drive-thru.
All in all this restaurant wasn't worth it and we left disappointed with both the food and service.
The prices are way too high for what they are offering and certainly not worth it. You are and will be better off going to Culver's or even Burger King.

I made an order last night. I got fries that were cold, greasy, I know they were not fresh. I took a bite and threw all of the in the trash. extremely disappointed. I am a royalty member and after this. I may never go here again. I could not go back once I got home. I have never had fries this cold and gross.
At the Westland Michigan location The music seems to have changed from 80s to 90s. This does not fit the clientele as I do not want to eat lunch listening to baby got back. The 70s and 80s was more appropriate for all ages and was in general more relaxing for eating. Please go back to earlier eras of music.
They were very dry we even tried 2 different kinds of burgers and it was the same the store #166 and it was 10/12/22 at 5:36 in the evening
Food was cold and we waited 45 minutes to receive it. Then the waitress wouldn’t come back to the table when I requested because I couldn’t pay with my card.
first and last time I that I eat at Red Robins. I ask five different servers for a knife. My sandwich didn't come with mushrooms like it said in the menu.The group I was with were very disappointed with the service also. Never again!

I had ordered to-go service two weeks in a row. The first weekend I was waiting for curbside and they said my order would be ready in 20 minutes, I waited a full 30 minutes in the parking lot past that time. There were also no customers at the time. The second time they were busy but this time I waited a full hour. Both occasions my food was cold.
He's a pervert checks out all young girls and is very creapy and stairs down ant men to come into the restaurant. And when he cooks in back he yells slams things and is very unprofessional as a manager you should be embarrassed to even have him as staff not to mension a role model employee.
