Refund problem
I made a booking of luxury hotel saty for my trip in Italy on this March, 30. The rate I booked is for free cancelation. However, Although I have canceled my booking on this March, 31, and received the confirmation of my cancelation. I have not received my refund until now. I have emailed and made a phone call to their customer service, but they always use 'financial team problem' as excuse. My booking number is RGL1704236. Hotel booking unsuccessful but no refund
The thing is really hard to ask a refund.
At the very beginning, I want to book a hotel. It is interested that this website is partial recommended by google. Comparing to other travel company, the do offer an attractive price. So I made an order via their website. The Order number is RCO1962413. It is interested that from their website they say Paypal also can be used but in the process payment, only card can be used.
Then I Paid the money, they did receive the money, but I only get the mail ‚Oops! Your booking is not successful’: We have noticed that your recent hotel reservation at XXX was unsuccessful. We have received your payment of XXX towards the said transaction. This could have happened due to a temporary problem. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We will try and confirm your hotel reservation in next 30 minutes. In case you don’t get any confirmation regarding the below transaction, please contact us immediately.
So they received the money but the booking is unsuccessful!
Ok, I wait another 30 minutes, of course, no reply, no further.
Then I have made a call to their customer service to ask cancel it and ask the refund. And they said the have noticed that and he needs to apply for the refund. Seems normal and in order, right?
In the next day, I have receive the Mail that I will get the refund in 10-15 working days, seems also normal, right?
But it is just the trap and the tricky.
As the promised time goes by, I go to check the refund process, of course, it is still be processed. No matter how much E-mail you write to them, u just get the same copy:

From the internet and the comment and review from others, it can be found they use the same tricy to ask the money and delay or refuse the payment.
I Just wonder how dare google have a cooperation with this and what should I do to ask my money back?

My booking RGL1363544 was cancelled on 25th January 2023 and although it's been 4 months since that date, I still have not received a refund. I tried to escalate the issue a few times but yet I kept getting ignored with responses that my refund was being processed (allegedly "processed by finance department"). This is my first such negative with booking through any 3rd party booking provider .

I booked flight tickets on January but its not confirmed then rehlat ask me more money to confirm ticket.. after I pay more money they said flight is full. I call fraud rehlat customer care 1000000 times they not refund my money then they said we credited your money to rehlat cash.. after two months I booked flight same way

Hotel booking
April 24th I book an Italian hotel in Rehlat, my booking number is RCO1877346, 3 nights for 783.19USD, after I paid they sent me an email said it’s not available for our room type, and ask to add 67USD to book a king size bed room. Until I arrive the hotel in the day, the reception in that hotel tell me there is no my reservation, and they never provide reserve information to Rehlat. Then I send email for refund, but no reply. I also call their number in UAE, but no one pick up as well!
So I ask for refund of my MONEY!

I paid for a room on your website
I found them by google, they offered the lowest price for a room in a hotel in Italy, I booked, they took my money immediately, and then "something went wrong" and the confirmation of the booking never arrived. I wrote to their customer service, and they ask me more money to confirm the room because the price was increased, I said that the "new price" exceed my budget and that I prefer a refund. No answer since that.

Refund for hotel stay that did not happen
Hello,
I booked via Rehlat for a hotel in Mykonos called Livin Mykonos
When I arrived, the hotel was closed and I was told I would be moved to another hotel.
I did not like that new hotel, stayed one night there, and asked to cancel because :
- I was not told the change of hotel
- The new hotel was not in the same category as the former hotel but I was offered no compensation
- I was not told the new hotel would not have the same amenities as the former hotel
- The new hotel gave me their OK to cancel and refund
I have been emailing Rehlat's customer service for 10 days now and they keep on giving me the same answer "Our current department is investigating and we will get back to you" but they keep on closing the tickets I keep on reopening
According to European law, I have to receive a full refund. I'm still to receive confirmation of this.
If necessary, I have pictures of Livin Mykonos closed. And pictures of the new hotel not matching the standard of what I had paid for.

Rehlat broke its promise to me as a customer by not refunding my money following cancellation of booking ROM1620457.
Rehlat is stealing my money? I demand refund of what Rehlat owes me. I have waited for 60 days and still no refund! This is not acceptable. I have called several times and no response from Rehalt finance department. I need my money back. Cancellation of reservation and refund delay
On January 30, 2023, we made a reservation and prepayment via the website. Our travel date is on March 16, 2023; Although we have a Hotel Confirmation Voucher, when we wanted to check in to the hotel, we learned that there was no reservation and the agency canceled it without our knowledge. We suffered because of Rehlat.
When they contacted Rehlat, they sent an e-mail that our money would be refunded in 10-12 working days without any explanation (March 17, 2023).
However, even after 35 working days, they still do not refund our money. Although we sent a reminder mail to [protected]@rehlat.com 4 times, no explanation is given. We cannot reach the authorities. First they victimized us and our money has been extorted since January 30. They are scamming us.

I booked ticket last 26 April 2023 from Dubai airport going to Manila Philippines return. But unfortunately the booked ticket was not procced base the email I received 27 April 2023. And the money was deducted from my bank account even though the ticket was not processed. And I called them right a after I received the email. The operator promise that it will be refund within 48 hours. Many days already past but no amount was refund to my account. Until I decided to call the operator again to ask for help thinking it might be much better to convert the refund into KARAM WALLET. And then the operator made a request last 4 April 2023 that she told me that the amount will transfer to the KARAM WALLET within 24hours. Again days past but nothing was happening to my request even though I call daily for follow-up. But the operator keep saying that they made a request again for the financial section to process and transfer the amount to the KARAM WALLET. But still nothing was happening this marks me as false promises. The kind of promises by always keep telling me that it will be transfer within 24 hours make me wonder that you have a bad service. It was easy to deduct a money from the customers the returning or refunding they making it hard for the customer. This make me frustrated and so upset on your service and the website. Not recommended to used this website.

Hotel Booking and Cancellation
I am writing on regards of my hotel booking i made on 30th April 07.00am. I chose the cheapest option with Room only with check marks on free cancellation of 30th April and refundable.
Due to change of plans within 8 hours of the booking i had to cancel the booking on the same day 2.45pm.
I am now told that i have passed the deadline and as per policy i will be changed fully.
Now the frustrating part is that the deadline was 30th April 2023 - 00.00.00 UTC (local time 4.00am) How can i travel back time in order to cancel my booking to receive the full refund.
