As per their policy , service charge is AED 90/- for a ticket cancelled. (which the airline cancelled due to covid), but charging 70% of ticket fare (aed 200) is against their policy and a clear scam from their end.

I had booked a ticket via Rehlat in November 2021. Later on due to change in plans, I had to cancel the ticket. Before cancellation Rehlat informed me that the refund will be paid to me in 60 days. Accordingly I asked them to proceed with the cancellation. Now it is jun2022 - more than 180days have passed but still Rehlat is not paying the refund. I sent them innumerous emails, which almost went unanswered. When I call them they say that they will look into it and reply within 24 hours. Obviously there is again no response. I booked on Rehlat last week June 6 and it was unsuccesful and told me that they will refund my money within 24hrs to 72hrs and until now I haven't received any refund. I had purchased Ticket in 24 Aug 2021 and tickets was cancel for airline after cancellation many time I call customer service but he didn't solve my issues until now and I didn't get my refund. The ticket was eligible for Full refund and the airlines office in Kuwait confirmed that the refund was processed to Rehlat in September 2021.
Multiple calls and emails to Rehlat was made during these time and they are delaying the refund.
Can anybody throw some light on procedures on how to take up this case with Saudi GACA.

Failure to refund
We booked flights for family of 5 (incl 3 minors) during August 2021. When one books it gives you a total price - only after you pay it indicates that per person! So I immediately cancelled- same day. Numerous emails (in excess of 70 ) followed to follow up on status of refund.
During September they indicated application for refund successful and they are attending to the refund. Not true...
This was followed by requests for me to forward my banking details - which I did (TWICE)- one cannot help to wonder where that ended up... STILL NOTHING
Lack of response or irrelevant responses creates the perception that they do not seriously intend to refund the money (understandable, if one considers the amount of interest they gain by unlawfully holding onto the funds belonging to, what I suspect to be, the funds of hundreds of customers).
Many other emails - no response or irrelevant garble.
Khuwait should be ashamed that a company like that operates from its soil. Will have to consider diplomatic intervention, reports to agencies etc etc

My name is Cevaram Abdul Muqthar Ahmed.
On 17 Feb 22, I booked a flight ticket in Jordanian airlines from Jeddah to London online through Rehalat. Reservation number: K5RGEB for traveling from Jeddah to London 03 March 22 and arrival on 18 March 22. I paid 2083.42 AED through my credit card.
Same day 17 Feb 22, I received an email from Jordanian airlines stating that trip status is ON HOLD and I cannot take a seat reservation.
On 18 Feb 22, I contacted [protected]@ Rehlat.com
On 20 Feb 22, Rehalat informed that they are unable to confirm my booking as there has been a fare hike in this itinerary. They also informed that they are trying to get this ticket confirmed but due to the increase in fare (275.00 SAR per passenger) the itinerary is on hold.
They asked for additional payment of (275.00 SAR per passenger) so that we can issue you the ticket as per my requirement, else Rehlat can go ahead and process full refund. Refund for this booking will be processed within 24-48 hrs.
On the same day, I sent email to refund the amount.
On 21 Feb 22, As per my request, Mr. Hafez Shaik from Rehlat emailed me stating that they have canceled the ticket and processed it for the refund. The refund amount of 2083.42 AED will be processed within 60 working days & credited to your bank account within an additional 3-4 days depending on your local bank.
Bu until now I did not receive the refund amount. I sent several reminders and no response.
On 7th May 2022, I received a mail from [protected]@rehlat.com stating that they received my request and a ticket has been created. Please follow this ticket number 1006014 for future communications.
A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response at the earliest.
But as of today many reminders were sent referring the ticket number but no response from Rehalat.
Please if Complaint Board can investoigate and resolve the issue with Rehlat will be a great help.

I had booked the ticket during the pandemic, the flight for cancelled and I been waiting for Refund of 108 KWD since July 2020. Addel Rehman D confirmed the cancellation and processing of refund to me on July 17 2020 (Screenshot below) and I have written to Rehlat support for more than 50 times claiming my refund after that. I have been following up for almost 2 years now and this is not expected from a company like Rehlat. Please refund the amount immediately. Let me know if you need any further details.
PS: If you do not refund the full amount of 108 KWD in the next few days, I will be compelled to file a court case and complain in the consumer forum. I have all the required evidence of all mails sent by Rehlat.

I have two complaints in one day:
1- I booked a hotel through the rehlat website, and due to compelling circumstances, I requested to cancel the reservation or amend it to be on May 2-6, 2022 instead of June 2-6 AD, so I was informed of the refusal, although there was still a month left to the booking date.
Why was there no time allowed for modification because the remaining time was long and sufficient for cancellation?
You should full refund me Or at least cut the first night's cost (just like other sites).
Note, the reservation did not appear on the hotel system even after 18 hours of booking.
2- And when the amendment was rejected, and because I was in the hotel at that time, I had to make a new reservation on May 2, and the full amount was paid.
