Refund for cancelled flight of March 2020
Ticket-925772
Flight was initially booked for March 2020 which got cancelled due to Pandemic. They kept in delaying tesponses. After a year provided me a ticket ID for refund. The reverts are copy paste of Ticket in progress and for last few weeks no one reverts.
I have booked from Rehlat website and it was cinfirmed by their agent that a refund will be provided. Now it is a Pending Refund for 18 months of cancellation of flight, no response from Customer Care in current scenario

I've booked a flight ticket from trv to Doh and my booking Id is 7172, but once the payment was done there was a reply that the ticket was not confirmed. So I made a refund request on the same day 05-11-2021. But till now I didn't got any response regarding that. It's been 20 days and more but no response from them. Each and every time the costumer care guys give me a reply with in 24 hrs their finance team will contact me. But no improvement yet

As you said that if we don't received our ticket refund amount then we have to fill the online refund form and i have filled four times from october 2021, its already one month completed still i did not recieved any amount from rehlat, i am facing lots of money issues so please kindly arranged to issue my refund amount ASAP.
I was booked a flight ticket from rehlat in February, 2020 After that I send many times emails to rehlat for refund of amount, due to Covid-19. I applied refund for my ticket to rehlat and after that I followed over mail and phone call over one year. I put up mail around 100 plus mails send to the team for refund. They did not give me a positive reply from their end. once they said will refund the amount after 60 working days. after that nothing is there. They have ignoring my mails since then.

My cancelled flight refund
I booked a return flight with booking ID 3171218 on 17th July 2021 which was cancelled . I requested for a refund since 13th August, 2021 but I have not received my refund for more than 3months.
Infact their customer care stopped responding to my emails.
I call them daily and the attitude of the customer care is very bad. Sometimes they interrupt me and shout at me when I am lodging my complain.
The most terrible and horrific organisation I ever interacted with.

Refund for my air tickest booked to travel from DXB TO BLR on 11th March 2020
I had booked a flight ticke through Rehlat to travel from DXB TO BLR on 03rd May 2020, however due to covid 19 pandemic flight got cancelled and could not travel. I requested Rehlat to refund my money about 6 month ago now they are saying they can refund money after deduction their admin fee which is AED 200 per passenger for the ticket fare of AED 1016.40 while airline is not charging any fee for such cancellation. I tried to convice and explain Rehlat customer care several bu they are this is their admin fee they will charge irrespevtive of the siuation which was never told me either mentioned in any of their terms & conditions.
I had also booked another air ticket through Rehlat to travel from BLR to DXB on 11th April 2020, which was also cancelled due to covid 19 pandemic but on contrary Rehlat have refunded my amount without deducting any service when i am arguing about this with their manager (Mariam Mohamed) she said there change in policy she cant refund the full amount but when i asked about the copy of policy she could share it and she further said that she will deduct admin fee AED 200/Person and ask me go complain to police that she dont care.
I request you to look into the matter and arrange for my full refund, its my hardned money.

Not getting refund of Booked Air Ticket
I booked the ticket for Air India through Rehlat travel agency for May-2020. But flight was not operating that time. After that I am requesting to travel agency Rehlat to refund my amount through dezon of emails and calls but they are not giving exact date of refund.
Refund issue
I booked a ticked on 15 Aug 2021 from RUH to COK through Rehlat website. Then after two days they informed that flight was cancelled. When I contacted them to refund the amount, they suggested that need pay extra amount 196 SAR again and they will change traveling date to 16-Aug-2021. After two days again they informed that, the flight was cancelled. Then I contacted Rehlat Customer Service for refund and they told me that they will deduct more than 35% of amount that I paid. I contacted Rehlat customer Support more than 200 times since last 90 days for the refund. But until now they are cheating and not ready to refund the complete amount that I paid to them. Rehlat executives always saying same response on phone and through email they will check it with accounts team and refund credited back soon they are trying to cheat me i contacted the airline emirates they confirmed they return the money to rehlat but from rehlat side executives always said with the huge no of of refundS pending accounts team are very busy and will they refund soon. Threetimes one in Jan, Sep & finally 25 october 21 they collected account information from me and said it will credit with in 4 to 5 days why rehlat trying to cheat customers like us we are hard earned money they keep it with them more than 11 months.
As per my last complaint24/11/21 they emailed and collected my account informationon 25/11/21 and replied with in 4to 5 working days they credit back the cash to account and today now 9/11/21 didnot yet return I need my money return its almost 11 months rehlat holding my money with simple excuses all times .Some screenshots from the beginning and latest email on 25/10/21 also attached with this complaint

i booked a return flight via Rehlat.com, due to baggage weight, i couldn't take the flight that i booked. i surprised that my return flight has been cancelled also, with even any notification. i contacted their help disk, and after a lot of Emails. they told me i will be refunded 322 SAR after deduction of all expenses and this will take 2 months. after 2 months i contacted them again as no refund done. they said no refund will be done

I booked ticket from AUH to MAA & MAA to CCU on 03.09.2021 with booking ID 1835387, I received email from rehlat that flights from MAA to CCU is not operating for dates 3, 4 & 5th sep 2021. So I informed rehlat to cancel my ticket and process refund. I dint get my refund till date.
I have been contacting customer service since two months but there is no proper response and updates. The flight was cancelled by airlines its not our fault so i am eligible for full refund.

Sir. I was booked my flight from Kuwait to Islamabad and back on 19 May 2020, Amanair. I cannot use this ticket due nonavailability of flight due crona. I contact rehlat office Kuwait for change of seat in February, 2021 but again flight not available. After that I send may times emails to rehlat for refund of amount, they crating complain nos like, 870496 20 aug, 870482 18 Oct, 903422, 28 Oct, 899549, 898935 01 0ct, 21 and many others and as well as teleconversation. But still is awaiting for my refund.

I have booked through Rehlat return ticket with Booking ID 1678220 from UAE to Mumbai but Due to Carona the flight got cancelled (Vistara Air line). hence from that onwards i have been sending email to Rehlat but no proper reply.
I than contacted Vistara Airlines and they have advise that mine refund is already done to Rehlat account on 15th April 2021 (find attach email). Its been than 6 month i have been chasing with Rehlat to transfer the refund amount in mine account. But there has been no response even their customer service says that you will get reply within 24 hrs but its been 6 month i have been coordinating but its in vain. (for the same mine Complaint refno. 6271221)
I hereby request to kindly look into mine refund and advise on the same.

Reservations cancellation without customer’s knowledge
Booking ID 1725937- I had booked Emirates airline ticket for my travel on 19th August 2020. Because of COVID19 outbreak travel could not take place. Airline as well as Rehlat confirmed that ticket will be kept valid for 2 years. Now i got written confirmation from from Emirates Airlines that ticket was cancelled and refunded in August 2021 upon request of Rehlat without my confirmation. I am trying to get reason for cancellation but Rehlat is giving excuses/inappropriate responses. Its been 28 days, since then i made at least 15-20 calls and send 10-15 emails. Until today they could not give me answer how my ticket got cancelled and how to get new ticket. I am not looking for refund neither got one but looking for my replacement ticket. Their customer service is extremely bad, no one will give you desired response over call and persons in call center are just postmen and they have no information or updates neither they can transfer the call to any senior / responsible staff.
