I made a booking for a hotel crown plaza Istanbul through rehlat. I paid the full amount. Attached is receipt. Rehlat cancelled the booking on us on 2/10/23 via email. They didn’t even offer us a refund. So I called them n requested a refund back into my account. I have sent them 13 emails and made 10 calls to date. I still haven’t received my refund.
I made the booking under my husbands name from my account.

Im also attaching a copy of the receipt for payment from my account above and the booking confirmation from rehlat.
I’m also attaching Rehlat email cancelling the booking on me.
Please refund the amount of $696.69 AUD or $443.11 USD back into my account above.
I am a mother of 2 who works full time and recently had a baby. I work hard for my money and feel Rehlat has robbed me from my hard earned money. I have been very patient with them by calling and emailing them in between my work hours. This is very frustrating.
The cancellation at Istanbul also caused us lots of issues. We had to stay in 3 different hotels because everything was booked out. The cancellation caused us great inconvenience.
